Contacted dealership and asked about a particular truck, which they said was still on the lot. Contacted them at 12:30 and they were closing at 2:00 because it was Good Friday. I told the guy on the line I really wanted to see this truck, but I was leaving the next day to go out of town for work and I wouldn't be able to get there until just after 2 because I was coming from Lafayette. He told me to just call when I was close and we would see where we were at. This gave me every indication that he was willing to stay until I got there to show me the truck. I started calling at 1:45 and called several times before 2. No one ever answered. I arrived at 2:09 to see the dealership was closed. I didn't even see the truck in question on their lot. Needless to say, I am beyond mad. I drove 1 hour and 40 minutes each way and burned 1/2 of a tank of gas for nothing. I had my checkbook with me and was prepared to buy the truck on the spot if I liked it. If this is how they treat customers, then I don't need to spend my money there. They can keep their truck. I'll buy one at another dealership where they treat people with respect.
