I was recently in to have my vehicle looked at because it was overheating. All of the employees, from the mechanics to the parts people went above and beyond to make the repairs "doable" and more affordable. Great service department!

To start off I live outside chicago and had been searching for a v8 chevy colorado for a few weeks i finally found the one i wanted all the way in South Dakota. I contacted the dealer through email and ended up talking with Curtis. Curtis was extremely helpful he sent me all the pictures i wanted (i asked for a lot being it was a 14 hr drive just to look at it) so i decided to make the trip. During the long drive i had some worry that i would encounter some surprises that were purposely left out, when we finally made it the truck was everything that i wanted it to be! They had most of the paperwork done by the time i arrived so I spent maybe 20 min inside the dealer, they were very nice about letting me swap over my tires and radio from my other truck (also a colorado but with a 5 cylinder) the whole visit took less than 2 hours and we were on our way. I would definitely recommend this dealer and Curtis to anyone, a very nice building filled with very nice people!

My vehicle is getting serviced at Beck Motors in Pierre, SD. I left my keys with the service department and forgot my house and work keys were attached to that key ring. I didn't realize those keys were at the dealership until well after closing time. I contacted my salesman and explained my situation well after he had already gone home and was probably heading for bed. At 11 PM on a Wednesday night, Curtis Egan drove out to the dealership, picked up my keys I needed, and dropped them off for me at my door. This young man went above and beyond his duties as a salesman and showed me the excellent customer service and generosity I have come to expect from Beck Motors. Thank you Curtis and thank you Beck Motors.

I went to Beck's to pick up my car that had a recall on it. The service was super fast and very accomodating to my busy work schedule. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was greeted immediately at the door with a very friendly employee who led me back to the service department where i was introduced to another becks employee who was extremely nice and friendly. By the time I had left (maybe only in there 5 minutes) I had conversations with three different employees and they were all amazing at customer service and from the moment I stepped in the door I felt very welcomed. I have not bought a vehicle in Pierre SD yet, but when I need to I will be buying it from Beck Motors strictly off the experience I had yesterday while going in to get a simple receipt. Way to Go Becks Employees........Great Job! You got my business for life!

There's really nothing bad you can say about the Beck's team--the customer service, the professionalism and the warm welcome really make this place worth doing business at. As a woman, shopping for a new vehicle can sometimes be intimidating. What if they try to dupe me into buying something I"ll later regret? What if they won't work with me to find the best deal they can? But not at Beck Motors. I walked in and was treated as a friend...as a valued customer...and not as another sale. I wasn't treated as "a woman buying a car." Everyone greeted me with a smile and a friendly wave...talked with me and not "to" me. I even had to go back and sign in a couple more places and everyone I ran into wished me a Happy Birthday! Thank you for making me feel comfortable and excited to lease instead of apprehensive and regretful.

We walked into Beck Motor's a week ago, where Steve Beck warmly welcomed us (my son, daughter, and me) and directed us towards Gerry Sayler. Throughout the entire process, Gerry was very kind, helpful, and patient. I felt as though Gerry was truly looking out for our best interest as he took the time to comparison shop with us. He didn't try to stick us in just any old car, he looked at other options and shared with us what options would work best in our favor (we had a negative loan balance on our trade-in). We are extremely happy with our purchase and the great service we received not only from Gerry, Steve Beck, and Stevie Spears, but Blake Severyn as well. Gerry was away from his desk, so my son asked Blake where he was. Blake was kind enough to take the time to help us locate Gerry. All around great service! This is actually the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Becks in the last 6 years (1st was with Scott Louis, 2nd with Adam Sitzman - both great salesmen as well). I like shopping there because the Beck team is extremely friendly; they have a way of making one feel comfortable.

Met with Bryan Beck at Beck Motor Company when we were considering a Buick they had in their inventory. Bryan was very helpful, answering all questions we had and providing information on the vehicle we were interested in. Was not "pushy" and made the transaction happen in a easy and comfortable way. Couldn't have asked for a better experience when purchasing a car. We will definitely go back to them in the future.

Right from the beginning Bob Jeffries was willing to help me find exactly what I wanted in the price range I was looking for. The fact that he took the time to find what I wanted and how it would work for me instead of telling me he'd have to look for what I wanted was the reason I chose this dealership over another. I worked with Curtis Egan, and he went above and beyond to get what I wanted. I didnt end up making a deal there, my demands were admittedly a little high, but i had a great experience nonetheless. I will look to them for future purchases.

I can't say anything negative about my experiencing purchasing my "new" car. The salesman, Gerry Sayler, worked with me to find the best vehicle for my family and ensured I knew about all the options before driving off the lot, the finance officer, Jessica Kost, worked directly with my bank of choice so I didn't have to do any leg work during that process, and the touch-up paint that was ordered for some minor rock chips was even delivered to us when it came in by Trace Beck himself! If I had one 'issue' it would be the vehicle only came with one fob, but that is relatively minor in the overall experience.This experience puts all previous vehicle purchases to shame. I HIGHLY expect to be back in a few years. Thanks for making it so easy Becks!

This is my first vehicle with this dealership and I was totally impressed! I felt important from beginning to end. Made sure I understood EVERYTHING about my car after the purchase. All the new gadgets and programing my phone...a lot of places would just leave me to figure it all out and I would probably just get frustrated and not take advantage of all the bells and whistles that came with my vehicle.I found my new dealership....you definitely have a new customer!

Jerry Sayler, Jessica Kost and Stevi Spears were among the very best customer service representatives I have worked with. We came into the dealership with vehicle problems and we were very disheartened by the situation. Jerry came right to our aide with potential ideas for how to make the difficult situation better. Jessica and Stevi both followed up with us to work out the best financial scenario for either leasing or buying and both were very thorough and helpful. We received multiple calls from Jerry to follow-up and ensure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. It was evident to us that Jerry was not just concerned with selling or leasing a car - he cared about us, as customers, and as a family who needed a dependable vehicle. He, and his team, care about people. I can't say enough positive things about the dealership, the offer that was made on our new leased vehicle, or the team of people we worked with. I also appreciated Ted Parsons letting me know the vehicle that I was interested in was back on the lot when the financing didn't work for a customer. The sales experience was excellent.

Blake helped me find exactly what I wanted without making me feel any pressure to buy. He was courteous and kind and helped me test drive crossover vehicles until I found the perfect one for me. He helped me decide a lease was the best choice for me at this time in my life. He also explained the leasing process in a way that made it easy to understand. Saturday. On our way to Montana from Wisconsin. Presho for gas and when we were ready to leave, click. Van wouldn't start. Look up "stuck" in the dictionary. That was us. We called around and decided that Pierre was our best bet. We called Beck and Steve Parker picked up the phone. I can't express how well he and the team at Beck took care of us. Got us the number for a tow company. Made arrangements at a hotel. Called to make sure the tow was there and that everything was alright. Lined up a loaner car. When we rolled in with the tow truck they even had water ready for our dog. Steve made sure that the service department was queued up for Monday first thing and he even gave us restaurant, store, and church directions on the map. I called Monday and Ross Anderson was on the job. Diagnosed and parts ordered Monday, Repaired and we were down the road by Tuesday noon. That was a few days in Pierre that we didn't plan for but the excellent service that Beck offered made a tough situation much easier to work through. They handled it like pros and didn't miss a step.

Lucas and I could not have been more lucky to break down near a place like Pierre, South Dakota. Ross Anderson came to our rescue, first towing our overheated-Jeep from Draper on Thursday, July 3rd - then directing us to Beck's Service Department for further help in the coming days. That night, Ross drove us to the Days Inn Motel, knowing that they would provide us with a broken-down vehicle rate for just $60 a night - a price cut we could not have been more grateful for. We stayed there for a total of 5 nights, and were comforted by the friendliness of its employees - as Ross assured us of. His sincere desire to provide guidance to us was extremely evident throughout our experience. And although we are both just 18 years old, he treated us with a exceptional amount of respect and compassion. With him, we were about to fully explore all our options as well as evaluate which course of action would be most financially logical. Ross's optimistic/can-do attitude allowed us to remain calm despite the helplessness we felt from breaking down in the middle of our cross-country road trip. Each employee at Beck that we had the pleasure of interacting with greeted us with a grin that continuously helped lighten our mood. Steve Parker showed a great amount of concern by providing us with a fast and safe route to our next destination, once our car's repairs were complete. Beck Motors will forever have a dear spot in our hearts as the place with amazing people that helped us get back on the road despite our far distance from home.

Beck Motor's and Gerry Sayler were great to work with during the purchase of our Chevy Traverse. Gerry knew who we were from previous purchases and knew what we liked in a vehicle. Beck Motor's Service Department is the best in town. They are very prompt and courteous and keep us up to date on any repairs and the time it will take to fix a vehicle. Layne Heller went out of her way to get me to buy a vehicle from Beck Motors. I was in the process of making a deal with another dealership and she was able to get me the same deal as I was going to get at the other dealership and told me that she would personally detail my new pickup two times, if I was to buy if from Beck Motors. I bought my new 2014 Equinox from Bryan Beck and would rate my salesman and the overall expierence I had with Beck Motors with an excellent rating. Bryan took time to show me features of my vehicle and answered all my questions plus took the time to give me a tour of the business. The employees greet you with a smile and some friendly chat when you visit. I would highly recommend Beck Motors for any car needs whether new or used. Also, I have visited their service dept before and again I give them a thumbs up. They have always taken care of any needs I have had in the past.

It's very easy to recommend Beck's to anyone as the sales, service and finance departments are incredibly easy to work with. They go out of there way to find just what I am looking for and can afford. They make sure to cover all of the details and never assume any part of the deal. Bob Jeffries went over the top to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, even though I wanted it in a rush. I don't know any other dealers that have salespeople who are still working after 10 at night to make sure you're satisfied. It's more like working with a friend who cares about your welfare. Try these people if you want to be happy and feel important.

Salesman & financial officer were wonderful. My credit rating was not good and they worked really hard to secure financing for me. They were friendly, sincere, and willing to go the extra to get me financing. Salesman explained all the features of the car, took me for a test drive, and even put gas in the tank before I drove the car home. I did not have a car so I had no insurance. Finance Officer was able after checking numerous companies to get insurance for me at a reasonable rate. I can't say enough about how well I was treated!!

Just got a Factory Recall on our new XTS and was kind of bummed, but dealing with the Service Dept. at Beck Motors was a very pleasant experience. Everybody was very friendly and easy to work with. They got the car in and out as scheduled, were very personable, and tried to make our experience very pleasant and they did a wonderful job. Thank you again.

My experience with Beck Motors in Pierre was very good. Everyone was very pleasant and easy to work with. Because of distance to the dealership from my home and my job it made it difficult to get to Pierre but Beck Motors was very good about delivering my vehicle to me which was greatly appreciated

My shocks went out on my truck and the warranty was expired. Lavonn got GM to split the costs of the repair. Also while that repair was being done, more repairs were needed and performed the work. This work was covered under warranty. The staff was excellent to work with and provided great service. I will take my vehicle back there again for service.

I was hauling a customers machine back to Rapid City & my truck broke down south of Pierre at 3:00 in the afternoon. I was able to limp it into Pierre & the service dept at Beck Motors bent over backwards to get me fixed up. They we very busy with other vehicles but took the time to identify the problem & had me back on the road by 11:00 the next day not to mention they provided me transportation to the hotel. Love doing business with Gerry Sayler and Beck Motors. Gerry not only cares about our automobiles needs but he cares about us as a person as well. My 17 year old daughter, who I bought this particular vehicle for, thinks he is the greatest! He even brought her trade-in into the shop where it was nice and warm on a cold wintery day and helped her remove her seat covers, get all of her personal belongings out of it and carried them to her new car for her. For all of these reasons we keep going back to Gerry and Beck Motors.

Hello. I just wanted to write a quick email to let you know what an asset you have in Ross Anderson. I purchased a used 2004 Chevy Avalanche from Becks back in 2006. I still have the truck and really do like it, even though I have not always had the best luck with it. The truck had existing warranty when I bought it, so I would always take it to Becks when I had issues. Once the warranty ran out (and still to this day), I continued to take my vehicle to Becks to get serviced. The main reason I continue to come back is due to the excellent service I always receive from your service department, particularly from Ross. Ross always takes the time to really listen to my issue(s) when I bring the truck in. He always takes the time to call me and explain the problem once it has been diagnosed. He also does a very good job of explaining what the fix is, why it is needed, the consequences of not fixing it, how much the repairs will cost, etc. Ross always seem to really understand the problem and solution and does an excellent job of relaying that information to me. I really respect Ross's opinions and I typically ask him, "What would you do if it were your vehicle?" He always seems to be a straight shooter and tells me how it is and what he would do if it were his vehicle. He always takes the time or makes the time to really listen and make me feel like my concerns and issues with the truck are important to him - This is the thing I appreciate the most about him. This really makes me feel like more than just a customer. I should also note that I always feel I receive excellent service when I take my truck in regardless of the service advisor I receive. My wife and I were having issues with her Colorado awhile back and Ward was the service advisor - we received excellent service from him as well. It just seems I usually deal with Ross and have started requesting him.

I gave Beck motors this rating for a few reasons:I first purchased a 2005 ford escape and started having problems right after my first payment the alternator when out. After my second payment all kinds of problems happened with it. To many to list. Well needless to say I was upset. The repair service person Mike broke the bad news to me he understood that I was upset and did not take anything personal when the occasional cuss word came out, (not the most lady like I know). I did try very hard not to take it out on him because it wasn't his fault. I spoke with Jessica about a week later after I had calmed down and she said she would call me back after I explained what was going on. A few hours later I got a call from Bryan the sales person that sold me the vehicle and said they where figuring things out.Bryan called me the next day and asked if I could come in. When I came in Bryan explained to me that they where going to buy the escape back from the bank and where going to do all the necessary fixes that needed to be done and they where going to try to get me into a different vehicle. Bryan remembered what I wanted (SUV) and tried. He let me test drive a 2013 equinox. When Jessica tried to be me financed for the equinox it didn't go through, But Bryan came back to me and explained that I could not get into that SUV he did have a guaranteed financing on a little car (a Chevy Sonic). I stopped him in the middle of his pitch and asked "is it a sure thing" he said "yes" I said "ok lets go for a test drive" When we got back to the dealer ship the car was whispering to me. (yes the car talks to me) Well she came home with me (her name is "Lula", what can I say its a girlly car!!!!) Even though its not my SUV, I couldn't be happier with my little "Lula". The people at Beck Motors are all upstanding and honest. Bryan didn't try to give me the run a round and told it like it was. if he didn't know something about a vehicle he didn't pretend that he did. He went and found out. I would not hesitate to recommend Bryan for a recommendation for anyone that was looking for a vehicle or even Mike for servicing your vehicle.

We purchased a used car from Becks and within 4 days the vehicle was not working. I called Gerry Sayler right away and he went to work right away to see what they could do to make it right for us. After towing the car and checking it out, they found that repair was not the most feasible so worked out other options. Even though they did not have to do anything since we bought the car as is without warranty, the did everything they could. In the end we are getting a different car as a replacement and the staff have gone above and beyond to work with us through the entire ordeal. Even when Gerry was not available, Bryan Beck stepped in to help out. Ted Parsons and Steve Beck were involved as well. This was not a major money making purchase for the dealership but that didn't matter....customer service was superb. We will definitely continue to shop with Becks for future purchases. Thank you to all at Becks that was involved! Definitely above and beyond!

The experience I had at Beck Motors was outstanding. When you walk in the doors everyone is so friendly and helpful. Bob Jeffries was very busy but made time to answer and and all questions all the way down to explaining all the options on the pickup. When it came time to do the financing Stevi was awesome at answering any questions and explaining everyting we signed. Definetly would recommend Beck Motors to anyone. Love my new pickup!!

The people I had the pleasure of doing business with were wonderful and very helpful and did the best job of getting me a vehicle that I love and the price was in my price range and everyone was so friendly and they did not try to push into any thing that I did not want overall It was a good experience working these people. Even though I was assigned to one salesperson, who has helped me with my purchases for the past 20 plus years, everyone got involved in the process by answering questions along the way. All were very attentive and courteous and I was given VIP treatment from start to finish. Coffee and refreshments were offered throughout the process and the promise of follow up in the next few months to come is a welcome gesture. Coming to my home to program the garage door opener was an extra bonus. I was extremely pleased.

I give Beck Motor's an excellent rating because they did their best to give me the best deal. I looked at other dealership but came back to my home town. I know the service will be there. Gerry, our sales person, was very nice and has called every week for the last three weeks to ask about how we like our new car.

We take our vehicles to Beck Motors because their customer service is outstanding! We had a check engine light come on and we were leaving for the weekend,so we took it up to Beck Motors, who happened to be closing soon, they were able to check it out and low and behold it was nothing to worry about and I could take my vehicle out of town!! They put their customers first obviously!

This is our third vehicle purchase from Beck Motors. We initially were looking for a used diesel pickup to pull the camper and boat. Codi took the time to show us several vehicles and worked with us as we knew what we were looking for. We ended up trading for a new 2013 Chevy diesel. Codi and Stevi worked with us on the price and financing to come up with an affordable payment plan. The parts department is also very helpful with accessories and always willing to check things out.

The other day an emissions sensor lit up on my pickup. The Friday before my air filter was changed so it seemed possible that the sensor issue could be related. Colin set me up an appointment for Thursday but then suggested I stop out any time before then for a quick review with their diagnostic tool. After arriving Ross stopped what he was doing and jumped right into evaluating the situation. Within 10 minutes it was resolved. Not sure if I have ever and I mean ever had such attentive, helpful, professional assistance anywhere. Taking a vehicle into the car repair shop is like going to the doctor for a human all you ever find out is bad stuff it seems. In this instance they went above and beyond and have seemingly resolved the situation with their actions. My interactions with your service staff have been excellent enjoy working with Ross and the others more than one would expect when dealing with car issues. Kudos to your staff.

We visited two dealerships prior to our stop at Beck Motors and walked around the lots at each for 15-20 minutes without seeing or speaking to a sales associate. We were on the Beck Motors lot for just a few minutes when Rob approached us and asked if we needed any help. Being first time buyers we were in need of help. Rob made the process as enjoyable as possible and was a big reason why we went forward with the purchase. He was straightforward about everything and if he didn't have an answer to our question he said so, but found one for us later on. Rob took the time to help out two people who had never been through the process of buying a new car and we're grateful for that. In addition, Stevi was very thorough and helpful in explaining the financing portion of the purchase.

I was very pleased with my experience while looking for and purchasing a vehicle at Beck Motors. Bob Jeffries was very patient with me as I didn't know what type I vehicle I wanted. He showed me several options during the month or more that I was trying to decide what to purchase. I am very happy that I decided on the Equinox. Bob walked me through all the new features which I had not had before--OnStar, Bluetooth, and XM. He even came to my home and programmed the garage door openers for me. The paper work was done in a very timely manner. Everyone is so friendly when I walk in the door at Beck Motors. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. We feel Beck Motors deserves a five-star rating when we made our recent 203 Equinox plus the four other vehicles we have purchased new since 2001. Some changes were made as we gave our daughter our van as she had twins. The two Aveos we purchased as my wife enjoys their handling and inexpensive to drive. Traded one for the 2010 Malibu only to have a larger car and the Malibu was traded for the Equinox only as it was easier to slide into after my back surgeries. We looked at the Equinox on February 19th and purchased it the next day. The paper work was in our hands by the 26th, we paid the taxes, and then went back to see Bob Jeffries yet that day and he installed our license plates for us.Bob Jeffries has checked with us three times and Trace Beck also checked to see how the vehicle is handling for us. I would recommend Beck Motors to others as you will receive a fair trade-in plus someone there to answer any of your questions. Bob Jeffries provided very valuable and knowledgeable information on all the alternatives in vehicles, pricing, after market projected values enabling me to make an informed decision and get what I really needed at what I considered to be a fair price. He reviewed my "want list" of vehicle use, performance and features and was particularly helpful in helping me understand all the vehicle features of various models and what best would meet my needs Bob also handled all the arrangments to get an add on feature done promptly. Great customer experience and service.

Everyone is always very friendly at the dealership. There was no loaner vehicle available for me to drive while my car was being worked on, so Layne arranged for me to test drive a vehicle. The gentleman in the service department were informative and very thorough in diagnosing my vehicle. The only person who wasn't quite as friendly as everyone else was Lavonn.

Everytime I go to Becks I'm treated very well. I'm known by my first name by several of the staff there. I trust the team that always serves me 100% and can rely on thier recommendations and information. The staff here goes the extra mile to make sure I'm happy and I don't ever regret buying anything from them. I was part of a group of snowmobilers returning to Mn from western Wy, when our truck broke down south of Pierre. Beck Motors happened to be the dealer closest to where we broke down and also happened to have the service department open on Saturdays until noon. When we made it to the service department, we were greeted with smiling faces and people willing to help. Once diagnosed and the parts located, the service tech (not sure of his name) offered to stay late and make the necessary repairs. Everyone we talked to there, was very happy and willing to help. They even gave us a vehicle for a test drive, to go have lunch at a recommended location. As bad as a breakdown while traveling can be, Beck Motors made it way better! I have known Bob Jeffries for many years, and he is the reason I came to Beck Motors. I met Bob back when he worked for Miller's Studio and I got to know Bob as an open and honest man, and I always appreciated that. I feel like Bob has carried that into his employment with Beck Motors. Bob has contacted me numerous times about my Cadillac, just to see if I am happy with everything, and was there anything he can do to help. Bob has made it clear that he and Beck Motors are there to see that I am happy and taken care of.The financing and paperwork experience was fantastic. All financing and paperwork was explained very well, and it was done in a timely and professional manner. I can't say enough good things about that experience.Through OnStar, I have been contacted by Beck's service department about needed service. I have talked with the service deparment and we have listed a couple of items to be serviced as soon as I can bring the car to Pierre. I have a pretty tight schedule, and Beck's service department being open until noon on Saturdays, helps a lot.I have recommended Beck Motors to friends and associates. People know me as an individual that takes a lot of time in researching and decision making---especially in financial matters. People know that I am a person that asks a lot of questions, and when I purchase I expect service. I think when I tell people, or they ask me where I purchased my Cadillac, they know that I have done my research, and Beck Motors is a GOOD PLACE TO DO BUSINESS.

My first purchase with Beck Motors was 6 years and I thought I received satisfactory treatment back then. But this recent purchase, I walked out smiling and extremely happy! I felt like I was given the royal treatment, like I was there only customer! WOW! Because I experienced friendliness with my first purchase, I went back to Beck Motor for this recent purchase. From the first phone call to let Beck Motor's I was looking to purchase and to date, Beck Motors has made me feel like I'm a part of their family. They listened to my wants and showed me everything that I asked for. Scott helped me find an even better purchasing and finance options. I was made to feel extremely confident with my purchase. It was practically effortless, Scott did all the leg work and research for me. He was thorough in answering questions that I even forgot to ask, like car facts, etc. Jessica, the business manager made me feel comfortable and took care of the financing. The overall experience at Beck's was enjoyable. I'm not a huge fan of car shopping, but it is something that I end up doing every three years (lease) and sometimes sooner. The turn-in of a leased Nissan Rogue went extremely easy and the numbers worked out with the financing of the lease on my wife's new Equinox was commendable. Gerry Sayler was truly instrumental in helping my wife and me get a very decent turn-in value on a vehicle that had some door damage (excess wear and tear) and worked the numbers on the Equinox to make it fit our budget. This was a very good experience for the two of us. We feel the Equinox's standard and optional equipment gave us twice the car we had with the Rogue for not much more money. The Rogue was nice, but the Equinox took us to another level of comfort and fun.

Have not bought a vehicle in 10 years through a dealership, was tired of the hassle, the games, the run-around. 1 month ago decided to look into a used car and decided on a 2008 cadillac. With internet these days I was able to find 6-8 vehicles that fit my need.Sent a few dealers an email stating my question of best price you can do. Met Scott thru email shortly thereafter. All I can say, is I am no longer nervous about dealing with dealerships. My experience with Scott and Beck Motors was nothing like I expected. After narrowing it down to 3 vehicles, I told Scott I was nervous about traveling 4 hours to get a vehicle I hadnt see in person, and concerned about dings, scratches and normal outside wear that may be present. 1 hour later I had a 6 minute video sent to me where Scott went outside and took me on a tour of the car. A dealer went outside and looked over that car with me watching thru the camera and found and pointed out every scratch, chip he could find. Again, a dealer sent me a video showing me the flaws in the body.I will not comment on the responses and help I got at all the other dealers I started with, but all the other people acted in a way that I remembered in the past. I will stop rambling now, but all I can say is I bought a car without seeing it in person, without driving it, cause I trusted Scott, someone I talked to in email form. That is impressive. One of the values the company I own has is, We value giving everyone we meet more then they expect, and to do so with a cheerful heart. That is Beck motors, from Scott, to all the staff we met when we arrived that day to pick up the car. I will definately go back to Pierre for the next vehicle!!!!!!!!!

Scott was so helpful to my husband and I in buying our new Cruze! He was willing to "deal" with us to get us what we needed! It was so meaningful to have been taken care of so well, even before I showed interest in a vehicle. Gerry and Bob both get 11 points out of 10 in my opinion! I did not expect to be so comfortable and welcomed at a vehicle dealership.... Gerry even took me out for lunch and bought me a pop while I was waiting. I never expected that out of a random car dealership I actually had no intent of buying a vehicle from.With this kind of customer service, you guys should be in business for a long time and I expect to buy more vehicles from your dealership in the future. I put a lot of miles on my Silverados. On the road, I don't know the reputation of locally owned repair shops. So, for everything service related, I use the Chevrolet dealer where I happen to be.Spending a winter in South Dakota is not something everyone would choose to do. But, work calls and my wife and I like to eat. So, when spending a loooonnnnggg winter in the Pierre area, I used Beck Motors from all my service. The service department was amazing in how they catered to an "outsider" from way south of the Dakotas. When the weatherman was predicting 30 below zero F, I questioned whether or not my antifreeze was sufficient. Beck ran the vehicle into their bays, checked the antifreeze, and assured me everything was okay. When I asked what I owed, the service manager said "Just keep driving Chevrolets". Their dealership got all my oil changes while in Pierre.
