After waiting a week at another local dealer, I finally came to Bender and was in my new car on the start of day 2! And the hold up was my own fault, I could have been in sooner. Justin was very professional, very helpful and very understanding. But most importantly he was very honest never once did I question.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Justin Stagner (Bender GM) in the past 3 years. Justin is always professional, informative, and most of all patient. Most of my dealings with him this time were with email and texting, most times in the late evening. He adapted very well to my detailed engineer personality and provided me with all of the information I asked for no mater how many times I asked. I was negotiating with 10 dealers in 3 states and although Bender did not come in with the absolute lowest price, when I factored in how nice it was to deal with Justin and my desire to use a local Clovis business, it was an easy decision to make. Although I will never know for certain if I negotiated the "best" deal, I do feel I was treated very fairly and always with respect. I will certainly be back when we replace my wife's Enclave in a few years and will always recommend Justin to any and everyone I know who is looking to purchase a vehicle.Steven HillClovis NM

Jennifer is a wonderful ambassador for Bender's. She always helps me and makes me feel like a valued customer. I appreciate her attention to detail and going the extra mile to insure my needs are met. The other employees are friendly, but Jennifer makes the difference. I can ask questions or express my needs to others and I think they hear me, but I KNOW Jennifer will understands. She rocks!

Curry and Steve are awesome. Curry understood how I like to buy a car I make the choice after I have completed my research and him and Steve were able to come up with a great deal. They were respectful got everything taken care of in an efficient manner and were willing to stay until nearly 8 pm to get it all done. I have already referred a friend who wants a new car and wanted an honest and trustworthy salesman and finance officer. Thank you guys

My experience was mostly positive, although I seemed to have some communication problems with one the person managing the front. First, when he called to confirm my appointment, he did not understand the problem I wrote on my internet appointment schedule. He said my car had problems starting, and that was not what I wrote nor was it, in fact, the problem. Second, when I had waited about an hour, I checked in with him to ask about how much longer it would be because I had a needed to be somewhere in 45 minutes (if I needed the shuttle, I wanted to schedule enough time for the shuttle driver to take me), and he did not address this concern and never offered the shuttle service. I ended up calling friends for my own ride. Turns out, that was a good move because my car needed a repair and was not ready until about halfway through my meeting. If I had waited for your front desk manager (Paul?) to call the shuttle for me, I would have been late to my meeting. Again, overall the experience was positive, and I am very happy to have my car fixed, but a little better customer service/communication from the 'front line' would be much appreciated. Thanks!

When I went down to the dealership to trade in a GMC terrain that had my ex's name on it as an or and that she kept bugging me about the payments on, I walked in and told Justin Stagner what was going on and that I wanted to trade it in on an actual truck. Not white, not red, wanted it to be 4x4 and a crew babe. After driving a couple I went with the first truck he put me in because he had nailed it on the head as far as finding what I was wanting with that really awesome blue Chevy Silverado Z71.

Dropped off my vehicle that morning for a 1:30 pm appointment. I then had the shuttle take me to work. The driver of the shuttle was very informative about the work that would be done on my vehicle. I received a call a couple of hours later saying that my vehicle repairs were already completed and that I could pick the vehicle up at my convenient. The only thing I would change about that was the fact that when I called back, they didn't say anything about the work done to the vehicle. It would of been nice to know what all was done at what, if anything, they found that might cause issues down the way. Otherwise, very happy with the service.

The staff was great, the only recommendation i would have would be more explanation on the what and why things are needed/fixed. But I've bought several vehicles from Bender and will continue to. We use Bender for our complete car care

The only down side was not being told my vehicle would be kept overnight; I was expecting to get my vehicle back by closing time at the latest. I didn't get a phone call until later the next day.

My wife and I stopped in to just look at the new trucks with no intention of buying one. When we got there, a young man by the name of Timo Rosenthal came out and asked if he could help us, since we were just looking, my wife stayed in the truck. Timo showed me this new 2015 Chevrolet SILVERADO 2500HD which was something I was thinking of buying, so I asked my wife to get down and come into Timo's office. This young man is an assist to Bender's, he did not pressure us into anything we didn't want and we appreciated that. We were given special service and treated with the utmost respect by this young man. Between Timo and his boss, I decided to buy the truck, good deals are hard to come by and these two individuals made the impossible, possible. Thank you Timo and his boss!

Justin Stagner treated me with excellent services. I called him and told him what I was looking for in a work vehicle. He sent me pictures and called me back in 15 minutes. We made a deslmover the phone, including the warranty, when the Tahoe arrived and was delivered to me over 200 miles away with no extra charge I was impressed beyond words, Justin took care of me in a timely matter, in fact my wife bought a new. Cruzeiro at our hometown and it took her longer than it took me to do the paperwork. I will be buying my next vehicle ftom Justin, I was so satisfied , that I bought him a gift card for supper. My experience at Bender was beyond my expectations. Justin Stagner made the entire truck buying process painless. From the first moment, he was honest and above board, there was none of the typical game playing. He was personable, knowledgeable, caring and provided me with an excellent standard of customer service. I felt very comfortable dealing with Justin. Once he helped me find a truck that fit my needs, he ensured that all the tedious paperwork and approvals were handled before I showed up at the dealership. When I came in to pick up my new truck, I didn't have to spend half a day sitting in a dealership office, everything was prepared for me to sign and drive away. Awesome job!

My time spent with Mr. Justin Stagner was short lived. Mr. Justin made me feel like i was his only customer in the world. I was in a bind and this awesome man got me a car in less than 24 hours. he did not gripe or act as if it he couldnt get it done. He treated me with the upmost respect!! i mean A-1 service from his bright smile to the way he got the job done and was happy to do so. To be honest this is the first time I had ever bought a car and it was a great experience! I had an amazing salesman, Justin Stagner, whom was very attentive to what I wanted and helped me out throughout the whole process..he was even willing to discuss everything over the phone to my mother (who lives in California not New Mexico)! Although it's quite a lengthy process to buy a car, it was still fun because I wasn't left by myself, Justin frequently was seeing how my friends and I were doing and reassuring that the process was still moving along. Overall it was an awesome experience and I would definitely go back to Bender in Clovis!
