I recently purchased a truck from Chad at Autowerks. I don't think I have ever had a better experience buying a vehicle. I spoke with several of the employees and even the owner at some time or other during my time there and every single person was respectful and made me feel like I was important to them. The vehicle I purchased had just arrived on the lot and had not had the time to be checked out. I found a few items that needed attention and they took care of it all with no hesitation, one of which was a costly repair. I know when I need another vehicle Autowerks will be the first place I stop. Great Job to all that work there and thank you for an awesome truck and buying experience.

Found a jeep they listed online. Called Dave to express my interest and told him I had two trades that he seemed to be very interested in. I sent him pics and info and so he could give me at least an estimated value of my trades. He called me back the next morning (after I texted him) to inform me that the previous evening a customer had come in to put a "deposit" on the jeep. This I was not happy about mainly because I was never offered the opportunity of putting a deposit myself. I called Dave back after considering this and his explanation was "he doesn't like to offer customers not local to the area the opportunity of a deposit for the reason that they are non-refundable and also that he's had bad experiences in the past with this kind of situation." I would have appreciated at least the opportunity to weigh wether or not I wanted to secure this vehicle with a deposit both sight unseen and also not knowing their offer for my trades. A little advise Autowerks.....present all available options and let your potential customers make the best decisions for themselves.

Found what I thought was a great deal on a truck from a salesman who I thought was down to earth and honest. After driving over half way there (2 hrs) I decided to call to make sure the salesman was in and I find out they sold the truck to someone else (out from under me) - VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

My buying experience from Autowerks was excellent. I live in Houston and found my 2013 BMW 535i located in Arkansas on Cars.com. I enjoyed working with Chad.....he delivered on everything as promised and they even arranged for transport of my car. Chad kept me posted on the delivery of my car every step of the way. These folks are honest and very nice to work with.......I highly recommend them!
