I was not at all pleased with my experience with the service department. It was a very lengthy process in which the end result was not satisfactory, nor did it solve the issue with my vehicle. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Do not trust the service department, and especially Mike.

Don't trust Al Baumann service department. Was quoted a repair over the phone of $527. Upon completion of the repair was told the part was $527 and the complete repair bill with labor was $950! Don't be fooled by these bait and switch experts!

Everything to do with this deal was absolutely great. From our salesperson, to the service managers to the finance person. We felt welcomed and at ease with our purchase.

Contacted Chris at 4pm on Friday to schedule an appointment to look at a vehicle on Saturday. I drove 3 1/2 hours on Saturday and arrived at 11 am only to be informed that the car was sold. Update- I was contacted by Terry the Sales Manager, who was very apologetic. He insured me that everything would be made right. Thank you.

The guys at Baumann Auto Group went the extra mile to help me with my 2014 Challenger SRT purchase. They answered all of my questions, called the factory to confirm option availability, and even pushed my special order vehicle through to get it delivered in half the time expected. The purchase was no-nonsense, cut to the chase negotiation and they didn't try to sell me a bunch of add ons that I don't need or want. I got a good deal on my trade and a good price on the new vehicle. I'm very please with the overall experience and there isn't a better bunch I would want to deal with. My future vehicle purchases will be through Baumann Auto Group.

This is our fourth Chrysler Town and Country that we have purchased from Baumann's. We have chosen to work with Steve Widman on each of those four purchases. He knows and respects our wants and needs in a vehicle. As a retired couple, we are very comfortable working with Steve. Bruce Baker handled our financing in a quick and efficient manner.

I bought a used, 2005 Pontiac Grand Am GT from Baumann in March of 2012. Water leaks in from the passenger-side windshield area every time there's rain, and the insulation under the carpet is destroyed. The problem existed before I bought the car, yet Baumann has refused to fix it. Their only solution was to try to sell me a guard piece for a Grand Prix. Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealership.

This was a long distance purchase of a used vehicle with a trade-in. There was disagreement on both seller and purchaser sides regarding the value of both vehicles. After some discussion about the net difference we could not come to a mutual agreement, so I stopped the process. Andy then convinced his management to agree to my final offer. I wired the money and never saw the car except from the pictures provided by the dealer. It was exactly what it was advertised to be, and exactly what I wanted.

I want to thank Jim Ginnever and his team at Baumann for their professionalism and courtesy. I have to admit, buying cars has always been a little scary for me, especially used cars!. Jim and his sales team helped me find a great car in my price range and I'm very happy with it. I did have to take the car back a few times for some mechanical issues but Jim stood by his promise to make sure that we were 100% satisfied and never charged us for a single repair! This kind of customer service is unheard of these days and it will definitely take me back to Baumann for my next purchase. Thank you again!

This was my third vehicle I've purchased from Baumann's and wouldn't think of going anywhere else for a car. I moved out of state 3 years ago and still bought a car in December from Baumnann's because I trust them that much. Andy Taylor is a great representation of what Baumann's stands for; he is patient, nice, super helpful, and willing to do anything for the customer; including making a deal with someone 1,200 miles away!!
