Worst place to ever go , not only are they a shady business but they make it impossible to trust any dealership again. The owner Rich lies about everything it took me 4 days of back and forth to get the car, he makes fake pay stubs asks for irrelevant information such as 3 bank statements wanted a copy of my credit card wouldn't give it to him. I had my mom come with me and he started lying to her as well never again will I go there

I was browsing online for a used car and like most buyers i was looking for a good car with low miles and a good price. I came across a Camry that was offered for sale by Best Auto. The car looked nice in pictures and the price seemed good comparing to other dealers, which made me skeptical so i decided to take the trip and check out the car. Once i got there i was greeted by Rich who showed me the Camry, It was in a very Poor condition, the check engine light was on, the engine oil was black and the engine had a bad oil leak, the tires had no tread on them. The exterior had multiple deep scratches and dents that you couldn't see in pictures. The least they could have done was service the car or go thru it before they put it up for sale! Buyers be aware!

My girlfriend purchased a truck from these people and they couldn't even fix the radio. The rear windshield wiper did not work and they refused to fix it. They do not have ASE certified techs to work on your car. All these techs are backyard mechanics. They take cars that has been in accidents and fix them, then resell them to the public. Cars are definitely not worth the money. They didn't even take the car through emissions and it needed a tune up. Rich is a fast talker and if I was with my girlfriend when she looked at this truck I would have dragged her away from this place. He's trying to save money and not pay for a professional mechanic to fix the problem.

I purchased a car from best auto sale and have nothing but good things to say about this place i had a deadline and needed a reliable car asap Adam made sure that i was able to get the car that i wanted and on time like he promised with no hassle which is very unusual for dealerships.

Thank you Best Auto Sales for your honesty and service. Special thanks to the salesman Adam, what a decent man. I bought my VW Jetta not too long ago, came across their dealership on cars.com and decided to share my experience with all reviewers. Buying a car from here was great, quick, professional and satisfactory. I highly recommend this dealership. They are very organized and professional.

I can not speak highly enough about Adam. I have purchased many cars, new and used and have had some good and bad experiences. Purchasing a care from Best Auto Sales was by far one of the best. From the moment we walked into the dealership through to the end of our purchase of a used 2003 Honda Civic we were extremely impressed with Adam's customer service. He went out of his way to make our buying experience a smooth and enjoyable one. Since this car was for my daughter safety was my #1 concern. His dealership did a 24 point inspection, addressed an outstanding manufacture's recall and detailed the car prior to us picking it up. But more impressive then anything else...his honesty. A clerical error was made that he did not have to tell us about, he could have just pocketed the $ since the purchase was completed. He called me and informed me that he owed me $. It is unfortunate that his honestly is a rarity...but it is. I give him high marks for integrity. I would highly recommend this dealership and Adam.
