I went to 4 dealerships before finding Bill Dube Toyota. I had a specific vehicle in mind (Tacoma TRD off road ) and none of the dealers I visited were willing to bargin. They worked with me and with no pressure helped me find the right vehicle at the best possible price! These people arse the Best!Highly reccomend these folks!

From the time we pulled in to the time we left was a excellent experience. AAA+. Brian, Jerry, Matt, and Rick were above and beyond. We purchased a new 2016 Tundra and they gave us top dollar for trade in. Honest straight talk, and good hagglin on prices. The team made us feel welcome and no vultureism. When its time for my wife to get a new car, we will be going back.Thank you guys!!Q

I met Brian Doyle a few days ago and he was so knowledgeable. He was so patient with me! He helped me figure out what model of the Toyota Rav4 was the best fit for me. He Showed me lost of options and helped me figure out if buying was better for me or leasing. He made me laugh and was super easy going and polite. I also met Jerry, Matt and Donna. I really enjoyed talking to everyone while I was there. They all shook my hand and chatted me up while I was waiting for paper work to be done. I seriously will go in and visit them and bring them food from the restaurant I manage! I love me new Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid :)

Mike batchelier is a great salesmen. He took great care of all my questions. He even went out of his way to locate the color car I wanted. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. He sold me exactly what I wanted. Mike is the kind of car salesmen you want to have. My husband bought his van from him 6 months ago. We were so happy with everything mike did for him, we knew who to see for my new car. Thanks mike batchelier and Bill dube

Since 1985 I have purchased 3 new cars at Bill Dube's dealership in Dover, NH. Each time I had a very good experience with the sales people. Most recently, Mike Batchelder stayed with me through the process of narrowing down my selection. He was polite, patient and enthusiastic -- very likeable -- he made a sometimes stressful process actually fun! My experience at Bill Dube's was very comfortable. Personnel there are professional and genuinely caring. One reason I am a long time customer is the staff at the service department. Beside being friendly, they are great at explaining repair issues and basically helping me to feel confident that my car remains road-worthy. (I kept my last Camry for 20 years, then gave it to my brother for further reliable use). My assessment: 5 stars for sure.

Overall, I had a good experience at Bill Dube Toyota. Mike Batchelder (Batch) was very helpful, courteous and friendly. If you want to buy a new car, ask for him by name and I'm sure you will be happy. All the other people I interacted with were also very professional and seemed genuinely interested in meeting my car buying needs. The finance guy (Matt) was also very good at focusing on the issues that mattered most to me. I did have a conflict with one of the managers who took some offense at my questioning of how he came up with the amount initially quoted, but Donna (Customer Service Rep) was able to smooth things over and assure me that he would have nothing to do with my transaction. After that unfortunate skirmish, things went well and I feel that I got a good deal.

We went over to the dealership while our car was being serviced to test drive and possibly purchase a new toyota or ford vehicle. We walked into the showroom and it took over five minutes for some one to greet us. When we were greeted, I told him (I don't believe he ever told us his name or his gophers name) what I was interested in he seemed very put out because I was trying to decide between four different vehicles. He sent his gopher for the keys so we could test drive. He never bothered to show us any of the vehicles or even walk out to the cars to with us. We were given the keys to the second test drive vehicle during the first test drive and was told we could drive that car out to the back to get the truck. There was a row of 25-30 trucks and we had to find it ourselves. We were both very frustrated and only ended up driving 2 vehicles before we went to pick up our car from their service department. The ladies in the service department asked how our drive went and we were honest and told them the sales rep was terrible. They offered to get us a service manager but we declined. That sales rep clearly did not want our business. We will not be going back there for a new car or to have our current one serviced.

I give them a poor rating because they market themselves as a small family owned dealer but in the end they are just like all car dealers...deceptive, misleading, pushy, lots of talk. They overwhelm you with emails and phone calls and offers from multiple sales people, but when you visit in person, none of the people you talked to are around. They offer you one deal online and when you show up the price "mysteriously" changed. Within 15 minutes, the salesman flat-out lied to me 3 times. I complained to the sales manager and all I got was more talk and no answers or satisfaction. Like I said, just like your typical car dealer, only worse because they trick you into thinking they're there for you. Don't believe them.

Service Manager Steve was ready for me when I arrived, noted my request for an inspection, replacement of wipers, oil/filter, check tires. He took the time to inform me my wipers are the original factory-installed and gave me the choice of replacing with winter wipers; I chose to replace with same as factory installed. He also provided a quote for replacing my tires which were 4/5 32nds and needed replacement next service, cautioning me to drive carefully this winter. Knowing this is very important and allows me to protect myself in stormy weather. My car was ready in a short time, the invoice detailed and comprehensible, and thanks for the popcorn, as I had missed lunch. Jule G

I live 100 miles away but decided to buy a new Corolla from Bill Dube's dealership this week based on their excellent prices (they participate in the military veteran TrueCar program), professional and knowledgeable staff, and prompt replies to all of my questions. Moreover, they were the only dealership of 4 that I contacted who immediately agreed to my request for a vehicle color they didn't have on the lot. Within ONE day, they had located and traded another dealer for exactly the color and model I wanted. Customer service at its best. Particular kudos to product specialist John O'Connor , Finance Manager Josh Gray and Customer Service agents Liz Mosley and Lisa Roberge - all were very professional, pleasant and enthusiastic. The team spirit and integration reflects highly on leadership that fosters such a positive work environment. I highly recommend this dealership. Michelle MarceauCaptain, NetJets AviationSpofford, NH

Dealing with Bill Dube Ford Toyota Scion has been an outstanding experience me and my family. I just leased my second vehicle from them and my wife bought her vehicle last year from them. The people care about my needs and wants and every time I go there, the whole buying a new vehicle experience is an enjoyment.

I wasted 28 hours attempting to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership and the entire process was a slow motion train wreck. The day before, I was emailed information about a specific vehicle I had inquired about and I scheduled an appointment with the sales representative. In the meantime, my cell phone was barraged with messages from multiple Business Development reps at Dube, all with different names. When I arrived for my appointment, the person I was scheduled to see was not there. I was then shown a car other than what I was emailed, with twice the mileage ; in fact, it had more miles on it than my trade-in. I wasted my first hour and a half watching people walk back and forth and I never got an opportunity to test drive the actual car I had originally inquired about. Once I made it clear why I was there, I was out of time and never got to take any sort of test drive. It was proposed that the balance of the transaction be done online ; I agreed so long as everything could be completed by day's end. The rest of the disaster unfolded from there. So many people got their hands into the transaction, that it quickly became obvious that things were only going to get worse. And they did. After multiple emails filled with mixed messages, incorrect information and dickering over the minutia of a few hundred bucks, what should have taken less than 2 hours TOTAL, resulted in one of the slowest deaths of an automobile transaction I've ever experienced; all over a used Toyota Corolla that can be found practically anywhere. I've bought cars for years and I'm usually out of the dealership in less than 2 hours from start to finish. My experience with this dealership is not one I will soon forget, as much as I'd like to. I hope to educate anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle that doesn't want their chain choked, to seek a more professionally run dealership. Dube is a dud.

I was so nervous about getting a new car. My husband went to Bill Dube. I was putting it off for a while but eventually I went and I am glad I did. My experience there was amazing. When I first walked in everyone was so friendly and personable. Dave helped me get a new car and he was not just trying to make a sale but he was working with me to make sure that I got what I wanted and that I was happy. He went above and beyond to help me and they even found me a rebate! Overall I would recommend people to Bill Dube because my experience there was a positive one and it was painless.

Been here twice now (Quick Lane), first time quick and easy and got all necessary service done. Went in for 10k service everything was going well until I was notified of my toe being a bit out to which I understood and had them fix while I was there. Dropped off at 7:30, received the truck back at 10:45, they had issues adjusting the toe.It wasn't as much the time that was concerning it was the tool they kept placing on my rims that scuffed the chrome clad wheels. I notified them and made them aware of what it was doing to the rims. Yes it is a truck, and yes eventually it may get a few scratches but its no excuse to justify that it's okay to not take proper measures to ensure nothing is being scratched up.

I have been to dealerships where the salesmen are chomping at the bit to get a sale and are over aggressive. My salesman was far from that. He was a great guy, easy to talk to and professional. I was relaxed throughout the whole process and am very happy with my purchase. The finance manager and service guys were also great to work with. One thing I would recommend is having more sales guys working around the time people get out of work because there seemed to be a lot of people waiting while the salesmen were running around getting things done. I have no complaints, thank you.

yesterday was my third time brining my 2012 Rav4 in because the wipers would not work. It makes for high anxiety driving when they don't. The first two times I brought it in it was because sometimes they'd work and then, poof, they wouldn't. Both of those times I was told that they could not find anything wrong. When I expressed my dissatisfaction aver those responses I was told that they could find no reason to look any deeper, like the motor. I actually asked them to document that I felt it was a most dangerous item to be cavalier about. Last Friday, they stopped working completely,in the rain.Yup, very dangerous. Yesterday they found the casing that houses the wiper motor was cracked, had been leaking water into the motor and the inside was corroded. I asked why no one had seen this crack earlier and the response was that there was no need to look as "everything showed up ok when the mechanics checked by hooking up leads" to what? A computer? So does that mean that a customer can only expect the mechanics to hook up a lead and read a readout rather than actually LOOKING for a problem...like a cracked casing? Is this what is part of a warranty and customer service? Yes, they are always very nice, but it should Not have taken three trips (round trip for me=1 1/2 hours)For them to find a potentially dangerous problem. My time is valuable too,and 3 trips is one too many. I am loosing my faith in this dealership.

I've needed a small pick up for a long time. Last October I went to Bill Dube's to take a look at what kind of trucks they had to offer, get some info. about how much they would cost, and what the finance options would be. Dave Poter was very helpful, and a genuinely nice guy--not even a hint of the aggressive "slick salesman" about him--I could tell he was an honest man. Finally, this August I was ready to take the plunge and buy a new truck. The whole process was very easy, and I feel very good about every part of our transaction. And I REALLY like my new "Taco"!

Today I bought my second car from BD. They offer the best price in the area and i have had good experiences with most of the staff. I have had a couple of instances that left me questioning some of their practices. When I bought my first car I discovered a price error in the financial paperwork that would have had me paying more for the car. A similar thing happened on the second car where we had agreed on a negotiated price, then they tried to get back the amount they dropped off the price by adding a "service fee". Another time the service department tried to tel me the alignment was out on my 2012 Ford Focus less than 5,000 mile after I had new tires mounted and the car aligned ( I had not even hit a hard bump). On the positive side, they have gone above and beyond to satisfy a couple of issues I have had, so because of that, I give them a good review.

When I arrived at Bill Dube Ford I was immediately greeted by Andy Boston. He was friendly, helpful, and determined to make sure I walked (or drove) away with what I was looking for. He ensured that all of my questions were answered with confidence and detail. At no point in my visit did I feel pressured to make a purchase however confident that I was making the right one. This experience erased the idea that many buyers have about dealers and dealerships. In no way did I feel that Andy was only doing it for his dime or convenience. I will NEVER use another dealership or dealer. Andy's efficiency and positive attitude made the experience and atmosphere stress free and enjoyable while I made the decision to drive away in my RAV4. When we went inside to figure out the logistics of the purchase Andy showed his strong will to have me leave in the car I fell in love with. He worked with his management and financial team and together they created exactly the deal that I was looking for. I don't have amazing credit and they made the phone calls and sacrifices to make sure that I was happy. I would also like to mention how attentive and welcoming the Bill Dube Quick Lane is. Since I had my last car I have been going there and like I said about the dealership, I will NEVER go to another location for a service. Thank you Bill Dube and a HUGE thank you to Andy Boston!! I recommend this location and dealer to my greatest ability.

Someone hit me from behind 2 days before Christmas. I had no money (spent it all on Christmas), a totaled car, and now was in the unfortunate position of having to start a new lease. I test drove a bunch of new SUVs and sedans, and THEN I met Andy Boston at BDToyota and drove the new 2015 Rav4. WOW. Super happy with the car, but also can't say enough about Andy and his manager Ann Morin. They were so helpful and worked with me on price since I needed to start with zero down. I couldn't be happier. Very , very happy. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

After my current car had a complete meltdown, I went to Bill Dube to investigate leasing a replacement. Dave Porter helped me find a car, find the best price, and was good-humored and helpful throughout the experience. I had no expectation of being able to drive off the lot with a new car that same evening, but Dave and the rest of the Bill Dube staff worked hard to make that possible! Dave Porter was great. He treated me like a normal customer even though I told him right away that my credit was shot and I didn't have a lot of money. He worked really hard with me and some managers to get me a car that was priced right, even though my situation is not real good. The guy in the contract office was real cool too he got me a good percent and talked to me about the value of a warranty on a used car, and it only bumped up my payments a little bit and made a lot of good sense. I will be going back to see Dave in a couple years after I hustle and make these payments to I can get into something new like a Venza.

I was looking for a new vehicle which would provide ample foot and legroom as well as some height above the ground for ease of entry and exit. I found Dave to be exceptionally patient as he provided every model available on the lot one at a time as he worked to find a way to meet my needs. the Tundra i ordered took almost 6 weeks to arrive rather than the two which i had originally been told and i found Michael (back office left and behind the glass wall and high counter) exceptionally candid and honest in his explanations of the trucks galloping halt progress from Texas to Dover. Once again I found that I am happy not to be a car salesperson. This is my first time dealing with Bill Dube and I look forward to a continuing relationship as they provide servicing of my vehicle.

Thankfully, I spoke with Dave and he told me to come down and that he was sure I would leave a very happy woman. He seemed to know exactly what I was looking for and was able to get me into a gorgeous used Toyota Sienna that I fell in love with immediately. I did leave a very happy woman! I have been shopping for a car for about 2 months now. I travel for a living, so on my off time in those city's I call and visit the local dealerships. I have called about 20 dealerships and visited 8 in person. When I arrived at Bill Dube Toyota I was prepared to buy a vehicle based upon an advertised price in the newspaper, and a phone confirmation of their inventory. After a very short test drive, the salesperson pulled the typical "Bait and Switch" routine. "The advertised cars were not available more.", he said. The best price he could offer was $1000.00 more than the advertised price. I will not return to Bill Dube Toyota. I you wonder why car salespeople have such a bad reputation?

I went to this dealership in search of a good deal, I was in luck I found a car the working within my budget! During the days of the buying process they posted that car I was looking at for way cheaper that we had agreed my price would be. Since I had not bought the car yet I went in with this paper work and showed the salesman. He starts off my saying that the online price is for the car "As is" ( which is not street legal!), then he started listing off salesmen tactics such as NADA says you should be paying more than we agreed on for this car. Luckily, I had the paperwork and showed him that this information was not true and I should have been paying $300 less for the car. He then was like, well KBB says... I had that paperwork too, and he was incorrect again. He next tried to be honest, for a dealership this is a bad move. He said and I quote: If a grampa came in here and looked at the same car just to get from A to B we would charge $1900 more and he would buy it without questioning it because he needs a car. WHAT! I went off; he had just openly told me that he was willing to screw over a grampa. In turn, meaning he was not above screwing me. This being said I know most dealerships are looking to screw you but they are usually not so terrible at it. I did get a good car at this dealership, but DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP UNPREPARED!Also, please note that the online prices are "as is" prices or (like my car) are still on the website but are already sold and now just being used as a marketing tactic. They do not honor online prices like most dealerships, so expect to pay way more at the dealership.

I went to Bill Dube Honda earlier this week to look at the Prius and Laurie was outside the door greeting customers. She greeted us warmly and led us inside where she went over the different vehicles in my price range. I had a unique situation in that I was attempting to trade-in two cars for one. In addition, I am a single mom with a bankruptcy in my past and damaged credit. I expected Laurie to tell me that this was never going to work, but she did not flinch or discourage me. She asked me what kind of payment I thought I could manage each month and then took me and my son for test drives in three vehicles: the Prius C, the Corolla, and the Prius Liftback. When I drove the Liftback, Laurie knew that I loved it and told me she wanted to get me into that car. Laurie treated me with the utmost respect and compassion. This was a very big deal for me as I was convinced that I would not qualify for financing without a cosigner. I explained that I was looking at other vehicles and Laurie respected that as well and did not try to convince me otherwise. We spent over three hours with Laurie and she was incredibly patient and thorough in her explanations of cars, financing, options, etc. Because I wanted to compare the Prius to another vehicle (not a Toyota), I told Laurie that I was going to another dealership and that I would be in touch. Within a few hours, Laurie called with great news: she had come very close to meeting the number I gave her and purchasing the Liftback was a real possibility. She worked so hard to get the right number for me and I could tell that her goal was not only to sell a car, but to help me overcome some of the financial issues that have been holding me back for years. The next day I went to another dealership, right up the street for Bill Dube Toyota, and I was unimpressed with both the salesperson and the vehicle. We left that dealership and went right back to Laurie who showed genuine joy when we arrived. She had been working tirelessly to put this deal together for me. We sat down and I filled out the financing application. I had brought my father with me, assuming he would be my cosigner. Laurie took my information and sent it back to the office. Ann then came out and told me that my credit score was high enough that I would not need a cosigner and they were going to put together the best deal they could for me. I was shocked and overjoyed. In addition, one of my trade-ins was an unregistered vehicle that was sitting in my driveway and they made arrangements for someone to come down and look at it at my convenience. I could go on and on about my experience with Laurie and all of the sales force at Bill Dube. They worked so hard on my behalf and when I couldn't qualify for the 0% financing rate, they went above and beyond finding a bank to give me the car loan at a good rate and adjusted my trade-ins so that I would not suffer from the increased rate on the financing. Mike, the financial officer at Bill Dube sat with me and explained all my options thoroughly. They had already arranged for the car to be ready for me when I arrived and they wanted me to take it without even having my trade-in vehicles or the titles for each. I left Mike's office in tears of joy--yes, that's right, I blubbered in Bill Dube Toyota because I have never experienced a sales staff who truly cares. This is a dealership with heart and that is rarely found. Mike hugged me, Laurie hugged me, Ann hugged me....For most people, buying a car is not such a big deal, but Laurie understood exactly what it meant for me. Laurie and the staff at Bill Dube changed my life this week and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend Bill Dube Toyota/Scion and Laurie Bogle, in particular. This was a car buying experience like no other and this is a dealership with respect for its customers. They have made me a customer for life and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Brian worked with Ann to get my daughter a VERY good deal on a used car after her car was totaled. Being a loyal, long-time customer of Bill Dube and working with Brian sine 1999, they really know how to take care of their good customers. We cannot thank them enough for taking good care of us with the best deals possible over the last 12 years. We've looked elsewhere but we always come back to this dealer and Brian because we are confident we'll get the best price and great service to go along with it. Well done!

I knew my truck was fully covered under warrenty, when calling for a service visit. The Service garage told me to even look at my truck to see if it was a warenty condition, I would be charged. The rate is 98 bucks per hour. I knew because it was under warremty their should be no charge, after calling several Ford dealerships they all agreed that my truck was under complete warrenty and I would NOT BE CHARGED, BILL DUBE TRIED TO TAKE ME FOR A MAJOR RIDE!! .Thank god I was smart enough and knew better. That place should be investigated for fraud.

I had narrowed my new car choices to either a 2012 Ford Focus or 2012 Toyota Corolla to be used as a long distance commuter vehicle on my daily trek to Boston. The vehicle had to be comfortable enough for a couple of passengers, needed to have exceptional fuel mileage capability and also be a 5 speed manual shift. Re-sale factor was not a consideration for me, as I usually keep them for 8-10 years, put a lot of miles on them, before giving them to my sons for run around vehicles. Salesman Brandon Dvorsky had set up a hatch back Focus for a test drive, which ran very strong and had exceptional acceleration with the standard shift on the 9 mile test drive. Arriving back at the dealership, I noticed a "S" Corolla with a 5 speed and asked him if I could do a side by side comparison of the two vehicles. He set up the 2nd vehicle in minutes and we were off with the second test ride over the same road test drive. Brandon had exceptional knowledge of both the Focus and Corolla models with all the pertinent information of each models strong points and all financing options including both companies current rates, and the local credit unions rates. He made the new car buying experience painless, provided excellent customer service, and was very knowledgeable with the vehicles he was demonstrating. This was my second new vehicle purchased at Dube Ford Toyota Scion over the past twelve years and won't be my last.

My husband and I have bought two vehicles from this dealership (one new and one used). Over the years, we have worked with many dealerships and I would rank Bill Dube as #1. They are honest and really want you to be happy with whatever decision is made. They stand behind their promises and partner with you to meet your needs. I travelled out of state to make our second purchase because I had so much confidence in their approach to customer service.

I was in Bill Dube Toyota to get my 2009 Tacoma serviced and decided to go into the showroom to wait. There was a 2012 Tacoma in the showroom and I was curious about what changes had been made since 2009. Brandon asked if he could be of any assistance and we had a very friendly and casual discussion about these 2 vehicles. He asked if it would be alright if he put together some figures and although I hadn't come in to buy a vehicle, I told him as long as he knew this, I was willing to hear what he had to say. Brandon & sales manager Jerry Comfort came back with a reasonable offer and after a brief and very amicable negotiation, we agreed on a trade/purchase price. I picked up my 2012 Tacoma the next day. Brandon (& Jerry) were a pleasure to deal with. There was never any pressure of any sort. Brandon was personable and professional. He followed up to be sure of my satisfaction with the vehicle and the sales experience and I belive he genuinely cared that I was satisfied with the transaction. One of the best car buying experiences I have had.

The sales staff went out of their way to offer me a good car at a good price. I bought a Camry there in 2000 and traded it in in 2011 after getting 175k out of it. I bought a Corolla this time. I shoulld have stuck with the Camry as it was better and not gone for price.

Brought my car in first thing in the AM for some minor work and was told they would call to give me an estimate before the work was done because I didn't know what exactly the problem was. No call ever came. I finally called them 30 minutes before closing asking what was going on and when my car would be looked at. I also told them specifically in the AM that I'd need a ride to and from by the shuttle and wanted a call later in the day to arrange my pickup depending on when my on when my car would be ready (that call never came either). The person I finally got ahold of said they hadn't had time to finish looking at my car and that they hadn't called because they had "nothing to tell me". Then when the shuttle finally got me back there they promised me that both of the priority items had been fixed. I asked multiple times to be sure. I was asked for money and a paper was shoved in my hand and I was left to help myself out without a thank you or anything (except a reminder to rate them well on the Ford survey...ha!). I was left to find my vehicle on my own in an enormous lot (with pouring rain nonetheless) without a number or aisle or anything (walked around for awhile until I found some help). When I made it back to my vehicle it turned out that one of the problems indeed HADN'T been fixed. I went in and was told that must be totally broken and would need to be replaced (didn't you just say it was fixed?). Okay, so where is that estimate on the paperwork? Conveniently forgotten. They said they'd call in the AM with an estimate because the tech hadn't gotten him the part number yet. I snickered to myself because I happen to know that the problem hadn't even been tested yet...I can tell by looking at the part in question, it hasn't been removed and checked. <sigh>. Oh, and I complained about my door not opening all the way due to an accident and when I picked up the car was told that the tech had forced it open as far as he could to bend/dent-in the fender more so it would open. Umm, I don't recall asking for more body damage to be done to the fender. I actually said maybe a lubricant might help make it less creaky when I called. Sheesh....at least I only lost the car for a day this time, even if only one thing was legitimately fixed. All around bad experience. The only good part was the downright wonderful shuttle drivers. They were very friendly and conversant grandfather types who were nice to talk to for a little while. :)

Purchased my 2010 Prius from this dealer in August 2010, since then nothing but issues. It all started when my TPS light came on, so I took it in and they told me it just needed air in the left tire - 40 minutes later I was on my way. This happened 3 times in one week with the same issue "weather-related" they said. The fourth time in the same week it came on and I finally went to NTB where they found that the seal on the TPS was worn out (on a brand new car?) and after 20 minutes and four new sensors it was fixed. Everything since has been rather odd, Hybrid light comes on every now and then but goes away, until recently while driving with some friends it came on while on the turnpike and would not go away. Fuel economy after this was 35 MPG in the city, so I took it back to the dealership and was told after leaving it with them for a day that a lever in the trunk had been removed, which is odd because I was driving down the road when this happened. They told me over the phone they could not warranty it and that it would be $187, to which I replied, you are kidding right? Dan (service advisor) told me "come on in and the service manager can work something out." BIG MISTAKE!!! I arrive and the service manager takes me to my car which is parked about 200 yards in the back of the dealership and proceeds to open the trunk, remove the carpet liner, remove the tray and pull this magical lever and voila! nothing happens he then says "we talked to Toyota and we cannot cover this as it was not broken and someone had to have pulled this lever." My response was "right, I mysteriously did this while driving!...so can you fasten this so that it will not 'move' again?" to which he simply snickered and re-iterated that it is impossible that this could have happened. THENafter telling him I am simply getting rid of the car and canceling the extended warranty he goes on to tell me that the water pump on "these things" goes out at 80k and it was roughly $1,000 to fix before labour. Then he puts the car back together and heads to the service dept. where he throws the Employees Only door almost off the hinges, throws my keys at the receptionist and utters "this one is ready" and proceeds to walk awayno handshake, no coffee, nothing!Bottom Line: If you like being blamed, your wallet emptied, and re-assured of Toyota's poor quality - then you came to the right place. My advice buy a Land Rover and never look back, I have one with 211,889 miles on it and have never had any issues other than maintenance!!!

Think twice before you book any service at Bill Dube Toyota in Dover. I called Bill Dube Toyota Service Center to schedule an oil change and a tire rotation on a Friday and they had an opening for me on Saturday morning. I thought this was somewhat strange that they had multiple openings on a Saturday with such short notice. When I arrived at Bill Dube Toyota Service I was informed that my appointment was scheduled at the fast lane quick lube next door. I didn't call the fast lane quick lube place I called Bill Dube Toyota so I was somewhat confused. The gentleman informed me that they recently combined the two and if they are full at Bill Dube Toyota they begin filling the appointments at the fast lane quick lube. I mentioned my concern about this because I prefer to have my Toyota serviced at a Toyota dealership. I asked if they were Toyota technicians and he said "yes, well they cant do any factory work, but yes". I asked him why they didnt inform me f this over the phone when I was scheduling my appointment so I could have planned accordingly, the answer was..."we are still working out the kinks". I decided to leave my car there for the service because I had already planned my day around it. Upon my return I was given all my paper work and billing info in the Bill Dube Toyota Service Center, to make it seem like I actually got the Toyota service I deserved and scheduled for. After being given a sheet with $1,000 of work that needs to be done "very soon" I went and paid for my oil change and tire rotation. After going out to the my car I noticed that the tires didn't seem to be rotated. I looked closer for a distinct marking o one of my rims and saw that it was still on the rear drivers side rim where it always has been. This was a dead give away that they did not rotate my tires. I asked the gentleman and he confirmed with the technician that my tires were "definitely rotated, when I went back there all 4 tires were off the car". BOTTOM LINE....I paid Toyota Certified Technician prices for quick tune and lube service and paid them for a tire rotation so they could remove my tires, tell me I need $1,000 in brake work, and then put the tires back on in the same spot they removed them from. Bill Dube Toyota you should be ashamed of yourself for pulling these bait and switch tactics and charging for services you clearly didnt provide. Think twice before you bring you automobile here for any type of service, its worth the drive if there is another dealership in your area.

John O'connor was outside assisting people. He was extremely helpful and courteous when I spoke to him. He showed me the vehicle and within a week my husband and I returned to purchase a 2010 #2 hybrid. Ownership paper dating was a problem. Garage Service staff are outstanding.I would ask for John when I buy my next car. He is a gentleman and knows his vehicles.

This was a great experience. My husband and I (with our baby and dog!) stopped by the dealership late in the day to drive a used minivan. We were on our way north for a few days and had been shopping for a 2009 Sienna for about a week.We arrived at the dealership, and were driving the car within 15 minutes. The price was competitive, and the staff was very very friendly. They obviously like their jobs and each other, and work hard. It does feel like a family business. We purchased the car, and will recommend this dealer to our friends looking for a Toyota.

I was very impressed with service. No games! Bought a brand new toyota Yaris. Got a great price, warrenty ect. Have never had such great service buying a car and I have bought a few cars over the year. I would highly recommend Bill dube toyota. It was a little bit of a challenge to get me qualified I am sure, but they did it without causing any stress to me.

Went to only look at a car told them up front I could not purchase a car now but after hammering me for 4 hours and having my keys and registration I signed for a new car, Two days later I wanted to return the vehicle and get my trade in they would not do it I felt that I had 3 business days to change the contract. When I went into the finance office it was locked behind me making more intimindations. Then the straw that broke the camels back was when I finally looked at needing to register the vehicle I noticed the price on the invoice was $500.00 more than the sticker on the window, I called and the Sales Manager said they changed it because they were not giving me as much for my trade in (which was the amount in the Kelly Blue Book) so they added it to the new car. At this point I went into Rochester Toyota and told them what I was facing and we worked out a deal for a lease car. So after 40 plus years of owning new cars I do not own one and loss a lot of money to get away from them. So if anyone is looking for Toyota I would say stay away from Bill Dube,Inc.

Went there to buy a new truck with my wife. They said they had a Silver one for me to look at. When I got there there wasn't a Silver one but a white. I looked at it anyway and took it for a ride with my wife. she drove. We liked the truck, but not the color, they said they could give us a better deal on the white one because it was in stock, I said no to the color, we looked at numbers anyway and they were way off, I told them I would be better of selling it outright, they said good luck as they pulled a auction book out to show me what they were going for at auctions, I walked as they were laughing saying good luck.

They were always very polite and they worked VERY hard to get me into the vehicle of my choice. I never felt pressured and everything went the way I wanted! I left with the best possible deal in my eyes and they went out of their way and I believe they didn't make much, if any, out of the sale. It wasn't your typical sales experience... I liked it!

Driving down the highway one day I saw someone with a sign on their vehicle stating, "I will never buy another car from Bill Dube." I thought perhaps this ONE person had a bad experience (very bad considering they had a customized magnetic sign made). So, when my driver's side power window stopped working, I decided to give Bill Dube Toyota an opportunity to service my vehicle.....BIG MISTAKE. They overcharged me by $65 from what I was quoted. I told them, "I would rather buy a brand new vehicle than pay this bill (knowing that I would have the bill rolled into the new car loan) , it that possible?" No one took me seriously. I showed an interest in buying my loaner car, yet no one would give me a price. As I was was reading the comments on the invoice the service rep, Bill, ripped the document out of my hands stating that I wasn't allowed to read the comments but then he proceed to read it to me. I'd like to see him do that to a man!!! These people are the epitome of the slimmy, good 'ol boy, car dealership. The next business day I called to notify them of my experience. The next call I received was from a sales rep trying to sell me a car (a little too late). I have yet to receive a call from a Service rep to discuss the amount I was overcharged. Before I left I told them, "This is my first experience with this dealership and it will be my last." Bill replied, "I don't want to hear that." Well sorry Bill, you'll never see me again or anyone else I can save from being ripped-off and humiliated.
