Our salesperson, Trey, was very friendly, attentive in listening to my needs, and eager to find what I was looking for. Upper management members were also very friendly and accommodating. Working with sales, management, financing, and the lender has been an overall great experience. I purchased a GREAT vehicle, a GMC Terrain with only 23,000 miles, in perfect, like New condition, at a very good price. I am looking forward to working with Blackwell for future vehicle purchases.

I wasn't expecting to buy a car that day! My vehicle had issues and the best option was to trade it in. The salesman was excellent! He listened to what I wanted and nailed it! I bought a 2021 Kia Sorento. The salesman got me payments that I wanted and an excellent interest rate! I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from this establishment. Amazing customer service!

Donnie Jones at Blackwell is the best salesman I’ve dealt with! He helped me out in purchasing a 2016 Ram 1500 Limited. I’m especially grateful to him and everyone at Blackwell for helping make the deal happen. Cause I was sure I wasn’t going to approved due to being denied a month earlier at another establishment. I thought what the hell I’ll give it one last try at Blackwell and they made sure I got the truck I wanted at the price I wanted. I’m so happy that I went to Blackwell I love my truck and I’d highly recommend anyone that needs a vehicle to go see Donnie Jones at Blackwell he’ll do everything he can to help you out! After spending a whole day of disappointing car dealerships I arrived here. I Was greeted with such great customer service. The car salesman literally asked me what I wanted. He didn't pressure me, he didn't try to manipulate me, but he showed compassion and commitment to providing me with all the wants and needs of a vehicle. This dealership experience was the best I’ve experienced in my life, Very professional!! I walked out of there that day with MY dream vehicle. I really appreciate the service I received and I would recommend this dealership to anyone I come in contact with who is searching for a vehicle. Ask for the coast guard vet his service is impeccable and can’t be topped! The finance lady was very professional and personable as well she made my experience even better! I found a 2007 Dodge Dakota with less that 100K miles. The exterior flawless except for a few minor scratches. The truck's interior clean with much less wear than what you would think an 11 year old vehicle might have. Donny Price made the whole transaction a breeze.

positive experience. need time to assess if all connecyions were complete. i trust that the technician named MIKE did complete in a worklikemanner the installation. he has completed past replacemect/repairs to my satisfaction. MARTY the service specialist provided competent and professional scheduling. the questions that follow below are not appropriate to the service i needed. i DO NOT make recommendations regarding + o - a dealership-i allow my friends to decide i want to have friends their likes and dislikes rest in their hands. #2 i have previously purchased a vehicle at Blackwell and have also walked away to purchase the same product elsewhere.

Bought my Jeep Liberty from a used car dealership, but wanted to have it serviced at the Blackwell dealership because I had purchased Route 66 Extended Warranty coverage in case of mechanical issues. Blackwell charged a $95 diagnostic fee for them to tell me the alternator and power steering belt & tensioner needed to be replaced. Their estimate for repairs was $520, well over twice what another mechanic charged to do the same work. Blackwell had even indicated that this was only their INITIAL ESTIMATE, and that this work had to be done BEFORE they could tell me if ANYTHING ELSE might be wrong (not true). I just wonder what else they would have said needed repair and what the final bill would have been if I had chosen them to do the repairs???

WE PURCHASED A 2016 2500 D0DGE RAM, ALL WENT WELL, THEN WE DECIDED TO ADDITIONALLY PURCHASE A 2017 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. WE HAD A HARD TIME MAKING THE COMMUNICATIONS AND WE NEEDED A PRICE ON A 2012 TOWN AND COUNTRY LIMITED VAN. WE SEEMED TO HAVE AN ISSUE WITH GETTING THE VIN NUMBER TO GET A QUOTE, THEN THERE WERE MISUNDERSTANDING ABOUT WHAT WE NEEDED PRICE WISE TO MAKE THE DEAL WORK. IT TOOK SEVERAL DAYS AND WE WERE ON A TIME LIMIT THAT WE HAD SHARED OR WE WERE GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT TILL AFTER THE FIRST OF THE YEAR. THEN OUR SALESMAN GOT SICK AND IT TOOK AN EXTRA DAY TO GET ALL THE FIGURES WE NEEDED. WE AGREED TO THE DEAL AND BECAUSE WE WERE AN HOUR AND HALF AWAY, WE COULD ONLY MAKE ONE TRIP AND WOULD NEED TO BRING A CHECK, FINALLY AFTER TALKING WITH 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE, WE GOT IT ALL WORKED OUT. IT ALL TURNED OUT GREAT, BUT WE WOULD HAVE LIKED QUICK RESPONSES AS WE WERE READY TO BUY.

Marty & Mike were so knowledgeable in helping us make our final decision. We were thrilled to find Blackwell, as they were the only Jeep dealer that used AEV products within a few hours drive from our house. We're very happy with their attention to customer service & we're thrilled w/the results. The new AEV 2.5" lift kit was the perfect decision, along w/the new AEV wheels & BFG AT KO2 tires. The ride is better than when it was all stock. We look forward to using Blackwell again.

Terrible experience as I have invested over 8.5 hours of my time waiting on 3 different occasions and had nothing done to either of my vehicles. The last time I waited 2.5 hours for them to tell me the recall didn't apply to VA and it was only needed for CA pollution standards, though the paperwork never said that and also mentioned about 6 other states with similar regulations. I was think of buying another KIA but that will never happen now.

I have had my new Soul for 1 week. So far,I love it. I did my research and for the money this was the car for me. Only time will tell. My last Kia lasted 9 years and my husbands Kia is still going strong and it's 9 years old. Only problem I ever had was with the windshield wipers.
