I emailed on a Sunday night about a vehicle. First thing Monday morning I had a response. Excellent customer service from beginning all the way through. Toby and Joey in sales, Nate in finance (%!!!), an awesome experience. Y'all in the back, putting the rush on cleaning and servicing a vehicle you hadn't had in the shop for more than a couple hours... y'all rock too. Thank you so much for a fabulous experience. Based on a decade of experience in the car business, four decades of buying experience & two business degrees I have to say that the Management at Bates Ford has found a winning recipe! EVERYONE that my family came in contact with was friendly, accommodating and professional! My bride was so comfortable with the atmosphere at the dealership she loaded up our three year old, told me to get the truck I wanted and went shopping! Toby Bates you were the absolute best in helping me find my daughter the very best first car for her. You listened to my needs (An budget lol) An never once did he try to pressure me into anything else. I liked that the most!! He’s not your average sales man if he can handle me/my needs than he can help anyone. It was the best experience I’ve had with buying a car simple easy and not pushy that’s my kind of deal. So thank you to everyone at Bates Ford glad I could shop local and glad everyone was so nice willing to listen and to get me my deal pushed through.
