I had a GREAT experience with Bentley GMC. My initial visit I met Rob which was fortunate. We got along like 2 old friends. I even got to meet Mr. Bentley while I was visiting with Rob. I was sure of what I wanted and Rob went to work making it happen. Wrapping things up with finance was effortless as well. I really enjoyed the time spent with (can't remember his name) because like Rob, it was like we were old friends! Very happy with the buying experience and family feel of that organization.

We found the service at Bentley Buick GMC Cadillac to be excellent. We were fortunate enough to have Will Thompson work with us to replace a car that had been totaled. We explained the short amount of time our insurance had given us on a car rental in order to find another vehicle. He went to work and got us a good deal on a low mileage used GMC Terrain. We are thrilled with it and Bentley along with Will got us the best possible financing we could get on a used vehicle. I've used Bentley to service my trucks and my wife's car for years and I will continue to do so when we need our next vehicle. Many thanks Will and Bentley. You are greatly appreciated.

Dropped off a 2017 Sierra for a torque converter shutter issue, 2 days later was informed it was completed and ready for pickup. I specifically told the service manager I wanted a call before any work was performed due to wanting additional service performed at the same time. Went to pick the vehicle up and noticed that 13miles had been put on my vehicle along with a scratch that ran from the middle of the front door all the way to the rear fender well, multiple spots down to bear metal, and a gigantic chunk taken out of a brand new $3700 set of wheels. And now I must return to have it fixed and hope the same thing doesn’t happen again.

Out of all of our years of purchasing a vehicle, this is the first time that we have had a salesman to show us every aspects of the vehicle. Paul Wolfsberger took the time to go through each module, dial, gadget, etc. in the vehicle. He even programmed/paired phones, etc. This experience was 1st Class all the way. I brought my Grand Prix in the dealership because of a recall notice, the service was going to take several hours and I had the option to have an employee take me wherever I wanted to go. I told the service rep I would wait and was thinking of a new Buick. He recommended a knowledgeable and experienced salesman. Ricky Crook showed me several different choices and explained all features. He was patient and did not ever try to pressure me into making a decision. After several days of considering our options and test driving different styles we made our decision. The Sales Manager was also very helpful and worked out a great arrangement. The entire experience was great. Everyone was polite and professional.

My only disappointment was that I asked for a ride home if my oil change/service would take 45 minutes or more. It did take longer but the driver showed up about 10 minutes prior to my car being ready. I waited while I could have been taking care of business. Of course, I realize not every car dealership offers the ride service.

The staff was very helpful setting up an appointment to get my 2011 Inpala in to have the heating / defrost system looked at (non-functioning). Upon arrival, everyone was quick to get my car processed. Shuttle service (drop-off at office) was quick and appreciated to get me back on the job. I was kept informed with what was going on with my car. They found the issue and had to order parts to correct this issue. Shuttle service (pickup at office) was quick. Service was explained to me clearly, was then processed out quickly and headed back to the office with a functioning vehicle. Great support.

After doing some research on various vehicles, I was contacted via phone by a representative of Bentley GMC/Buick/Cadillac. I was asked if email or phone was the preferred method and the following correspondence was great. I began working with Stephanie Cash and she was so helpful. She listened to what I was looking for and as I live about 25 miles away, she sent pictures of various vehicles and the info. This saved a lot of time and narrowed down the choices. Once I arrived at the dealership, she had two SUV's for me to look at and again, she LISTENED to me and never pressured me into something I didn't want. The entire staff that I met or worked with that evening were very kind and considerate, the waiting area was so clean and comfortable, and it was an easy process. Would certainly be willing to drive again to work with this dealership !

I had looked at several different brands of vehicles on-line and decided to checkout the Cadillac XTS at Bentley and do a test drive. When I went to the dealership Johnny Roberts asked if he could help and indeed he did! I test drove the XTS and really liked the ride and comfort of it. Johnny asked what color and other preferences I desired then provided a cost estimate. Bentley did not have a car in inventory that met my desires but in less than a day located one and had it on the lot for my wife to checkout. Well we got an excellent deal and Johnny was just a great help in every sense of the word - to make it a pleasurable transaction, as well as give me and my wife a tutorial on the XTS. Shortly after buying we went to New Orleans and the car not only performed well but was delightful to drive.

This was my first visit for service aftering buying my car, therefore the rating of 8 out of a possible 10. The one hour time experience for an oil change and tire rotation in my opinion needs to be improved; however the staff was extremely courteous and the bldg. clean with amenities (coffee, popcorn, etc). Overall a good experience.

This was our second buying experience with the Bentley Auto group. I could not be more pleased with our most recent purchase of a GMC Denali, 2500HD. The vehicle is most outstanding in handling, power, amenities and comfort. You name it and it has it!! The people at the dealership in both sales and service were all outstanding. The Bentley group certainly knows how to extend costumer service. That is why I have taken my vehicles there for service and bought our second truck from them as well. We did shop around when we decided to buy a new GMC. The other dealerships could not pass the test of customer service nor could they come close to the deal I would accept. Bentley passed both criteria in spades and exceeded my expectations.

I took my Cadillac ATS in because my navigation system was not responding in certain areas. That was on a Thursday the week prior, the following Monday I called dealership stating the issue with the navigation was not corrected. I was given an appointment for the following Wednesday and I also requested a loaner vehicle. Wednesday morning I arrived at 7:30, the loaner vehicle was ready and the customer service was great! I was called later that day and was told the radio "CUE" needed to be replaced, and it would be in the next day; which it was, I picked of my car Friday morning and everything is working great! I was very satisfied with the customer service I received from the Service personnel as well as my experience while being issued a loaner vehicle.

Bentley is always busy, but in and out is always quick, and I feel assured that they will handle my problem. The check engine light illuminated for the first time on my 2007 Silverado LT. It is a low mielage truck, with only 30,000 miles. I drove it to Bentley GMC to have it checked out. Even without an appointment, the staff was helpful and said they would get to that day, and offered a courtesy shuttle ride home. The issue turned out to be a pressure sensor from the fuel tank, which required them ordering a part, so the truck was not ready until the next day. It was not an inexpensive fix, but everything is working correctly again now. At my request, the service manager really checked over my truck from bumper to bumper and assured me it was in very good condition. After looking at the prices for a new truck, I plan to keep mine for several more years! The service department was helpful, and I plan to return for any future service requirements-hopefully just the normal ones though!

We have embarked on a lengthy road trip, and even though I was a little ways from a scheduled maintence, I wanted my hometown dealer, Bentley GMC to do the maintence on the vehicle rather than some unknown dealer somewhere on the road. The staff at Bentley has always treated me and the car in a very professional manner, earning my full trust and confidence. Ray was very understanding with my wishes and made the extra effort to ensure the car would be ready for our road trip giving us that "piece of mind" for our trip. After my last experience with Bentley I was not very impressed. The scheduling was poor and it just appeared they were not very interested. However, I had to take my vehicle in for a service and found a completely different. I made the appointment with a very courteous and caring person who gave me a direct line for contact. When I got to my appointment, I was actually treated like a customer instead of a problem. I left my vehicle and was contacted when it was ready, well within the time promised. Actual service was very good.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and was told that the tread on my tires was not safe. So I bought new tires. What a difference in the ride of the car! Since I had mentioned to my husband that I was beginning to have issues on wet pavement, the tire news was not a surprise. I was very pleased that the mechanic also recognized an unsafe condition.

I though I had a more serious problem and they tightened my oil filter which was a little loose enough to have a slow drip and checked the car thoroughly and gave it a clean bill of health. They did a nice job.

I was told by the service rep (Ray), that my tires were wearing, I asked for an alignment, they did the alignment ... the tires were pointed inward. The alignment cost was reasonable, so I had the service done. The alignment and oil change was done very timely.

Called Tammy Jones to inquire about a security system service alert on dash. Arranged at date and time to check the system. The technician checked and learned the Cadillac auto needed a necessary factory software extensive update. Scheduled a mutual agreed appointment with Tammy to leave the auto all day for the update. Arrived the next day at the agreed time. The van driver took me home. Tammy called late afternoon to arrange a time for the van driver take me back for the auto. The auto was ready when we arrived.We are always met at the service entrance with a warm professional greeting. We originally went to Bentley to consider purchasing a Buick Enclave. After listening to our driving habits and needs, our salesperson, Johnny Roberts, suggested we test drive a Cadillac SRX as well as the Enclave. Both cars were impressive, but after a night of deliberation, we decided on the SRX. When we took delivery of the car, Johnny spent a considerable amount of time introducing us to the sophisticated CUE system of the car which would have taken us weeks to master without his help. A second session with Johnny a week later answered the remaining questions we had about the operation of the vehicle.Although we have only driven the car locally thus far, we are pleased with the comfort and safety features in the SRX. We look forward to our first long road trip.

I brought our Buick encore in because I was concerned about a noise that occurred only when I backed out of the garage the first time each day. Kirby explained that that had to do with a film that can form on the brake drum which is ceramic. He assured me that it was common to all vehicles with this type of braking system. While I was there he informed me of a re-call notice on the parking brake cable. It was inspected and no evidence was found to warrant replacing the cable.As usual, Kirby was attentive to my concerns, friendly, courteous and efficient. I have been using Bentley's services for over 25 years because of this type of "after the sale" service.

Scott has been at Bentley for so many years for s reason. He truly takes the time to remember his clients and help to satisfy the needs of this busy business woman. I only come on the days he is working because he knows I like to be in and out. I tend to wait until my car needs further work than just an oil change because having a loaner saves me from having to take off of work or depend on a shuttle to take me there. Scott calls to update me on my repairs and sees the entire process through to ensure everything was completed to my standards. I see him in Publix shopping with his family and he is still smiling. Thank you Bentley for having Scott! He truly made switching from an Infiniti driver to a Cadillac driver easy. Not to mention this is my second Cadillac since Infiniti.

My story starts in Bell Buckle Tn. with a dead battery. I call the Cadillac road service number. They send a representative to jump me off and I drive to the local GMC dealer which is a Chevrolet dealer. They try very hard to replace the battery. Problem is they did not have a direct replacement. They decided to charge the battery and that would get me to the local Cadillac dealer. In the interim they said there was a recall to reprogram the computer and they would perform it.The recharge did not work and they came up with a battery that would work. They replaced it and it has worked fine.They could not get the recall to reprogram the computer to work, so it was not performed. I came home and carried the vehicle to the local dealer. I did not have an appointment, however the rep worked me into the system in a timely manner and successfully performed the recall. It is a lonesome feeling to be stranded, however the system worked and my family was able to safely get home. Every one I encountered was very professional and tried very hard to get my problem resolved. Thanks to everyone.

Overall I was very impressed with the approach and professionalism of the staffor at Bentley GMC. They answered all of my questions about my new Sierra (which I admit included a number of texts and emails) and went out of their way to find me an SLT that had all of the bonuses and incentives during the (very busy) last two days of the month. Cassidy was very knowledgeable about my truck and I never once felt pressured into buying. My 2015 Escalade 4WD service indicator illuminated over the weekend. I on tasted Bentley service department and the service technician (Ray) educated me on the functionality of the system, thereby ensuring I had a safe trip home.Early Monday morning my regular service technician (Kirby) was informed and he immediately received me, coordinate a loaner vehicle and took control of researching and repairing (diagnosing) my service indicator. lol of which barely impacted my work schedule and timeline. Simply awesome service, much better than my BMW service center.

I could not be happier with my recent buying experience at Bentley GMC. I was looking for a new GMC Sierra 3500 Denali single rear wheel (SRW) truck. I needed a 3500 to tow my fifth wheel travel trailer and wanted a SRW because the truck was going to be my daily driver. This truck is hard to find in a SRW. I shopped around with several local GMC dealerships. I walked into Bentley one Saturday afternoon and a man greeted me and asked, "is anyone helping you?" I told him, "no, but you can." The man was Greg Sexton, the General Manager at the dealership. He could have easily pawned me off to one of his sales associates but instead, he invited me into his office and we proceeded to discuss what I was looking for. He searched local dealer inventories but nothing was available that met my specifications. He offered to order the truck to be custom built. What impressed me most about Greg was his openness when it came to valuing my trade. He showed me how they came up with the amount they would put into a trade. It was very refreshing to deal with someone so open and honest. I trade either my wife's or my car every year so I have dealt with many dealerships and sales people. I can tell you without a doubt that this has been my best experience to date.

After my last experience with Bentley, I swore to myself I would never return because of their horrible customer service. However, I had to take my vehicle in for a recall and found that they had revamped their customer service process. When I called to make the appointment, I talked to a very caring and courteous person who provide me with a direct phone line in case of problems. When I took the car in, I remained on site during the service. The person I dealt with, Tammy, treated me like a valued customer instead of a problem. The car was ready when promise and the issue resolved.

Upon each of the last 3 or 4 service visits I have presented a discount card for oil/filter and free tire rotation. Each time I have reviewed tire rotation question with service adviser as well as asking for service tech to check spare. Prior recent bills/receipts have not indicated tires were rotated. Most recent bill/receipt does indicate tires got rotated. However I continue to get monthly status reports from On-Star indicating that tires should get rotated. So one or the other is incorrect -- either tires got rotated w/o an update entry into the on-board record system for OnStar access, or tires did not get rotated. And the problem is that I have no way of knowing which is the case. On most recent visit for recall update as well as oil/filter (and the requested tire rotation), I got a phone call that a front boot was leaking, that I should have fresh coolant, and that I should have brake fluid changed. I have over 40 years as an engineer in the automotive industry and do understand why both coolant and brake fluid can warrant an occasional change. Since I had left the car for the day, I approved the request to change both. I find it interesting that your service dept asks permission to perform some high margin maintenance items w/o providing evidence of test results to justify the work (corrosion inhibitor depletion in coolant and moisture content in brake fluid), and yet don't ever seem to find the time to follow the repeat requests for low margin tire rotation (or if actually done,not taking the time to properly enter update into the car's computer system). Also, while of minor impact, I have come to accept the greasy hand prints on the hood as evidence that the oil change was probably actually executed, but this time the driver side front fender actually experienced a slight bend where apparently it had provided a handy hand-hold during service. I was able manually to straighten out the fender but we seem to have ended up with a crease in the inward facing flange at wheel well where the bend had taken place. Before retirement I had a boss who continually preached to watch out for the little things since all the other people will be worried about the big stuff and it is the little things which can become the real problems if not pursued. I am a first time customer at Bentley and enjoyed the buying experience, but these little things do get tiresome --

Our 2013 XTS with 6700 miles had a dead battery. I called Bentley Cadillac (Shane) who suggested that we call the towing service and have the car brought to his location. Towing service could not jump the battery and had to manually move the car to the truck to move it to the dealer. Car battery was charged, a GM recall servicer was also completed and an oil change service was completed while at the dealer. Car was available next day.

I'm informed if any additional services may be due or needed so I don't have to make any extra trips for service. As I live a good distance from a GM dealership it is a long drive just for an oil change. So since I was in town I decided to stop at Bentley Cadillac/GMC in Huntsville, Alabama and see how long it would take for an oil change and tire rotation as a walk in without an appointment. I was told it might be up to an hour and a half but as I had bought lunch and had it in the car I decided to wait. I first sat with Tammy Jones who was competent, polite and friendly and after getting my information asked if I knew where the customer lounge was. I did and proceeded there. The lounge was large with comfortable leather chairs and a tall table where I ate my lunch. The lounge had a TV and free coffee bar and was clean and well appointed with even a charging station for cell phones. As it turned out the wait was only 40 minutes which to me was exceptional for a walk in and the cost was comparable (with the blended synthetic oil) to quick change oil places and they would not have done a tire rotation. All in all I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking for competent, friendly service with a clean comfortable atmosphere.

I have used Bentley Cadillac for servicing and bodywork both before and after moving to Huntsville from West Central Illinois. Both departments are highly efficient, exacting in their work, reliable, and true to their word. I've never had better anywhere I lived. I have had my car serviced at other dealers, here in town, but I had problems both times with one, and while the others were okay, they just didn't operate with the same finesse.Highly recommended.

I should have paid attention to the bad reviews I found online but I did not and I have had the worst experience in customer service and vehicle service. Seriously, Firestone is excellent and there are locations near by. 11/2013 - I take my 2011 Buick Regal to the dealership because the air conditioner stopped working and the front drivers seat warmer stopped working. I also needed an oil change and tire rotation. The dealership determined my ac condenser was damaged ( I later learned this is a common occurrence in Buick vehicles). I was advised it would be $523 to fix the AC. Because it was nearing winter, I elected to wait until the next season to have it done. TUESDAY 6/3/2014 - I call the dealership to make an appointment for service. An appointment for the following day 6/4/2014 at 8:30am was given to me for service. WEDNESDAY 6/4/2014 - I arrive for my scheduled appointment and advise the service representative that I am there to follow up with the AC issue from my service in November. I was advised they would call me as soon as they got it to the back and let me know an estimated time it would be finished. At 3:36pm I had not heard anything so I called to see what was happening with my car. At this time I was told "we are still trying to see what is wrong with the AC". I reminded them that they had already done this process in November and was told "I'm glad you said that" even though I had already reminded them. I was told my car would not be done that day and they would provide a rental so I go to pick it up. When I arrived the service representative Scott asked me to come into his office to provide my insurance information for the rental. While I was there there was also another random customer just sitting in his office while he was gathering my personal information. I didn't think this was professional but I disregarded it. I was given a rental and told my car should be done the next day. THURSDAY 6/5/2014 - at 4:27 I call to check on my car because I hadn't heard anything all day. The first call I was transferred to the service department and then hung up on me (this happened more than once...the phone system they have is TERRIBLE). I finally reached my service person, Scott. He advised me AGAIN that they "still haven't figured out what was wrong" I told him yet again that the issue had already been identified by them in November. At this point he replied, "oh...we'll...we....check out all the cars again". I was told yet again that I would hear from them the next day. FRIDAY 6/6/2014 - at 1:16 pm I had not received a call from the service center as promised. I call and was ...again...accidentally hung up on during transfer. I call back and finally reach Scott the service representative and was told "they just don't know what is wrong with the AC". I asked him to look up my car service history while we were on the phone. He seemed surprised to see that the history very clearly stated that the condenser was damaged and needed to be replaced. At 2:48 I receive another call from Scott advising me to keep the rental for the weekend and they would try and figure it out on Monday. At this point I realize they just aren't listening to me at all. MONDAY 6/9/2014 - I receive a call from Scott at Buick to tell me there is a nail in my tire and I would need a new tire. He advised the tire would cost $386. I'm not even going to get into what a terrible price that is. I have yet to be able to find a single tire for my regal that is that expensive. I advised him I would get the tire somewhere else not to replace it. He said ok and that he would call me later that day about the AC. TUESDAY 6/10/2014- I don't hear from Buick all day long. WEDNESDAY 6/11/2014- I have a missed call from Buick (at 3:28 pm) and a voicemail telling me my car is ready for pickup. I call them as soon as I leave w

WEDNESDAY 6/4/2014 - I arrive for my scheduled appointment and advise the service representative that I am there to follow up with the AC issue from my service in November. I was advised they would call me as soon as they got it to the back and let me know an estimated time it would be finished. At 3:36pm I had not heard anything so I called to see what was happening with my car. At this time I was told "we are still trying to see what is wrong with the AC". I reminded them that they had already done this process in November and was told "I'm glad you said that" even though I had already reminded them. I was told my car would not be done that day and they would provide a rental so I go to pick it up. When I arrived the service representative Scott asked me to come into his office to provide my insurance information for the rental. While I was there there was also another random customer just sitting in his office while he was gathering my personal information. I didn't think this was professional but I disregarded it. I was given a rental and told my car should be done the next day. THURSDAY 6/5/2014 - at 4:27 I call to check on my car because I hadn't heard anything all day. The first call I was transferred to the service department and then hung up on me (this happened more than once...the phone system they have is TERRIBLE). I finally reached my service person, Scott. He advised me AGAIN that they "still haven't figured out what was wrong" I told him yet again that the issue had already been identified by them in November. At this point he replied, "oh...we'll...we....check out all the cars again". I was told yet again that I would hear from them the next day. FRIDAY 6/6/2014 - at 1:16 pm I had not received a call from the service center as promised. I call and was ...again...accidentally hung up on during transfer. I call back and finally reach Scott the service representative and was told "they just don't know what is wrong with the AC". I asked him to look up my car service history while we were on the phone. He seemed surprised to see that the history very clearly stated that the condenser was damaged and needed to be replaced. At 2:48 I receive another call from Scott advising me to keep the rental for the weekend and they would try and figure it out on Monday. At this point I realize they just aren't listening to me at all. MONDAY 6/9/2014 - I receive a call from Scott at Buick to tell me there is a nail in my tire and I would need a new tire. He advised the tire would cost $386. I'm not even going to get into what a terrible price that is. I have yet to be able to find a single tire for my regal that is that expensive. I advised him I would get the tire somewhere else not to replace it. He said ok and that he would call me later that day about the AC. TUESDAY 6/10/2014- I don't hear from Buick all day long. WEDNESDAY 6/11/2014- I have a missed call from Buick (at 3:28 pm) and a voicemail telling me my car is ready for pickup. I call them as soon as I leave work and the service center was closed for the day. THURSDAY 6/12/2014- the calls
