Grant was great! Very flexible on times to meet and found me exactly what I was looking for down to the color. Had me ready for a test drive when I got there and within the hour I was driving home in my new vehicle. Would very highly recommend to everyone, and I have.

We were looking for a car that gave us more room for around what we were still paying each month. Upon arriving at the fairgrounds our sales associate bill from Mazda listen to what we wanted and gave suggestions on certain types of vehicles he was very friendly and listened to what we wanted and what we didn't want he was very friendly and listened to what we wanted and what we didn't want. He really worked hard to get us the most for a trade and to stay close to our monthly payment. He was very diligent and we appreciate how he looked out for us We left that day and later came back to purchase the car due to his friendliness and honesty we have purchased one other vehicle at billion and we are always happy with the services we get. The finance manager at Chevy was very kind and worked very hard at getting us a lower interest rate with the bank. The service at GMC billion is the best Dustin Neudecker always goes out of his way to make sure we are taking care of he changed out the oil and the bulb in the new car that we purchased and has been helping us with our warranty on our GMC terrain. I am pretty convinced that I will never buy a car anywhere else other than billion. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your customers it really shows within your sales staff, management, Service departments

I just went in to get my mud flap put back on well screwed back on because i lost one of the screw while delivering in the pouring down rain and flooded streets. One guy Jake told me that there was just one car ahead of me so i told him i would wait until my that car was done and my car go in. When all was said and done Jake came and told me that the guys put two screws in the inner part of the mud flap. Which was really nice and also he didn't charge me for that service which was really awesome.

The service I got was exceptional and they gave me a new truck for a loaner! The only problem I have ever had was when I bought this truck. Due to my credit score I couldn't choose the truck I really wanted. They brought out the one and only truck that I qualified for and it was this 2006 GMC Sierra. Don't get me wrong, it is a good truck, just not the one I would have chose. I am 58 years old and finally working on my credit which is going good. I just wish I could have chosen my truck instead of listening to my salesman say. "This is the only truck you qualify for. Thanks for your time!

Received notice on a 2003 Chevrolet Malibu I own. Vehicle is 13 years old and GM issues a recall to fix an item. I called Billion Chevrolet in Sioux Falls to make sure there wasn't some mistake. The dealership confirmed the recall, was very courteous and had the parts in stock waiting. Scheduling the appointment was painless and the work was done correctly and on time.

When it was hot, humid and steamy, the vent fan went out. I arranged for an appointment and when I arrived, they had the details of my vehicle, along with the problem all ready up. They were prompt in servicing the problem and when it was all said and done, I spent all of may be 10 minutes dropping off and picking up my car. Quick and efficient, just the way it should be.

Our appointment for service of a headlight was made per phone while on vacation. We got in the next afternoon: with agent explaining the waiting area, retrieved me when service was complete, and walked with me to the payment and dismissal area for a quick, seemless visit.

The salesman call d just as I was about to do an internet deal with out of state dealer. He offered to bring truck to me and look at my trade, Took truck for drive, and he looked at my trade, We went into house, sat in kitchen, I showed him the other dealer offer. he call his manger shared the info, and told him my offer. T was told the deal was made. When do I want to do paperwork and write a check. Said Monday morning at 10:00 and I got my truck at 10"15.

Everybody was great, we had a nice test drive to see how the car felt out on the highway, the guys explained how to use some of the technical features that we weren't used to. I felt like they went out of their way to help us out with financing. I just can't think of anything else they could have done for us. I'll definitely recommend Billion Auto in Sioux City to family and friends!

We loved working with everyone at Billions. Mike the salesman did a great job as soon as we stepped on the parking lot. I told him exactly what we were looking for and he had the vehicle I wanted parked up front when we got there. They were easy to work with during the paperwork process and gave us a good trade in price for our vehicle we traded in. They explained everything in detail and weren't pushy with us. They even helped us set up our onstar and gave us the low down on the car on how to set everything up. Very great dealership! We will definitely be coming back when we need a new vehicle.

All questions answered before and after road tests. Any employees on floor were helpful if asked a question while waiting for processing to finish. Great follow-up so far on purchase. Especially great training by Tom on functions of vehicle for "bells and whistles".

I thought the alternator was shot because the battery wouldn't hold a charge. Jeremy and crew quickly found the idler pulley was shot and replaced it.

My current lease was coming to an end and I wasn't sure what I was going to do. I received correspondence from John Markley and he asked a few questions and put some things together for me in a short period of time. I was able to get a new 2016 Traverse with all the options I wanted and get the payments right where I wanted them to be. There was no back and forth on price like with some other dealerships. I told them where I needed to be and John and the team at Billions was able to make the deal happen.

Worst dealership I have ever been too. I would recommend going any where else but to them. Bad service, rude customer service and inflated prices. Save yourself some time and money by going somewhere else. I do not like to publicly post comments but you need to be informed. They follow the Chevy mantra, don't say anything to try to get away with it and ultimately stick it to the customer.

Billion was by far the best dealership i have ever had the pleasure to work with! All the staff and Managers were top noch and i would recommend them to anybody! My salesman Judah was very polite and worked hard to get me the best deal as possible, It reallly felt like he was on my team and i enjoyed every minute of it.
