I had a great experience at Bill Dodge buying a 2016 Kia Forte. Low sales pressure and responsive negotiating to get to the price I was willing to pay. In the end, we both gave a little which leads to successful outcome. Matt and Brian were great and I love the vehicle.

I have purchased many cars in my life time and each time I dreaded going to the dealership. It started with emails to Matt at Bill Dodge Kia of Saco. He was so helpful on helping us narrow down our search for the right vehicle. Then it ended with Rob at the same location. Great customer service!!! He spent time on explaining everything we needed to know and the process. I will certainly be buying my next car at the location

DON'T GET SERVICE HERE!! They charge you through the teeth for things that they lied to you about charging you for! Also watch out for the 10% FEE they ADD to ALL service repairs! (Even if they didn't repair anything!) They make up bogus claims about the reason why something is wrong with your car. Their reasons are illogical and make no sense! They also go on to tell you that what was told to you is not what that person actually said when they were not even there! Find another KIA dealer!!!

If you purchase from Bill Dodge, don't expect a response from them if you happen to suffer an issue, because you will end up being the one suffering from their lack of attention to your problem. And apparently calling customers back is not on there list of "To do" responses.This problem starts at the top. Good ole boy Bill Dodge himself. And it's being passed onto his off spring, yeah those two dumb kids doing the dumb commercials (they aren't acting dumb) Genuine idiots like they sound.Anyway, don't expect resolution or repairs till you show them how mad you are.Not worth shopping there

Worst customer service EVER!! I purchased a car from them in May 2015, was told they would get me the 2nd key, I made 6 trips back, called too many times to remember now, then was passed around more than the sports page. I called everyone from Bill Dodge, Win, and Stacy, and never did they return a call. I was nothing but polite each time, not until I got upset, did they finally listen, well it took them 4 months to get me a 2nd key.....and never a call back. It was me driving the process that finally led to getting the key. Bill Dodge has shown the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. I will never purchase from them, and would advise all others to rethink your business there as well. Worst place ever !!!

Last week I went to Bill Dodge Kia in Saco to look at and likely purchase a 2016 Kia Sorento. I was looking at an unlocked Sorento with my husband until Robert Williams came out. Robert walked past both of us and locked the vehicle before even acknowledging that we were standing there. I asked him why he would lock a vehicle I was interested in and his response was short and curt. He said that people are not allowed to view vehicles without a sales person. It would seem to me that the vehicle should have been locked all along if this is their policy. I had a good experience in the past with Bill Dodge. I was comfortable with potentially doing business with Bill Dodge again until I met Robert. I found him to be rude and unwelcoming. As a side note...two days after this experience, I purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento from Charlie's in Augusta.

I walked in the dealership, (a 68 year old female) by myself,but I knew what I could afford.Jeffrey Taylor and Dave Soucier, made sure I got a vehicle that FIT my budget and that I was HAPPY with.They are two amazing men,they took the time to explain the whole process,and how all the bells and whistles worked. They assured me that if I ever had any questions they would be there .I left the dealership with my FIRST brand new vehicle and feeling good about having two new friends.

Kyle and the staff at Bill Dodge Kia in Saco went above and beyond to make my deal go through ! I was just looking not even really sure I was ready to buy but they made it hard to refuse. They didn't push me but they worked with me until I saw the numbers that I wanted to see! I got so many bonuses with my car that I didn't even know about until I was signing the papers and that just made the deal that much sweeter. Bill Dodge is the dealership you recommend to friends and go back to when you are ready for your next car!

Kyle Mullins was just awesome! He is friendly, easy to talk with, he has a great character. He was extremely helpful this weekend. We even went to another dealership to look at other trucks but we were not impressed at the other dealership.They had us test drive a truck that was smoking from an oil leak. So we went back to Bill Dodge Kia just to work with Kyle and my husband got a car instead of a truck. We will be using them for all of our services too. Brian Tremblay was our finance guy a,d he was awesome too! If you need a ride go there, everyone is extremely friendly.

My 2004 car broke down and I called sales specialist Ryan Cormier. Ryan came to my home and orchestrated the most seamless and easiest car baying experience I have had in over 35 years. Not only was able to purchase my car that same day, Ryan arranged for me not to miss my shift at work, so I was able to fit kids for their back to school, that very same day. The staff from Patrick Afthim, the Kia Manager, Scott Walker, the finance guy, and Kyle Mullins who works in sales all helped out with this amazing car experience. Usually buying a car is a nightmare, but at Bill Dodge Auto in Saco, Maine it was a dream. The folks at service have been amazing as well. They are friendly, and have been enormously helpful during this transition!

This place is just amazing! Even though we have a Nissan Dealer in our own City, we keep getting the best deal, best price, and best service from the people at Bill Dodge Nissan of Saco. We priced out a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder and Bill Dodge gave us more for our trade and saved us thousands over everyone else. Bob and Dan were friendly and not pushy at all, we like that over other Dealers we have dealt with. The New showroom is really very nice, you can watch them service your car through the large windows and seating area, and the Large Screen T.V. makes waiting for service very nice. It's just so pleasant dealing with honest friendly people, I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't drive 15 minutes to buy a vehicle and save big time. This is our families 4th new vehicle from the Nissan of Saco Dealership, and I'm sure it won't be our last! Thanks to all the staff at Bill Dodge for treating us with respect and dignity, and again thanks for the great deal!

We signed up on line to inquire about a Kia Sportage, within one day Rob Williams contacted us to find out exactly what we wanted. He was very enthusiastic in finding us a vehicle. Rob Williams at Saco Kia dealership was awesome. I only went with the idea that I was looking to see what my next SUV would be. I have loved the Soul since they came out. He made it possible for me to purchase this vehicle within the next few days, I LOVE this vehicle!!!!!! The whole lease process was great. The dealership does need a face lift but I understand theyt will move next door when the new Nissan building is finished , when Nissan moves to it. Kudos to Joe Bowman at Bill Dodge Auto Group in Saco! I was looking for the impossible in a newer car and to my surprise Joe came though for me! Other dealerships I visited either dismissed me or tried to up sell me. I was very specific in what I was looking for and working with a budget. Joe heard my concerns and helped me find my car. He genuinely cared about meeting my needs. I never felt like I was working with a "salesman". He made the whole experience easy for me. I honestly went in just to look but Joe was able to not only find a car that fit my needs but within my budget! I recently ran into a pole in my Sedona and I also needed new tires on it so I was done. I contacted Phil who suggested we come in and see about getting a new car. I met Brian when I arrived and we looked at a bunch of new and used Souls. I ended up choosing a bright green one and I love it! Great gas mileage and a payment that I can live with. I had a phenomenal experience with these folks! I called Bill Dodge Kia of Saco to inquire about a Kia Optima SXL. I spoke with Joe Bowman, a sales consultant, who was outstanding to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and did everything in his power to please me. I've been to many car dealerships throughout the years, but I was treated different here. It was very obvious that Joe genuinely cared about making sure I had a good experience, and it was obvious that he cared about his clients. The "feel" of this dealership was much different than any I'd ever been to. I didn't have the feeling of anything except that they were there to make my experience as comfortable and positive as possible. I'm thrilled with my new car, and even more thrilled to have had such a good experience doing something that has been historically painful. Joe Bowman was an amazing, down to earth salesperson who was sharp and on task. My wife and I were looking for something bigger because we found out about our son right before we bought our last car 2 years ago (Dodge Avenger). We decided to go to Bill Dodge Kia of Saco because it wasn't too far away and I wanted to buy in Maine. After a few email exchanges, we went to the dealership and met with Brian Tremblay. He was AWESOME throughout the entire process. He is very family friendly because he has one of his own and knows what people are looking for. He also understands that people are only going to spend what they can afford, so he (and the rest of the staff) was never pushy during the whole process. Everybody was super nice and polite. The test drive went well and we settled on the 2014 Kia Sorento. Brian was very knowledgeable and didn't rush the test drive. He took my wife and I separately so we could watch our son, and I wanted both of us to say that we liked the vehicle. The Sorento is a great car with a lot of good options. My wife and I are already fighting about who wants to drive. The car is easy to handle and has a lot of great features. When the car I wanted was late coming in from wherever, they offered me the one I test drove for the same price which I thought was really good. These guys are class acts and I am happy I went there.

We called to schedule a test drive on a vehicle that we saw on-line and then looked at on the lot on Sunday. Brian Tremblay met us on our schedule and went over the vehicle options while we took the car out for a drive. We hadn't purchased a vehicle since 2005 and the technology has changed so much that we had many questions.The conversation with Brian was pleasant and he answered all of our questions. We signed for the vehicle that day and picked it up on the following day. I found that there wasn't pressure to purchase a vehicle like there is at other dealerships. He was also willing to negotiate with me. I recently purchased my AWESOME LOVE IT! Pearl White 2013 KIA Optima Hybrid at Bill Dodge in Saco from Brian Tremblay. Brian was fantastic, very pleasant and so easy to deal with, no pressure, he was willing to deal with me and the sales team was able to get me the financing and price that worked great for my budget. I have been back twice for routine maintenance and I couldn't be happier with the service department. Schedualing appointments is very easy and the service department team are very freindly and make you very comfortable while you wait to get your car serviced. Been nothing but pleased with Bill Dodge and deffinitly recommend them.

BILL DODGE of Saco, Maine was by far the "Best" dealership, I have ever dealt with. I am a seasoned buyer, trading out every 2 years or so and off chance went to Bill Dodge as they had a larger selection of KIA's in Maine. Brian, the salesman was an extraordinaire in Customer Service. He was personable, charming and like an "old friend", helping to make things work meeting and exceeding our expectations. The options were endless and the care they took in handling everything, left me with such a positive feeling that I will be going back to trade again & again, I'm sure. You really shouldn't think of going elsewhere, Everything you need is at BILL DODGE.

Brian was willing to go out of his way to make this sale affordable and was friendly while doing so. He didn't push for me to buy which was pleasant and one of the appeals of the sale. He let me take my time and come back when I was ready to buy and didn't try to pursuade me in the mean time, which is what I experienced from the other dealers.

Bill Dodge provided great service for my 2007 BMW 328i which was recently totaled. I contacted them to help with a new car. Taylor Powell was wonderful in assisting me obtain a new 2013 BMW with manual transmission - apparently there was only one left in the country. He arranged for the car's transport and then assisted me in many different ways so that I was able to drive the car home last Saturday. I am sure that Bill Dodge BMW will take as good care of this car as they did the last.

While having minor work done on my Sentra, I spotted the "future" car of my dreams- an Altima Coupe! I talked to Dave Atkinson about my dreams of owning this car some day- once I'm in better shape financially, etc... He listened very patiently and 2 days later I went back to see Dave and drove home in my "future" dream car! Could not have been happier with the entire process on 2014 Kia Sorento purchase last month. Most of the communication/quote etc went from on line to the Saco location and Brian Tremblay was outstanding throughout it all. Highly recommend for certainly a new Kia purchase but assume that professional approach is standard fare for any of the Bill Dodge Group.

Again I come back to this Saco Dealership for a new car... traded my 08 Altima for a 2013 SV model. My wife and I like to keep up a new car and again my favorite was the Altima.. what a nice riding comfortable car... Kristen Sevigny (Salesperson) never pressured us about the deal and was very pleasant and helpful.. Best experience dealing with anyone in the car business.. Nice young lady.. Derek Ricker the Sales Manager was great.. He not only provided us a very fair price on my used Altima, He and Kristen got us a great price on the new 2013 Altima.. very satisfied. And I'm real fussy! I like the fact that they don't play games... They were honest and didn't pressure us into making the deal like so many other Dealers try to do.. The other thing was they told us when the rebates were to expire and gave me special financing that also saved us "$$$" additionally. The Bill Dodge points I accumulated paid for my 1st oil change and filter... I'm very happy with the entire TEAM at Bill Dodge Saco... Will I buy there again..YES! Thanks again Kristen and Derek!

I was preparing to move to Maine for my retirement and wanted to make my initial inquiries for a Kia Sole for my South Portland address by email. Brian Tremblay was more than helpful in providing me with information and available inventory prior to my short visit to Maine during which my time and availability was very limited. He was not pushy and responded to my schedule by meeting me at a Bill Dodge location different from where he works. He did everything in his power to expedite the process from test drive, to financing, to getting the vehicle I selected clear coated all within one afternoon. I drove away with my chosen vehicle and was able to get it registered in Maine before my trip back to Virginia. Other staff at Bill Dodge were also very helpful and courteous throughout the process. I left with the feeling that they really appreciated my business and put the customer first.

Our Sales guy Frank Markgren to be extremely helpful and pleasant. He made sure that I was going to get a smaller reliable car to replace my big and difficult to park 2004 Ford Taurus. I was origionally looking at a 2005 corrolla but bought a 2006 Sentra instead with less miles after Frank went and scoured the lots to find something better for me that the bank would approve. (Banks hate aproving loans for high mileage vehicles so no corrolla) Ended up with a great deal at a dealership I will visit first when its time to trade in and a Salesman(Frank Markgren) that I would send all my friends and family to.

I tried to work with other dealerships around them and found that they made me feel very unimportant and I actually had to chase them around for feedback. This is the 4th Altima I have or bought or leased. I did business with other dealerships selling Nissan products. The Bill Dodge Auto Group is the finest dealership I have ever dealt with. Dave Atkinson has been my salesperson for my Rogues and Altima's. You cannot find a better salesperson in the business. Dave really cares about his customers, he will go out of his way to help you in any way he can. My wife and I just came back from a trip to DC. I could not believe the gas mileage that we got with this car. This is not a paid endorsement, I repeat not paid, but we averaged 41.8 mpg on the way home. I gassed up in Laurel, Maryland, and then again in Saco, and we still had 1/4 tank of gas left, amazing. We also not tired after 10 hours in the car, what an amazing improvement over the 2010. Buy one you will not be sorry. I was not really shopping for a new car at the time I leased my new Altima

I would like to start off by saying that I have never really been a "fan" of car salesmen. I usually found them to be arrogant, pushy and quick to get you out of the dealership. Well, my "Faith" has been restored! And I owe it all to Joe Bowman at Bill Dodge Kia in Saco. Joe was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and concerned that we were going to end up with the best vehicle for us, and the best deal. He gave us our space and waited days for us to decide what we had chose to do. During the process, he was never pushy or impatient....a real gentleman who truly cared about us. As for the rest of the Team at Bill Dodge, they were all friendly, accommodating, and down to earth. They, along with Joe, worked with us until we were happy in all aspects of the transaction. This is my second time purchasing a Nissan thru the Nissan dealership in Saco. Both times I had Dave Atkinson as my sales person. They are the most accommodating dealership I have ever worked with. I had to work until 6pm on both occasions and both times I walked in and my paperwork waiting for me to sign and the vehicle waiting for me to just drive none of the waiting around that usually happens at dealerships. After signing and going over all the options and setting up my equipment in my new maxima it was done! About a week after I had a question on my vehicle and just called Dave within fust a few minutes he answered everything. Great job Bill Dodge for hiring such an amazing person!

I walked into Bill Dodge with a strong desire to find an affordable Honda Civic with low mileage. I was greeted by Scott King, who was undoubtedly the most friendly car dealer that I had met all day (and in general). Previously, I had gone to about 5 or 6 separate dealerships, and all of them were simply far too demanding. When I was approached by Scott, I didn't get the same uncomfortable, overbearing feeling that I received with many dealers that I had met with earlier in the day. Scott was simply himself, and genuinely seemed to want to find me the car I was looking for, within my price range. Knowing that I had my heart set on a Civic, he directed me towards exactly that. Overall I loved the vehicle, and decided that it was what I wanted immediately. As mentioned previously; Scott was personable, relatable, and simply himself. I found him a joy to both be around, and enjoyed my conversations with him. I feel as if he did a wonderful job with a seemingly not-so-common tactic; being himself. I also felt as if the rest of the team at Bill Dodge was extraordinarily welcoming, and both a fair and honest group of individuals. (And not to mention, humorous as well) I left the dealership feeling as if I received a great deal, and friendly service. I would highly recommend going to this dealership, and I would go there again in a heartbeat.

I went in to Bill Dodge Kia just to check out my options on trading in my car and was very surprised to drive off the lot the same night with a new vehicle. My salesman Joe Bowman made it an easy process,I got very good customer service, I told them what my budget was and what I could afford and they were able to accommodate me and keep me within my budget. The first time we walked there lot, Dave approached us with very laid-back friendliness and we liked him right away. I have always had problems with buying a car until I dealt with Mark Hathaway; he is not your typical car salesman. Mark not only makes you feel good about the process, he is upfront and honest. I work for a company that is all about customer service and making sure that the customer trumps everything I cant say that other businesses are always like that well not until I worked with Mark from Bill DodgeHe was able to relate with me and get down to what I needed as a customer, when we first met all Mark wanted to do was get to know me and my wife so he could consider us a friend. At the end we were laughing and joking about everything and I have to say other people around took notice I feel like they were thinking having fun buying a car is not the norm and because of this I was able to buy the car of my dreams and drive away feeling really good about it He takes car selling to a different level and I will from this point on refer Bill Dodges Mark Hathaway. I traveled from Rochester, MA (3hours) to buy my second new Maxima from Bill Dodge. I can't see myself ever buying from anywhere else. Kristen Sevigny and the Bill Dodge team make buying a car a pleasurable experience. I made the deal in advance and walked in to sign paperwork and left with a new car within an hour. These people really know how to take care of their customers. If you are even considering buying a car call Kristen first, you will not regret it. You will buy a car and complete paperwork in less time and with more comfort than you can test drive a car anyplace else.

I would like to personally tell everyone what great service we received when we went to Bill Dodge Saco. We went there with only the intention of looking for a new car. The car we had was too small for our dog, we have a St. Bernard 224 lbs. our salesman Mark Hathaway approached us and asked us a few questions on what type of car we were looking for. He was great he did not pressure us. He answered all our questions very knowledgeable on all the vehicles we looked at. They went out of their way letting our dog into the vehicles seeing if it was a fit for him. When we decided on the 2014 Sonata he explained all the features, accessories, warranties, guaranties and every in and out you could imagine. We decides that was the car for us. The Bill Dodge team did a great job with all the paperwork involved quickly and painlessly. I would highly recommend Bill Dodge anytime to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle without hesitation. Mark Hathaway is the salesman to ask for if you want great service he'll really make you feel like your part of the Bill Dodge family. We recently bought a 2013 kia optima at bill dodge, saco. We had a very good experience with our salesperson , Frank Markgren, he was very helpful in explaining how everything worked in the car and setting up the bluetooth for us. The only bad part of our experience was the pre delivery setup of the car. The inside windshield of the car appeared to have been cleaned with the same rag the oil was checked with as it had such a film on it, there was also protective plastic sheeting left stuck on all over the interior of the car which we did not notice until the next day.

I went to the dealership after looking at vehicle that was on the lot for a little while. Time helped me out and was very friendly and knowledgable about the vehicle. When we started talking about a price there was no pressure and he was calm throughout the process. I can't say that about me because i hate buying a car. It was the nicest experience I have had buying a car. everyone from Joe who I spoke with a few months earlier to time when i wanted to buy the car and with Gayle when i was filling out the paperwork. it was a no hassle no pressure feeling. It was quick and easy and i will go back again.

Overall just a great experience. We looked at a lot of brands and dealt with a lot of (good, mediocre, and bad) salespeople, but we came back to Kia of Saco because they had the best car (Kia Sorento) and the best salesperson: Justin Mondor. Justin was always helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, and never pushy. Some salespeople seem to be under the impression that they can push you into buying a car, but it does not work like that. However, KiaOfSaco gave us a great deal to ensure we bought the car, and they went to great lengths to fulfill our very specific wishes. Closing the deal and the paperwork were clear and easy. What more can I say?

NATE SHEPPARD WAS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL TO MYSELF AND MY SON! Thats why friendliness gets a 3. Other than that this was the absolute WORST car buying experience of my life. GAIL IN FINANCE was the absolute rudest and unprofessional human being I have ever encountered in a business transaction. Tried to sell my son a FIVE THOUSAND DOLLAR EXTENDED WARRANTY to which I said NO NO NO NO. She kept persisting and became angry when I finally got irritated. Was rude, unprofessional and acted like a child, slamming the phone back into my sons hands while I was speaking, as we were trying to handle my part of this over the phone. I have bought many cars and turned down many over-priced warranties. This was the worst experience ever. I EMAILED NATE AND TOLD HIM HE SHOULD WORK ELSEWHERE!!!! This is why customer service and overall experience gets a 1. The price of the car seemed fair enough so that got a 3 as well!!DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!

I was in a pickle with an upside-down loan on a car in need of a major repair. Joe really came through for me! Not only did KIA give me the most value for my trade, Joe was able to get me into a new car at the monthly payment I wanted. Joe is an absolute pleasure to work with. Justin has great follow through and Yelena is a pro when showing you how to use all the fun entertainment features in the new KIA models (which come standard, by the way, in even their base models). Overall, the experience was wonderful and I got what I wanted for a great price.

I am not the easiest guy to deal with but that did not phase them a bit. They did not have a car with the options i wanted on their lot but they found one from a dealer in another State and wasted no time in going to get it. Before beginnning my search for a used (new to me) vehicle, I decided exactly what I wanted. The value I was looking for, price, use, extras - everything I needed. I then went online and the website is the easiest to use and most precise for options. I talked to Sean Sickles at Kia of Saco and he made what I wanted happen. He didnt try to pressure me into anything I wasn't interested in, though he did show me my options. Every step from browsing to closing was very streight forward and I did not have that 'car salesman' feeling that comes with most auto purchases. My loan is for 3 years and you bet at that moment I'll be going back to Kia of Saco. Maybe next time it will be for a NEW car! Thank you Kia!

We went to Kia of Saco looking at the Sportage, Sean was awesome, there was no pressure from him, he was very knowledgable, knew I had also done my research on the car and the options that I wanted and he did not try to upsell or pressure me to change my mind, we went for the test drive and we knew immediately that it drove as well as we thought it wqould and we were sold, he then worked with us to get it to the price we wanted and get the payments to our level and it was a great process, could not have asked for a better sales process.

I don't think 5 (Great) is a high enough rating for my experience buying my new Kia Soul at Kia of Saco from Sean Sickles. I would give a rating of 6 (Excellent), if it were available. I had the BEST experience from start to finish. It started with a web search on the Kia of Saco sight that led to an email response from Joe Robinson. Joe emailed me with a couple of questions about what I was looking for exactly; he was very responsive and very cordial--not overbearing or condescending in any way. We sat a time for me to bring in my trade-in vehicle and look and what they had available for Kia Souls. When I got there, I met Joe in person, and he referred me to Sean Sickles for actually trying out the version of Soul I had chosen. Sean was awesome! Full of energy and enthusiasm, knows his stuff, and made the whole experience fun. Because the version I wanted was not available on the lot, Sean let me test drive his own new Soul, which happened to be the same version I wanted. After driving the Soul and seeing all its features, I was sold. Within a short time afterward, Sean had a price for my trade in, located a Soul in the version and color I wanted, and had all the initial paperwork done. Within a couple of days I was able to come in to finalize the paperwork and pick up my new 2012 Kia Soul...and I LOVE it! Sean worked with my insurance company directly and got all of my transfer information done. I worked with David who worked with me to finalize the paperwork. He was very patient in explaining all the details. Afterward, Sean sat with me in my new Soul and showed me how everything works. My most favorite feature is the hands free Bluetooth function. That's a long explanation, but I had nothing but a wonderful experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit Kia of Saco.

I test drove Mercedes and Audi's before trying the Optima SX and found the driving experience to be more fun. If you want performance, luxury and exceptional fuel economy you owe it to yourself to test drive an Optima SX. The Optima SX is so good that I traded in my Mercedes for it. I was recently in an automobile accident that left me with a broken arm and an even more seriously broken car! With the money that i recieved from the insurance company i prepared to buy a new car. i was so excited about this process, i've never had a substantial amount of money to put down on a car, so buying a new car had never been an option for me. After a bunch of research i settled on the Kia Sportage and set out to find my new car! I visited a few kia dealerships and took some test drives and talked money. we ended up at kia of saco more on a whim than anything else, and i knew almost instantly that this was the place i wanted to buy my car. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. our salesman, Moe, was personable, friendly and super easy to work with. i never felt intimidated or pressured or rushed. Even with the money i had to put down on the car i still had a pretty strict budget to stick to. Moe and the rest of the staff at kia worked with me to make it so that i would be able to get the car that i wanted without having to stress about whether i would be able to make the monthly payments.By the time we had finished figuring everything out so i was ready to buy my car it was too late to go to the bank. i was really bummed out because i was so excited to drive my brand new car. The folks at Kia let me drive off the car without paying at all, they just told me to come back in the next couple of days to pay! I couldn't believe they let me do that!!Overall it was a great experience, i would highly recommend kia of saco to anyone (and i have been!) and when it comes time to buy my next car i know i will be going back!!

I gave 5's in most categories becuse of Justin's attentive, positive style of salesmanship. He went out of his way to find the right car for us at the right price. His explanation of the car's features was beyond our expectations and exceeded any prior experiences with other salesmen. Went in to test drive a couple of SUVs I had looked at over the weekend. Sean definitely went above and beyond with making things happen with the one I had in mind that happened to be in getting work done. I'm not a fan of having to deal with salesmen of any type but this experience was defintely worth the trip in. Dave was also just as helpful in his clarity on what he was doing and in making sure I was understanding everything that was incurred in the total price. I had a less than satisfactory experience with a DIFFERENT Kia dealership who was unable to resolve my issue. Then I contacted Kia of Saco to see if they could help me out. What a difference! Though the drive for me to get to them was about 160 miles one-way, it was well worth the trip. The people I worked with (Joe Robinson, Tim Mariano and Dave Hellin) were exceptionally kind, professional, easy going and well-organized. They had all paperwork plus the new car I was purchasing already waiting for me, thus minimizing the time I spent in the showroom. Additionally, their pricing was very fair. I drove away very happy with both the deal and the car I got. I was also pleased with the follow up calls (real people not a cheesy "thank-you" robo call). From start to finish, I had the Kia I wanted plus a trade at a great price - all within 24 hours and from out of state. I could not recommend any auto dealership more highly.

I would NEVER recommend this place after going there to try out a new car.My wife and I went and we had a Kia and a Toyota in mind.I told tim from the start that we did not know for sure what we would do other than we was going to buy one of the two that day and I would call him to let him know.We did go back to Toyota and buy one of them and after getting home there was two calls from Tim and I did call him to tell him what we did.Now we still get call and E-mails from him after being told not to do it any more.If you go there DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFO.I did try to call his boss too only to get Voice mails.

I asked for a internet quote via e-mail. Joe E-mailed me back. I called and talked with Tim. They invited me in to find a car and talk pricing. we worked out a deal. Tim is a great asset to kia and never let us down. His persistance and understanding of our needs closed the sale. Dave was our final contact with kia of saco and Dave was so helpful explaining the loan and paper work we had to sign. it was a real pleasure working that team at kia of saco and i will recommend them highly. We drive two vehicles and I will be back when we need to up grade.

After visiting many dealerships prior to this one, we would like to say that we had a great expierience at the Kia of Saco. The Sales Associate was very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely patient with us. Most important of all we never felt pressured to buy. We will definitly recommend them to our family and friends.

I called on a whim Friday, talked to Sean Sickles. He was knowledgable and very nice. We went over a couple of cars and options packages. I gave him a budget and he helped find me the incentives and rebates that made it work. Took the car home clean and gassed up the next day. Great experience. GREAT CAR!

I had a great experience with Kia of saco. The employees were friendly and very knowledgable. Yelena was very helpful in getting a great price for my 2012 Kia forte ex. Kia of saco is by far the best dealership I have been to in my search for a new vehicle. If anyone asks where they should buy a car, I'll tell them to go to Kia of saco for the best deal. As a first time car buyer, the entire process was overwhelming to think about. Sean Sickles made this experience really fun and unbelievably easy! I didnt want to leave when it was all done. I looked at another dealership but it didnt come close to comparing to Kia of Saco! Sean and I tested a few different cars and he explained everything from the options(blue tooth, power w&l, and more) to the timing chain vs timing belt :) and the differences those have in mechanical maintenance. He really knows his cars. I found the car, the right price and the car buying experience I was looking for! I really couldnt have pictured it going any better. I wasnt once pressured into doing anything, and he even encouraged shopping around and not pulling my credit unless I was certain I was buying a car there. He guided me through the process but let me make every decision and not once told me what I should do. He never sounded desperate by saying What can I do to have your business which I have heard multiple times in the past with family members. Sean has called and emailed a few times to check in. Not only did he check in about the car but about a new job a started as well! He is a genuine nice person. He has a great sense of humor as well! When it came to the bank, rates, payments, and everything, Dave Hellin was excellent. He was able to get a monthly payment that was very reasonable along with a good interest rate. He explained all options! He definitely made the continuation of the process go just as great as the beginning with Sean. He is the business manager who I signed all of my paperwork with and I never once felt overpowered, intimidated, or anything of that nature. The service guy Mike is super nice, and Justin Mondor is awesome too. It was great to see his familiar face when I walked through the door to meet with Sean! I felt at home and they turned on some great tunes! After test driving many small SUVs on the Automile in Saco, ME, my friend and I we went to check out KIA. That's when we met Chris Crider. He was great! His willingness to listen carefully (for hours), knowledge of the products and sense of humor made for a fun and exciting experience. After test driving the Sportage, it quickly became my #1 choice. The ride was quieter, more comfortable and offered a lot more amenities than its competitors.Chris spent hours going over all my options and we determined a lease would be the best. He worked with Kurt to try to get the numbers where they needed to be. The atmosphere at the dealership was upbeat, amusing, and comfortable. The pop music, paired with a little singing and dancing (thanks Justin) and hot chocolate made the time pass while we waited.Kurt was finally able to get the monthly payment down to where I could afford it. Now, my only apprehension was the driver's seat. I'm short, have back problems and driving a short distance for a test drive wasn't long enough. I had informed Chris about my back earlier in the day. He said more than once he wanted me to be comfortable and be sure it was the right vehicle for me. He offered to let me take a Sportage home overnight which was about 25 miles away. I took it home and the next day I ordered a 2012 Twilight Blue Sportage EX with the premium package. Chris was able to locate one the next business day in NJ, and it arrived within 4 days. I was so excited!I drove in to fill out the final paperwork and there it was...right out front with colorful balloons! Chris greeted me at the door and congratulated me along with Kurt. Dave went over all the paperwork with me and explained everything in detail. He made me feel very comfortable, just like all the rest of the guys and we had a few laughs as well.Before I left, Chris set up my phone for hands free communication, programmed a few music genres on Sirius, and went over a few safety features. He told me to call if I had any questions and we would set up an appointment after the holidays to go over more features if necessary. From the first greeting in the parking lot, to the test drive, to negotiation, and finally driving off in my new car, Chris was the best! So, if you're looking for a great vehicle, outstanding customer service and a more than fair deal, KIA of Saco is the place to go! A special thanks to Chris and Kurt for making it all possible.

My fiance and I went in to Kia of Saco the day before Christmas. When Sean came out to see us in the lot, the first thing we told him is we are not here to buy a car. My fiance has simply wanted to look at the Kia Soul for a while now. She has wanted one since they first came out. Sean was awesome to work with. He did not pressure us what so ever. He told us our options, showed us some Souls, and we went to leave. Sat in the car for 10 minutes and walked back into the dealership and started the process. Banks were closed so we came back on monday. Dave Hellin worked magic with the bank and Sean was amazing. I will recommend my friends here in the future. Thanks for a great experience!!! We love our soul......

When we went into this dealership, we were greeted by Sean. The first thing I told him was "we are NOT getting a car today." We just wanted to see the inside of the Soul. Sean was great. He showed us all the features and answered all our questions. He never rushed us. And then he said, "ok, have a great day." We were so shocked that we didnt have to fight our way out of the car sales gaunlet. And thats why after a bit of discussion, we went right back and got my new Soul. If they had been like other dealerships, we would not have even considered getting a car there. They were friendly and no pressure and it was such an AWESOME experience. Dave worked with the bank and made magic happen for us. And now I own a FABULOUS new Kia Soul. I LOVE it! This experience was like no other. It was completely comfortable and easy and low stress. I would recommend Sean (and have already) to anyone looking to get a car or even just looking for more info on one. Side Note: I have already run into someone else at work who bought a car a couple weeks ago from Sean. He had nothing but rave reviews about him as well. I emailed this dealership and was hoping to have some luck this time to get a vehicle, after being turned down over the past several months from other dealerships in the area. to my surprise they did all they could to get me into a newer car, and I thank Tim, Dave, and Joe for doing all they could to do so. And they gave me a good deal on my trade and the new 2012 Kia Soul that I was able to drive home in that same day. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I love my Kia Soul. It has been one of the vehicles I have wanted after test driving it at another dealership ( and was disappointed when I could not get it then). And I never expected to get a brand new 2012 vehicle, but I thank god for giving me some luck this time around. My wife and I were searching for a new car and to trade in our 2010 Honda Odyssey. I had visited several local dealerships in the Portland and Auburn areas and none were as up-front and friendly as Yelena and the other staff at Kia of Saco. I give this dealership a 5 out of 5 on every level. Unfortunately my wife didn't like the Kia that we test drove and we decided to make a purchase of a used vehicle from a different dealer. However, even after purchasing our used vehicle I personally wanted to thank Yelena and the other staff at Kia of Saco for there honesty and patience with us as we searched to find a good value on our trade-in. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership no matter if you are looking for a used vehicle or brand new Kia.

From the time I got there Justin was eager and ready to help. He explained every step and even broke it down so that I got the big picture. Using visual diagrams to show how they got to each step. My daughter was shopping for her first car when we arrived at Kia Of Saco. She had been looking for a specfic car and I am very glad she found it at there. After searching online She found what she was looking for and wanted to try it out. She found more than that. She found the car, the price and the purchasing experience she was looking for. I can't express how comfortable I was with the sales person from the greeting to the closing. Sean made the experience for my daughter pleasant and more importantly fun. What impressed me was that even though I was there he spoke directly to her as the purchaser. She tried out more than one car and Sean explained each and every function on each car. This is something I have not witnessed or experienced at any dealership in years. It was evident Sean was interested in getting the right car for her regardless of the price. After the deal was finished Sean again went through every part of the car prompting questions and answering every one. Every person we met was friendly and polite. I'm very pleased to have driven to Saco Kia where I was treated professionally and NO frills. This past weekend I traveled to Maine from Vermont to help my friend purchase/lease a new vehicle. It had been 14 years since she went through the process and she was very intimidated by the prospect. We looked at all the smaller SUV's on the miracle mile and we both fell for the Kia Sportage. Chris Crider took the time (hours) to explain everything to us. We determined a lease was best and narrowed down the choices available. My friend is quite short and Chris went the extra mile to be sure the vehicle she chose was a good fit. He allowed us to take the vehicle overnight (to Ogunquit) so she could drive for more than just a quick test drive. The next day we revisited another dealer, tried their SUV again and determined the Kia was the right choice. The Sportage had many amenities, a quiet ride, and was very comfortable. The warranty was more than acceptable. Mostly, the other dealers didn't have Chris. Never has a car purchase/lease been easier for either of us. Kurt bent over backwards to get the payment where it needed to be. Chris is a very funny, intelligent and downright likable guy. I've been a Jeep girl for years but I just may drive to Maine to purchase my next vehicle. Thank you to Justin (for great directions and a sense of humor), Chris for working so tirelessly for us, and Kurt for making the numbers work.

This was my first car buying experience and I have to say it will probably be impossible to top. I was fortunate to have Sean Sickles assist me in finding my first car. I went in having a pretty solid idea of what I was looking for and he was great at listening to what I wanted and in my first test drive I loved having him explain all the great features of each car to me as we drove. Sean made me feel very comfortable and answered all my "silly" first time buyer questions and I didn't feel any type of "pressure." I had brought my Dad with me as "support" because I was a young woman looking at cars and felt I didn't even need him there for that reason. I was offered cookies and coffee at least 4-5 times while there and Sean even offered to go pick up a pizza for dinner while we had to wait for paperwork! When everything was said and done and I was ready to drive off in my new Hyundai Tucson Sean came out to the car with us and went over every single feather/button with me again so I knew exactly how everything worked. I really loved that and feel like I really knew my car before even driving off the lot! I had one small light out that we had missed being replaced and Sean even called me up the next day to find out when I would be able to come in for them to get that taken care of right away and he asked how I was liking my car to be sure I was happy with it. I have to say I have thoroughly enjoyed my car buying experience and it really felt like everything was "meant to be" in my time at Kia of Saco. I had a great time with Sean helping me with the whole experience because of his energy and awesome sense of humor. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a car there and you should ask for Sean Sickles to assist you of course because he rocks!

My boyfriend Tony and I didn't have to wait long to get a car representative help, as less than 5mins since we drove into their car lot, we were assisted right away. Yelena Smirnova greeted outside me as I arrived at the Kia dealership and inquired about what I was interested in. She showed me new vehicles and then discerned that my price interest suggested a previously owned car. She soon connected me with a 2010 Hyundai Elantra, which I ultimately purchased. She was very responsive to questions I had, allowing me to test drive the car and patiently negotiating with me for the trade in of my 2003 vehicle. She was persistent in her communications with me and very pleasant to both my wife and me as we finalized the purchase and took possession of the car. I found her knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. and would be happy to recommend her and KIA of Saco to anyone interested in a car purchase in southern Maine.

I stoped in to look at a Optima and delt with a very pleasent sales person named Yelena Smirnova. She was very knowlegable about the car and answered all my questions.The one thing I appreciated the most was at no time did she ever pressure me to buy the car. It showed me how much she respected me as a customer. I wish more sales people could be like her.I wish Her great success in the car business. After visiting multiple Kia dealerships in Maine, I found that Kia of Saco had the largest selection of Optimas in comarison with other dealers. I was able to choose the exact car that I wanted for my first ever- brand new car purchase. The sales representatives made it easy, Dave especially, and worked very hard to get me an amazing deal within my price range. He also quickly helped me get financed. Yelena was helpful by explaining all the details and features of my new car purchase and not letting anything get overlooked. Overall my experience with Kia of Saco was a good one and I would highly recommend this dealership as well as the sales representatives that I worked with. I purchased a 2011 Kia Optima EX from Kia of Saco on 11/30/11 and couldn't be happier with the buying exerience and the car. I live in MA, about 100 miles away, so mostly everything had to be done via phone, e-mail and fax which I thought might be a challenge, but it wasn't. The sales staff was excellent. Very responsive. They even had someone drive the 100 miles to deliver it. I didn't have to leave my house. I'd recommend this dealership.

I chose to look for a Kia vehicle becuase I was formely driving in a 2001 Kia Sephia with 178,000 miles on it. The vehicle has always held up and so far had required no major repair or replacement. Since I am local, I decided to check-out the Kia dealership in Saco. I was greeted promptly and immediatley assisted in car shopping. The sales man I worked with was very professional, patient, and consistent. He was honest and trustworthy. I was originally looking for a used sorento until I saw the new ones. I immediately fell in love with the SUV. The dealership did a great job researching to find me what I was looking for and for the best affordable price.(Kia Sorento basic model with AWD).They were also able to offer me another model (Sportage) for the price rage I was looking for. I went to the dealership several times as I debated back and forth between Models and packages. i was always treated with the same respect and friendliness as previous visits. Kia also offered a rebate program for new car owners of college graduates. The employer followed up with me regularly and always offered to let him know if I needed assistance. I would reccomend this dealership to others.

I Would like to sub jest You look for Sean Sickle when you drive into the parking lot. Sean is very informative without the typical pushy ness that you would expect from a dealer. He give you his knowledge and lets you work out what you want to do.We was greeted by a sales rep. like you would expect. Sean was friendly present to talk to & listen to our wants & needs. Sean Showed us our options in the permitters we set. He was very knowledgeable of the products he is offering. Sean did not have the colour option that I was looking for. He did have the options thou. Him and his team look for one but it was out of state and they were willing to go get it for us but in the end we decided to go with the one they had in stock. We bought a Kia Soul Base & love it.Everyone there is very pleasent we spoke with. Sean Was the person we spoke with 99% of the process.

This past Saturday we purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento v6 EX AWD w/ premium package for my wife. I had done a lot of research into the exact vehicle we wanted right down to the trim level, color, etc. I worked with Joe Robinson via email to secure a very fair deal prior to coming to the dealership. Once I was ready to buy I called Joe and the night before and had him hold the vehicle for me. Coming in Saturday AM, we met with Joe and then worked with Tim to answer any final questions we had. We took the vehicle out for a test drive and then sat down to do the paperwork. Because I had negotiated the purchase price in advance there were no hidden surprises once we started signing the paperwork. This was a big relief for us as some dealerships can pull the "bait and switch tactics. Kia Saco was very honest, up front and easy to work with. They made sure we got all of the rebates we were eligible for. The entire process was very pleasant, they prepped the SUV nicely and we were in and out the door very efficiently all things considered.We drove an hour+ from our home in NH to come up to Saco to buy the vehicle and were so happy we did. Kia of Saco is a real professional organization and I would highly reccomend them to anyone looking to buy a new Kia. Tim is easy going and didn't put any pressure on us or try and sell us a different vehicle than what we asked for...lots of good information and just an all around good guy to do business with. Joe was easy to work with as well and stayed true to his word on the price we worked out.

Exceptional experience. As good as I've had while car shopping- treated very fair with no traditional sales BS- we spoke reasonably about expectations for trade and purchase, and they showed me exactly what they were contemplating, why, and what they could reasonably do. Very fair and reasonable throughout. Moe was my salesman- was a great guy.

I had my eyes on new Kia Optima and stopped at Kia of Saco Dealership on yearly Saturday morning. Yelena greeted me and welcomed to the Kia of Saco. She provided information on different Kia Optima models and completely answered all of my questions. She was very professional and relay all the information about the vehicles. We went on drive test on new Kia Optima EX and I really enjoyed the car. I have decided to lease that car and Yelena completed all required paperwork and gave to Business Manager Dave Hellin. It did not take much time for Dave to process my loan application. He congratulated me with a loan approval and we signed all documentation to complete purchase. Dave was very professional and pleasant to work with. Overall, Kia of Saco is absolutely one of the best dealerships in the State of Maine and I would recommend it to all of my friends and family.

First off, my husband spoke with Yelena about the availability of the car we were looking for. He arranged with her to go down that very day to see about getting our new 2012 Kia Soul in Alien Green. Yelena was very personable and I enjoyed interacting with her throughout the whole process. It just so happened that she worked briefly for my employer so she remembered me from there. We shared some stories about the industry and talked about her background as well as ours with work and home. It was actually fun... I don't think I've ever had "fun" while attempting to purchase a car. She made it fun and easy. Dave was also very helpful and personable in his interaction with us. I enjoyed meeting with him and discussing our options and getting the deal wrapped up. Both Yelena and Dave demonstrated an interest in what would be in our best interest as well as what we were looking for in a car as well as payment. I was delightfully surprised by the whole experience. I would most definitely go back to them the next time I'm in the market for a new car. They made it easy and painless. Why stop at 5 on the ratings. There should be a 6 for outstanding. Kia of Saco and Justin Mondor deserve 6's for my experience. Never once was I pressured into a selection that was outside of my comfort zone. It was clear that they take a customer first approach to selling cars. They are friendly, knowledgable and the selection of vehicles allowed me to choose just what I wanted without having to sacrifice any options. I've made mistakes buying cars in the past by accepting the limited options that the dealership gave me. From the vehicle to the financing. Kia of Saco bent over backwards to get me into the vehicle that I wanted. Unfortunately I am not the highest rated when it comes to credit. They knew that and still made it possible for me to drive away in a beatiful new vehicle that my family and I not only enjoy, but can afford. This is my way of saying Thanks to Kia of Saco and Justin Mondor for what has to be my best experience ever buying a car and for doing everything possible to meet my needs.

At first I was a little worried pulling into the dealership figuring "well here is when I get souranded by pushy sales people". To my plesant surprise this did not happen. as I exited my vehicle I was met by a young man very well dressed and friendly. He introdused himself as Moe Roy and we shook hands. We were new time car shoppers and had no clue where to start. When we got to Kia of Saco, we were greeted by Jonathan and he made us feel very relaxed and took us for a test drive of the Optima. We fell in love with it, but had other appointments with other dealerships. Jonathan took us in to review a lease wih us,(which we at first were not interested in), but he explained it to us and then brought his finance manager out who explained in better detail and answered any questions we had. We went to the other dealers and were turned off by their pushy attitudes. They let us take the car for the weekend and we really fell in love with the ride and mileage we received. If it weren't for the salesman and customer service at this dealer, we would not be buying our car through them. They were great!

Kia of Saco was an amazing experience. I can't say enough about Yelena and her customer service. She was very professional without pressuring me into a purchase. Yelena also was fun to work with and easy to talk to. For a first time car buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better dealership and sales person. Im very happy with my vehicle and its partly due to the great customer service I recieved from Kia of Saco! The salespeople were very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and were quite responsive and flexible to my needs. The dealership is well-maintained and the selection of vehicles was impressive for a reasonably new venture.The purchase and finance options were clearly presented, and the follow-through was terrific - particularly considering the fact that I purchased one of the least expensive vehicles. This is my third vehicle from Prime Motor Group, and my first Kia. I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento!! From my first phone call to driving off the lot in my fabulous new SUV, Kate and Chris were fantastic. There was no pressure to buy, and they worked tirelessly to meet my limited budget. The current insentives were hard to turn down. My three kids even enjoyed going to the dealership while I met with Kate and talked over my options. The overall environment in the Kia dealership is very inviting. They had coffee and snacks available, and provided lunch on Saturdays. They have upbeat pop music on the radio and an array of hip new model cars inside for viewing. My kids went right for the waiting room where the chairs were comfortable mesh recliners... very fancy! I can't say enough nice things about Kate, Chris and the experience I had at Prime. I had to have a WHITE vehicle, and because it was a 2011, there were few in that color left. They were able to track one down south of Boston and had it delivered for me. Those gestures don't go unnoticed.I appreicate everything they did for me. The service was courteous, friendly and fun! Each time we have completed the customer satisfaction survey with 10s across the board and after our most recent purchase on July 10, 2011, we look forward to doing the same for Prime KIA. We recognize that these surveys reflect the Prime teams commitment to providing exemplary service, so we have always taken the time to comment. However, it has become necessary to go beyond that survey in an effort to recognize the BEST experience we have EVER had with an auto dealership! You may not know this, Ira, but some people, like myself(!), do not look forward to the experience of trading in and purchasing vehicles. On July 10, 2011 that all changed for me and I thought you should be the first to know the details! I arose early, after having stayed up late, to research every aspect of the Soul car and every dealers promotion within a 75 mile radius. I then put together our credit portfolio, wrote down exactly what our conditions were and by 8AM was headed out to meet with Sean Sickles of Prime Kia, first. I chose to meet with Sean first because in addition to being on the Prime team, I considered Sean to be the most efficient, pleasant and professional Internet contact I had been in contact with. Although I was prepared to keep tentative appointments with #3 other dealers throughout New Hampshire and Maine that Friday, after meeting with Sean, I found myself with nothing else to do Friday afternoon but to show off our new 2011 Soul! Within 30 minutes of my arrival at Prime Kia, I found myself driving a red Soul with Hamstars around town and not only enjoying, but appreciating Yelenas sparkling personality, extensive knowledge and VERY professional mannerisms. By 2:00 PM, I was in the Hamstar listening attentively to both Yelena and Sean as they guided me through everything my Soul had to offer, after Bob had worked the numbers, Chris had prepared the paperwork and Sean had checked in just enough! In fact, the thought also crossed my mind what a wise man you are, Ira, to have surrounded yourself with such talent, so please allow me to close by saying thank you to everyone at Prime for the 100% experience!

I have tried to buy a car from prime twice, and could not get them even to match an advertised price of same car. I was told other dealer price was just to get me to come in, went to other dealer and rec. Another $500 of, same color only diff. Prime had floor mats.(Toyota cam).This time tried to buy a Kia sportage they gave me $250 of sticker told that's all. Sunday paper Bill Dodge had same price at $1500 of sticker Plus rebates, and Charlie's had base Kia same as yours only diff. Color at $1240 of sticker plus rebates. Your salesman called I told him .He said he would get back to me in half hour,has been 2 day's!

I used the Kia website to identify the car that I was interested in and sent a request for a quote to the Prime Kia in Saco. I was called back by an energetic Shawn, who told me there was the perfect car waiting for me on their lot. I arrived Wednesday morning and got excellent service. Kate MacDiarmid took care of me and my trade-in and prepared the Kia Sorento car for a test drive. I fell in love with the car. I expected the negotiations to make a foe out of Kate but she felt more like my ally during the process. I was very pleased with the Sales manager's ability to meet the price that I was looking for.In short I went into the Prime Kia expecting the same stressful experience as my previous car buying experiences but was pleasently surprised. Kate is terrific to work with. Everyone was helpful. I had a great experience at Prime Kia. In fact, I had a great experience at all the Prime Motor Grop showrooms. I have been shopping for small SUVs for the past week and everything I drove was very nice (Escape, Forester, Tucson, CR-V, CX-7, etc.), but in every case, except when shopping at Prime, I felt that the seller was not as knowledgable or excited about their own product. But, after lots of driving and talking and putting together a complicated comparison chart of all the cars, Sean Sickles and the Kia Sportage won the toss! Sean was so knowledgeable and excited about his products! And, he has been incredibly helpful with the overall process of getting me my new car, but helping me with getting my old car properly transferred to my niece, to whom I am giving the car. That is amazing customer service and good will creation for the future!! Sean was very smart and savvy on not just the cars, but on how to present the cars and the dealership! Prime is a large dealership conglomerate and I was truly hesitatant about about going there. I had fears of being treated like a number and not a valued customer. Nothing to fear! I have rarely had such individual attention and personal concern on the part of a salesman with my comfort and happiness in a purchase. Kudos to Sean and to Prime Kia!

If I could give a 6 for overall experience, I would. This used car purchase had been considered an evil necessity and I was prepared for all the dirty salesman tricks I had heard about. We stopped at Prime Kia after finding one of their used cars online. I don't think I could have been more defensive or prepared to battle when we pulled into the dealership. Sean greeted us as soon as we got out of the car and it was pretty much uphill from there. He was friendly but not at all aggressive and he told us that buying a car should be a good experience. He ran through the pros and cons of a lease and we decided to go with a purchase. Throughout the few hours that we were there, he reiterated that he was there to make this a good experience for us. He was down to earth and I can see why his referral business is strong; he's genuinely a nice guy and was not at all schmoozy. When closing the sale, we dealt with Chris, who is quite laid back and was more than willing to take the time to explain anything we had questions on. All in all, it was a great experience at the car dealership. The ONE item of contention is Prime's policy regarding 3rd party auto inspections. A 10% deposit to have an independent mechanic evaluate the car seems excessive and is a deterrant to having an independent set of eyes look over a potentially major purchase. This would be something I would want to see handled differently.

I'm 56 years old and have purchased about a dozen cars from a dealership. In every case (up until now) the experience has been ruined by last minute sales pitches to purchase everything from tire side-wall impact protection, fabric protection, paint clear coat, extended warrantees, etc. etc. Additionally, extra costs seemed to magically appear at closing. Not at PRIME KIA. Tim was very knowledgeable, gave us plenty of time to check out the car on our own, no pressure, negotiating was low key and professional, and when Chris finalized the deal it was simple, straight forward, and no surprises. It was actually fun to buy a car for once! I was very surprised, and very pleased.

I have bought three cars from Chris Crider in the last eight months. He told me I should buy new when I first came in, and he was right. I had to learn the hard way, LOL. I always had a great experience with Chris and I plan on going back to him in future. I always dreaded buying a car, but not at Prime. Chris was always very honest and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. I loved that I could speak my mind and he really listened to me. The prices of the cars at Prime are great, I shopped around and there isn't another dealer with better prices. I felt like I didn't have to bicker about a price, it was a fair price from the begining.When I brought my car into service I also had a great experience. I love how the person that worked on my car took the time to talk to me. They do it every time I came in!!I can tell you that I will be back to Prime Kia and I highly recommened going to prime Kia. Shawn was very helpful and didn't push us towards anything. He showed us different Kia models that we weren't looking at to start with, but his opinion and knowledge of these cars led us to buying one. He was very friendly and made sure to listen and consider all the little things we wanted, while still staying within a basic limit. We had gone around to 5 or 6 our dealerships, and Shawn really impressed us by being the only salesman to listen to the wife and daughter's opinions, as well as the husband's. Shawn was, by far, the friendliest, most helpful, and considerate of all the salesmen we'd met.

My son recommended this dealership, although we live in NH, we took the ride to Saco, Maine and we not disappointed. We knew what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay. Chris and Robert worked with us to get us the deal we wanted and were comfortable with. They even asked us, What we wanted. Mel gave us many financial options to make the payments that we were comfortable with. I would highly recommend this dealership. My only regret is that they are so far away. I would love to have my car service there. Both, my husband and I were very satisfied with not only the purchase but the dealerships straightforwardness. Thank You!

After visiting many dealers ..and the frustration of playing the numbers game, I called with some questions before visiting the Kia Prime and happened to talk with Chris Crider.He was so helpful! Went to look at the car and ended up as a new 2011 Sportage owner.We never felt pressured to buy. Chris treated us like friends. Actually emailed IRA to tell him all salespeople should be like Chris !! He was great expaining everything and finding the exact color and options we wanted. Jared White showed us all the features and how everything worked and then Robert Finley helped us button up the deal that we could appreciate. Mel Hatch helped with all the financing and did a great job explaining all the warranties so that when we left we didn't wonder what all the extra warranties actually would or wouldn't cover, very thorough and we appreciated the extra time that was taken. We actually had a very good time and laughed a lot that morning. Thanks to all, Ira you have a great team in place there.
