I went to browse vehicles at Balise, Donny Chakoian was the salesman. He was very easy to work with. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from him. I found him to be trustworthy, not pushy and was very knowledgeable. When I am ready to purchase another vehicle I will definitely go back to Nissan and request Donny.

After purchasing a new vehicle, I was advised to wait until first oil change if I needed warranty issues to be corrected. I brought the vehicle in for oil change and correction of things that should have been identified in pre-delivery inspection and salesman. When I picked up the vehicle most of the items were not corrected or I was told were my issue. I contacted the service manager who ( I think) turned my problems over to Brian Fry , assistant service manager. Brian contacted me and we went over each item. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with. So much so, that I even brought another vehicle I own into his department for service. I highly recommend him for getting the job done right and with a smile.

My experience was so great that after reaching home I opened my laptop and started writing review even I did not finalize the deal. When I walked into showroom, employees looked cool and happy. I almost felt like I will take the new vehicle today. I really appreciate sales consultant Mr. Mike Canavan Jr. and his manager for the fair price offered to me on 2016 and 2017 Nissan Rouge SV with premium package. I almost visited 7 to 8 other dealers that includes Honda, Mazda and other nissan dealers but no one has given me correct price for my vehicle nor for the new vehicle that I showed interest in. Deliberately undervalued my vehicle or overpriced their vehicle. Instead of talking about other dealers I would rather suggest Car Buyers, especially if Nissan car, Please go to Balise Nissan and buy your car. You will get Vehicle and have peace of mind. Finally, I convey my best regards to Balise team right from the top notch leaders to the receptionist. Have great Sales and keep up the good work.

I had recently purchased a new Nissan Sentra SR. I was pleasantly pleased to meet the salesman Donny Chakoian Jr. whom was very personable, polite and understanding of my financial needs. Donny had shown me this particular vehicle, and I instantly fell in love with "Miss Lucy". He was very patient, professional and caring during this process. I absolutely love my new car, and I would recommend any of my friends and family to see Donny Chakoian Jr. Thank you Donny!!!

Balise gave me a extremely low offer for my trade, that was less than any other dealer that me and my wife visited. They refused to work with us in any way. Our salesman was very disorganized and confusing to listen to. He and the managers did not care if we were even there. I refused to give my business to Balise for the very insulting service I received. They treated me as if I knew nothing about my car when I had gone to several dealers and done extensive research on what my trade in was worth. My salesman also right off the bat gave us empty promises of "negative equity washing"(actual quote from the salesman). They do not want to work with you. This dealer is only there to work for themselves to make money. Don't waste your time with Balise. There are plenty of other dealers such as Hurd in Johnston. They will actually treat you like a reasonable human being by listening to your wants. At least they attempt to compromise by negotiating to make a good deal with you.

After getting played during my last car purchase several years back, I was focused on making sure I didn't fall for any sales tricks when scoping out a lease on a Nissan Rogue. Heleno, at Balise Nissan, was the third car salesman I talked to when looking for a used car purchase --> which evolved into a lease search. Heleno was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly-a straight shooter. At no time did I feel like I was being pressured, tricked, or lied to. After getting a reasonably competitive quote from him, I shopped around to other dealerships [where I encountered a wide variety of salesman-Many with the stereo-typical/slimy approach]. As Heleno had been so forthright and patient/ accommodating with us through the early part of the process-I promised him I would revisit him if given a more competitive quote-Before signing final papers. I am glad I made good on my word with this-as he was able to match that quote, plus throw in a couple of maintenance perks. At the end, I am happy that he and his dealership got my business, rather than a few of the less savory people I dealt with. So Far, I am happy with the deal I got into, and would highly recommend both Balise Nissan and Heleno Miranda as a salesman.

So, I unexpectedly found myself in a situation where I needed to find a car. Not that I was in a rush, because I could manage getting by for a short time, but I still needed to eventually find a car. I spent about three weeks searching literally every car dealership across Rhode Island. By the weekend of my third straight week I was emotionally drained. Having fallen in love with a Rogue during my used car searches, I thought I would never be able to get one and felt heartbroken that it may never happen for me. I ended up seeing some used Rogue's available when I searched online on Balise Nissan of Warwick's website. So, I went to take a look. I had dealt with to this point, probably every type of salesperson at my searches through all dealerships, from unsavory, to rude, to cruel, to just downright ignorant, so I showed up somewhat defensive having had so many bad experiences to this point. However, from the second we walked in the parking lot, we were greeted by a salesperson (I'm sorry I forgot your name) and he was a delight for the short time we got to speak with him as he had an appointment that showed up at the same time so he had to go. He was friendly and listened to what I was looking for, he had a great smile and a wonderful personality which immediately put my nerves at ease. When he left, we were given another salesman, Bruce Reis. Honestly, I never met someone that was so made for this type of profession! He was sweet, nice and caring. He patiently listened to my frustration, my wants, my needs, my bitter experiences, all with a smile and a kind demeanor. He put my fears at rest and was so patient with me. I can only imagine how I was at the time having been so frustrated by this time through the last few weeks! He understand my love for the Rogue and literally did everything he could to help me get my dreams to come true. Between Bruce and Mike Sepe, they helped me make my wish come true! Somehow I went from possibly getting a used Rogue, to getting into a brand new 2016 Rogue lease, and I am beyond thrilled. I spent about two days with them from my initial stop on a Sunday, and then returning the next day on Monday after work. They had the patience of angels to deal with my emotional roller coaster ride! If you guys ever see this review, thank you Bruce and Mike! Like I said that first day, I hope you make me a Nissan owner for life, and you have! I recommend you both to everyone I know and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work Bruce, like I told you, you have the BEST personality and demeanor for that job! I see lots of great things for you there at Nissan! See you all soon.

Buying a car can be an intimidating experience for many people. I went through a car buying program and the three dealers selected by them tried to sell me a vehicle that was not what I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. I then went to Balise Nissan, not a part of the program, and they not only got me the vehicle I wanted, with the options I wanted, at the price I wanted and the financing I wanted, with absolutely NO pressure to buy. I did have a trade-in and they gave me a fair price. Working with Mike Canavan , sales consultant, who my wife thought was great, and Brandon Potter sales manager, the dealing process was efficient and intimidating. To top off the experience, the closing with the financial manger, Desiree, was an enlightening experience. Her computer system with Nissan, was down, and she manually was able to execute the process professionally and efficiently under the circumstances. I certainly recommend buying Balise, and from Mike Canavan.

I've bought my last two nissans from this dealership. I like NO PRESSURE sales and even though it was two different sales people, I felt no pressure whatsoever both times. I go back to have my service done as well. Their service dept is accomodating and thorough. Look, we all hate car buying experiences, it's not fun laying down a bunch of money. In my mind, Nissan is worth the cost and this dealership makes buying as painless as possible.

My husband and I went here to look at cars in the hopes of getting something newer and more reliable for our family but instead left insulted and discouraged with the whole dealer experience. We were approved for a new car but with the way we were treated we decided to not be pushed into anything we were not comfortable with and we are so glad we did. We are now extremely happy with our brand new 2016 Altima from anchor nissan, it was a whole other experience we never thought was was possible.

As a repeat customer of the Balise dealerships I stopped in the other day to buy a new car. I warned the salesman that I didn't play the game that dealership play and that I knew what my trade was worth and I knew what car I wanted and how much it was and I also let him know I had a credit score of 820.The salesman gave me the numbers of the my trade and it was inline of what I expected but the sales price of the new car was sticker price. I told him that I would never pay sticker and then showed him that I could get the very same car at different dealership for $4500 less and I told him they would have to meet or beat that price for me to buy from them.The salesman after informing his manager of what I said came back and asked me if I was a veteran and I said yes. After a few minutes he came back saying he had great news. Reviewing his print out they knock off $4000 of the purchase price. As I continued to read he asked if we had a deal but then I noticed they reduced my trade by $2000 in a typical bait and switch tactic. At that point I asked him if he recalled what I said when I first walked in. Then I told him we were done and they lost not only this sale but any future sales from me or my family.My advise is to stay away from this dealership, oh and I did buy a new car from another dealership and I got exactly what I wanted.

i took my 2013 nissan altima here on 3/16/16.i was very impressed with the whole experience.i needed warranty work and they told about my bad brakes and a hole in the exhaust.the quote to get it fixed was very fair and they gave me a loaner car.i took it here because i had a great experience when i had major work on my Toyota and went to balise toyota.its nice to know both dealerships are very professional.thanksbob spencer

Hello, After visiting the Auto Show, I emailed a few dealerships for lease prices on the Nissan Rogue I had seen there. India was assisting me via email and I forwarded pricing from another dealer. Realizing that the competing dealer was clearly leaving out many fees to appear lower she got her manager Brandon Potter involved. I had no intentions of dealing with sales tactics and simply asked Brandon for his best price including all fees and taxes. His initial quote was the lowest and exactly what my payment is.I went to the dealership and Brandon introduced me to salesperson Ben Rowan. I had trouble deciding on the exact vehicle and model and drove many cars and sat in one what seemed like 100 times. Ben couldn't have been more patient. He was so professional and knowledgeable and explained all of the options available with each vehicle. It took me over a week to come to a decision. Ben and Brandon offered any and all assistance to help with my decision while never pressuring me at all. They acted more like friends who cared for me and not sales people looking to make a sale and I am most grateful to both of them!In the end I purchased the exact Nissan Rogue that I had seen at the Auto Show. I was able to take my time and make an informed decision while getting exceptional service and the best price. I couldn't imagine purchasing anywhere else. I had a wonderful experience at Balise Nissan on Rt. 1 in Warwick. Kip was my salesman and he was excellent. A very kind and interesting man whose main focus was to get me and my family into a safe, reliable, and affordable car. I was also assisted by the sales manager Mike. Both gentlemen went above and beyond in accommodating my familys needs. Even in the downtime of waiting for financing Kip kept me engaged and interested, and Mike constantly checked in on me. Kip was efficient and knowledgeable about the vehicles, policies, and warranties. When it was time to sign, Mike very thoroughly went through all of the paperwork and made sure I knew what I was signing and why, and that I was clear on everything. He was so kind and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. Balise Nissan is a team that makes sure your car buying process is quick, convenient, and enjoyable. From experience with other dealerships, buying/leasing a new car was something I was dreading. At Balise Nissan, however, the experience was so straight forward and refreshing. This week car shopping was on the to do list and I already knew a Rouge was what I wanted. My sister, boyfriend and I went to Balise (as my sister had good luck with the service department when she used to live near by and get her now 11 year old Nissan serviced) as we were getting my niece and nephew out of the car we were met by Donny Chakoian on his way into the dealership. Donny was helpful in explaining all the options and finding the right car for me. He did a great job making sure the car and deal was right for us. He is very charismatic and easy to talk to. We went back Friday morning to finalize the papers and pick up the car he was ready for my dad and I as we entered, Desire(I believe that's her name) was on point with all the package and paperwork and made it a painless presses too. I have been enjoying my car the last two days and can't wait for all the fun to come with it. I would definitely go here again & recommend it!

No pressure, no upsell, no tricks, no attempt to get me to look at something else. A vastly different experience then I have had with other dealers. We have had some pretty terrible experiences buying cars in the past. So, needless to say, we were prepared for a battle. Thank goodness our salesman, Donny, knew how to take down our defenses. My wife and I are very happy with Balise Warwick. We have purchased 2 cars from them within the past 8 years. We keep going back because of the EXCELLANT CUSTOMER SERVICE and FRIENDLY STAFF. This recent experience we had was excellent! The first person i spoke to (I believe her name was Crystal) was extremely patient. I called numerous times and asked her so many questions. She had even called to follow up the next day to see if i had any more questions and to confirm my appointment for the evening. I feel she should be recognized for her INCREDIBLE customer service! Our sales consultant was Don Chakoian. He was Awesome! I felt we bought this car EFFORTLESSLY! I say that because he was knowledgeable, confident, and friendly. We were able to make our decision to buy with COMFORT and EASE . I did not feel like i was buying a car that my wife and I were unsure of or had any doubts about. He was extremely professional. I encourage anyone who is looking to buy a Nissan to speak with Don Chakoian!

Let me provide readers with a realistic review of what you can expect when you visit Belise Nissan of West Warwick since I had an experience that I would love to share with anyone trying to narrow down where they should go buy their next vehicle. I called in a test drive for Martin Luther King Jr. day and took out an Altima with sales consultant Michael Canavan. Things went well, the car was solid feeling and at a fair price, there were some scratches all around the vehicle but they appeared to potentially be scratches that could be easily buffed out if the car were detailed up, so I asked them if they could clean up the outside to see if the many scratches could be removed. Michael Canavan obliged and said they could possible have it cleaned up by the nighttime (it was about 2pm at the current time) but I told him we were traveling from 30-45 min away so we would only be able to come back the next day (Tuesday) after 4pm. I said I would call to verify the car was still available and cleaned up. The car was for my father-in-law who was with me at the time so he took a day off of work on Tuesday to be able to go back up to see the car. Tuesday morning came and I called Michael Canavan back and left a message asking if the car was ready and I also asked 3 other follow up questions about things like if we close the deal today, would I need to bring my own plates or would I get a temporary one I am from out of state so I was not sure how the process worked in R.I. Five hours went by with no reply from Canavan, so I reached out to Sales Manager Brandon Potter (who I also met on the first day) and asked him the same info I left for Canavan on his voicemail. Three more hours passed and no reply from other and now it is 7pm on that Tuesday and there is only two hours left for dealer hours so I am out of luck today. Frustrated, I reached out then to General Manager Chandran Venkitachalam and he promptly replied within an hour, to my shock and amazement, he did not try to contact Canavan or Potter to find out what my concerns were and email me the answers I sought, he assumed my questions would be answered if I came into the dealership and told me to just come in and they would answer the questions then. I emailed him back saying my questions were the type that needed to be answered BEFORE I travel 45 min to go there so I can have with me all the proper documentation or plates I would need to complete the cash deal. Chandran then replied with a bunch of info about questions I did not ask and still, after 6 emails that day and 4 phone calls, I still had no answers to my questions and a total wasted day taken out of work for my father-in-law (who the car was for). To even assume that the dealership was very busy that day is a total joke too since I was in there on MLK day and as I sat in Michael Canavans cubicle for 3o minutes waiting for paperwork, I watched Sales Consultant Heleno Miranda browse online his desk computer for sectional sofas that he apparently must have been searching to buy, I guarantee his computer history on 1-18-16 about 1-2pm will show searches to furniture websites and if Im not mistaken, he opted to go with the Earth tone color L-shaped sectional with removable pillows since that is the one I saw him marking down info about and calling on his cell about (the point of that comment is to show that there were bodies available who could have called me back in the event that Canavan or Potter were busy or absent that day since I had expressed Id be back today to close the deal if the car was cleaned up. I have documentation in emails too of most of my claims so if anyone wants to contest the legitimacy of my claims I am ready to justify them, I even have cell video of Heleno Miranda shopping for 30 minutes. Overall the customer service cant get anymore laid back nor can they make you feel any less important than my experience at Belise Nissan of West Warwick on 1-18-16 and 1-19-16. Its 11am on the following morning an still no call back or email with answers to my follow up questions from Chandran, Potter or Canavan. Have a great day!

Everyone at Balise Nissan made our car shopping experience easy, convenient and an overall pleasant experience. I had been leasing a Toyota and decided not to keep it at the end of my contract. I had been searching for Nissan Rouges online and found one at Balise for a great price. Jill at the front desk was very helpful in reaching out and providing information about the car I was interested in. Donny Chakoian, our salesperson, was wonderful. He took care of our every question and concern and exceeded our expectations. The ladies in the financing and insurance departments were also great and took very good care of us. My husband and I very much felt as if we were in great hands, every car shopping experience should be like ours!

Very helpful here and a very smooth experience. I previously had a Toyota and my lease was up while also being partial to the Nissan look and style more than Toyota, so I went into Balise Nissan of warwick and had a great experience and great customer service with my salesman Mark Sampson. He was timely and answered all my questions professionally and courteously without hassle or felt I was being pressured. When purchasing my vehicle I was told that I could not transfer plates from MI. because I had an address in CT. WRONG! While attempting to get CT plates I was told I had to get a CT license to register in CT. WRONG! Temp plates expired. Asked dealer to re issue temp tags so I can drive my car. They said they can't do that. I explained that I had to cancel all holiday plans and rent a vehicle while waiting for plates. They made no offer of a loaner vehicle or any solution to my problem. They do not return calls or show any degree of caring that this has cost me 3 vacation days from work and the cost of a rental and the cost of an un-needed CT plates and license. Obtained a CT license as a MI resident to satisfy dealership. My car has been parked in my driveway for 5 days now and I'm still paying for a rental. Last word I got was I should have plates within 10 days. OUCH! And all this crap does not include the fact that the car has crapped out on me 3 times in 3 weeks. (2013 vehicle with warrenty) Mike Sepe called and told me "Let me see what my Sales Team can do" Well that was 10 days ago and I haven't heard back from him.

I had a very pleasant experience at Balise Nissan! The sales personal were all very pleasant and welcoming. The gentlemen that helped me lease my new car was was exceptional, I never felt as though I was being pushed and pressured into something I couldn't handle. All of my questions were answered quickly and efficiently! I would absolutely recommend doing business and will be telling everyone about what great experience I had here!

They advertise a sale price for a Nissan Leaf. Under the price they say that there is $5000 discount. Nowhere does it state that the $5000 is already included in the sale price. The price is listed separately from the discount. When questioning about the deal, I got a answer saying "There is no way" that you could get a price like that. Move on to the next dealer.

I had a 2012 Nissan Leaf that I leased for 39 months and will be expiring March 2016.So I was looking for a 2015 Sentra s, so I'll have a lower down payment. I inquired at my original dealer (anchor Nissan) and they gave me a good quote, but unfortunately I had to wait a couple of days before their Sentra arrives at their dealership.While I was waiting, I went ahead and go to village Nissan. I told them upfront what anchor Nissan quoted me, and if they can go lower. They let me wait for an hour and keep offering me a higher quote several times during my wait. So I left. I was upfront to them, they should have been upfront that they can't go lower than the quote I gave them instead of giving me all these sales tactics. That evening, I went to Balise Nissan, and did the same thing. Mike Sepe the sales manager greeted me, and immediately referred to me to one of the sales consultants Bruce Reis.In less than 20mins, they gave me their best quote which is lower than the quote anchor Nissan gave me. I signed the paperwork and left with my 2015 Nissan Sentra!Both Mike Sepe and Bruce Reis are very professional, posses excellent customer service, and direct to the point. No BS!!!It was a quick and pain free transaction! We purchased a car on Sunday from Donny C. We came back in on Monday at 5 to pick it up. The car was sitting there detailed and ready to go. The staff was friendly and helpful. The whole process took about an hour, unlike other dealers where it is an all day event. I will go back to Balise and work with Donny on my next car.

I worked with Bruce Reis and I couldn't have been happier. He was so patient with us as we looked at multiple cars and wanted to test drive a few. He didn't show us any car out of our price range and never pressured us into something we didn't want. He spent time with us even when he was there longer than his scheduled time. Bruce stayed with us during all the signing of the papers and even called the next day to see how we liked it. I really couldn't say anything bad about my experience there. Everyone was friendly and knowledgable. Even the financial manager was amazing! I would recommend anyone to go there and would like to buy another car there one day.

Be accosted by the strong-arming, "I'm Gonna Sell You This Car Today" classic caricature of your-worst-nightmare-of-a-car-salesman (new or used), circa the sixties. The only thing missing was the shiny suit.We explained that we were careful, deliberate buyers who took requisite time to research every aspect of our purchase until we were confident and wholly satisfied with our decision. Turns out the gentleman needed a hearing aid, for his push persisted. Still, we took a test drive and as we returned he confidently told us to park the vehicle in the SOLD section of the lot.STRIKE ONE!We returned to perusing the lot and then asked the salesman if he could get us a rough trade-in estimate for our 2009 vehicle (which, incidentally, we had purchased new and most satisfactorily from this very place). He quickly retorted that that would be a waste of his time until we had committed to some type of a deal. Still, he consulted with his manager, who arrived at the same assessment of our request.STRIKE TWO!!As we were leaving the salesman promised us that wherever we went, whatever deal we were offered, we must return to him because he could guarantee to sell us the exact same car for $100less. We assured him that we would not be engaging in a game of TIT for TAT, Auto Version.STRIKE THREE!!!OUT we went, not wanting to "waste" any more of their time and never to return.SCENARIO 2:Open car door. two years ago I went to a Nissan dealer near me, I was shocked to how bad the service was. the sales person actually left to another costumer without a reason. He made me feel discriminated against. I got very upset and left the place, but as I was getting in to my car the manager came after me and asked me to come back in. He was a real gentleman and very much fixed the damaged of the unprofessional sales person. Now, two years later, I went back to the new and improved Nissan dealership and this time my husband and I were welcomed from the minute we stepped in to the time we were assigned to that young man who introduced himself as Donny Chakoian Jr. originally, I went to check out a deal and wasn't sure if I'll actually buy. I thought, I'll just go and see what is going on. Donny with his charm and sweet personality made our trip worth while. He wasn't only a charming young man, but a very professional salesman as well. He listened to us and answered the many questions my husband and i had to ask with patience, an open mind and a big smile. Before we know it, we were already working on a deal to buy my new 2015 Nissan. For the first time, I come across a salesman who is genuine and honest like Donny. This is the second car I purchased from Mike at Balise! I was recently in a car accident that left my 2014 Rogue totaled. Once my insurance company decided it was a total lost I needed to get into a new car quick. Mike was able to find me the exact car I wanted (I am pretty particular) for the price that I wanted in less than a day so that I could get in on a Nissan incentive that was expiring. Both of the car buying experiences I have had with Mike have been stress free! I no longer dread when I am in the market for a new car because Mike makes the process quick and easy! I went to Blaise to test drive a vehicle and get a price comparison. My salesperson was clueless about the vehicle I chose(I knew more about it). After the test drive, where we got lost, by the way... I was sat down and told that I had to make a deal today. They informed me that they refused to give me a price unless i would make a deal. After some incredulous questioning by me, I was finally given a ridiculous price(25% higher lease than anywhere else I had seen). I then got up to leave but was told I couldn't, until the manager talked to me. I agreed wait, but after close to 10 minutes I walked out. What a terrible experience... Needless to say, i didn't buy a Nissan.

My car purchase experience was great, I had a very friendly guy help me out and everything was smooth. But in terms of having my car serviced there - I have had nothing but issues. My direct experience with the service specialist was great, but the actual work to my vehicle and the response to my feedback from their manager = less than satisfying. The manager Brian I. could do a better job at being personable. For this reason, going forward, I would not recommend purchasing your car here. You can have a wonderful experience with the purchase of your vehicle but what is the point if the follow up visits will prove dissatisfying?

Choosing to go to Donny from Balise Nissan was the best decision we've made. Our experience this time was 150% times better than the last time. Donny was extremely friendly and made sure that we were aware of all of our options to find us the perfect car. He was able to answer all of our questions without hesitation and made making us happy his priority. It was very refreshing to have a car salesman show you that he actually cares about you getting exactly what you want, as opposed to what will benefit him the most. I plan to buy a Nissan car from last summer. So I visit all Nissan store around RI and MA area. However, I never find any other stores have so wonderful service as this. Also, when I show Donny Chakoian the low price from other store could give to me, he went to talk with his manager and try his best to give me lower price to me. So I agree with this deal with him. Then he afraid me to wait for too long time, so he helped me to pick up my car from the storage and drive it to the store by himself. As my mum said that I was so lucky to get Donny's so quality service. I will recommend to my friend. And if I plan to buy another car, I will definitely to contact him again.

I will NEVER EVER BE BACK TO BALISE NISSAN OF WARWICK. The first time I came here everything was great, and I bought a wonderful car. HOWEVER; I have been back for service on multiple occasions and each time I was either lied to about my contract or told I didn't have something I was supposedTo have on my contract when I bought the car. On top of being lied to by the sales associates and service associates the mechanic STOLE ITEMS OUT OF. MY CAR! That's just wonderful service right?! My advice to anyone looking to purchase a car; LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! You can find just as good of cars in just as good as Conditions for the same prices in different locations WITH JUST AS GOOD OF SERVICE! Don't get scammed by these liars and thieves at Balise! They even gave me two dead key remotes and wouldn't put batteries in them! CHEAP!!!!

Originally, I was apprehensive about attempting to finance a new car. I did not think my credit would be good enough or that I would need a large down payment. When I walked into Balise Nissan, I was greeted immediately by Kip Clemetson. He was not overbearing in any ways typical of a car salesman. He was very polite, was interested in what I wanted out of a car. He took some preliminary information from me and then we went and looked at cars. I found a color that I liked and he went to grab the keys. We took it for a test-drive around the area, local roads and highway. He showed me the inside and out of the car, taught me how to use the rear-view camera and went over the vehicle specifications and what special features this car had that my previous car did not. I gave my credit information and came back a few days later. I left that night with my brand new car. I would recommend Kip and Balise to anyone looking to get a new car. I bought a new Nissan truck today at Balise in Warwick. I saw a truck I wanted, which had some issues with what was online, so it was a rough start at the dealer. But they all were truly sincere about dealing with it. I am never comfortable with sales, especially car dealers. But they were all patient people who listened. I know this because there were a few technical things about the trucks they were not as familiar with, as much as I had dug up. But they checked and were nice about picking up a new thing or two, and I believe they will use all the feedback to improve the process. This is different from other places, who can't be wrong know it also. We found a truck I really liked, they being calm and patient with me. The sales person was Kip and the manager was Brandon. I got a nice deal, and they went slow enough for me to digest the numbers. I got a good trade in on my old truck, without them playing games. The dealership is HUGE, and they run a first class major corporate operation. The professionalism was obvious in all the staff, just walking around. Do ask for Kip, I suggest, who can walk you through getting a Nissan, if you are serious about getting one. The support staff was great about working with my Massachusetts Registry, my online insurance company that I was able to connect on the phone with them, and they offered same financing as I prechecked with my local bank, so I took it from Nissan, as I got an additional discount. I had a few options put on, which they did right away. This is a lot of money to me, and I amsurprised I am not freaking out more. That usually means I am doing OK with it. My truck is just beautiful, and is more what I wanted than I first planned. Thank you, Balise

I was looking for a new car for my son who is a college student on a tight budget. We had gone to several other dealerships prior to Balise. The other dealerships lure you in by saying that they have the vehicle we are interested in on their lot in our price range. When we get there they say, "Oh we don't have that vehicle but we can get you into this vehicle." or the price was much higher than quoted on the phone or email than my sons budget or they tried to talk us into a lease. After much stress and frustration we went to Balise. We were politely greeted by salesperson Kip. After telling Kip what we were looking for and the price range we needed to stay in, Kip and his financial manager Brendan were able to put us in the vehicle we WANTED in our Price range. They helped set up the insurance and Desiree explained the paperwork. Excellent service

I was able to purchase a new 2014 Sentra at this dealership.Kip Clemetson, my sales associate, was very nice and polite. I visited Balise Nissan to look at a Certified Pre-Owned Frontier, and was greeted by Donny Chakoian. From the test drive to the final sale, the entire experience was a real pleasure. Donny is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, but not at all pushy (unlike my experience at another dealer where the first words out of the salesmans mouth after the test drive were So, are you ready to buy?) Instead, he listened patiently and answered all my questions without ever making me feel pressured to make a quick decision. I pointed out a minor issue with the drivers door near the window, and even though this was a used truck he assured me that it would be repaired to my satisfaction (which it was). Donny wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Donny to anyone looking for a car.

I explained how at Herb Chambers Cadillac they just gave me a raw deal by selling me a car that had been in an accident an saying it wasn't. Donny went an got his manager, at this point they both put together a deal that was nothing short of fantastic, for a new Maxima. They gave me the royalty treatment which I had expected at a Cadillac yet did not receive, Balise should be proud to have these gentlemen working for them, the experience was about me as it should be when you buy a new car, I cannot thank them enough for all there hard work.??

Mike Sepe did a great job explaining the service work to be done and managing the process, start to finish. He clearly outlined what was recommended for the mileage and also investigated my concerns about the TPMS and brakes with recommendations about repairs. I especially appreciated his candid feedback about what to anticipate in terms of service as our 6-year old car gets closer to 100,000 mi. That's something I could only get with an experienced Nissan service expert. The service performed was excellent and the van was returned to us looking great. When I got it on the highway, I could see a big difference in terms of smoothness, responsiveness, great braking, and a true alignment. Thanks again for all the great work.

I was little nervous to start the car buying process. However that was not the experience I had at Balise Nissan. When I walked in which was later in the evening I had a wonderful sales associate sit and talk with me (Donny Chakoian). I don't think he knew as he was pitching his sale I was working on my phone. However that didn't interrupt him for letting me test drive my current vehicle. It was very nice to sit there and laugh and not be pressured by your typical car sales associate. After the test drive I said I would return. Well I did exactly that and got to also meet the Sales Manager Mark and the General Manager Scott. The vehicle I was inquiring about just needed some minor touch ups. Donny, Scott & Mark made sure that this would be taken care of. I must say it was a wonderful experience and I can highly recommend these gentlemen if anyone ever is in need of a used or new Nissan. I bought my 2007 Nissan Altima in November of 2013. Last week I started hearing a clicking noise so I decided to take it to my mechanic. He took one look and listen to my car on the lift and told me it was my transmission. Even though I didn't buy any additional warranty with my car I decided to call Balise to see if it was covered. They were extremely helpful in a stressful situation and even informed me it was complete covered. This happened on a Tuesday and my appointment with Balise was not until Thrusday morning. I dropped my car off Tuesday night anyway, in hopes someone would cancel their appointment. The manager, Mike Sepe told me he would actually be able to take it in that night. Long story short my car had a brand new tranny installed and back to me on Wednesday night. What amazing customer service!

Typical used car scam practices to get you into their dealership. Truck advertised "Like New" in internet ad and described over phone to get me to drive 120 miles to see and ideally buy the truck with cash in hand. Arrived to see body damage on 3 of 4 quarters and corrosion on bumper. Obviously upset, I still pursued purchase, expecting some price reduction considering damage to vehicle. Scott, the so-called sales mgr. was rude and belligerent with a "take it or leave it" attitude on full price. Too many dealerships out there to deal with scam artists like these guys, go elsewhere!

Reality is that dealerships are there to make money so there's a fine line between their staying in the black and you not losing your shirt in negotiating. However, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised in our dealings at Balise Nissan when we met our salesman,Richard Huchel. Rich met us after we'd browsed the lot for a little while and with no pressure mentioned that if we either had questions or would like to see more of anything he'd be there to help. By this time I had found the truck I liked and asked for a test ride. After the ride we talked price but again no pressure. Come on back after you've thought about it and we can fine tune the numbers , he said. Just that "let me know if I can help" attitude without "let's make a deal now " pressure put us at ease. I wanted to sleep on it and maybe shop around before I made a decision. We visited another dealership the following day and though they had nothing on the lot that interested us we were assured by the sales manager that they could get us anything I wanted at what ever price or better than the "other dealership" had offered and please don't leave without the promise of giving them a chance to beat the price......! Here it comes, the pressure. After weighing the advantage of a friendly local dealer to one on the other side of Providence, the possible difference of a few dollars a month more didn't seem worth the effort of re-haggling a price.Upon returning to Balise, the Sales Manager, Scott Sniffin, introduced himself and assured us that he would find any Nissan incentives he could to help make our purchase easier if we indeed decided to buy. By now we decided that this was the best deal we were going to get and let's go with it, but with out any further prompting Scott threw in a couple of "goodies" that we hadn't anticipated thus making the sale even sweeter. Lastly I'd like to thank Brandon Potter, my Balise Internet Contact for all his help and connecting the dots when I had questions.Thanks Guys for making this an enjoyable experience..

I went in on Thursday to see what I could find in my price range for a new lease, my current lease was up at the end of the month.Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly. Mike explained everything to me in terms I could understand and put absolutely nopressure on me to enter into a deal that did not meet my budget. Joe also helped with explaining to me the pros and cons of the Sentra vs. the Altima. Overall I had a very good experience, I got a car I love at a price I can live with.

We purchased our 3rd car from this dealership, our second one with Brandon who helped us out in this process. Taking a different approach we decided to negotiate through email and eventually made it into the dealership to speak in person to finalize details. One thing that I unsure of was for this internet promotion the pricing is already priced aggressively, so negotiation is strict. But upon more research on what I was looking for the car was priced 3000 lower than what KBB was quoting me, so that was a plus. Always looking for more off I was able to get new tires, a couple of complimentary oil changes (which normally is for new car purchases from what I was told at this location), and new splash guards in the rear (the ones on it were scuffed slightly. In addition, I was able to get a few more hundred off that agreed price which I was hoping for more but from research the deal was already pretty good. I was glad we were able to repeat purchase here because of the success that we've had in the past. Being a certified Nissan car it came with a warranty, although with the other options they offered I decided to only take the standard warranty. The woman I dealt with for the financial portion I feel was a little disappointed that I didn't purchase any additional warranties, but in the end it's was I want and not what they would hope I would purchase. I recommend this place to anyone looking for friendly sales reps and negotiable prices.

After being introduced to Joe, the Parts Mgr., at a function in CT, I followed up with him a short time later as I had a 2013 vehicle that I was assisting a family member to sell. It was worth the 2 hour drive from Connecticut to make the sale when conducting business with such a reputable dealer. Joe was upfront, personable and honest. He took care of all discussions with Mark the Sales Mgr. and Scott the GM and had the entire deal settled before I drove up. Balise offered a better price for the car than CarMax and the sales process was streamlined and efficient. All I had to do was walk in, sign a few papers, hand them the keys and walk out. Both Scott and Mark were very polite and professional even taking time out of their busy day to personally thank me for coming up. It was refreshing to finally walk into a dealership that remembers what customer service is really about.

I use to come here and get my 2008 Nissan Altima coupe a regular oil change and tire rotation. I am from New York but go to school in the area so I thought this place would be trustworthy. I decided to buy 4 brand new tires and two new brake pads and rotators (so they said I needed) needless to say I spent a lot of money here. I got my car back and my car was totally out of alignment-I mean terrible driving conditions. I called them back the next day and said to bring it back in. They took my car in and said they "fixed" it. I kid you not my car was still shaking! I thought maybe it's the new tires?! But I couldn't stand the shakiness as I went over 65mph. I brought it back to them and a mechanic came in the car as I drove it. He said he felt the shakiness and definitely needed to align it and balance it. As I waited in complete shock that I was back here again the sales lady that I have been in contact with proceeded to inform me that when I got the new tires their alignment machine wasn't working! How could you send a customer on the road with out aligning their tires?! I was convinced this was the last time I would be back, but I felt the same shakiness when I drove back home! This time the manager took a spin with me. But he proceeded to tell me that it was from a prior curb hit. When I asked him to show me the hit he couldn't and made it sound like I was a bad driver. I couldn't believe it! I took my car to a different auto body shop and my car was back to normal!! These mechanics do not know what they are doing nor do the managers. Completely rude! Took too much of my time that I don't have as I am a college student. And took total advantage of a young female. I do not recommend Nissan Balise services to anyone!

I was scammed into leasing 2012 murano...supposively my rate should have been 300-400 per month and now im in a lease for 600 per month...how is this even possible. I thought when you lease a car it would be cheaper...do not buy or lease from this dealer, unless you want to dig deeper into your pocket.

not very good , they are trying to sell used rental cars misrepresented as just off of lease, watch out, I was looking for a Sentra and 3-4 were former daily rentals and Mike kept referring to them as lease turn ins..... They were priced ok if they were not previous daily rentals and 4 of them smelled so bad

Mike Sepe promised how nice a Chrysler town and country was, lied about the odors, scratches, and how they would work with me on financing.Well his idea of working on my credit was to tell me how bad my credit is and how they could help me as they had a bank connection at a lending institution. They almost had me at 21% until my sister told me to contact Pawtucket credit union. They approved me as a first time auto loan buyer, at less than half the rate. I was even talking to a Representative of the bank and she suggested I try a dealer closer to the bank, I am sure glad I did, Purchased a really clean van, better warranty and a less money plus less miles and it had better/newer less worn matching tires. I found my salesman Mike Sepe to be arrogant and very rude as if he did not want to be bothered by selling used vans, plus I felt he hated where he was working as he had nothing good to say about his co-workers. I need to be careful as I am a single mother thank goodness my sister set me on the right path.

I recently bought a used 2005 Ford F-150 and the buying process couldn't be easier. I was offered more than expected for my trade and the price of the vehicle was very fair. Branden Potter was my salesman and he was friendly and made the buying process easy. Everyone else I encountered at the dealership seemed friendly as well. So far, I love my new (used) vehicle and hopefully everything goes well with it. I would buy from, and recommend, Balise again.

11/12/12 went for oil change and rotate tires. car ready, paid bill, looked at my car and knew they did not rotate the tires. this is called "obtaining $ under false pretenses." $ involved is minimal, much more concerned that the needed service was not performed. showed manager how I had the tires marked and knew they did not rotate the tires even though it said they did on paperwork and charged me for it. got credit card payment voided. still need to get tires rotated, now I have to spend another hour of my time, go somewhere else and get this done. there is absolutely no question in my mind that the tires were never rotated-- they are still marked and I still have my notes as to the position of the tires before and after my appointment. I will never go back to a Balise Nissan dealership.

Today we met with salesman Mike Canavan. When we began negotiating I asked some relevant and poignant questions. He stared at me blankly, clearly not understanding me, then RUDELY responded, "what do you, own a dealership?". No, Mike. I don't own a dealership, but I am an educated consumer, apparently something Balise, or at least Mike is not accustomed to. Neither I, nor anyone I know will ever purchase a vehicle from any Balise dealership. Absolutely horrendous.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Carvol Coleman was extremely helpful. He was very professional and friendly and made the entire experience not just painless surprisingly enjoyable. He really listened to what I wanted and I ended up purchasing the first car I test drove. I will definitely recommend others to Carvol and will return to him when I'm ready to purchase my next vehicle.

I went to buy a used Nissan Altima, the offered me a low amount for my trade in, finally got them to raise the price for the trade but then continued to give me a hard time because it was going to take me a few days to get the title for the trade. I am currently active duty military. I have a very busy duty schedule which was not going to allow me to pick up the car for a week. Even though I am in the military and was going to be on duty they told me there was no way for them to hold the car for more than one week. I think this is very poor costumer service and business practice especially when dealing with someone who is active duty military and on top of it all I had already give them a down payment of over $5000.

The mechanic that I worked with was very kind. He was a hard dedicated worker. The manager I had to deal with was rude and disrespectful to his workers as well as myself. I would recommend going to a different car dealership rather than the Balise chain.

This is the second purchase I have made from Balise and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable, respectful dealership with great staff, great service, great prices. The sales team is great - my first contact was via the Internet Sales force. My face to face experience was extremely positive - respectful, straightforward -- most importantly - no surprises. This is the second purchase I have made and have very positive impressions of sales manager Mike S. The service department is also terrific -- Lauren is really efficient, well organized and goes the extra mile to ensure things are done to the customer's complete satisfaction. Although it is not the closest dealer to me, it was by far well worth the trip.

I felt like I was actually treated like a person by Chris at Balise, did not feel pressured, and bought a car at a great price. Though I thought my credit was bad, I learned that it wasn't, and was given a great rate and affordable payments. Chris went above and beyond, showing me all the cool features in my new Altima, which other dealers did not do. On the day I took delivery of my car he even picked me up and took me to the dealership and to get coffee durring the short wait that my car was being cleaned up. I will reccomend this dealership and Chris to all my friends, and when I need a new car down the road, I'll be back!

Overall our experience at Balise was great. We came in looking for a used Murano and Chris helped up to realize a Pathfinder better suited our needs. He was knowledgeable and kept the ball rolling without being pushy. We were dealing with our insurance company on one side (this was a replacement for a totaled car) and Chris was patient and understanding through the whole process. We WILL be buying out next car from Balise and Chris.

Balise Nissan in Warwick Rhode island is not a friend, do not be fooled !!!! Upon walking in the door we were treated with the upmost respect and were waited on attentively. We sat down and explained our bad credit situation to the salesman, who was very sympathetic and understanding . The salesman began to show us cars that would fit our budget and make sense with the loan company if we end up being approved. We picked a car, filled out some paperwork, discussed possible payment prices .... All The usual workings of a dealership. Waiting for a response we headed home thinking we were at the mercy of a banks approval. The Next day we get a call saying we are approved but for a car with less miles and a little more money , which was not a problem for us , the only thing left to do was come pick our car up and put down our agreed fifteen hundred dollars. Exciting ? Temporarily ! For 3 weeks the vehicle was in our possession until one night we receive a phone call from the floor manager Saying our deal was terminated , the car needed to be dropped off at the dealership that night and nothing was left to be said . He did not help us find a new car , replace the old vehicle or even offer to refund my $1500 in a timely fashion. Instead 5 days have gone by , my phone calls are being ignored by employees , I'm being given excuses as to why my money cannot be reached and basically beinghung up on. A far cry from how we were treated in the beginning where everyone was our best friend , and everyone sympathized with my situation .LONG STORY LONGER , do not do business with these people !!!

I felt so comfortable from the moment I got there. The service was awesome. Richard was one if not the best salesman I have ever met. Not only did I feel comfortable but i trusted him something which has not been so easy since I started looking. Diane made the entire paperwork process so easy and Kaitlyn was not only sweet on the phone but very understanding with my crazy work schedule. 12/27/2011 Emailed Balise Nissan of Warrwick,RI. for a new Maxima. Talked to Chris Jutras, He said he would give me the same price as a dealer in MA, when I arrived, I reconfirmed the price, he said yes. After 1 1/2 hrs of waiting, filling out papers and credit application, They said they couldn't honor the price, they wanted $1,300 more out of pocket. It was apples for apples with the dealer in MA. They wasted my day. This has never happened to me in 35 years of buying new cars every 2-3 years. Salesmen talk about dealerships that give you one price on the phone, then change it at the end,I think Balise Nissan of Warwick is one of those dealerships, but I'am giving them one more chance, I emailed Mike Balise and received a response:Quote:"Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know of your concerns. He saw the price on line, but still would not sell the car for that price, but offered to sell the car to me at a higher price if I was interested. I asked Stephen if he saw the orginal Email that I sent Chris Jutris with all the prices and payments, He said yes. He responded by, leave more of a down payment, and we can get you to the monthly price you want to pay, or pick out a maxima with less extras. Bailse preys on people who don't know any better. The most upsetting part was the car salesman mislead me to get me down to the dealership. What a waste of time!!!You decide if you want to deal with this type of company!

My parents and I bought a new car a week ago and throughout the entire process Carvol Coleman's expertise and friendliness made the whole process very easy. He made himself available at any time through the cell phone and email for any questions or concerns that I had. I would recommended Carvol any day and to anyone. He really took the time to explain and answer all of our questions and we didn't feel pressured at any time throughout the process. His efficiency and professionalism were tremendous.

I had been searching for used cars in Rhode Island for at least 2 months. To which end, I had visited almost every dealership in the State and came across a number of cowboys endeavouring to sell rust buckets for a fortune!! Balise Nissan however, presented a whole new encounter. We had left the nearby dealership after receiving poor and abysmal service. Upon approach, we were greeted by Carvol Coleman, who had seen my fiancee and I long before we entered the forecourt. We were impressed from the get go with his extremely professional and proficient manner. Not only was he willing to work with us, he listened attentively and was able to cater to our needs (something that was lacking in all the other dealerships we visited). We test drove the first car we had seen and instantly fell in love with it. Not only did it drive well, the mileage was low and it had all the trimmings (plus more than we could have ever imagined). Working with both Carvol Coleman and Mark Menzies to negotiate the best deal that very day we purchased the car and the paper work was completed by Diane (Finance Manager) in a timely manner. The car was in a fairly decent condition but after Balise Nissan, gave it the once over. My car came out looking like a new ride!!After months of looking I have the perfect car and I will certainly recommend Balise to all my family, friends and colleagues looking to purchase a car. My husband and i went in to Balise with very little hope of being qualified for a car, we had some recent financial setbacks and our credit score is less than perfect, We went in and explained our situation. Chris and Charles were able to get us a car that we really liked, and payments we could afford. They went above and beyond to qualify and finance us. I would highly recommend Balise, very pleasant staff, no pushy salesman, everyone made you feel very comfortable. I've had my car (08 nissan altima) for about a week now and i love it!!! Looking forward to going back in a few years and hopefully buying a new car this time.

To say I was apprehensive about going to a car lot would be an understatement, as I have never bought a used car from a dealership. I met Chris Jutras of Balise Nissan after I had visited numerous other dealerships, and after speaking to him first over the phone. I told him what I was looking for, price range ... Everything he showed me was in my range - He never tried to oversell me, not once. I got a great trade in also. Pricing was upfront as advertised. We essentially did the deal via email. It was simple,and professsionally done. He is genuinely a great guy. I would highly suggest anyone looking for a new or used Nissan contact Chris Jutras at Balise Nissan of Warwick. He really made the car buying experience painless. I will call him before anyone else next time I am in the market for a car, and will suggest him to all my friends.

There was absolutely no pressure by the sales person topurchase the 2 vehicles. The sales manager was very friendly and gave us the best deal possible. We were also introduced to the Service Department personal who would bedealing with us when we need service in the future. We would strongly reccomend BaliseNissan to all our friends and relatives. This is the reason why we gave the dealershipa high reccomendation.

I came to Balise Nissan this past week to test drive the Rogue and was ready to buy. After driving one of the last 2011s on the lot in the options that I wanted - I realized it wouldn't sit on the lot for long and that I'd had to act. I told the salesman that I wanted to sit down and work out the numbers. He asked me if I had a trade and I told him that yes, I had a 2007 Santa Fe with 62k miles on it; also that I owed 10,600 on my loan and he responded with "You'll only get 7k on it if you're lucky. I wouldn't recommend trading in your vehicle." I then referenced Kelly Blue Book value and he laughed in my face. What a difference a few minutes could make! I was ready to buy and he just pushed me away from the sale. Do you know what I did? I walked right across the parking lot to Balise Subaru and a few days later ended up buying a Subaru Outback from a very friendly, honest and respectful and PROFESSIONAL salesman there. I got 10,700 for my vehicle and 1,500 below invoice on the new vehicle. The Subaru salesman took the time to appraise my trade-in where Nissan low-balled me without even looking at it. I would not recommend Balise Nissan to anyone. I guess it all worked out in my favor because I am extremely happy with my new Subaru Outback!

I bought a brand-new 2012 Magnetic Gray Versa. Chris Jutras was the sales consultant for my vehicle. This guy offered me the best deal out of any Nissan Dealerships in New England from day one. I shopped around and compared. No other dealership would come close. All the negotiations happened online via email. I told him this is the lowest price offer I got from somewhere else, he countered it right away and the number he threw in was below invoice price. It was a very quick and hassle-free transaction. Since the car I wanted was pretty rare because of the popularity of the color, options i wanted in the car, and its limited productions, he promised me he could get the same exact one I wanted in two days. He delivered the goods with absolutely no BS on time. I see why he has all these platinum awards hovering above his desk for best sales consultant of the year back-to-back for how many years back. He is straight up. He will go above and beyond to get exactly what you want and he is very easy to work with. He didn't waste none of my time blabbering about other model cars, upgrades, or anything that does not pertain to the vehicle that I wanted. See this guy if you do buy a Nissan car. I am extremely happy with the overall price, options he threw in, and the high quality service he provided making my new car purchase a pleasurable one...

After researching various auto websites over the past 2 years (i.e. - www.cars.com, www.autotrader.com, etc.), I recently drove 180 miles from N.Y. to R.I. yesterday to purchase a 2010 Toyota Camry XLE from Balise Nissan. They advertised a "no hassle price" which was several thousand dollars below Kelley Blue Book value and the listed price was indeed the actual cost of the car (i.e. - excluding down payment and involving no "bait & switch" tactics). This was confirmed one week prior through a live online web chat on the Balise Nissan website with an employee named Mike (who was very informative). The car was in great condition (Clean CarFax, everything worked perfectly) and I was allowed to test-drive the vehicle over various roads / surfaces. The entire process was entirely stress-free as my sales consultant Carvol Coleman was very helpful and worked with me, including being available by cellular phone as well as text messaging on his days off, to ensure that I received the best price possible. He was very knowledgeable and presented all possible financial options to purchase the vehicle without placing any pressure. I would definitely return to buy another vehicle and will recommend this dealership to friends. Thank you again employees of Balise Nissan.

I recently purchased a used Nissan Murano from Balise Nissan and need to share about what a pleasant experience I had. I met salesman, David Grande, in the parking lot in the pouring rain while looking at the cars on the lot. He was pleasant, friendly and very laid back. I feel that he went above and beyond through the entire process of purchasing this vehicle, for example staying late to fit my work schedule, giving his own jacket to my son who was cold, and moving all of my belongings from my old car to my new car for me again in the rain while I was doing paperwork. I never felt pressured in any way and was very comfortable with him. As a whole, the experience of purchasing a vehicle at Balise Nissan went smoothly and pleasantly. I would most definitely recommend this dealership to others. This is how buying a new car should be!!

Like many people I find buying a car a mix of fun offset by salespeople playing the same tired games.I was interested in a Murano and when greeted by Carvol I had all of my usual defense mechanisms engaged. I took me about thirty seconds to realize that Carvol was different - professional, polite, helpful and extremely knowledgeable on all of Nissan's models.Those same traits were amplified during two test drives of different models. At the end of that visit he quoted me a price that was the lowest I'd received, and in fact was the price I agreed to pay.Every aspect of the transaction was seamlessly handled by Carvol and Diane (finance) - thanks!Carvol introduced me to people in service (Lauren) and parts that I will deal with in the future and all thanked me for my business. I was particularly impressed with the effort applied in prepping the car and how they dealt with a smudge that I wasn't too worried about. I've received follow-up calls asking me how everything was going as well.In short, Carvol and the Balise team were great and a dealership that clearly sets standards and employ people who can meet them.

Overall a good experience. Chris was very helpful and the rest of the staff was very friendly. Helped me to find the perfect car that fit me in the short amount of time I needed to purchase a car. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and all of my questions were answered. They even sent someone to NJ so my mother could co-sign the paperwork. My boyfriend was able to speak with the mechanic and he was very helpful to him as well. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

I contacted the dealer through USAA car services. They were very helpful. I was contacted by Chris and he spent a lot of time chasing down different options, available colors within the U.S. on the East Coast (despite the pricing being contingent upon taking something in stock!). He was patient, not pushy and very helpful and flexibile. I bought the truck and the finance folks were fantastic. They gave me a great rate without trying to take advantage of me. They have agreed to put on some optional features at a great price. Overall, an extremely positive experience. I don't feel rushed, taken advantage of or like I just finished a wrestling match.

This team went to bat for me. They exceeded my expectations and delivered high quality service and great value. I felt the whole time, that the associates where there for me and not just make a sale. They made me feel like a customer and not another check they get to put in thier pocket. I would reccommend them as they really want to do whats right for you

Terrible. I purchased a used car from the dealership and they replaced the wheel locks with standard lug nuts and failed to tighten bothe front and rear passenger lugnuts. The car was making a knocking noise all the way home and it could have been a fatal situation if the wheels fell off.Beware of them...clueless!!

Worst experience i have ever had looking for a car. Sales men where very rude and un organized. I was told I couldn't get approved at any dealer with my credit and that they wouldn't be pulling my credit to seek a loan with banks. Indeed they pulled my credit so much to make it harder for other dealers to sell me a car. Luckly I found a great dealer who got me a great apr and an exelect experience un like experience at balise. This was the worst dealership Iv ever been to. Rude sales men and very un organized. They couldn't even find keys to the cars I was interested in, I do not reccomend this dealership.

Balise Nissan was recommended by a former employee so I had hi expectations to be taken care of. I was surprised to see that the dealership actually kept my appointment for the time that i was schedule to come in, which is unlike my experience at any other dealership. Chris Jutras was extremely professional, friendly, and kept all of his promises. After I left the dealership on Saturday i was confident that he would do all he could to find the right truck for me, and he delivered on Monday when everyone else was open. The only poor experience that I had was when I went to pick up my truck on Tuesday night. I was excited and everything was going as planned until i sat down with the finance manager Diane (I think that was her name). She was all business and had no smile or warming feeling about her. I felt like i was just another customer and she had to get all of my signatures in under 2 minutes. She didn't even say congratulations on my new truck. Just an expressionless "Have a good evening." But i digress. Overall the experience was great and i gave the dealership all 5's because Chris was top notch, despite the formalities of the buying process with the money manager. I hope this information helps.

As owners of a 2007 Nissan Quest, we were anxious to see the new 2011 Quest. As soon as one was delivered to Balise Nissan in Warwick, Chris Jutras called to let us know. We had previously talked with Chris about our plans for a new purchase and found him to be an exceptional young man. His concern, warmth and ability, coupled with his keen knowledge of the Nissan product made our visit a most pleasant one. Although the model that was in the showroom for us to see, was not the one that we were planning to purchase, Chris will contact us immediately when the 2011 Nissan Quest standard model is delivered to Warwick. We will then be more than pleased to visit Chris again and review that model and hope to take a test drive.We will do business with Chris...and only Chris....although the whole staff at Nissan/Warwick are great....Chris is our "man"!!!

Friendly and "normal" salesperson and staff. No pressure, quick, down to earth atmosphere. (Really liked the fact that the salesperson didn't seem like the typical pushy salesperson) Financing Department took care of us quickly with no problems. Car detail came out awesome. Great experience. Will definately shop there again in the future.

I had been to two car delaers previously. They were not very helpful. I went to Balisein Warwick-Chris Jutras went above and beyond the call of duty-he was very helpful and quite patient-Kudos to Chris-he is such an asset to the Balise organization. Although I went in on an extremely busy weekend, I received personal attention and had the feeling that the staff wanted me to be comfortable with my new lease. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable sales person. His direct response to my questions and criteria that I had outlined in my email was the number 1 reason why we went to Balise. Other dealerships sent back marketing gibberish which I promptly ignored. Chris read my email, researched his inventory and provided me with a quote. Reason for 'Good' rating on Price: I felt we were low balled on the trade in - my wife saved you on that one as I would have rejected the deal.

I found the friendliness of the persons I dealt w/ to be exceptional.The car buying process is never easy, it is always painfully long.There are no problems with the people, it is the process, that needs work.I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Nissan vehicle. I do feel that my salesperson (Carvol Coleman) was superior in insuring that I needed to know/meet all the personnel I will need to be in contact with, and where everyone is located.

All in all, a VERY positive experience! My salesman, Carvol Coleman, was courteous and knowledgeable. He knew his product as well as the competitive products. There were never any awkward "high pressure" moments. I am COMPLETELY comfortable recommending him as a reputable salesman. The sales manager as well as the finance manager were pleasant, transparent and personable. Balise Nissan gets two thumbs WAY UP in my book!

I would recommend Belise Nissan to my friends. The saleman greeted us very politely. We told him we were interested in a used car. He directed us to where they were and told us to see him if we had any questions about the vehicles. The purchasing process went very well. Carvol was polite, not pushy and explained everything in detail.

I was definitely happy with my sales process. This is definitely a team that walks the walk of customer service. Bob C really knows his business and zeroed in on my needs right away. The managemnt team was always there to check in on how I was doing and ensured I was being well taken care of. I will return to Balise for my next car and certainly will recommend them to others. I had a great experience at Balise Nissan. I had been shopping around for about a month, when a friend had told me about a commercial that Balise had been running about a year end clearance event. So I stopped in. I had an 08 Altima I was looking to trade in early and wanted to be right around the same monthly payment but wanted to get into the 2011 Rogue. Before I knew it Corval had reached my target payment and I was driving off the lot in my new Nissan Rogue. I recently went there to pick up my registration, and Corval asked me how I liked my car. I told him I loved even if it was a little dirty because of all the snow we just received. He went above and beyond his call of duty and offered to wash off the car. Overall Im estatic with the customer service i have received and will reccommend it to all my friends and family.

This was by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had. All of the upfront selection and price negotiation was done online and over the phone with Chris. No high pressure sales pitch trying to get me to buy something I didn't want or need...NOT ONCE did I hear "What's it going to take to put you in this car today?". It was a business transaction - as it should be. Four days after my first conversation with Chris, I drove off the lot with the exact Altima that I wanted for the price I wanted. I am recommending Balise to friends, family and total strangers who will listen to me.

I have bought a couple of cars from this dealership,everyone that I dealt with was very professional and they got me in a car that I thought I would not be able to get. I have sent friends and family there. The salesperson Chris and finance manager Diane were the most professional and courteous people. The General Manager Steve was a big help also. If you need a new or used car this is the place to go to.

We live in Westminster, Maryland and had narrowed our search down to a 2008 Nissan Armada, LE(during early 2010)...I was searching the internet non stop to find the exact color, etc...I was willing to fly in and drive the SUV back home...we initially put money down on one in New Jersey, DON'T ever buy/look at a vehicle from New Jersey; they sold it to someone else the day before we were supposed to pick it up and did not tell us...I was extremely upset and weary of the internet after that....After looking at one locally~that they would NOT certify, I found the perfect Armada online at Balise Nissan...priced way better than anyone else, considering mileage and it was certified!!! I was a little hesitant but called anyways....Chris gave me all of the information regarding the vehicle, he even had to walk out to find out a few things that were not listed, in the COLD...I told him what happened to us before, he was very understanding and guaranteed he would not sell it to anyone else....I would fly in to pick up the vehicle and we set it all up (and it was not immediate, I spoke to him on a Wednesday and could not fly out that weekend, so it was the next Friday)...Chris picked me up from the airport and drove me to the dealership...the SUV was exactly as described, even with a few surprise extras (the headphones were in the vehicle, vehicle dvd, etc...)...they had all the financial paperwork ready (in the % that we had wanted for financing)...Chris set up my bluetooth and already had my home set in the gps...Chris and the rest of the dealership were fantastic and when my son is ready to buy his car I will definitely check out their inventory...I would without hesitation tell everyone/everywhere that Chris Jutras and Balise Nissan should be your number 1 choice to buy a vehicle...

The sales man at this dealer was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the car. He did not push me into buying the car and also provided me with all inputs on the dealer discounts and company rebates that I will be eligible for. I had looked at an 2010 altima and was able to drive it home purchasing at a price that was 100 under my min budget and get a great financing rate at the same time. I would recommend this dealer any time. Have been going to Balise for my other car - 2001 toyota for the past 9 years. Their service is also excellant.

This is the worse place for buying a car. They are deceitful and ignorant. They treat you like you are stupid, even when you are smarter than they are because you show them exactly whats on THEIR website! I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone at all!

This dealership was just what the other reviewer said. They lie lie lie. They promise you something and then take it back outright hoping you don't notice. They subsist on controlling potential buyers and making them wait for hours on end for something that ends up only taking 5 minutes. This is a prime example of one of the many really bad dealers that work off of tricks. They try to fool buyers and don't respect buyers. I have great suspicion that they also subscribe to racial stereotypes. HORRIBLE DEALER.

I was lied to about being 'pre-approved'. I was lied to that factory warranty exsisted. I was almost sucked into "Need 1000 to Hold the car" or you will get sold on you speech. What an awful, rude and down right nasty place.
