The manager, John, in the service department at Battle Creek Honda is excellent. I have dealt with him before and he is always very helpful. But even more than that he is always very honest and I know I can trust that he is giving me the best advice for my vehicle. He explains everything to me in a friendly manner that never feels demeaning. I can highly recommend Battle Creek Honda as a place to purchase a vehicle or have one serviced. Thank you for your integrity.

This is our third new vehicle purchase at Battle Creek Honda over the last 14 years (2 Odyssey's and 1 CR-V). We keep returning because the buying experience is so postive, and the vehicles are so well made. The sales personnel is very professional . . . no game playing or cheap sales tactics. They give you a fair price on the vehicle right from start, so you don't have to haggle or feel like you're being cheated. The vehicle is delivered in very clean condition with a full tank of gas--yeah! Can't say enough good about the buying experiences here!

Fit Me in on short notice - I had trouble getting a ball joint out of a steering knuckle so I called the dealership and asked if they could remove / replace for me. It was the day prior to a holiday and the service writer was very pleasant and coordinated this with his techs so they could fit me in on very short notice. I took the steering knuckle with the old ball joint (along with a new replacement part) into them and within 45 minutes they had the old ball joint removed and the new ball joint in and I was on my way. John Ernsberger was also very helpful and was able to provide me with all the torque specs necessary to reinstall everything on the front end of my car's suspension. Thanks again for a job well done.

Great customer and repair service. Service department gave an estimate and the total was dead on. The also called when the work was done. The car always comes back clean and everyone was wonderful. I would buy another vehicle and get my car serviced at this dealership.

We drove an hour and 15 minutes one way to pick up a used truck. We had an agreed price on our trade-in. We arrive at the dealership, and then we are told that "this car is dead in the water to me" from the buyer. This car had a clean carfax, yet because there was a mask line on the rear quarter panel they refused to deal. The car was a 2008, not too many cars out there that haven't had a door ding or two repaired. Would not recommend this dealership if you are driving some distance with a trade-in.

I'm not sure but this is Honda #8 or #9 but the entire process was perfect. Bill as always did a wonderful job of setting the lease up and putting all the details together as always. The new CRV is a great Honda and we love it. No need to shop any place else. The service department is great as always and the entire process was stressless. We will continue to buy and or lease our vehicles from Battle Creek Honda. Keep up the great work.

IT WAS TIME TO HAVE MY RADIATOR FLUSHED. I CALLED AND HAD A CONVENIENT APPOINTMENT IN LESS THAN A WEEK. WHEN I ARRIVED AT MY APPOINTMENT I WAS WELCOMED AND ESCORTED TO THE LOUNGE. I recently purchased a new CRV and I was very pleased with how smoothly the whole thing went. I got a fair price and doing the paperwork was a no hassle and no pressure affair. I made the deal via email and the sales rep I dealt with was Kevin who was great at responding to my questions before the purchase and during the closing. At the time of car delivery he had everything ready and as promised. The car buying experience was as straightforward as it gets so I would go there again if I needed another Honda.

Since 2001, we have purchased all of our vehicles (four in all) new from Battle Creek Honda. The purchase experiences have always been positive. We've also had Battle Creek Honda perform all the scheduled maintenance on each vehicle, with no regrets. We can't comment on the quality of their repairs, because none of our Hondas have ever needed repairs!

Awesome. Absolutely outstanding vehicle, and the best Dealership I have ever done business with in my entire life. Alex, the salesman was very kind, patient with my numerous questions and extremely knowledgeable. I love this 2014 Accord EX !!! This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Battle Creek Honda. As part of this transaction, I traded in the first car I bought from Battle Creek Honda - a 2008 Honda Civic EX with 140,000 miles and recieved an excellent trade in price for it as well as an outstanding purchase price on this new Accord EX. I even got 0.9 % financing on the balance of the purchase. The trade in - the Civic EX ran great after 140,000 miles, but I needed a bigger car. The 2008 Civix EX I traded in Never needed any repairs - only the usual oil change and tires. There was no pressure to buy at any step of the transaction, and all of the Battle Creek Honda staff were polite and knowledgable professionals. I strongly recommend Battle Creek Honda as the very best car dealership you can buy a wonderful car from.

Our 2005 Accord has not needed many repairs during its time of service, but at 191,000 miles some parts may fail. The diagnosis was accurate and the parts arrived the next day. I was given a loaner Accord to drive until the car repair was completed. Patti, the service manager was easy to work with. Great vehicle service and customer service!

From the sales experience to the finance experience, there was never any pressure...the staff was very patient while we considered ALL of our options. Alex has been very personable and persuasive while leasing my hondas. I feel like he's part of my family. When I get serviced, John seems like a big brother to me and Patti has always been very friendly and professional. I am very pleased when I get my car washed, but I was under the impression (and they used to do it) that I get a vacuum on the floors also. I have been disappointed about that. I have asked for it and said I would pay extra for it, but it hasn't been done. Please let me know what I need to do.

I can't say enough about the entire staff at BC Honda, especially Alex! This was our 4th purchase from BC Honda and we were very pleased with each step of the process. There was no pressure during the couple of months we visited, taking our time making our selection, and Alex answered all our questions patiently and calmly. Bill makes the financing seem like a breeze, he's so efficient and genuinely nice. BC Honda, we appreciate the honest, genuine people you employ. They make buying a car easy and painless. We feel as if we are among friends each time we stop by! Its nice when you see the car salesman you worked with out around town, and you are actually glad to see him and say hi. No jerks here! I'm not sure who the other reviews have dealt with at this dealership but it is far from my experience with them which makes me consider if these are even legit reviews. This dealership just by chance has a vehicle I am interested in, but they don't seem very eager for my business. Just short of calling them rude, impersonal and lacking personality is my best description and that is being polite. They are not interested in my needs and making sure the customer is happy. Their prices seem relatively fair, but you should expect to do all of the leg work as they don't seem too concerned with the customer or acquiring more business. I cringe at the thought of giving these people my commission and would not recommend them to friends or family. I realize this is business and these are business transactions, but of all the dealerships and salesmen I have dealt with - battle creek Honda = The. Worst.

Always dependable with Honda products. When we were ready to purchase our son his first new car - we left it up to him. He test drove 4 different cars, but found the Civic to be his favorite, plus he liked the miles per gallon! Less worry for us, a dependable car for him - we all win with Honda!

Battle creek honda was great about letting us get out of our current lease and to lease a new 2012 cr-v. They were very professional,explaining everything. We were able to get the color we wanted with the options that we wanted. They were willing to find the specific vehicle for us if necessary. There was absolutely no pressure to buy or lease on the day of our visit. We highly recommend this dealership.

After a couple of phone calls my wife and I drove up from Fort Wayne, Indiana to look at a used 1500 Silverado crew cab they had in stock. The sales associate and sales manager were very friendly over phone and gave a great description of the truck. An hour and a half later we were at the dealership looking the Silverado over. The salesman gave me great directions for driving through town and on the highway, since I am not from around the area. After our test drive the sales manager gave us an offer that we couldn't refuse. There was no high pressure sales used in the negotiating. Just here is our best offer. I couldn't get that friendly of service in my hometown! This was overall a great experience, I just wish that I had found this dealership weeks ago!

When looking for my new 2011 CR-V I checked with a couple of local dealers. I found Battle Creek Honda to not only have the best price for the new car as well as a great trade in price on my old car. The sales staff was the nicest I had found at the 3 dealers I shopped (Kzoo & Jackson).
