Great place to do business. They go above and beyond to get u the best deal and explain why and how decisions are made. Jeeps a fine product and the staff at Basswood stand behind the make without trashing others.(I work for another major car manufacturer but bought Jeep!!!!)😊👍Damien and Haven were fantastic as was every one there. If a Jeep can get this great country thru 2 World Wars then it will last me as long as I take care of it!

I bought a car at basswood. I had a pleasant experience. Damien, the sales associate was great. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Damien was able to get us a new car at a great price and was fair on our trade. I will definitely recommend basswood and Damien to anyone needing a new car.

The reason I'm giving Basswood four stars instead of five is because of issues we experienced on our initial visit. I feel like those issues have been resolved due to the excellent customer service provided after that visit. I believe the problems we experienced were an anomaly (I hope they were), and I would be willing to check them out again in the future. The manager and owner were both reasonable and professional, and they seemed truly interested in correcting the issues we experienced for future customers. The salesman was great, too, and I really appreciated that he didn't try to push a deal we weren't comfortable making. I think it's important to get things right the first time, but when you do fail, take responsibility for that failure and make things right; that's what the folks at Basswood did.

Took my Jeep Renegade Trailhawk in for routine oil change and tire rotation. Dropped my Jeep off late in the evening only to be greeted with a handshake by a very courteous Conway, Jr. Joseph Turner performed the service on my vehicle. Picked up my Jeep early the next morning as I had requested. When I went in to pick up my Jeep I was warmly greeted by Allen and directed to the cashier that was a real pleasure to talk to. The entire experience was excellent and I will recommend them to my friends. I will be loyal to this dealership not only for all my service needs but for future purchases as well.
