What a great dealership! I'm an out of state buyer, but they made me feel right at home with my purchase. Everyone I worked with was helpful, understanding and eager to get me on the road in my new car! Tamara specifically was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. She was available and happy to answer my tons of questions and help guide me through the process of a new purchase. In spite of living 200 miles away, I'd absolutely consider Bill Marine Honda for any future cars.

I went to Bill marine to get my oil changed a month ago. Last weekend I noticed oil on my garage floor. I checked the oil it was a quart low. Look under the car, and the oil drain plug was missing the gasket. Unbelievable!! I have purchased 4 cars over the years from Bill Marine, in which I probably will not do anymore business. Obviously, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

The service team are great people. Not only friendly, but actually call you with updates as well as immediately when the vehicle is ready. Other dealerships call when it is convenient for them or not at all. I will always take my vehicles to Bill Marine.

I chose to lease a VW Tiguan. Please disregard my choice of"Honda". This site wouldn't allow me to choose a VW. Mr. Hamilton was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and not at all 'pushy'. He took time to answer my many questions. This was my first experience at leasing and my first visit to Bill Marine. It won't be my last.

I have bought 2 cars from this dealership within the last year. The sales rep didn't play any of the normal games dealers play when you are buying a car. They went down almost $3000 on the list price on each of the cars we bought. Even though the weather was very cold they took their time to make sure we had the car we wanted that fit our needs and budget. So far I am very pleased with my experience with this company. I will go back again.

Drove 40 miles to get a trade in quote and test drive a car, drove the car but we were told to check on Kelly blue book for our trade value because they were about to close. I checked with another dealer who had time for my business.
