Recently purchased a 2002 Cadillac Deville from the Auto Exchange and they took very good care of me even after my warranty expired. My heat did not work and they replaced my blower motor and fixed an intake rubber boot problem that was causing the car to surge.....all on the house. Very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend.

Went there to see a car we saw online. All cars there were in horrible condition! All had scratches, missed matched panels/paint from accidents, bumps, dings, not detailed whatsoever. After researching KBB and NADA Guides he's $2-4,000 over their dealer pricing!!!! My husband said I won't pay a dime over the highest KBB pricing especially in the shape they were in...the man (barely spoke English) said "well I guess you aren't buying these cars!" Really?! Who does any kind of business like that?! And we were getting ready to leave before he even came out to assist us! No good! Buy from a real dealership who take pride in the vehicles to at least wash them!

My family and I have been doing business with this dealership for over 20 years and it has been a very fine relationship. We have purchased over eight cars - VW, Olds, Caddy, Buick, and more. Our current cars are a 1997 Buick, over 155,000 miles and an 1997 olds with a 107,000. As for problems, I can't say they have been anything more than the normal stuff you put up with from Detroit. As for any fixes under warranty (and well beyond) they were well handled. The owner has always gone out of his way to accommodate our needs. It is a pleasure to recommend these people. Al Williams

I was looking for a nicely priced car to get me to and from, and happened to spot this beautiful car in the yard. However, as soon as I took it for a test drive, I realized that the brakes were COMPLETELY gone. The dealer replaced the brakes, but a few months after my purchase, I was told by a mechanic that my calipers were completely rusted! The dealer definitely would have seen this while replacing the brakes months before. Luckily, the dealer paid for a majority of the expenses for this repair, as well as a few of the other problems that were obviously there when I bought the car, and for that, I commend them. I would not recommend buying from Binghamton Auto Exchange if you want a low maintenance car that was taken care of. Obviously these people do not care about the automobiles that they sell, and do not maintain them by any means. If you do happen to find a deal here, bring it to a mechanic during your test drive to see what issues are within the car. There are obviously plenty that will arise as soon as the warranty expires.

I bought a 2005 Cadillac SRX, I brought the car back due to a miss in the engine. The owner fixed the problem. Changed a bad coil and all spark plugs. Then I heard a noise thinking it was the transmission, brought the car back. He could not find anything wrong and gave me a 3 month extended warranty. I think he was a good bussiness man to do that.My husband also bought a cadillac there and the car run good.

Dealer advertised certain features of Cadillac that car did not have(heated seats, memory seats, etc). More importantly, the Cadillac was purchased 2 months ago and is burning oil excessively with only 45k miles. After taking it to a Cadillac dealer, the results show that there is major engine damage. Contacted Binghamton Auto, while still in warranty, and they refused to help and sent a box of "please don't sue us" goodies, such as oil treatment?!

I found a vehicle I had questions abou and sent a request to be contacted through cars.com. It has been almost 2 weeks and i have not heard a thing. Does this dealer want to grow his business and offer cars on-line? Well, he better start USING the internet if he wants to do that...

I found a vehilce at the dealership online, called to check on hours of operation. (I was traveling about 70 miles.) Viewed the car tested drove with no problems. I had researched value before, and was happy with final price ( price inline with value from several web sites)Purchased just below value. Dealer registered vehicle, transfered plates, he paid extra cost of transfer upfront and I reimbursed dealer three weeks later.

I contacted this dealer in reference to a Lincoln Continental that was posted. I took the car for a test drive and was impressed with the car but wanted my husband to come down and drive it as well. My husband drove the car and offered to leave a deposit to secure that the vehicle would not be sold until 2 days later when we would have the total amount of the sale. My husband told the OWNER, he would call me and have me bring the deposit over immediately; he was then told by the OWNER, they were about to close for the evening and to come back the next day with the deposit. We arrived the next day to be told by the OWNER that the car was SOLD and no longer available.
