We decided it was time for a new car and without a doubt we knew Bernard's was where we were heading! We knew exactly what options we wanted. We called our sales associate Mark Flatten and told him exactly what we were looking for. He found the car in Illinois and had my new 2015 Dodge Durango trailered back! We are returning customers for many reasons and will continue to be in years to come because of the low pressure sales, large selection, but most of all the unprecedented customer service Bernard's delivers every time you make contact with the dealership! Carrie Borgstrom in finance is amazing! Always going above and beyond to get the best rate for us---Mark and Carrie couldn't make the car buying process any easier! We were so happy with our new Durango we decided to trade in our 2011 Ram truck that we purchased new from Bernard's for a huge upgrade! We truly can not say THANK YOU enough to Bernard's, Mark Flatten and Carrie Borgstrom for being beyond awesome to us! Bernard's in New Richmond, WI made the buying process incredibly easy. I felt comfortable working with all of their employees through the entire process. My last vehicle was purchased from a close friend, but this experience was even easier than that. Would definitely recommend the team at Bernard's for anyone! It was worth driving 45 minutes further than the Ram dealership down the street from me!

2015 Dodge Dart

I knew going in that I wanted a 2015 Dodge Dart. From start to finish I was in and out of the dealership with my new Dart in a little over an hour. Ken Jenderny was great to work with in getting me the best price to lease my new Dart for. He also walked me through all of the features the car had so I felt comfortable and safe driving away from the dealership that day. This is my first experience buying a new car from Bernard's but I have worked with their Parts and Service Dept. and Body Shop which are also great to work with.

I went to Bernards to purchase a new 2015 Chrysler town and country. I bought a new one from Mike Peterson in sales. I have to say Thanks to Mike I got the van I wanted at a wonderful price. Also thanks to General Manager Mike Montello for the extra rebate that came through besides the regular ones that were listed. I have to thank David and BJ Olson for approving my great deal and trade in. I am a long time customer at Bernards Northtown. I now have a nice vehicle for trips to the cabin and road trips for my wife and I. I knew I wanted another minivan after driving a Chrysler since 2006. Because of my vision I need to be able to see all around me and this one is even better than the old one, I now Have a backup camera also.

Shopping on-line through Cars.com. They had the truck I wanted, really wanted, but they would not negotiate or move on the price. Since I was willing to travel 680 miles to get it from Michigan, I had hoped for some give and take. Oh well, I'll find one..

Got new tires from them, mount, balance and rotate, and failed to balance tires properly. I brought my car back 3 more times and they still did not balance the tires because they said I needed new brakes. I ended up going to Walmart to get my tires balanced for 36 dollars. One tire was 2.5 ounces out of balance. Bernard's lost one customer and I hate to say it but Walmart gained one Customer. Thanks General Manager Mike for the poor service.

I bought my dodge dart here and they were super nice, never pushy, and were very helpful. My parents have bought many cars here as well and all have had great things to say. I highly recommend them!
