I came to Bill's and Son about three months ago with a specific type of vehicle in mind. Jeff and Terry (sp?) were friendly, polite, incredibly knowledgeable, and fantastic to work with. Honestly, they never actually tried to sell me a car or push me to buy a car that wasn't perfect for me and I loved how laid back and accommodating they were. I was in no rush to buy and they were in no rush to sell. About three months into the process, they called me up and had me come look at a vehicle that they thought would fill all of my needs and they were spot on. The car was exactly what I was looking for. I will be using this company for all of my future mechanical and car purchasing needs.

I found my car at Bill's and Son on Cars.com, after looking locally and searching on-line for a good deal on my specific model. Bill's had a low mileage model with a clean history for $2,000 less than anything comparable I could find locally. For the difference in price I decided to make the 2 hr and 15 minute drive to Ravenna, Ohio to have a closer look and to make the purchase if the car was as advertised. What I found was a very clean and well maintained low mileage vehicle for an excellent value. I executed the purchase and drove off with the car. Inside of two weeks Jeff (son) followed up with the title in the mail to complete the process. Overall a great buying experience.

I was looking for a convertible and asked Jeff to keep an eye out after I saw a Mercedes on their lot that wasn't exactly what I was looking for. In less than a week Jeff calls me to say he has found a beautiful Corvette that I am now the proud owner of. You can't beat that type of effort and customer service. I forgot to mention the price was excellent too!

I was looking for a convertible and looked at one car here however it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I asked Jeff to keep looking if he would and 6 days later he finds me a beautiful Corvette! That kind of service is hard to beat!

Came from Philadelphia to look at a '67 VW I found on this site. Bill was incredibly friendly and gave me more information on the car over the phone before I made the trip. The car was in excellent repair for its age, and he gave us the full tour of his classics and antiques garage even after I had bought the VW. I highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for a well-maintained (or correctly restored) classic. Bill even arranged for the car to be shipped back to my house.

Because I was located 300 miles south and the vehicle I wanted was rare, I bought it by phone without looking at or test driving it. Of course I was nervous. However, the sales person, Don, and the owner, Jeff were very friendly and told me everything about the car by phone, even some uneven paints on the bumper that I could not notice on the pictures. They are very honest. The car was great condition and the price was very competitive. Also the buying process was professional and very smooth even though the title needed to be transferred to out of state. I strongly recommend Bill's and Son Auto/Truck, when people buy used vehicles.

Bill's & Son Auto is the best !!! I was impressed with this dealer online and went there without a specific vehicle in mind but just to browse. I was blown away by the detail and cleanliness of the inventory. I also liked the fact that this dealer is family operated and Jeff the owner and his father Bill have been together for years. I found the perfect SUV for me and am very happy with it and I'm sure they will do the same for you !! I highly recommend this dealer to everyone. Also, all the various classic cars were great to look at as well.

I found just the car I was looking for on cars.com and drove almost 2 hours to see it at Bill's and Son Auto/Truck. Glad I did. I love my VW Jetta I bought there. The service was excellent---both Jeff and Ron were so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The car was in brand-new condition and at a very reasonable price. There was no pressure at all. Very pleasant experience. I couldn't ask for better service. I would highly recommend Bill's and Son Auto/Truck to anyone.

I have to say I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a vehicle EVER!! No pressure, informative, pleasant and trully down to earth sales staff. Thanks again Ron!! The vehicles were clean and in proper condition to be sold to consumers. I really enjoyed my time spent with Ron when I bought my truck. You could tell he wasnt just trying to sell a vehicle but actually cared about whether or not I was satisfied before allowing me to purchase my 2004 F-150!! No pressure or the usual appeasing type of attitude you usually experience from a used car salesman. I didnt feel as though I wasted my time and money after driving a hundred miles to look at this truck! Cudos to Ron Worley and Bills and Son Auto! Finally, an honest car dealer!!!!!!!

The manager here definitely aims to please and we got a deal we couldn't refuse. We did a lot of shopping around and had more to do, but we couldn't pass up such a clean car at a price we actually wanted to pay. This is something a person doesn't expect from a car dealership. We had a minor problem, naturally with a 2004, which was immediately remedied and with a friendly, professional attitude. We highly recommend Bill's and Son.

great dealership. Cars were clean and in great shape. Bought a mini cooper s and the process was quick and hassle free. The car encountered a little problem on the ride home and it was fixed promptly and satisfactory. overall I would send anyone there to buy a car.

First off, I am a very skeptical person and was pleasantly surprised by Bills and Sons. I just bought a 2004 Jeep Liberty last week listed AS IS. Yesterday the transmission fluid started leaking everywhere. I called Bills and Sons and they were more than happy to service the vehicle for free. My fiance who took the car in when I was at work also said they were joking to her about breaking the car so fast. This is the place you want to go if your not a car expert. Secondly, all of their cars are in great condition. Every car looked clean, well maintained, and serviced. I went to four other car dealerships with price tags too good too be true and it was. Most of the cars looked great online but when you see them in persons its bad. Rust, dirty engines, no customer experience. For my second car I will be going back to Bills and Sons.

I found the Dealer Reviews VERY helpful and liked what others were saying about this dealer, so I drove over, and Ron was a pleasure to work with on my purchase! A few days ago i wrote a review about Bills and son auto. Im the guy who bought the King Ranch truck. After returning home to N.Y. i took my new truck to Hoffmans Car Wash. There machine malfunctioned causing over $5000 dollars in damage to the top of my truck, cracking my windshield breaking my side mirror My insurance company Progressive was going to deny my claim, trying to say the truck had previous hail dammage. Jeff and Ron steped up to the plate providing writen statements and documentation proving the truck was perfect and in near flawless condition. Jeff and Ron faught side by side with me against my insurance company who now have decided to honor my claim !! If not for them i would be footing this expense on my own !! NOW THAT IS REAL SERVICE AFTER THE SALE !! There aren't enough words !! I am so greatful to Jeff and Ron at Bills and Son Auto.!! If

I STILL KEEP SHAKING MY HEAD !! I have bought more cars then i can even remember !! ( Never !! )- Not Ever !!- Have i had a Better Time Buying an Automobile. !! I honestly had fun. !! Ron and Jeff are 2 great guys to deal with.!! There far from the typical car salesmen. There was no high pressure sales tactics or gimics of any kind. There just a couple of honest guys with true integrity trying to make a living like the rest of us. Jeff's dad Bill started the business 41 years ago. !! Under Bills watchful eye and guidance the legacy continues with his son Jeff and his best friend Ron. It's so easy to see these guys like meeting people and love what they do !! Also if your into classic cars i suggest you bring a camera !! Bill has collected some Beautiful classic cars. He is also quite the automobile historian. ( And if your wondering what i bought ) I got a 2010 Ford King Ranch Super Cab.!! The price was so amazing i drove over 10 hours from New York. We'd been looking at reviews online of the 2009 Pontiac Vibe and I found one nearby through cars.com. I convinced my husband it was time to actually sit in one and take a test drive, and this dealer only 10 miles away had one on the lot. We found Ron to be very open and friendly, and willing to work with us on the price. My husband said maybe we should look around more, it seemed strange to buy the very first one we looked at. I replied that it seemed stranger still to drive miles away to Youngstown and beyond to keep looking, when this small-town dealership had treated us so nicely and left us with a good feeling about buying from them. There's also something to be said for staying close to home and helping the local economy, especially a business that has been around for many years. All in all, it was a very positive experience. My husband and I were in need of a 4x4 vehicle with a tow package. It was well worth the two-hour drive to see this Ford Explorer - it had what we needed and more! We were impressed with the professionalism but at the same time the friendliness of the staff. By the time we closed the deal with Ron, we felt like we had made a new friend. Don't hesitate to buy a vehicle at Bill's and Son Auto. We already recommended it to someone we met that same evening when we went out to dinner!

We decided at 4:00 to drive 30 miles and take a chance at seeing a vehicle we had seen on Yahoo. The dealership closed at 5:00. We arrived at 5:10 and were met with a smile by Ron W. We mentioned to him that the price on the sticker was not what was on Yahoo, and he checked it out and honored the price on the internet without hesitation. We told him we would come back Monday to finish the deal so he could go home, and he said it was no problem, he would stay as long as it took. We finished the paperwork and drove our new used Dodge Dakota home that night. Ron was very personable and very accomodating and we were made to feel right at home. We usually shop around before purchasing, but we felt the prices on their vehicles were very fair, and the customer service was outstanding, so we bought on the spot for the first time in our lives. We'll be back!!
