I bought my Ram brand new from Autoworld Dodge. Started off as great customer service. Fast forward to my 30,000 service. They cracked my aftermarket wheel hubs were honest by telling me but refused to replace them. Not cracked the week before. Spoke to service manager Robert Anderson. I drive 30 minutes away to come here vs my local shop because I have been treated well. I explained I could take my business locally vs driving to them. Robert Anderson hung up on me. Wow.

Outstanding customer care from both service and sales. Just bought my second Jeep Grand Cherokee here and both experiences were seamless. Both times I was helped by Tammy Bocci. She is friendly, professional, and extremely helpful!! Kathy in the Service Department is amazing, she has been very helpful with my appts!!

We started off emailing, I wasn't big on phone calls when looking for a new vehicle you know pressure. But I ended up giving my number and instead of a phone call I got a Message. I read it a few times and that's all it took for me to meet Tammy! I knew ahead of time I was going to buy a car from her, No pressure No sale person gimmicks no being dodgey (pun intended) Let me tell you I was sold on #1 How they treated me and my s/o. She sent an amazing update message and it was like talking to some one I knew for years. We exchanged messages for a few days and she had the Dodge charger I wanted. Over the phone I said that's what I want I want to buy from you. Friday came around she stayed after hours We lived 120 miles away and her finance manager Kevin. Easy Peazy! They were both NO B/S down to brass tax and we were out the door by 6:30 PM with Keys to a new charger GT.... I recommend 10/10 p.s. Ask for Tammy!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were stranded and from out of town. Called Lithia Dodge in Santa Rosa and they were rude and said they were "booking two weeks out." Called Autoworld and Fernando was kind, fast and understood our needs. They set the standard for Dodge service centers! Fernando was responsive and courteous. He immediately understood that our vacation would be impacted by repair delays. He pulled the technician out to talk to us to make sure he understood the history of the electrical issues, and then sent us on our way with a promise it would be fixed. And it was - that very day! I usually do my own repairs, but if I lived near Petaluma, my truck would go to Autoworld Chrysler Dodge and Jeep!

Went in for a used car and see what they had, then I feel in love with the new Dodge Dart that gets 40 MPG, and no stupid hybrid batty to worry about serving or replacing. The two Sales people that I talked to on the two different trips I was down there, I spoke with Brock & Tammy. They are very easy to talk to, Brock I have to say can be pretty darn funny and Tammy just knows about every option that can be had for a Dart. Thomas the manager was so nice to deal with, not like the typical guys for sure. I wanted an orange one, which Tom & Brock helped find in only a matter of a day! I love my Dart! This is a great place to shop at!-Vince-
