My relationship began with Baron BMW when I purchased my BMW in April of last year. The sales staff was just incredible!! They even called to check up on me after hearing from Baron's collision team that my newly aquired baby had been smashed in by a deer... Before I even made my first car payment. The collision team are a group of miracle workers!! My BMW looks as if no incident ever occured and the paint match is exact.I have taken my BMW in to Baron's service department since for routine maintenance and window tinting. The service team is always such a joy! They totally entertain the BMW nerd in me with their expert knowledge and match my love for the brand. The dealership as a whole is an incredible place and experience!! You should not go anywhere else, for anything.

I can tell you with certainty and conviction that my suspicions regarding cleverly crafted car dealerships is founded. Baron's no exception. I'll start off with the positive and then go from there. The nice, loaded and in really nice shape car I had purchased, a pre-owned used 2015 BMW X5 (50i) from these people. I like the vehicle a lot. I had wanted to believe I was being treated fairly and with honesty, but I later discovered a very troubling issue regarding the remaining BMW maintenance 4 yrs. or 50,000 mi. program balance. I had thought I was also still getting with this BMW! That is, the truth and fact is it's NO longer transferable to a second owner. i.e. in this case myself. They knew this all along. I discussed having the remaining maintenance program with the salesman with whom I bought the car from. He NEVER mentioned any issues with regard to NOT being able to have it. It should have dawned on me when closing the deal with also the finance director Patrick Duffer, naturally he was trying to sell me the BMW 6 yrs. or 100,000 mi. maintenance program at $3,620.00! I wasn't going to spend this ludicrous amount of money when I thought I had the 4 yrs/50,000 mi. left. That should have made me heavily question this with their management. And, then I should have walked not buying the car. I didn't though. Post sale, I've called and called him. He maintains that I still do have the BMW maintenance program. This is so untrue as I had phoned BMW corporate and they checked my VIN, and had said that no that I do not as a matter of fact. Oh sure, everyone with their little niceties abound here towards you at this dealer. However, the attentiveness is ok. Nothing special that they go out of their way for you. I wouldn't ever buy here again. The vehicle, I like a lot. The deception and dishonesty, I don't. Darn, this is why I hate buying a car from a dealer! Bottom line is: If something seems amiss, it probably is. Step back, re-evaluate your situation and NEVER feel pressured to buy ANYTHING.

I appreciate how well Zak and the entire team treated me from the time I arrived at the dealership until I drove off the lot in my new vehicle. I recently purchased a 535 xi from James and had a fantastic experience. It is the 3rd car my wife and I have have purchased from James and all 3 times have been a great experience. James is very knowledgable about the cars, packages, options, and accessories. He also takes the time to figure out what our needs are before he makes recommendations. We feel James is honest, shows great attention to detail, and cares about our business. We'd send anyone considering a BMW or other luxury car to James.

This place is the worst. My wife was driving our 2009 528i home one afternoon with our boys when a warning light appeared on the instrument panel stating to go to the nearest BMW service center before a major malfunction occurred. We are new to the area and "luckily" she happened to be passing Baron BMW in Merriam, KS. The techs happily took our vehicle to the back and performed the Baron BMW Courtesy Inspection The result, an Action Plan for over 10K that included replacing the transmission. Needless to say she thanked them for their time and politely asked for our car back and got the xxxx out of there as fast as she could. The next day I contacted a local independent BMW repair shop and brought our car in to have them take a look. As you might have guessed by now the Baron Action Plan was total B.S. the independent shop made the needed repairs for less then $500.This week I needed a headlight replaced. I called the independent shop and Baron to get estimates and they were comparable, so I decided to give Baron a 2nd chance. (Only because the independent shop does not have a loaner program and we needed access to two cars, and I was curious to see what the "Courtesy Inspection" would turn up this time.)Things did not start off well. I went in and the service consultant was not very courteous. Not sure is he was rushed, didn't care or both. Next, I was given a loaner that someone had clearly been smoking in. They attempted to mask the smell with some type fragrance and the combination of odors gave me the worst headache I've had in some time. It was so bad that I had to go back to Baron and request a new loaner. The "Courtesy Inspection" came later that day and this time the Action Plan was for $5,000 worth of repairs. Funny thing is that the transmission replacement recommendation was gone ($7,500). So within a 3-month period I picked up an additional $2,500 worth of "recommended service". To summarize, Baron recommended $15,000 worth of repairs within a 3-month time period to a 2009 528i with 72k miles on it. The definition of a Robber Baron is an unscrupulous plutocrat, especially an American capitalist who acquired a fortune in the late nineteenth century by ruthless means.Robber Baron indeed.

Was looking for the perfect suv or crossover and came across an X3 at Baron. My salesman, Nick, was very helpful and flexible with the testing experience. I loved the whole thing and will hopefully be buying my next vehicle from Baron. Reggie in the business department was not pushy when we were signing papers and was very helpful, answering any questions I had.

I leased a BMW.. had to have it in 3 times in 1.5 years. Last time, they found a problem.. then called back the next day, found another problem. Then, Yes.. they called again with another problem. 3 issues on this one visit. They know they are the only service center in the area. I will NEVER lease/own a Baron BMW car. CAn't be trusted.

Had a flat tire. Had it towed to Baron as there is no spare tire provided; they said it needed 4 new tires. Ok fine. Kept my car for a week because I have after market rims and tires, so they had to order them. $900 later, I have my car back. Two days later, I hit a pothole and bust the rim all the way around. Mind you, I've had the car 3 years and never had a problem until Baron puts on new tires. Have it towed back to Baron. They say I need to go back to factory rims, but that means 4 new tires again, and "they don't pro-rate tires", so they want $2500 to change out tires and rims, and maybe the after market parts guy will buy the BRAND NEW TIRES THAT I JUST BOUGHT AND HAVE LIKE 15 MILES ON THEM from me. No thanks. So I ask what it will cost to just replace the broken rim. Well, they have to figure out what kind of rim it is and where to get it, and there is a 15% upcharge to order it, so I tell them if they can give me the part number, I will order it myself and have it delivered to them to put on. I'm still waiting for that info. It's been a week and a half, and I have to call in to get any kind of update, because no one has reached out to me. I've called, emailed, and texted, and I get the same response: "I'll research that and get back to you." Still...waiting...so in the mean time I went and bought a 2015 Honda Accord, with all the bells and whistles, and will cost a xxxx of a lot less to maintain and repair. If you have a BMW, take it to Autobahn Motorwerks, or KC Autosports, and you'll save yourself time, money, and stress.

Anything more than two stars is FAKE Review. If you are smart, you would boycott at least getting service from them and if you are not, please continue to go to Baron.I purchased a CPO about a year ago for my wife and three small kids. My wife drives with windows open even when it is cold outside.I drove the car several weeks after we received the vehicle and discovered exhaust smell in the cabin during idle, in addition to black drips under the tail pipes. Baron always seems to be several weeks backlogged if you require a loaner and a week or so out if you do not. My wife and I both work and I had to take it in myself and get back to work. I booked an appointment with a loaner and took the car in and shortly after, received a call from Baron. I was told that it was fine. I told them that I had to add oil frequently but they said that was normal as well and the smell was due to some sort of cleaning wax that the previous dealer had put on the engine which would eventually burn off. Several weeks later the smell remained and I made another appointment several weeks out and took the car in. This time, they discovered an oil leak on the engine which was causing the (same) smell. They fixed the issue and changed the oil and returned the car. My wife drove the car for a few months and we had to take it in again due to a sound while turning on A/C. Dealer could not find the root cause or recreate the problem but advised that it needed alignment. I approved the alignment and my wife collected the vehicle after the work was complete. About a week later, I drove the car and noticed that the steering was not straight and was pulling to the left. I drove it straight to Baron and they corrected the mistake in a few hours and topped up gas as a courtesy. I sensed there was the same burning/exhaust smell in the cabin but my wife said I was imagining. I drove it again today after a few weeks and noticed a strong smell and called Baron and asked them to get it in immediately as I do not want my kids to be breathing in toxins. Considering the car had been in their shop twice for the same issue, I expected better service. I was told that the earliest appointment without a loaner would be next Wed. That is one week out. My point here is.... Baron seems to have monopoly in the area. They also have extremely poor service and mechanics (Service) that are incompetent (possibly not properly certified) and potentially on a pay plan that forces them to pick and choose their work and ignore others. All I want is to get the car fixed before my warranty runs out and I cannot seem to be able to do that. The other thought I have is to move away from BMW and go back Mercedes as the services are day and night apart between Baron and Aristocrat (Benz dealer). I hope this helps everyone who possesses some sense.

I took my car in for annual service at 10:15 am. My car was recommended for brake pads and disc replacement for one of the wheels in addition to regular oil change and annual service. I agreed. Here were the problems:1) Service agents were not friendly, including the loaner car female, acting like I was a burden. Nobody said hello to anyone. 2) I was given a loaner car to go to a local mall to hang out while waiting for the work (I was from a town 40 miles away). Around 2 pm I called in to check on the status and was told that they would need another day to finish the work. So I drove home with the loaner.3) The next day I called in around noon and was told it was not ready yet. Finally, around 4 pm I received a call saying that it was ready for pick up. Since this did not give me enough time to drive there to pick it up before closing time, I decided to pick it up the next day. 5) During all these times, it was I that had to call in each time. No service person bothered to keep me updated on the progress of the service.6) I drove the car home and found the next day that a bolt was left off the wheel that had the disc and brake pads replaced. I contacted the service agent and he said bring it in whenever I could to get it done. There was no concern of my driving a car with a missing bolt in one of the wheels and my time away from work, all this from a "highly charged" service done poorly by a supposedly reputable "Baron BMW" dealership.7) In the mean time, I received an email request to evaluate the service. I stated my problem in the review.8) The next day I received an email from the Service Manager apologizing for the problem. He offered to send someone to my house to pick up my car, fix the problem and return it with a full tank of gas, and wanted to know when it was best to do this. I said any day that week (M-F) would be good.9) Guess what. He never followed up.10) I waited a week and followed up, and he said he delegated the job to someone and apologize that it was not done. He again promised the same thing the next day. 11) I decided to take the time off and drive there myself to get the work done. (I checked locally to find a similar size bolt to put on, for my safety, but no one carried the size used by BMW.) 12) In summary, for the service charge rate that they used, the work done was worse than a local Firestone shop. Furthermore, there was no concern for the safety and the valuable time of the client. I will not take my car to this dealership again ever, even if it is free. One could die from their service and would not know why. we were from .

We weren't really in the market for a new car, my wifes 2011 4Runner was paid for and she was happy with it. Hendrick Toyota in Merriam KS, where my wife took the vehicle for servicing, reached out to us on Saturday March 7th with stories of how desperate they were for low mileage 4Runners. Ours had just over 35K miles on it. So when they tried to low-ball the offer on Wednesday the 11th, insultingly low among other nonsense, I no longer even wanted them to give them my service business. Fortunately I no longer have to.I had already contacted Dan Myers at Baron BMW, in Merriam KS on Monday the 9th, to let him know we had been approached by Hendrick and that wed be looking at both used and new X5s as a replacement for the 4Runner because I wanted to see what he had available and on the way. It was Dan that got my into my first BMW in Oct. of 2012 and my first experience with Dan was so pleasant I knew there wasn't anyone else I wanted to work with. Dan again exceeded expectations, getting us into a 2014 X5 that was so new to the lot it wasn't even in the inventory system when we signed the deal. My wife and I were actually leaning towards a new 2015 model but this beautiful white 2014 had just been delivered, still even had the bugs on it from the trip and checked all my wifes love it boxes. It was actually more vehicle than the new ones we were looking at so it stretched us a little tighter than we were initially prepared for but between our trade and that X5 Dan was able to get the numbers where we needed to be. That was Thursday March 12th. I dont like the wheeling, dealing and other nonsense of a normal car buying experience. I do my research; I know what a fair price is for the vehicle I have and I know what is fair for the vehicle Im looking at. So I want to sit down with an adult and have a conversation about what I can do, what they can do and see if we can we meet in the middle where they make money and I feel like a got a fair deal. If we cant do that then lets shake hands, be friends and try again later on something else. Dan is the rare gem that can break out of the typical salesman mode and provide the type of buying experience I am looking for. I've purchased at least 15 vehicles in my 47 years, half of those from Dealerships and this is the first time I've ever bought a second vehicle from one Dealer, let alone had a desire to seek out the same salesperson. Ill make that three vehicles when I am ready to buy my next vehicle because Dan is the person I am going to call.

I bought a 2004 745i on Oct 14. I did not know that the seals were bad , the fuel guage floated which read incorrectly and there was a leak in the oil pan & gasket. I asked for my money back or a different car of equal value so some goofy sales manager guy offered me a 1997 Jaguar . What a slap in the face.! Then the general manager John Michael told me to give the service guys a chance to fix it first and then we'd go from there. They kept my car for a whole month ! Then when I picked the car up the following day the transmission went out SMH. BARON BMW .....NEVER AGAIN

Ummmm lets see.... I bought the car in mid October and it shot craps in mid November. It sat in my garage til December 26th ,(my birthday) on which my appointment was scheduled. Damages in the motor , leaking oil pan , floating fuel guages and a jerking trans mission i assume were all missed in the "pre sale inspection which I DO NOT THINK THERE WAS ONE. My car sat there for one month !!! There were repair issues and warranty issues as well. It seems that the money i paid for the warranty never made it to the warranty company smh. I got my car back January the 26th 2015 and the transmission went out the next day January 27th 2015. All while being sick with pnuemonia i had to get the car back for more repairs. I want my money back they can have the car.

I would absolutely not recommend buying a vehicle from Baron BMW. I recently purchased a 2012 X5 Certfied Pre Owned. To start, it took over two weeks to take delivery due to mechanical issues that needed to be resolved in order to meet the Certified criteria. During that time I was given 5 different delivery dates that they didn't meet. The reasons given, ranged from lack of available service resources to needing parts that were not on stock. We were given an opportunity to to purchase another X5 that was $20k more but our trade in value was going to be $1k less than on the original vehicle. When our original vehicle was finally ready, they backed out of the the promised extended maintenance agreement that they had offered for our inconvenience and said they only intended to pay for half of the cost, $1400 more out of my pocket if I wanted it. I was concerned that the vehicle had to have as much work that it did in order to meet the certified criteria and questioned what other issues may arise that they hadn't found to date. The used car sales manager, assured me that if I had any further issues with the vehicle in the first 60-90 days he would "take the vehicle back on trade and make me whole". With that assurance I took delivery. Within 1 week, I began to have further issues. I took the vehicle back and intended to trade it in on the more expensive one I was offered the previous week. When the deal was written up, the sales manager would not give us the original price we paid a week earlier for our vehicle even though they assured me that I would be "made whole". He began by saying that he hadn't said that exactly, and when I pushed the point he offered a definition of "making me whole" that supported his pricing. At the end of the day I have a vehicle, that although covered by the certified warranty, is not working properly and will require more service, within the first week of taking delivery. They could have made this right with a small concession on the sales price of the more expensive vehicle. I guess being the only BMW dealership in the area gives them the leverage to make and break any promise they want. If you intend to by a BMW from them, GET EVERYTHING ON PAPER IN DETAIL! DO NOT TAKE THEM AT THEIR WORD, IT IS MEANINGLESS!OH, and by the way....the sales manager asked me to be sure to score them with all 10s on the BMW Sales Survey

This place is an absolute joke. They will do everything to sell a car but if you have a question after, don't plan on ever getting an answer.I bought a 2013 audi s4 from them and traded my lexus IS which they purchased from me. I was an out of state buyer so they said to send them the paperwork for the Lexus and they would take car of it and once they took ownership they would clear the lein on the car. I even have a document to back this up. It's three months later and I've made three more payments on the Lexus I don't even own! The rep that sold me the car, Rayan, and the sales manger, Stephen, are completely incompetent. I contact them on almost a weekly or biweekly basis and I either don't receive a call back or they just say "we're working on it". It's been three months, how long do you need? It's cost me about $1000.Also the Audi I purchased came with two sets of wheels. The set not on the car I was planning to put winter tires on. Well going to leave, they say they will send them to me as their porter misplaced them. Again, three months later, I have nothing and it is now snowing. Hopefully someone from this dealer reads this and can actually take care of my problems. Apparently the two men I've been dealing with can't or more accurately, don't care. If I didn't need to drive eight hours (yes I drove eight hours to get a car from them, you'd think they would be a little more accommodating) I would be in there demanding answers. BEWARE.

Purchased a slightly used 2011 BMW 335ix with the M Sport and traded in a American built SUV. After 3 months, realized that I prefer sitting up higher and need a little more room. I called the dealership to see about the ability to trade up to a larger vehicle. I didn't ask for my money back, but I was shocked to find out that over 3 months and about 4,000 miles mile fine European luxury/performance sedan had lost $10,000 in value. $10,000... In 3 months. My salesperson, (Brandon) was very friendly as he informed me that the BMW maket had "shifted" early this year. So my only conclusion is that these guys are either crooks or the BMW name is not worth anything. Buyer beware.

I spoke with and emailed Lisa several times over a four day span in early July. They had a used MINI that I was interested in purchasing. She suggested I put a $500 deposit down before we drove nearly four hours (each way) to see the car...after looking at the fine print (the deposit would have been non-refundable) I declined. Then the evening before we departed she informed me that there would be a $499.00 "documentation fee"...really? I also filled out a detailed "sight unseen" trade in form and received a range that they could offer me for my car. We gathered all the paperwork together and drove to K.C., ready to buy the car. Lisa is nice but we realize very quickly that we have been scammed. "oops my mistake your car is only worth $XXX" ($4,000 to $6,000 below what the had quoted the day before). There was NO negotiation, no counter offer...take it or leave it, but "we will give you a free tank of gas for your return home"...we declined. We were left with the distinct impression that this is their normal operating procedure...so beware of Baron MINI! They lived up to (in this case down to) the stereotype of used car salesmen! :(

We came in to possibly trade in our Range Rover. Rayan was the first to approach us and asked how we were and If he may be of assistance. We told him some of the issues we had and what we were wanting to look at. He showed us some possibilities and pointed out some of the pros and cons (warranty - resale value etc). We test drove some and liked them so went in to start some paperwork. He quickly got us approved and we received what we were asking for our trade in and the interest rate we needed. From start to finish he did a great job and this dealership is of high integrity and super friendly!! We will be back!

After deciding on a type of vehicle to purchase, Porsche Cayenne, I found one at Baron BMW. Car was in decent shape for the price. However, it developed an engine 'knock'. I took it to AutoTech, at Baron's request.Having not heard anything for 4 days, I called AutoTech and inquired. I was told that Steve at Baron had been informed, and he was to call me...never happened.I called, left messages and waited. Called and left message for GM, Robert Smith.I found out that it needed a new engine... as much as I liked the Cayenne, I knew we couldnt keep it, so we decided on a 530xi that they had.Start it up, has a 'ticking' noise...sounded like valve lifters. Since this was supposed to be a straight up trade for the Porsche, we decided to take it if the noise was fixed. Steve allegedly had his service department look at it, and told me the noise was 'normal' for an 80,000 mile BMW.I have owned several BMW's, all with the straight 6, and currently own a 220,000 mile X5 that has never made that 'normal' noise...I got hit for $400 trade inequity, when we were supposed to get everything back from the Porsche, at least according to the GMOn way home, tail light bulb warning light comes on, low oil warning light comes on...I had to replace tail light bulb and add a quart of oil. Engine noise now gone....and they told me their shop had gone through it.They are the only BMW dealer in town, the attitude shows it, and if you're not spending $50k or more, don't expect good customer service.

So many dealers nowadays have a paperwork processing fee. I have seen them as high as $299. Baron's add-on fee on top of the car price was given as $499. Now that's a lot of paperwork!

Aaron Mumma possesses 4 P's! Professionalism, Personable, Promotion and not Pushy. I, a single female, decided to stop in at Barron BMW with us a "JLAL" (just look and leave) attitude. The last thing I wanted was to meet a pushy, EOAC (Eye on Another Customer), salesman. While walking around the grounds, I met Aaron Mumma. He professionally asked and answered all the relative questions. Aaron stepped way, but let me know he was available and where I could find him. He was not pushy. After a little while Aaron came back to me and I told him what I was hoping to find. I had seen a countryman mini with piping on the seats and I loved it. Aaron took me right to that car! Oh my goodness! While test driving the vehicle, Aaron pointed out many features that I was not aware of (promotion). I was more excited. But the point is...... we talked. Aaron did not come across as a pushy, "gotta make this sale" person. We talked about family, children, life. "We" were relaxed (personable). My JLAL attitude became a GHI (gotta have it) attitude! And.......I did!My "Mini Blessings" is something to be thankful for and Thank You, Aaron Mumma for being there for me. You're G R E A T!

We purchased a smart from Steve through the Internet, which this was my first time buying a car in this way. The car was in Kansas City, and we were in Chicago. We drove down in a one way rental and Steve picked us up. We were shocked by how each person at the dealer was so incredibly nice and considerate. We had already purchased the car, and with us being from so far away, they could have easily been dismissive. Steve focused on our sale until we were out the door and even filled up our tank to start our journey back to Chicago. I would drive another 14 hours, there and back, to buy from him again.

When I turned into a parking lot at work I hit solid ice and my car just slid against the curb. I hit my front wheel pretty good and my steering wheel was off center, also AWD failing light on and DSC failing light on. I had my car towed to Baron BMW.Even though it took a while to get the part in, which was simply due to the bad weather and not Baron's fault, I was very happy with the overall service!Communication and updates from the dealership were excellent, I got a courtesy car for the time being and the job they have done was outstanding.Car drives exactly as before and I still can't believe how well they fixed my wheel. I actually asked them, if they are sure theydidn't put a new rim on! It looks like new, you can't tell, even up close it once had this terrible curb rash!On top they also took care of other things I asked for and an oil change.Really excellent service!

I had an excellent experience with Baron BMW. I was casually shopping for a new vehicle and found myself at Baron. They were not high pressure at all but were very helpful in educating me on the different models, taking me for test drives and answering any and all questions I had. I did not purchase the vehicle during my first visit but instead decided to look around a bit more. Ultimately I ended up working with the General Manager, Robert Smith, who was very involved and very willing to work with me to ensure that I got the right car for the right price. I had some additional work done to the vehicle after purchase and they were also very helpful in facilitating that and ensuring that I had a great experience. I ended up buying a new 2013 328i xDrive and have been very happy with it. I would highly recommend BMW and Baron in particular when looking for a new vehicle.

When I entered the BMW lot, I had a specific car in mind...the 2008 Volvo I saw online. I had been contacted by Kevin Kagay and was told the car would be ready to look at Tuesday afternoon. When we got there, it was waiting for my husband and me to test drive. We loved it and bought it that day. We also used the BMW financing because they were offering a better rate than my bank. Because they hadn't had a chance to fully detail and clean the car, they gave us a "loaner" until my newly bought Volvo could come home. I picked it up on a Friday and it was perfect. My experience with sales, finance, and even the general manager was exceptional and I would recommend Baron BMW to anyone searching for a new or used car...Elece Kellerman

My boyfriend and I went to Baron because he saw a car online that he had like. Even though they did not have that car anymore they had a similar one. The can was immaculate both in and out even though it was an `08. But after we bought it, we had to wait a week to go pick it up because it was getting serviced. When we finally picked it up the car, the check engine light turned on when we were driving it home, which is just like fifteen minutes away, and the car vibrated. I had to drive back to Baron where they sent me to where they service their cars and the vibrating did stop, but the check engine light turned on again and they had splattered red paint on the bottom right of the car. I drove back to Baron and the manager Steve Z. said that he would call the Auto-Tech people to ask them why the check engine light was still on and that he would give me a call. It has been more than a week and the manager has not called me back, I left him voicemails and he never called back. I managed to reach the sales rep. that sold me the car, Ryan, in one of my attempts to reach them but he has not called me back either with a solution from his manager. I think that there is something serious wrong with the car like an engine problem but they are waiting after the month of warranty so they can tell me that it is my problem and that I have to fix it. The car has literally just been sitting in my garage since I got it. Needless to say, I regret getting the car and working with such unprofessional people. Tomorrow will be about the fifth time I go complain about the problem which they have not resolved in a month.

This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Baron. Four years ago, I bought my first BMW and it was a great experience. The service through the years, confirmed my initial beliefs of a great experience from Baron. Joe Reck has been excellent to work with and I can honestly say that he cares about the service his customers receive. I will continue to purchase from Baron as long as Joe is there. Jake Pugh is new, but has been great to work with. He has answered every question along the way and if he doesn't know he quickly finds out. He hasn't been pushy, but kind and informative along the way.

I got fast, respectful, and thorough service both on the phone and in person. Jake didn't hesitate to negotiate over the phone and actually heard what I was saying. I came away from the transaction feeling I'd been treated fairly and had made a good buy and with no buyer's remorse. I did business with Baron many years ago, and it's impressive how much better I felt this time comopared to way back when.

Car buying is not something I enjoy and frankly I have always felt intimidated by higher end dealerships from experiences I have had in the past. I am a simple person that just likes things to be straight forward. Reluctantly, and out of curiosity, I went to Baron for the first time recently after seeing an ad about the BMW Certified Pre-Owned Program. My experience with my sales representative Levi, and more importantly the entire staff, was fantastic. Everyone was welcoming and attentive, and no one pushed me towards anything like I had experienced other places. My Baron Rep talked to me, got to know me and what I was looking for as we explored several options. Levi was extremely patient with my ignorance about their cars. We test drove several different types and years of BMW's and I asked a ton of questions never once experiencing any pressure to close a deal. Furthermore, I was continually surprised as to the depth of answer I would get over the simplest of questions. My experience happened over several days and trips to their location, and I had time to do research on-line and make comparisons.Basically, I met some really great people at Baron who focused on making me, the customer, feel comfortable and who, more importantly, helped me become an informed consumer about the car I was buying. The best thing I can say about them is that they were smart enough to get out of the way, yet be attentive, and let the car sell itself. Which it more than did.My BMW is a car I enjoy more and more each day that I own it. I feel that is largely due to the fact that I was given the space to find it and it me. Thank you Levi, Rob, and Robert for what was for me an unusually wonderful car buying experience.

Why Baron, Lisa Foell.Lisa Foell was always helpful and informative. I was pondering purchasing through Carmax in order to get the most for my 2 trade-ins... but at the end of the day Baron met their price.Lisa made herself available to me on my frequent visits to Baron before making my decision. (I must have stopped by at least 10 times) Lisa was knowledgeable on both Mini and BMW and answered my questions readily.Lisa brought in the help of Greg Griswall for detailed orientation to the BMW when I changed my mind from Mini to BMW. Both were supportive and helpful. I found the overall experience great. Everyone was polite and welcoming with a low pressure attitude, which made me feel comfortable in choosing Baron BMW / Mini for my automobile purchase.C.Pembroke(I sent my friend Justin Hughes your way, knowing his experience would be positive!)

My wife and I had never been to a BMW dealership we have bought many cars in the past from Mercedes and Lexus. We were so impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff and especially our salesperson Kevin Kagay he was outstanding in his customer service and brand knowledge. I can truly say after buying our brand new 2014 X3 from Barron BMW we will be back in the future when we need to purchase a another car! Thanks again to everyone at Barron !

I bought a new car at Baron 2 months ago and had a great experience. I then brought my parents back to shop and because of my recent purchase they treated us like kings. My parent bought a new convertible even though they were really just thinking about doing it. The service won them over!!!

We've purchased a new car every year for several years and have never had an overall experience this positive ever before. Levi, our sales rep, was trustworthy and extended every courtesy. We really felt like he was an advocate on our behalf working to get us into the best vehicle for our money. From Finance to service, we really enjoyed our new car buying experience and would recommend Levi and Baron to anyone shopping for a BMW.

This was my first experience at a BMW dealership. Last several new vehicle purchases were with Ford, Chevrolet and ending with two experiences with Toyota. The experiences with Toyota were excellent and I was somewhat apprehensive about changing brands. However the experience with Baron has been professional and I am very pleased with the process at this point. I have yet to need a service appointment so can not comment on that.

Candidly, I am a very loyal Aristocrat Motors custonwt, and although I have never had an issue with the product at Baron, the sales staff have really put me off. This visit was quite different and ended with a purchase of a brand new 6 series. I was greeted well, and without that usual pushy/aggressiveness that car salesmen can exude. Instead, Kevin made the experience an enjoyable one and provided SERVICE. Eric processed the paperwork and made it happen at a price I'm very happy with. Both were gentlemen I would deal with again for another vehicle. As we drove away, I told my partner "if they leave, we'll probably never go back!"Good job guys. Thank you for making it stress free.

We went to Baron because my husband had previously purchased a sporty little series 1 there, and has been very pleased with it. So, when I was ready to trade in my older SUV for a new car, we were interested in the BMW X3. Our salesman, Levi, was great to work with, while not being pushy in any way. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle, and made the whole process a very pleasant one!

Sheina was a pleasure to deal with when looking for our used car. We bought a 2010 Dodge Avenger SXT from her and felt we got a fair price for the car. She was very friendly and helpful with all our needs and didn't make it stressful or pressured at all. My only complaint was the day I went in and Sheina wasn't there; I dealt with a manager and asked that if we bought the car would it be detailed because we found some melted chocolate on the seats and he said yes it would be cleaned but when we came to pick it up the next day it definitely had not been cleaned very well. Immediately when I got home I spent over an hour cleaning it to my standards and trying to get the chocolate out. But overall, I was still very happy with my purchase and the dealer, Sheina. Definitely would recommend.

Put a deposit down on a 550i, arranged financing through my bank, and was expecting to take delivery on Saturday, the 17th of August. The car was sold out from under me. It was posted on Craigslist 30 minutes prior to finding out from my salesman, Karlton, that the car was gone.Ultimately, after reading the reviews on this website Baron actually did me a favor, for I had planned to maintain the car at their facility. Thanks

I sent an email about a specific car on a Saturday evening and had a response the morning of the next work day letting me know that the car had been sold on Thursday of the prior week and that they did receive nice trade-ins so I could continue to watch for something else that might suit our needs. Very nice to receive a quick response.

I am Finished having my BMW serviced here. No complaints with the job done, or courtesy of staff. However, I have had several instances where they have made NO accommodation to fit me in in a timely manor. The most immediate was a service engine soon light on and car definitely struggling while driving. I was told they could not get me in for 10 DAYS because of recall back-ups. They act as the ONLY source for repairs. We know otherwise. I have found Autobahn Motorwerks. They will receive all of my service issues in the future.

Be careful with these shysters. I had been looking for a slightly used BMW 328 for a few weeks when I came across one at Baron. Since I was still in the looking phase, I just shot one of the salesman an email and wanted to cut to the chase, what their lowest number would be. After a laughable figure, they actually came back with another figure which I thought was really fair. Queue the "if it sounds too good...."I made plans with them to come test drive it, a 2012 328i, and more than likely pick it up on a Saturday which was over a 4 hour drive. It happened to be raining that day and I was given the privilege of viewing the car in a quasi lit garage and didn't see anything wrong with the car other than a small ding on the hood. No big deal. Test drove it, seemed fine.Long story short: I buy the car, drive it 4 hours home, and the next day decide to get the bugs and road/rain grime off of the car. Well, I guess the clear coat on the front bumper decided to come off along with them. The paint didn't even last long enough for the check to clear for the car and they obviously didn't mention anything about it being repainted. I now own a car that I question the integrity of daily. Also, wouldn't you know it, none of the people I worked with will even get back to me for a cheesy apology (Hi Karlton, Steve, and Robert). Unless you're buying new and this is your only choice, I wouldn't even consider these crooks.

RUN! This repair shop will run tests that aren't even related to the problem because they "think" it might be this or that, when you already told them what it was. Also, when it comes time for the warranty to pay for the problem they make sure it wont. They told our warranty that it was routine maintenance and didn't even go into detail explaining that it was caused by a totally different component. They aren't particular to detail and will keep your car for DAYS before you hear from them. They also try to sell you into fixing/buying additional things that your car doesn't need. This place is extremely dishonest.

Took my 4 year old BMW in for a colission repair. Rusty told me I would get it back in 6 or seven days. Then he said I might want to pay for the differrence in (GENUINE BMW PARTS) instead of the "After-market" parts, that the estimator had quoted in the bid. I told him that was not my problem, he needed to work that out with my insurance company, "Farmers". :-) I have genuine parts but after 7 weeks I still am without a car. :-( Baron took the SERVICE out of the Service Department! They still cant tell me when it will be finished. My insurance company provides free rental for 20 days and that ran out over two weeks ago. Do not take your vehicle there for service!!

My BMW's engine overheated because the mechanics at Baron BMW failed to address the same problem, which we had brought to their attention during two consecutive service appointments. Yet, Baron BMW refused to take any responsibility. We brought our BMW 325i to Baron BMW for service in May 2012 because the coolant light was on. Oil change and minor service were performed but the coolant light issue was not addressed. We were assured even though the coolant light was still on. Still concerned about the coolant light, we brought the car back to Baron BMW again 10 days later for a second inspection. We were once again reassured although the coolant light was still on. We trusted BMW dealerships expertise and continue to drive the car despite coolant light being on. Finally in August 2012 the engine overheated and many parts melted down. After the damage was done, Baron BMW concluded that the overheating was due to coolant leaking. We requested that Baron BMW to be responsible for the repair cost because the service department failed to address the coolant issue after we presented the specific problem twice in May. The dealer refused to take any responsibility for their negligence. Rather, they blamed us for not bringing the car in for service again for the third time.

I bought a used bmw X3 just barely a year ago, and my reason for choosing Baron was so that I would not get a bad used car! I believed or was told that all BMW dealers check their used cars in detail before putting them on the lot! The plan was to drive this used car for two years until I could purchase a new one, by the way this was my first BMW. My car was a 2006, and boy did I get SCREWED!!!! These jokers took me for a ride, this car is a lemon, from day 1, and they laugh every time my husband calls to let them know the car is falling apart!!!! Really listen to this, it has had bad battery, huge water leak, fuel pump, front struts, air conditioning, and they forgot to tell me it had been wrecked, only showed us one page of car fax!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The sad part is I can not afford to trade now, and no one wants it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE do not get SCREWED like I did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here we are, my partner and I back at Baron BMW, shopping for a 3 series. We've looked at and test-driven an inexpensive convertible (328i), but it was somewhat 'lacking' for us and we really wanted to drive the 335is, or something more sporty. All they had on the lot at that time was a 335is coupe. I told our salesperson (who we bought our 135i convertible from), that I was not interested in a purchase of that exact black/black car, but spoke of wanting to drive it to see how it performed. He, as it were, was the one who had taken us over to it on the lot and spoke highly of it's capabilities. He even started it up so that we could hear the specially tuned exhaust. By this time I was sitting in it wanting to drive it. When I told him that I'd like to drive it and see how it performed He said "Unfortunately, I can't let that one go"... We were both so stunned. I don't feel that I can blame the salesman, that's why I'm not giving his name. I really doubt that he's acting on anything other than directions that he's been given by his management. I mean, why would he care, he'd just like to make a sale and we'd already purchased there in the past.I ended up buying an M3 and it wasn't from this place, nor will it be in the future. Only at this dealership do they act like they are selling some exotic car that really shouldn't be test driven. I've not had this issue at Superior Lexus, Mercedes Benz of KC, or Aristocrat. Heck, Back home in California they hand you the keys (especially as a return buyer), to whatever you want, but not at Baron BMW. What a ridiculous, short-sighted, and arrogant way to act. To behave as though you have such 'exclusive' merchandise that unless a person is interested in purchasing that individual car, they don't want you to take it out for a test drive. Baron seems to think they can call all the shots because they are the only 'game in town' for BMW. Personally, it was worth the time and effort of purchasing my vehicle elsewhere, where they didn't treat me like one of their cars was 'too good' for me to drive.

Baron BMW does not care about fixing a problem and being it in an honest manner. We have had the same problem for a year. We paid for the first few "fixes" and then refused until they would guarantee their work. They tried to fix the problem but after year we became frustrated. They were 98% sure the last two fixes would fix the problem--when we asked for a guarantee they refused. We were very happy to pay as long as the problem had been fixed. Both the service manager and the general manager refused --they had no pride in their ability to fix the problem or desire to resolve the problem that worked for both parties. When we called the corporate BMW offices they did not care either. This is a big company trying to get away with taking advantage to the little guy.

Where to start... $200 for an oil change, ok, it's every 15,000 miles so I suppose I can deal with that; $400 to fix a headlight and a window (which STILL isn't really fixed); I wish I could tell you how much the latest repairs are going to be, but my car is still currently in the shop, and after 10 unanswered phone calls and 4 emails (no reply), I still have no idea what's wrong with it. My car's warranty company called me 2 days ago and asked me what I thought was wrong with it and then stated that they were going to have to send an inspector out since they've had a lot of problems with Baron claiming that things are wrong with cars that really aren't. I've had my own opinions of Baron since I've owned my car (a whole 6 months), but that kind of sealed the deal. I'm searching for a different car right now so when (if) I get mine back, I can sell it right away and never have to deal with Baron again.

Worst service department attitude and arogance I have ever experienced. Not only that, they are practically incompetent and way overpriced (as one might expect), but you might also expect some degree of intelligence or common courtesy- not at Baron BMW! It is worth the drive to Columbia or Witchita to both buy and have your car serviced! I can not believe they are still in business! They wont be!

Had a week end visitor from out of town with a bad CV Boot on a X5 BMW. Had no luck getting the parts myself to do the work over the weekend and the vehicle was to depart again on Monday. Since I myself was not able to work on the vehicle during the week it was brought to the dealer for repair. Initial contact Baron BMW was not very pleasant (not a friendly or helpful tone a customer would expect) but the vehicle was squeezed into their daily work load. When asking for the repair cost it was quoted twice the price of another out of town dealership. Had it not been for the time constraint I would have taken it else where to a non BMW shop. I questioned the service rep why the costly repair, got no reply. I requested a repair price for a high pressure power steering hose and again the repair cost was quoted twice that of another dealer ship. Lucky they did not have the part on hand to install. Sent an email off to BMW Group Customer service they forwarded the email to Customer Relations with no attempt to address the matter. Generic reply was BMW centers are independently owned and operated and responsible for their own service pricing. Recommendation was to try to resolve the issue with the Dealership. The bill did not show the amount of time required for the repair but I did see the labor sheet showed a 3.5 hours repair for the CV Boot. I have repaired several CV boots in drive ways and in home garages and the most I have taken was about 2.3 hours. Keep in mind is with a manual jack and working on jack stands and no power tools. A lift and power tools would make the job quicker and simpler. Needless to say this is one person that will not recommend a person purchase a BMW in this area. I did not have interaction with the sales staff which I believe would be a much better experience. As for service I would highly recommend to stay away from Baron.

I recently purchased a new car from this dealership. No games or gimmicks, just a straight forward honest dealer cost + reasonable profit deal, as it should be.Tarrissa and Mike were a pleasure to deal with, and as an experienced buyer I highly recommend them. The finance office outlined their offers, as any business should in trying to be as profitable as possible, and I accepted and declined offers as I saw fit for me, no pressure.I was able to test drive as many vehicles as I wanted to until I found the right one for me. That to me is so important because I will e driving the vehicle for at least three year so I need to be sure I will be comfortable in it.The young lady at the reception desk was kind and patient and always was very helpful when we showed up unannounced to test drive. She is an asset to Baron more than they may know! Keep her around and promote her to training staff on customer service.Laura Bowman the accessories manager also appeared on our radar and we liked her. Great gal, and if and when I want to add anything to my ride I will not hesitate to call her.I have used the service department with my previous car and was satisfied with the service provided and that made me more inclined to consider the dealership for a purchase. So in summary, reception desk, sales staff, accessory sales, finance office and service staff all on the right track. Baron you may be on to something, treat the customer right and they will treat you right with repeat business and high recommendations.

I live in the chicagoland area my BMW needed work and I was visiting my parents at the time since this is the only dealership in the area I had little choice as to whom to pick. I needed a cv boot. I was quoted in my home town labor and parts $350 knowing every place is different I knew it would be a different price but when i found out how much i was floored and pissed. They charged me $650 and when I told them the huge price difference and asked why the huge price difference they didn't have much to say except they charge so much for time of labor and parts AND maybe the other place underestimated!!! Ha yeah right I will never be going back there again.

When I bought my CPO 2005 545i from Baron, it had a bad headlight assembly that they agreed to replace. When the repair work was done, I was told that they replaced the bulb also. A year later, the bulb went out, which showed that they in fact did not give me a new bulb, and Baron would not cover the cost of the new bulb. I also had the mechatronics valve body go bad on my transmission, and had to take my car in five times before Baron would acknowledge that there was something wrong with the car. At one point, Ken Martin, a service advisor, accused me of researching the internet to find things wrong with my car and said that the problem was all in my head even though the mechatronics is a known issue on the 545i. Ken also refused to replace my brake pads and rotors as part of the extended maintenance plan, even though there was little thickness on the pads and I had not used the extended maintenance plan for anything else at the time. I had to speak with the service manager to get it taken care of. Toward the end of my CPO term, the car developed a coolant leak inside the engine, but the service dept said that the sensor was just too sensitive and it just needed to be topped off. The day after my CPO ran out, the leak came back and I found out that the coolant pipe inside the engine was leaking and it would be a $9k fix by BMW. This is also a known issue in the 545 and 645 engines. Either the service dept. chose not to find out what was causing the leak, or they knew what it was but did not want to cover the fix due to the cost to BMW. I traded the car in shortly thereafter and the number one reason I did not get another BMW was that I would have to deal with Barons service department. Except for Charles Clay, who was a great advocate for me as a customer, Baron treats their customers like dirt. They know they are the only BMW dealer in town and they act like it.

The sales manager obviously graduated from the old stereo typical used car sales training manual. He has no clue what it means to sell "high-line" cars in Kansas City. These methods may work on the east coast, but not here. I have talked with numerous people who were more than disenchanted with the buying experience at this dealership.Six-step process designed to build rapport, find the right vehicle, get 'em inside and seal the deal today. Oh, and by the way, when I say no three times for the under coating, I meant it the first time. This sales manager needs to take some lessons from Nordstroms or Westin Hotels on how to treat a customer who is about to make a $60,000 buying decision.Baron is the only BMW dealer in town; they act like it and take advantage of it.

The service was terrible, took forever, and then charged a misc. fee after BMW informed Barron they would cover the car defect. The misc was minimal, but no one could explain and the comment was "they just include fees for parts such as bolts or pins" even though BMW was covering the replacement. Will never buy a car from Barron again and since this is the authorized BMW dealer may never buy a BMW.

I live in AZ and was looking for a great deal on a 2009 X6. Unfortunately here in AZ no one was wanting to discount the X6 even though the 2010 models were out. I did a search on the internet and came across the exact vehicle I was looking for. They were very accommodating for all my needs. Al was very pleasant to work with we did everything over the phone and all paperwork was sent Fedex. I had the car shipped her to AZ and it was all around a smooth transaction! Thank You Baron BMW....we love our new car.

In the past few years, Baron's customer service has gone from pretty good to the absolute worst experience I have EVER experienced with a company. To make this story very short, they lied to me, belittled me in front of other customers and told me they didn't want my business... even though I've bought 3 BMWs from them in the past 5 years to the tune of $100K. The reason... I don't get my work done in their department. I GO ACROSS THE ROAD TO KC AUTOSPORTS AND GET A MILLION TIMES BETTER SERVICE AT A FRACTION OF THE COST!!!!!! I just found out about them from another pissed off Baron customer about 6 months ago! If you can not stand Baron's prices and attitude, I would look into them.

I bought a 135 BMW this week. During the test drive the salesman explained the new I drive system. He showed me the communications portion and how the bluetooth worked. However he couldn't get it to work but if I brought it back with my cell phone he would sync it for me. Turns out the car didn't even have bluetooth. However for $750 they would be glad to add it. When I met with the business office they offered me the long term maintenance package. At first I declined and so they offered it at a better rate i took the offer. Two days later because of the lousy service I had received at the dealership I ask for the maintenance package to be removed from my purchase. They then explained the contract was binding from the minute it was signed even though it doesn't start for 4 years. Never in their discussion was this even mentioned. Despite talking with the general manager nothing was resolved. BUYER BEWARE AT BARON ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY NOT YOUR SATISFACTION.

I purchased a 2007 BMW 3 series from Baron, they don't do much on the sales side for customer service, they actually tried to charge me to test drive the vehichle. Second, when I wanted to purchase the vehichle I had a BMW for trade in, and said they don't really like to accept trade in's even if they are certified BMW cars. So I had to sell it to carmax down the street. As I mentioned I'm thinking of getting another vehichle this year, and since I currently have a vehichle from Baron, when I call in they act as if I don't exist, I ask if they have any information on my current car or my name and cell number "sales contact info" and they reply we don't have anything like that, this is very troublesome. I truly like to consider myself a loyal shopper, but their sales experience is among the worst I have dealt with. On the other hand, the only reason I continually like BMW is the maintenance service. My usual service rep is Chris and he does a great job, very willing to work around your schedule, provides loaners whenever, and really is on top of his game, extemely busy which makes me a bit leary, but still really good service.Final message, if you are dealing with the sales team at BMW, please be ready to walk away from a deal at any moment, they don't really negotiate, like if you say you need navigation, but not tinted windows, they sell the package as is, and won't buckle to give in on anything. They value any touches to the vehicle too much. Plus, the maint package isn't really a huge sale, they only have scheduled maint every 7,000 and then 11,000 miles, this causes a bit of concern to me as whenever I go into Baron for service checkups they are packed leading me to believe that maint is occuring alot on other cars. They use this as a upsell component, however they value this service at $2K minimum per car, but so far I have only had three (3) main checks during 36K miles, so I'm getting basically $100 value (3 regular checkups at $35 each) for the maint I thought was so crucial. My rating scale should actually includeIntro sales - 1 (terrible, several call backs to look at cars)Sales - .5 (they constantly move on price in their direction, even when I don't ask for more bells and whistles)Walk thru of sale - .5 (the lady who explains your contract doesn't speak english, which makes it very difficult, luckily I work with contracts on a daily basis)Price - .5 (i've talked to people who went to ST.Louis even got St.Louis to deliver to KC for cheaper)Service - 5

I bought a used 330i from Baron. The car had alignment problems from the beginning and I had it into Baron for service just about every month. After several times of telling me "that's just the way a BMW drives" I gave up and paid for a 2nd opinion. It was a bulge in the tire, which Baron service had seen before but did nothing about it. I also was told to stop filling out the surveys because they were always bad and I was hurting their bonuses. The final straw was service telling my husband that I was the problem with the car's alignment because it was obvious to them that I had been hitting potholes. The alignment problem has never been completely fixed. To keep my blood pressure under control, I've never taken the car back to Baron. After 1 year of ownership I'm selling it and when asked why, I let people know never to use Baron service.

Went to the dealership in september of '06 to buy a 335i, but dealer wouldn't deal on price. I then inquired about European Delivery, and they didn't seem thrilled, but would agree to it, but wouldn't deal past 7%. Walked in several times to talk to the CA I worked with, and stood around for 30+ minutes with no one helping me. I was able to test drive the vehicle, but the front end staff was unhelpful and too caught up in themselves. I called 3 months later to place an order, and my CA didn't work there anymore, and the deal I had negotiated for was "no longer valid" according to them, so I contacted the internet sales, and she sent me to another CA, who wouldn't deal period. SO, the unhelpful and unfriendly dealer did NOT get my business. I instead ordered from a dealer in Chicago, and will go to Chicago to pick the car up. I would never recommend this dealership for sales, and I will travel to another dealership for service to avoid them all together.

Purchased a Pre-Owned BMW Roadster from Baron BMW. After the sale this salesman tells me to be sure and give him all 5's for his rating or else it would cost him a lot of money on the comission. He stressed this several times and made it a point to mention it again as one of the last things he said to me after the sale.<br><br>In all honesty he wasn't worth a 3 rating so I followed my heart and gave him what I thought he deserved. During the sale, he was rude, condecending, and didn't pay attention to details in the sale. During a telephone call after the sale, this guy has the nerve to rip me, telling me that I cost him "a lot of money" because of the rating I gave him. Regardless of "what I cost him" in the commission, I am sure he received a lot more than he was worth on that sale.<br><br>Because of this sales person, I will never again buy another BMW through Baron BMW. I have also done my best to turn away anyone I know who is interested in purchasing a BMW from dealing with Baron BMW.<br><br>With people like this representing Baron, it won't be long before this company begins to feel it in their bottom line. They already have as I have several friends who now own BMW's and not one of them has purchase them from this dealership per my response to their questions.. As for me, the next BMW I purchase will be in St. Louis. Its worth the 4 hour drive to make sure this company doesn't profit from my patronage.<br><br>Am I bitter? Maybe. Am I smarter? Definitely!!!

Baron has has a long history of poor service. With a reputation of "we are the only local dealer, so screw em" type of consideration for the costumer, it is simple to see how flash lacks substance with these guys. I know many people who work or have worked for Baron, all with the same reports. The dealer feels they are the only dealer on "the block". Therefore the raise all parts prices by 5-20% from the REAL base price, they do not back up the repairs or service as the should and the reps to the service area feel they are "GOD". Overall, I would beware of Baron for BMW, VW or Mini sales or service. Clearly, I am NOT in the minority on this issue. I love my BMW, but hate dealing with this company.

I wish that I had had all my work done by Baron BMW since I started driving a BMW in 1984. We have had our BMW 325 maintained by Baron BMW since 1995. Matt Yates, Chad Bunton, and other service advisors have always went above and beyond to ensure that all work done has been to specification. Bill Johnson, Mark McCale, and the other technicians strive to do the work accurately and return my 325 as soon as possible. <br><br>In my experience, Baron BMW does only the work necessary. When I have asked them to consider doing work that I think might be needed, they have more than once declined, telling me, "This work is not needed; the BMW is performing to specification." It always turns out that the technician is right.<br>

Took my 2002 X5 in for 2nd service and to order replacement parts for the headlight washer. When I picked up the vehicle an employee brought it to me and left the engine running. I got in and left. On the way home I had to stop for personal business and when I started the engine the service warning light came on again. I called the dealer, left a voice mail stating the problem and since I was leaving town the next day, would have to bring it back after I returned to have it re-set. Upon my return from my business trip, I called left another voice mail which ensured me that I would have a response within two hours. However that was three weeks, two more phone calls and an email ago, and I still haven't received a response from anyone, including the service manager. The parts were ordered the day of the service and no one has contacted me as the status. That was a month and a half ago. When I call a service rep number, I get this message with a long story about how busy they are between 0700 and 1000, with other customers, yet I call at 2:00 P.M. and still can't talk to anyone!

Visited dealership three times. First experiece was the summer of 1998, the visit was less that satisfying. Since I was l only looking for a used BMW. Second expereice was later that year, early fall, with money in hand, I was ready to take order a new 1999 323I BMW, again the expereice painful. End result went to another dealership in KS,l orderd and then took delivery of a new 1999 323I BMW. Third experice, went like this. I was looking for a deal like anyone else would, but was informed that I would not get any kind of a deal as to the price of a then New 2002 325I BMW. In fact salesperson reached in desk pulled out previous contracts to show me that these people didnt get a deal so why would I think I would. Result went to Nebraska and took delivery of a NEW 2002 325I BMW. That particular dealershipt was more than happy to drop a few dollars off the price. Go figure.

One of my best car buying experiences. Prompt service, addressed every minor detail, stayed in touch with me since I placed my order for my new 545i. Haven't tried the Service Dept. yet, but so far my experience has been very promising. Bob desrves a lot of the credit.<br>Mr. Battaglia was very generous with his time and effort to make every thing fall in place; very professional.

Beautiful showroom, easy to work with people. Made purchase easy and fun. Service has been excellent, although I've only been in twice (once to pick up my license plates, once for a weather strip replacement). Service department is clean, well staffed and has an excellent waiting area with soft drinks, TV and snacks. Parts dept. appears very knowlegeable.
