Run away! The sales people are fine. But the general manager (Moe) is non-attentive. The finance manager will stick you with a third party billing system instead of you paying the bank. The payments will be automatically with drawn from your checking account. Once you are signed, they will do nothing to reverse this!

I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have 2 TPMS sensors changed as they had aluminum stems and were corroding. To be clear, there was nothing wrong with the sensors themselves. They worked as they should.Shortly after I drove away with the new sensors installed, the TPMS indicator light came on. The new sensors were dropping the signal and I was getting a reading of "--" for the pressure. I return and explained what happened, and they asked me to leave the car to correct it. I again picked up my car, and was assured it was corrected. They were just programmed incorrectly and now will work. After driving for a bit, sure enough the TPMS signal dropped and reads "--" for the new sensors again. I go back to the service department and explained it's still dropping it. After some brainstorming, its determined that they will rotate the tires to see if it's a transponder issue or a sensor issue, and reprogram them yet again. I come back and take it out, and they still dropped the signal. The signal is still dropping from the new sensors only. At this point they decided to swap them out and try new ones in case they are faulty. Another day wasted as I take it out and the signal drops. This time when i return I'm told by the service manager that I would need to spend another $300+ on a new wireless control module (WCM) because that is bad and it's why the signal is dropping. I'm confused at this point because there was nothing wrong when I took it in, so how could it just go bad at that exact time. So we discuss a few other options, but he's positive that's what the issue is. At this point I've had my car there for 3 days and have wasted enough time and money on valve stem/pressure monitoring.I finally got tired of the TPMS light constantly going on and off so Instead of paying $240 (for 2), I bought a bead breaker from Harbor Freight for $40, a stem puller for $15 and after market sensors for $37 each. It took me an hour to do both tires and the sensors havent dropped once since I installed them. The point here, I'm definitely not a mechanic and I was able to solve the problem on my own. How could certified technicians not be able to fix this? Why wasnt the car taken out and driven after the repairs were done each time to ensure they were fixed? I wouldn't trust them doing any repairs. First, either they were trying to gouge me for another $300, or secondly they are just that bad at diagnosistics/repairs that I was able to simply fix what they couldn't. Either way, you're better off taking your car some where else.

The shifter knob on my jeep was bound up and wasn't going fully into park and the key wasn't coming out. I brought my car to this Servicenter, when I was checking in and I explained to the man that the key would not come out that I've had the battery disconnected in order not to kill the battery , he assured me that he would disconnect the battery. Less than 24 hours I had A phone call stating to come pick up my car it's all set. Pay the $114 and they gave me the key to my car that was covered in snow wiped it off, tried to fire it up and nothing happened. The guy who took care of me got right on his feet and he jumped my car I asked him why my battery was dead? He told me because the car was on All night the key wouldn't come out, told me To go put some miles on the car to recharge the battery, we're in the middle of a snow storm, this was a joke I'm out a battery. I spoke to the manager Kept talking in circles and bring up other things about the car At no point in time did he apologize I appreciate the work that was done on my car and a timely fashion But this whole experience was a joke I will never go back there not even in an emergency such as this people take 0 pride in there jobs any more.

I got some direct advise from the Service department manager to take my business elsewhere. As he has told me that he feels no matter what his shop does he will not be able to please me. When the real matters of fact have always been. I tried to explain to him the 3-4 + - times I have brought back my vehicle for more repairs, very shortly after I just picked it up for a previous repair. That the sales people that sold me this vehicle ASSURED & GURANTEED me that this extremely expensive used vehicle was gone through from the tires through the entire engine and exterior with a fine tooth comb. And it is in PERFECT CONDITION mechanically , electrically, and real close to perfect cosmetically. So with their bold promises and guarantees. I drained my savings account almost down to the dime to make this purchase, Again strictly based on the guarantees and promises sold to me by the sales people. Now I go to bring it back for continued problems. And the Service Manager has advised me to take my vehicle elsewhere after reading my 100 % honest and truthful review about my experience with his sales staff's bold promises and guarantees. But he did not mention that on that same exact review forum there were tons of other reviews very similar to mine with those same exact people. Just using different wording than I used. But in the end. Every single poor review all meant the same. No two people write or speak alike. But they all have the same feelings and experiences in the end. So I took the service managers advise and have found a hopeful certified repair shop that will take over where he left off and basically kicked me while I was down. I not only put my full trust in the promises and guarantees of the sales staff. But I also put a wheel barrel full of money in their dealership on top of that. Of which I will regret until this extreme long payment term is over. So because we the consumer have tried to voice our experiences with their dealership, and tried to be as candid and honest as possible. They don't like it. And their resolution to me is to tell me to go elsewhere. This is despite the fact's on the matter. And no consumer should have to go through this. No matter what level of frustration it reaches within the company that we the consumer have invested so many thousands of dollars in. I wish I had read all the other reviews / complaints about this dealer prior to this huge lost investment. This system does not allow the writers to put a negative star rating. and makes its own highlights. Of which no stars were highlighted by me. This was the worst investment of my life. And the broken guarantees and promises made it that much worse. From the sales staff to the end result created by the service manager. I have to say that the two bright stars of this company were the two guy's I dealt directly with in the Parts Department. They were GREAT and I owe them at the very least a shout out. THANK YOU BOTH !! This review was written directly about my Sales experience that ultimately lead to my ending service experience decided on by the service manager. There is no option to highlight both reasons for my visit.

What's with all the bad reviews? They were very helpful, low pressure and very professional. Larry Pelletier was friendly and very accommodating. Mo, the sales manager was very professional during the negotiation process. He made the whole process easy and transparent. I never thought I'd say this but he made it enjoyable! His price was $100 higher than the first dealer but they don't charge you $500 in fees! So overall I made out better! Honestly, I don't believe some of the reviews on this site. They're either from unreasonable people (No offense:}), competitors or pissed off employees. These guys are awesome!I am a business owner and I can tell you that this is how business should be conducted. I won't hesitate to recommend them to all my family and friends.

I have never seen such HORRIBLE customer service in my life. Salesman told me the car I wanted would be ready on a certain date then changed the date 4 times. My car was supposed to come with the tow package (and they told me it would cause that was one of the things I had asked for) and the day before picking up my car I was going through everything that I wanted to make sure it had (which we've gone over with them multiple times) and the last time they told me the tow package was not included. I ended up just getting the car anyways because the whole process took about a month. I have had multiple recalls on my car and when I call to try to make a service dept. appt. they give me one in a couple months... I called the service dept. the other day to try to get it in for a problem with the key fob and the man was SO RUDE and so I told him I was going to go to another jeep dealer and he hung up on me!!! If i could rate them negative stars I would.

We are unsure what to write in a review, as the sales person for whom I left a message never returned my call. Consequently, we never went to the dealership and the experience ended there.

I been buying my trucks there for the past 10 years. Bill him self a great guy, he will do anything to help you. the sales, and managers great group of guys. the service department could use a touch, in most cases not they fault, they don't build the cars, they only fix them. I'll not got to another dealer, as I said, the guys do take care of you. we are very happy at Bill Deluca dealer ship. Thank you for being there for us.

Prior to signing the final lease documents, I had given the sales manager $800 cash which I was advised would cover my first payment, my documentation fees, as well as my registration. This was confirmed multiple times by various associates. My salesman was confident when saying my only other out of pocket cost would be to purchase my inspection sticker. My father and mother also present each time this was explained to us. After back and forth discussions while waiting for my new plates and registration, there was no solution. The sales manager said my contract "fell through the cracks". Seems about right, they already had my cash and signature. I then called a different department to try and get answers as my temporary plates were expiring. The gentleman advised that the new plates were in house and I could pick them up at anytime, I just had to bring around $400 to retrieve them. I advised that I had already paid and he stated unfortunately no one else was there to confirm this. I called both the salesman and sales manager who I had dealt with, one of which told me "he was done dealing with me" and hung up and the other who gave a round about story about taxes, I'm a New Hampshire resident. I got nowhere, basically just explanations that I didn't understand how business works. My father then visited the dealership to figure out what was going on, he spoke to the sales manager, another manager, and an owner who promised a call very soon. 3 days later and still no communication. The salesman would not even look at my father. I have tried to call but the receptionist states the requested party is not available. Now that today is the final day of my temporary plates, I must come up with an additional 400+ dollars to pay for something I was told was already paid for. No understanding or assistance from the dealership. Disgusting way to treat customers.

I am local so I was going to give them first dibs on the sale. They (Mo) was not willing to negotiate, so I went else ware. Sine I am in the area and had a service question I was going to give them a try on the service side since this is where they make some money. I was waiting with another customer in the service garage waiting for the manager, once he came out he was very nice and told the guy the service shuttle would take him home. The guy told the manager his wife was concerned about all the rust on the back underside of the Jeep. The manager said there is nothing you can do to prevent this. This was a RED flag since there are a lot of treatments to stop and slow down the rust. I let it go but was disgusted. When it was my turn I told the manager about my problem and he asked if my vehicle was new, I said yes. He then asked when did you pick it up and I let him know. He asked me if I bought it here and I said no, he asked why and I said I got a better deal. That is when he said in a nasty tone "why don't you got back to where you bought it and have them fix it". I will go no further. They are not service oriented and lost me as any type of customer.

I just bought a new Dodge Caravan from Deluca's. Larry Pelletier was a pleasure to work with. The manager Mo Rochedi was very nice and helpful. I love my new van and the kids are thrilled with the DVD player. Thank you guys for making this easy for me. As a single mom, I don't really like shopping for a car but my friend recommended I go to Deluca. I will send everyone I know there too.

The title says it all. Mo Rochdi ruined it. I am from out of state but have family in the area. Mo Rochdi told his salesman (who was very nice and helpful) that if we weren't going to buy a car there, that he should not spend any time with us. Prices are cheaper in Mass than my hometown and I would not have hesitated to buy a better priced vehicle. I don't appreciate being pushed out while looking to make a purchase. You don't run a business like that, Mo. Money is still green in my state. I continued looking through the lot after shaking hands with the salesman and Mo asked me to leave.

I did a cars.com search to buy a new Ram 1500 truck. I picked Bill Deluca as one of the dealers since I bought my current 2012 Ram from there. I was contacted almost immediately by Victoria Legier by phone and email. I was a little busy so after a few days I called her and she was off that day. I left her an email stating I would call her tomorrow when she was in. I called her the next day and told her what I wanted and that my current Ram truck was from there and I was going to trade it in. She said she would call me back as she needed to check the lot. I never heard back from her. I guess this is how someone in sales treats a potential repeat customer. I guess I won't be buying from here again.

I loved the demeanor of the salespeople at this dealership so much when I went lease a new car that I brought my mother down the next day and she bought a new car too! Salespeople were personable, informative, and met every possible need for both my mother and I.

went on a Sunday to look without being pestered by sales peoplel and was asked to leave by a rude person claiming to be security. Sorry Delucca, I can't look I can't buy. A first impression can only be made once. I will not be back. I live in Haverhill and it seems what is said may be true.

Regretfully, I'm compelled to write this review of my most recent dealings with their new Sales Manager Mo Rochdi. I met Mo 2 years ago almost to this writing, when he was just a saleman under Jim Fichera's rule, and he was much better and more personable when I made my last purchase of a pre-owned from him. Mo was recently promo'd to Sales Manager for the Chrysler/Jeep/ Dodge dealership. Apparently, the new title has conformed him to a different standard than giving his repeat customers a good and fair shake and deal.I made arrangements with Mo to have a car from their Andover site, run over to the Haverhill location, as that was more convenient for me. I called and made the request to Mo 3 days in advance. I just happened to show up 20 minutes early as my schedule was going a bit ahead, so I stopped in, and Mo greeted me with a handshake at the door, but then he was quick to let me know I was early and he was just THEN sending a runner to get the car I was scheduled to test drive in the next 15-30 minutes.Mo told me the car wasn't there yet because the Andover Mgr didn't want to have the car over in Haverhill too soon so as to NOT lose any potential sales there ! Mo never called me to tell me this,so I was stuck waiting for almost 45 minutes only to find that the car I test drove was NOT to my liking, and Mo's whole attitude towards me was more passive than friendly.Screw me this time, shame on you Mo, I'm NOT giving you another chance for MY business again. Mo is a lot of show, and that's what wins his customers over, well, today he LOST this repeat customer. I'm currently driving my 2nd car bought at DeLuca, and my family has bought many both new and used cars there over the past 20+ years. Never again.

Went with my 88 yo mother to have her car serviced. When that was completed, they came out and their exact words were, "If you want to keep driving this car it's going to need work." I may be a woman, but I am not stupid! $612 for brake pads and to machine the rotors, and another $282 for two front tires, then another $90 for front end alignment. I drive the car, I knew it needed tires, I also know it DID NOT need brakes! DO NOT try to scare an an elderly person into believing something, and DO NOT think all woman are stupid! Took the care elsewhere for tires and had them recheck the brakes. They are just fine. Won't be coming back! My mother faithfully came to you people, NOT anymore!

I could not be happier. Just bought a 2011 GMC Sierra. The sales staff were very nice, and knowledgeable. This was the easiest car I ever bought. This is the fifth car we have bought since 2000 and I will always go back to DeLuca's first if I'm always treated this good. This transaction could not have gone smoother.

i brought my jeep liberty in for a suspension check. the service advisor was not knowledgable about the ball joints. jeep called for heat shields and i'm still missing one. he tried to tell me their one piece. they actually are seperate and clip on. he argued with me. the tech agreed with me, but didn't fix the issue. i sent a e-mail to deluca, no response. my next course is calling jeep.

I have had great service experiences at DeLuca Pontiac with my 2005 GTO. Scott in service is great, the mechanics are experienced and the work that they had done on my GTO was done right and covered under warranty. This is the only service department I have ever dealt with where I was truly satisfied.
