Great service and easy to follow! First time taking out a car loan was fantastic! Explained everything perfectly! They even gave me a complementary free bottle of wine or Whiskey. I chose the Whiskey. Loving my new Toyota Venza!

Several weeks ago, I purchased a 2008 Toyota Tacoma with 119K miles from Bergeron Toyota. While driving it home (roughly 100 miles away) I discovered the tail lights were not operational, the tire pressure warning came on, and the check engine light appeared. Initially, I was pretty frustrated by this. After talking to Adrian about this, he was very helpful. Bergeron truly wants their customers in a good vehicle. He was able to get a local shop by my house to repair the tail lights and a small leak on the wheel. As for the check engine light, we discovered it was only an o2 sensor. He was able to mail us the part to install. All repairs and parts were provided for free. While overall it wasn't what Adrian or I hoped for, Bergeron did the best they could and I appreciate that. Overall, I would consider purchasing another vehicle from them again.

Bought a new highlander from the Bergeron Family and it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle.It was like having lunch with them, instead of the pressure of buying. I spent about 20 minutes with my paperwork and then another 20 with them showing me the vehicle....Totally would reccommend them to any of my family or friends.

I bought my 09 Tundra from this dealership last March. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Their car buying process was fast and easy. Plus they do all of the paperwork there, no going to the secretary of State office to transfer plates. I was very happy with the service that they gave me that day. I would definitely buy from them again.

Don't bother going to the BT website, as it will be a waste of your valuable time and leave you only frustrated. How could a business this day and age ignore internet sales and service. I brought to their attention a year ago the lack of content on their site, but they obviously don't care. They provide no images (for used vehicles anyway) what so ever, not even a stock image of the model. Concerned dealers will often provide in excess of 100 photos of similar vehicles. The search filters do not work. The vehicle "details" provide minimal data. No comments are made about "condition". The site could be designed better by an IT tech student. What irritates me the most, is the lack of concern for customer service.

The only good thing about them is their extensive inventory of quality used vehicles. Their pricing is way over Blue Book or any other measure - even when you consider dealership price and "excellent" condition. Based on my experience and people I know, they will not negotiate on price. When I shopped there, salespeople were scarce - I had to track them down to take a test drive and again when I dropped the key off! When considering a new vehicle they quoted above MSRP and were unwilling to negotiate. Their Service Dept was also bad when I recently was looking at warranty work. Their first question was: "did you purchase the vehicle from us?" When I answered "No", the stonewalling began - "not a warranty part, not what's wrong with it, THREE weeks until we can look at it..." It's great to support local businesses, but not when it costs the consumer lots of extra $$ and headaches. I went about 100 miles SW and got a great vehicle at a fair price AND excellent service.

i see other unhappy customers and understand its hard to keep everyone happy but i have been buying from Bergeron Motors for 3 decades and have had nothing but wonderful interaction with them. When we decided to go from a Chevy family to the Toyota family, I could not be happier than to have chosen Bergeron Motors. They made us feel like their family, welcomed us in, helped us with all questions, and made the loan process as easy as it could get. They didn't sugar coat any vehicles to get the sale. They were honest and made sure we were happy customers. The little gifts they gave us as a courtesy, that we learned was a long time family tradition, was a nice little bonus and unexpected. I believe I am now a lifetime Toyata lover. Our Highlander has brought us many miles and many new memories in just three months! I highly recommend anyone that is in the market to go see these friendly people. They truly care about their customers!

Terrible customer service. Was going to buy a vehicle from them but they didn't want to sell me one unless it was what they had on the lot. Made all kinds of promises to get me one but none of them happened. I buy new toyota vehicle every few years but will never go back to this dealer. Go west young man and buy from a good and respected Toyota dealer.

I want to Express to Veterans and People if your looking to buy and a Toyota vehicle and get the Service , This Toyota is not the Place to Go !!! I was refer to by another Toyota dealership to get my Vehicle service , The Negative customer service I receive was awful !!!! Being put on hole for more then 20 minutes and give not the right information to give the service department I even gave them my phone number to please call me back and they did not even give me the curtsey in calling me back They make out that they the Only Toyota Dealership around !! Well I have been a Loyal Toyota Customer for the Past 7 years and I will say I will never Refer any friends and Veteran to buy a Toyota vehicle Future more I will Contact the National Headquarters of Toyota of the Awful and Negative Customer Service I receive I will go to another Toyota Dealership and even go out of state before I would I go or Refer any Veteran or friends to this Toyota dealership in Iron Mountain MI

I've called 3 times trying to schedule an appointment to get a recall done on my toyota that I bought from bergeron and every time I am put on hold for 15+ minutes and I am never taken off hold. Finally, after multiple attempts I spoke to a service representative and he said"I don't have that part I'll call u when I see one" Seriously????? The customer service is so horrible I will never buy another car from them again. I'm actually considering driving 45 minutes to another toyota dealership so I don't have to deal with them. Their business is a joke.

I called because I needed a battery replacement ASAP. They said it would take 4-6 weeks to order it. I went to Riverside (1 hour away from me) because they had it in stock. I called because I needed recall word done. They said it would take 4-6 weeks to order the parts. After the part came in, had to schedule an appointment 2 weeks out. In that time, I started having trouble (misfiring) with my car. Called in, the didn't "have time for that". I could hardly drive the car and they didn't care! Went to the dealer an hour away again. Not only did they fix my problem, but had the recall parts on hand (as I would expect a dealer to) and did the recall work, all in half the time Bergeron said it would take them to do just the recall work! Cancelled my appointment with Bergeron. I won't even attempt to bring my business there again! Guess I have to drive an hour away to get decent customer service.
