Bill, Robin, and Will were nothing less than outstanding. I was looking for a specific type of high end vehicle. They had there in the lot that for the bill! Mr. Haven showed me all three pointing out the good and the bad. I finally decided on a Lexus SC 430. Here's the best part, Mr Haven would not sell it to me until Will put in a new OEM A.C. compressor and new struts for the trunk assembly. He also replaced the timing belt and a new water pump for a very fair price. I have been thrilled with this vehicle. It has exceeded my expectations and had increased in value since I bought it. What could be better? I would buy a car from the Havens anytime. They are very nice people and very fair.

As I mentioned, I am a disabled woman so car shopping was a difficult purchase for me. Mr. Haven obviously noticed this & directed me to a "PERFECT" auto for me!!! It is in beautiful condition & I couldn't be happier!!! I drove it to above Columbus, Ga only weeks after buying it, which was a pleasure!!! I was referred to Bill Haven Cars by my sister whom she has purchased her cars from. Now Mr. Haven is a part of our family as well! :)

Made an appointment to see a specific car. Drove in the rain from Pace to their lot and was told the car was not there! His wife had the car at a beauty shop back across town. They never bothered to call and tell us not to come to the lot. Claimed they did not have my phone number but I called and spoke to them in making the appointment the day before at least 3 times. So, they must have the only phones that don't show caller ID. Also they knew who sent us to see the car but never bothered to call them to get my phone number. That all being said, I asked the day I called was this a NON SMOKING CAR? Bill Haven said "absolutely, you can get the smell out of a car for a short time but tobacco smell always comes back." This is the only truth he told because when we opened the car doors you could gag from the tobacco smell!!! Now, you decide if you would buy from this dealer???????????????????????

Robin Haven, Bill Haven and Will did a wonderful job. Robin sold me the vehicle and did all the paperwork. She was informative and her knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding. Her father Bill had me in his office to review the CARFAX with me. Will, Robin's son serviced my vehicle and made sure it was ready to go out of town before I took delivery of it. This family owned business goes far and above for there customers. I will refer friends and family to them. Thank you Bill Haven Cars for selling me such a nice Toyota.

Called Bill about a car I saw online he told me all about the car and since I was in Mobile and worked all week he held car until I could get there on Saturday. Him and Robin are great folks and made the buying experience a pleasure. I felt at home with them and felt like I was talking to my best friend! The car is awesome with low miles and I feel comfortable knowing my son and new grandson are in a dependable vehicle! I would buy from again. after buying used car found out front end was out of line. had a tire rotation and oil change at another shop, wire treads were showing on one tire. had to get alignment and 4 new tires $450.00 I encountered two other problems before tire deal,took car back to bill haven at least 5 times ,was told nothing was wrong ended up having both problems fixed elsewhere another$400.00 out of pocket. that's $850.00 . grandson had an attitude and mechanic doesn't know much about cars.real displeased with this transaction.

We purchased a car for our son that we found online and it was EXACTLY as represented. They gave us a great deal and even took some more off the price when they found out our 17 year old was having to pay part of it himself. We could not be happier with the entire experience. When prepping the car, the owner did not like the looks of the tires and put a new set on for us. Probably the biggest thing they did that made the greatest impression on us was to never tell us there were three other people seriously interested in the car until after we had made the deal and given them a deposit. We never felt pressured whatsoever. We drove all the way over from Destin and will definitely be back when we need another car.

I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience this has been purchasing a my 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan from Bill Haven Cars! I live closer to car city and I have purchased a car before from one of the Big oversized Dealerships that treat you only as a number or a buyer's order. Let me just say, I was very disappointed with the Dealerships after purchase attitude! After having this experience I NEVER wanted to purchase another car! But as we all know time and mile are not kind to our vehicles and after many many years of needing a new vehicle, I started looking. I did go to some of those Dealerships again but it just made me uncomfortable. While looking on line at Vehicles, I came across the Bill Haven Cars Web site. I saw a Van on line, called, stopped by took a look at it then took it for a spin, I knew that this was the car for me. I was talking about it at work with a co-worker and another co-work said he bought a car from Bill Haven Cars and was extreamly happy with his purchase. So needless to say we worked up the deal greatest experience ever! I would recommend anyone to go see Bill Haven Cars, great cars, great deals, great prices, fantastic after the sales service! We showed up at the dealership just before 5pm, which is apparently closing time for this dealership. The salesman (who is the owners grandson) told us that it was closing time and that we could NOT test drive the vehicle we wanted to look at because his grandfather had "dinner plans." I felt as though they were uninterested in selling me a vehicle in which, unbeknownst to them, I was seriously interested in and prepared to write a check for at that time. The horrible customer service was such a disappointment that I was turned off to buying from Bill Haven, Inc. all together. I have been to other dealerships in which they kept their doors open hours past closing time in order to secure a sell. Their loss.

We bought a car from them a few years ago, they made everything easy and treated us right. We live over 250 miles away now and we always check their website first when we're looking to buy a car, I will gladly drive that far so I will know I am being treated right instead of being treated like a paycheck like we have by all other dealers we've dealt with. Ask for Robin or Bill they'll treat you right.

I'm one who truely HATES the whole car buying experience. Dealing with sales people, dickering over prices, financing yadayadayada. None of that applied here. Robin was truely a pleasure to deal with and they made me a (more than fair offer) I couldn't refuse. I got a nice vehicle at a great price. I drove over 100 miles to Pensacola and i'll do it again. Plus they have a GREAT after warranty service plan that is unheard of today. While I mainly dealt with Robin I did meet her dad Bill and most of the staff. All were top notch nice people.

Robin ,,Bills daughter is very sweet and she takes care of all your paperwork and gets you ready to go! I bought a 2001 Jeep from Mr. Haven in the spring of 2006. I researched the price and couldn't find a simuiary equiped vehicle for anything near his low price. The deal was done and I was happy. On the day I went to pick up the Jeep and give the final payment, Mr. Haven said he just got the latest NADA pricing book. He looked up my Jeep and said he could take off an additional $500.00. This guy is good and fair.
