Larry at BMW northwest was the best rep I could ask for while purchasing my first BMW. He helped me understand my options and find the best fit for me. I plan to work with Larry and BMW northwest when making a car purchase in the future because of the quality service and care they provide.

All car dealerships should be run like BMW Northwest. The sales associate I worked with (Jimmy Barber) was easy to communicate with and did not exhibit the annoying stereotypes of a salesperson. Our correspondences were succinct and direct without any doublespeak. In person, Jimmy is very personable and authentic; it's as if you've known him for years as a friend. The rest of the staff are naturally courteous and professional. The facilities are clean and appealing, and their refreshments are very accommodating. I had also worked with Olivia and Annie when I took delivery and returned for the Encore service. The Geniuses are a nice touch to the whole experience. Personally, I think BMWs sell themselves, but this dealership enhances the brand. I only wish I was in the market for a BMW more often.

The whole process from walking onto the lot to driving our new x1 home was a great experience. Our salesman Jimmy was courteous and answered all of our questions. He gave us the time we needed to do more research and come to the decision to buy our car from BMW Northwest

The guy who welcoming me at the service department was super nice and respectful. The service agent figured out my car problem in few minutes, I did not have to wait all day for the repair of my car. He was polite and knowledgeable. So far my experiences at BMW Northwest have been great!

I was out shopping for a new car. I dropped by the BMW Northwest dealership and met a very friendly and professional sales person by the name of Brandon. Brandon and the staff at BMW Northwest were able to answer all my questions and made my buying experience a very memorable one.

After visiting several high end dealerships, I purchased my vehicle from BMW Northwest. The entire buying experience was painless and the customer service I received was excellent. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had. I won't go anywhere else and absolutely love my new BMW!

I had the best buying experience I've ever had. I didn't have much time to test drive/complete the transaction and the dealership was able to accommodate my limited time frame. Cody was very helpful and kind throughout the entire process, as was Susan in finance.

Love my car because of the easy process......from test driving to buying. Everyone is sooooo helpful. They help you get just what you want in a car. Always explain and answer questions. Great waiting area and the best snacks. Jerry is a wonderful to deal with and Arron knows the tech end. Free car washes for life is a plus. I cannot come up with a negative with the dealership. I am not pleased that bmw has changed their maintance etc from 4 years to 3.

I came to BMW Northwest for servicing of my leased 535i. My concerns were met by the service department head Ryan Ogilvie who made me feel as if my concerns were the most important issue he had going. I was truly impressed!Subsequently, when my lease was finishing, I met with Brandon White who continued the great experience I had as a customer and I purchased the car I had leased. Again, I was made to feel like the most important person that entered their facility. I recommend BMW Northwest without reservation!

Jimmy Barber initially responded to my inquiry about a BMW 340i purchase through the Costco program. Informed me of what was available through the program and having options of what I was looking for took a visit to BMW Northwest despite the distance from Bellevue. He was very professional, friendly, transparent in giving us details we asked for, cost, financing for purchase or lease, and a non-aggressive car sales type person. I was able to take all the info home with me, talk about it, ask for more info which he gladly provided by email, and make a decision to purchase from BMW NW. Typical car buying experience which I dread, turned out not so typical and almost enjoyable! BMW NW paid enough attention to me that seemed like they cared but not so much to be overwhelmed. I would definitely recommend BMW NW, Jimmy Barber, and a BMW!I would also like to mention the financial services and the geniuses we were in contact with were also all very helpful, very nice and educated in their products.

From the initial contact via email with Mark to picking up my new BMW, the experience at BMW Northwest was fantastic!Mark in sales and Olivia with the Genius dept. were both excellent in making sure all the paperwork and preparation of the vehicle was ready upon pickup and that I was well informed of the amazing features of my BMW i3Rex electric car.Even the support after the sale with questions regarding features or options has been great, better than any car dealership I have ever dealt with.I would recommend Mark and the staff at BMW Northwest for anyone looking to purchase a BMW!

Jimmy and team made the buying experience for my new 328i sportwagon simple. I knew the precise specs when I ordered the car and he kept me up to date on the delivery schedule every step of the way. The pick up was smooth and the genius team knows their stuff. Would definitely recommend working with Jimmy Barber and the BMW NW team.

Bought a new 2005 3 series from BMW NW & drove it 11-1/2 years. All servicing was done by BMW NW. It never felt like anything but a new car because of the great care they took of it. However, it had over 142,000 miles on it so I bought a new 2015. I brought the picture of the car I was interested in from the BMW NW website to the salesman. He let me drive it and we wrote up the deal. They have been very conscientious in guiding me through all the new technology. They have always been very kind and helpful.

I have purchased many cars, and this was by far the smoothest transaction. Bruce was transparent/honest, fair, responsive, and knowledgeable. I got a fair price, saw how hard they worked to understand what I wanted, and they bent over backwards to get me the best deal possible. This experience stands out among all the cars I have purchased, but most especially in contrast to the dealer I had worked with previously for sales and service (which was closer to me). I was so unhappy with that dealer I would have switched brands of cars, but working with BMW Northwest regained my loyalty.

I have owned several high end automobiles, just purchased my third BMW at BMW Northwest. I live in Bellevue Washington but still take the time and extra effort to buy my cars from this great dealership. Each time has been better than the previous experience, they simply exceed expectations. This time I ordered a new model 330E plug in Hybrid, a car no dealer yet had in stock. The process was painless and I was updated regularly on progress, real solid communications, never any pressure. When car came in we were not in state but they explained there was no issue, car would be waiting. Delivery was a joy, included education on the new technology and operations. After the sale, same excellent follow up, service and professional treatment in every step. Good folks, great experience.

I have dealt with the kind and knowledgeable sales and service representatives at BMW Northwest for 16 years. There is no better place to research, test drive, and select a car (or your sixth BMW) in the state of Washington. Their goal has always been to make me happy when I drive off the lot and to keep me happy throughout my lease. They have always succeed and gone over and above my expectations. The environment is comfortable and they make you feel at home, like you are being taken care of by family. Thanks for the years and the many more to come!

BMW Northwest makes you feel like you are their one and only customer. Their sales staff is friendly and non-pushy. They work hard to find you a vehicle that works for you and have many options to choose from. They are knowledgeable about the product and have a passion for what they do, and it shows! Working with Bjorn was one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had and I will be sure to come back to BMW NW to work with him again! Not only was the sales aspect of this deal seamless but I was also given an opportunity to hang out with my BMW Genius Aaron to show me all the ins and outs of my new 320i. He easily answered all of my questions and since I'm not exactly a tech wiz he Was happy to guide me trough how to set up my phone, memory seating, etc. Even a couple weeks after having my car both Bjorn and Aaron contacted me to make sure I was loving my new vehicle and to make sure no new questions had come up! I could not be more grateful for the exemplary level of customer service I received here.

My 2005 325xi had almost 170,000 miles on it and somehow I bought a 2015 BMW motorcycle that was beyond my skill level, I needed help! I contacted Mark in pre-owned sales online and he was beyond amazing! He, along with BMW credit, and the finance department got me into a great pre-owned BMW with good terms. It was smoothest transaction ever! Thank you so much for fixing 2 issues for me!

The Service Manager was informative and clear and solved the Recall issue. He invited me to come to the shop and he would take it from there. When I arrived the people were welcoming and professional even though it was a Recall. I felt welcomed and decided to wait for the work to be done. It was done within an hour. Thank you for your integrity and timely work.

Purchased our first BMW a few years ago at another local BMW dealership, so expected to get our new BMW from the same dealership. Researched the model with the options my wife wanted on line to come up with a fair price. Also, researched the fair trade-in value of her current BMW. With this information in hand, made a trip to the dealership expecting to make a deal. We weren't even close on the price for the new car or what they would give for the trade-in. And they would not negotiate. We walked out. Later that day I called Jimmy Barber on the phone to see what kind of a deal he would make. We had never been to BMW Northwest at it is a substantial drive. Well, we made the deal in about five minutes over the phone. It was even a better deal than I had been expecting. As my wife wanted several options that were not available on the vehicles they had in stock, it was necessary to order the car from Germany. Therefore, it took about three months before we could take delivery. No big deal. Jimmy kept us informed of the progress; build start, build end, ready for shipment and so forth. When it arrived we made an appointment to pick it up, and that was the first time we ever visited the dealership. And what a beautiful facility it was, especially with our car sitting on the show room floor. It arrived exactly as ordered, and the price and trade-in were exactly the same as Jimmy and I had discussed three months earlier. Aaron, the BMW genius with much patients, spent considerable time teaching us about the new technologies, but we will need another lesson. The bottom line is, this was car buying made easy. It took more time to write this review than it did to make the deal. A friend, who also drives a BMW, is in the market for a new car, and you can be sure I will be pointing him towards BMW Northwest.

Came to BMW to get a new car, just like that..in and out. Very stress free, wonderful customer service, made friends and had coffee with cookies! Spent a very short time there and left with an fabulous car. Got a very, very low interest rate too. Overall great experience. A few days later I went back to get new wiper blades and it was the same experience, just for wiper blades! Thank you!

My family has purchased a handful of cars through BMW Northwest and we would not consider going elsewhere. Their sales staff is so friendly and helpful, without being pushy. Their service department is professional, straightforward and timely. The loaner car program is outstanding - I've never been stuck without a car while mine is in for service. But beyond sales and service, BMW Northwest is a just a fun place to be. The facility is clean, welcoming and always stocked with fresh coffee and snacks. Not to mention, the showroom always has a cool lineup of new cars on display. I could not imagine a better overall dealership experience!

Recently I scheduled a service appointment for my 2012 528i and I could not have been more pleased with the service I received. From the time I arrived to my shuttle ride to and from the dealership the level of service was exceptional. My service adviser Keith took the time to answer all of my questions and even gave me some helpful advice for up and coming service needs. As far as I am concerned Keith went above and beyond my expectations and I truly enjoyed the overall experience. Thank you BMW Northwest!

I've been bringing my BMWs to BMW Northwest since arriving to the area in 2005. My most recent visit for service in February is a reminder of why I return time and time again. I had confused my scheduled service appointment showing up one day earlier. Did they turn me away and ask me to come back the next day as originally scheduled? Nope. They worked me into their schedule without hesitation for that day understanding I already took time off work to get it done. For his keen understanding of my situation and true professionalism, I would recommend Mr. Keith Vanwinkle to anyone. I'm consistently very appreciative of the work performed and the customer service provided. The professionals at BMW Northwest's service department are both top-notch and customer-centered. BMW Northwest is doing very well serving its customers' needs. For those who feel otherwise I leave this quote: If you think it's expensive to hire a professional, just wait until you hire an amateur ~unknown. I am more than satisfied for the quality of work performed and the level of customer service your team provides!

My husband has been a customer of BMW for 30+ years and I since 2007. We both have 2004 BMW's, mine a 325CI and my husband has an X3. Our Service Consultant is Dave Quinn. We have had nothing but outstanding service on our vehicles, thanks to Dave, and they have been so well maintained by BMW that we both get comments on how great they look, and surprised reactions when we tell them the year of our vehicles. Any service completed by BMW has been well diagnosed and quickly taken care of. Our vehicles still run well and look amazing. The ratings above only allow for a five, but our rating would be a 10. BMW has always provided a loaner for us as long as needed and have an excellent waiting area maintained with great coffees, juices, water and snacks and available personnel to assist or answer concerns.Would we buy another BMW? Yes, Yes and Yes. Great Service, Amazing Vehicles, Latest Technology - Come on, what's not to love? a SPECIAL THANK YOU TO DAVE, DIANE AND CHELSEA . Happy New Year to all the staff who have so thoughtfully been like family throughout the years.

I buy a lot of cars and I recently had one of my best car purchase experience ever at BMW Northwest. Allen Deen, the General Sales Manager, took time out of his busy schedule to make me feel like my business mattered and he was superb in giving me an outstanding price with no "game" playing, superior service and perfect follow-up from the choosing of the car to the delivery. The whole staff from Kevin Lambert (Sales), to Eddie Bang (Sales Manager), to Susan Grisson (Finance) and to Annie Steenson (Delivery) was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional, and they constantly made me feel they cared about me and my business. Kevin was excellent in his customer approach and suggestions and very approachable, and Susan was a joy to work with as she helped minimize the "dreaded" paper work that goes with buying a new car. Truly one of my rare "pain-free" and non-stressful experience with a new car purchase. Kudos to Mr. Scharmach, the owner, for providing such special cars in such a beautiful building, and hiring superior professionals who care and know how to service their customers. I am a repeat customer and will continue to come back to this special dealership!

It is always a pleasure to bring my car in to be serviced at BMW Northwest. The staff is always friendly and very willing to help in any way. I wanted to take a few minutes to share the outstanding experience I had recently with the Service Dept at BMW Northwest and, in particular the effort put forth by your advisor Mike Dimmitt. His courtesy, patience and attention to detail should require no further expansion from me, as Im sure the entire staff has had ample opportunity to witness that themselves. But inasmuch as the actual purchase experience when I purchased my 328i was a pure delight, the requirement for service shortly thereafter was one I did not look forward to experiencing. But I was very, very pleasantly surprised. Within a week or so of my purchase, I brought my car to BMW NW for a quick wash. I only live in Federal Way, by the Wild Waves park, so I am not that far away. I received my wash but as soon as I got home to complete the wipe-down of the door jambs, window sills, etc., I saw several large stains etched into the paint, spread all over the back end. These were acid-type stains that had etched right into the paint. As it turns out, the very last thing I was doing before I came down to get my car washed was to transfer a few things like a blanket, emergency water, and the like to my new trunk and there were no such spots. And since none appeared on the bumper area, they could not have splashed up from the road. The only conclusion was that this had to have occurred accidentally at the dealership while I was receiving my wash. There was simply no other explanation. Now, to bring my car back and explain this scenario to any dealership could have been a brutally uncomfortable situation. Mike was the service advisor to whom Larry Williams (Sales)introduced me, and he was very interested in hearing my story. As he should, he tried the common methods to removes some of the stains but, as I had seen myself, these were etched right in to the paint, such as an acid, solvent, or perhaps some splashed brake fluid or anti-freeze could do. So Mike no doubt discussed this with management, and very promptly and politely put my mind at ease that one way or another, BMW NW would make this right. The solution was to get some paint work on the trunk lid and rear panel, which was done beautifully and covered by BMW NW. Mike explained that while I could provide no empirical proof that the stains occurred at your facility, he agreed with me as a gentleman that there really was no other explanation, and accepted my honesty in an effort to do right by a new customer. This speaks volumes as to the integrity of the dealership, of Mike, and of the team with which he works. I have no hesitation in bringing any service needs for my BMW to BMW NW and will specifically ask for Mike every time. He and your entire team demonstrated to me my importance as a customer beyond the initial sale and I will be sharing my enthusiasm for working with BMW NW.Follow up: Over a month later and BMW NW has continued to be an excellent partner, dealing with my phone calls for technical help and other mechanical-related questions. Cannot recommend them highly enough. They were excellent on the sale and are excellent post-sale.

BMW Northwest is an experience in itself! The showroom and service center is like walking into an expensive hotel lobby. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. My service advisor, Oscar, is always on top of his game with professional, courteous, and complete details on the service during my visit. I've had my BMWs serviced at BMW Northwest since 1999. I just had my X3 in for its last covered maintenance service and everything that was needed got done. All the advisors in the service department have been great to work with. If things things didn't get fixed right the first time or there were delays, they made it right and always kept me informed. I recently purchased my 3 Series from BMW Northwest. I spent time working with Paul in sales and he was not pushy or trying to "hard sell" me on purchasing a car. He was very helpful and patient with me while I worked through my options and then made my final decision. On the day I purchased my vehicle Paul even came and picked me up since I did not have a vehicle at the time and had no other convenient way of getting to the dealership. The entire sales team explained everything to me making things much easier to understand. Overall I had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle from BMW Northwest.

If you are looking to be lied to and throw your money away by a business as reputable as BMW then go here. I have never dealt with service as poorly handled as I have with BMW NORTHWEST. I took my 2007 X5 in to diagnose a message for a level malfunction on the I-Drive. I had called and scheduled a 7:45 A.M appointment for the next day. And when my fiance arrived to get my car serviced that morning, they had told him his name wasn't on the list for scheduled appointments, and that a loaner would not be given to us. (of course when I was on the phone with one of the service workers she had told me that a loaner would be available for us to use until the car was ready). Well he called me while he was there, completely shocked and frustrated at all the confusion. I instantly called BMW Northwest very upset at whoever was in charge of appointments and spoke to a woman about this issue. She apologized about the mess up,explained they were at fault and told me "because I scheduled 20 minutes passed 5 the day before, the appointments made after 5 weren't on the list of appointments".. SO, why would someone in the SERVICE DEPARTMENT give me a 7:45 A.M appointment if nobody the next day would be aware of my car even coming to be serviced that early?..AT that point I didn't understand how a business as BIG as BMW could of miscommunicated something that small up.Well, my car was diagnosed later that day and received a call back stating that it was the rear airbags leaking and as they were running through my car found a oil leak in my transmission. So, we approved of them diagnosing the leak, fixing the problem with the leak, and an oil change. While we get a second opinion on the rear airbag diagnosis. We paid 1,700.00 for two diagnosis, a mechatronic sleeve leak, and an oil change. Picked up the car and left..We took the car in to a local mechanic to change the airbags that we were told were faulty. He found that both of our Rear air bags were not seeping, and that even after replacing them that my message level malfunction still went off. I asked to keep the old air bags for some visual proof. He also noticed that BMW never reset my CBS which is supposed to be done after every oil change. And after all of that made me concerned at what I had even paid BMW to do if I paid to have them diagnose a problem that they had told us was the problem, but wasn't the issue.. An oil change which I have no proof they had done, and now I am questioning whether there was a leak in my transmission, and they fixed it or if this was all a big scam. We had received a call yesterday from BMW northwest leaving a voicemail just checking up to see how the car was doing and to do a survey.. Well I called BMW northwest today, spoke to the service manager about how unhappy I am about their dishonesty, and the service that was poorly done to my car. I had told him about every mistake the service team has done to my x5, which a service team as supposedly qualified as this place should be more then aware of NOT making on any vehicle they service whether it be an oil change or diagnosing a problem incorrectly. On top of that as he was looking up what was done to my x5 the service MANAGER spoke to me that my transmission leak was supposed to get done (but I was told it was done, and we had paid them to get it done), so i paused him and asked what do you mean supposed to? we paid to get that done., and he stuttered and said oh, I'm sorry I'm just looking at these papers and saw it wrong. after that I told him about why they didn't reset my CBS which was supposed to be reset after a SUPPOSED oil change, and he apologized and said "Im sorry, yes that was suppose to to be reset"...After having a long and very unprofessional conversation with the man that is suppose to manage the service team making sure they are doing their job right, I have every reason to question and feel scammed right out to giving these idiots my money and having no proof they have done what we paid them to get done to my X5.

My experience from trying to purchase a new I3 in December - Had been emailing with a sales guy for a week. Determined the car, landed on a price, and scheduled an appointment to complete the deal. The sales guy was not going to be available that day, so he promised to share all the details with another guy and connected me with him. Went to the dealership as scheduled, and found the second sales guy had no clue as to why I was there, and to top it off, they didn't even have my vehicle (someone else had taken it for an extended test drive). Pretty callous attitude from the sales guy in the process didn't help. Later emailed the branch manager, who apologized and asked me if there' something he could do. Told him I may still be interested if the deal is fair, but he didn't bother to respond. First sales guy came back from his vacation and emailed me a few days later, and I shared my experience, and...nothing.Given two other BMW dealerships in the Seattle metro area, this one should and could be summarily avoided. Bought mine from another dealer in the area, and so far no issues.

Overall one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a CPO BWM, mainly because of the no-pressure, no-hassle approach Jimmy took with me. I worked with Jimmy via email initially on a car I saw on their website. He got back to me quickly over email with all the information I asked for and was acutely aware of maintaining credibility and trust, particularly when it came to my trade-in value for my old X5. He was there to answer any questions I had with the CPO X5 I was looking at and when it came time to negotiate I told him what I thought, laid out some comparable, made and offer, and that was that. Done. It was very easy and stress free, which I think is what most people are looking for when car shopping. I would definitely recommend Jimmy. Also, the car was in great condition when I picked it up - their prep shop does great work. 4 stars for price because the one I bought was initially priced several thousand higher than some comparable X5s in the area- I think they could be more competitive here.

Great experience. I custom ordered a new car and tried dealing with two other bmw dealerships in the state only to be frustrated by the lack of interest to work with me, despite my having been in bmws for 10 years! Mark aggressively pursued my business and helped secure a good deal for a great car that was exact to my specifications. Furthermore, Mark and his team were very kind and professional and made my business feel very welcomed. I plan on recommending Mark and BMW northwest to any and everyone thinking about acquiring a BMW and exclusively work with BMW northwest in the future for my next car. No stress, no pressure from finance to add on things, and just an overall great experience. Its how buying a bmw or any car for that matter should be.

The buying experience at this dealership is anywhere from poor to worst. Bought a Certified pre-owned BMW. Ran into several mechanical problems within 1000 miles of driving, Took me 5 trips to another BMW dealership and ~3 months to resolve all the issues. As a customer with limited knowledge about cars, I was able to pinpoint these obvious mechanical problems. But, the dealership and the certification process didn't find it. The dealership took no ownership or responsibility for these issues. The worst part is, they claimed that the car was at perfect condition when they certified. Worst car buying experience ever. Based on my experience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership for both buying and servicing needs.

I would recommend Bruce without hesitation. He is so knowledgeable, and he really helps customers get the best price. I think this is the third car I have purchased from him. He is very available to you after you have purchased the car and really feels like a friend.

Visited this facility for out of warranty service and was quoted a different amount then on their website, Asked Gary to price match with their website and he went absconding and was no where found. Hilarious but I was told to pay 3 times more than what was on their website and was made to wait hours and told that Gary has to leave because of some urgent work and I should visit them next day....an excuse which a 4th grade kid would not have accepted.Too much for me, to save couple of 100 bucks I didn't buy a BMW and this will be my last BMW. My experience buying a BMW was great but once sold they don't give a xxxx....be it a curtsey vehicle or service. Stay away from this dealer and BMW buy Audi, expensive to drive but better service.

I had an awesome and completely stress-free experience buying my 328xd from Ron Hansen. I really just lucked out getting connected with Ron. The 328d looked great on paper, but I wanted to see if my kids fit in the back seat. The BMW dealers closer to home didn't have any 3-series wagons in stock. I called BMW Northwest and for whatever reason they connected me to Ron who said they had a wagon. They're more than an hour from our house, but sure -- road trip. :)Ron spent a ton of time chatting with me that day about BMW in general, the 3-series, diesels, European delivery, etc, etc. It was clear from the start that he was super-knowledgeable. Later on we drove down again to test drive the car. Again Ron spent plenty of time with me and made sure all my questions were answered. He showed me the car configurator on bmwusa.com and sent me home to plan my dream car. I got the Costco price on the car, so no negotiating. Just, "Here's what I want", "Ok, here's the price". Easy peasy.I picked up the car a couple days ago. No hard sell on the extras from the finance office. I was expecting to get bullied a bit there. Isn't that the car dealer stereotype? Anyway I was pleasantly surprised. Then after 45+ minutes getting a tour of the car from the BMW Genius, Ron got me ready to drive off. He pointed out a few features in the back of the car and that quickly turned into a second tour of the car. :) We didn't wrap that up until about 20 minutes past the dealership's closing time, and really that was because my wife called wondering if I had left yet. ;)Could I have bought the same car from the dealer that's 20 minutes from my house? Sure. But I'm convinced I couldn't have found a more knowledgeable, helpful, and transparent salesperson than Ron. I'll definitely recommend him to my friends and family. I tend to keep my cars for a long time. Hopefully Ron will still be around in 2025 when I need my next car!

I am a special needs customer, and Jimmy Barber really went above and beyond for me. He brought the deal to me, which was very important to me, as I am in chemo right now. Cudos to Jimmy Barber for being a caring human being, and many thanks to the good people of BMW Northwest. Thanks again, Scott Armstrongf

Great selection and value. No hassles, and easy to work with. I received a great deal on my new 2014 335i xDrive - better than any other dealership in the entire region. Bruce spent great time and detail going over the vehicle's features. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Since the purchase, Bruce has checked-in to ensure all my questions are answered and if I need anything. Thank you so much!!! -James Mitchell

Kevin Lambert... He is THE reason I bought my 435i Xdrive at BMW Northwest... Honesty, INTEGRITY and TRUST. No games just honest respectful dialog and assistance. I considered several other dealers including those in Tacoma, Seattle, Bellevue and Bellingham and didn't come across anyone as professional and non-pressured as Kevin. BMW Northwest you have an Outstanding employee hope you recognize it. I'd recommend close friends and family members to get their car at BMW Northwest.

My husband and I just bought our 3rd BMW from BMW Northwest. Our salesperson, Ron Hansen, was a pleasure to work with. We were able to purchase the vehicle at a very fair price and the entire buying experience was quick and enjoyable!

I have purchased a car or two in my history, but to be perfectly honest, I have never had a car buying experience like the one provided to be by Ron Hansen and team at BMW Northwest. My wife and I had originally started our day shopping across the highway with, dare I say, Audi. When we felt underwhelmed by the vehicle and sales staff, we left to return home, a little deflated. My wife really wanted to look at the BMWs, especially since it had been my dream car since I was little. I, however, never really thought I could afford one. Upon arriving, we were greeted by a gentlemen (whom we later came to know as Ron) and he asked if there was anything he could do to assist us. I explained our situation and that we were curious to learn a little about the BMW 3 Series. Ron Hansen was by far the most knowledgeable and thorough sales person I have ever encountered; and I work in Sales Management myself. Ron did not hesitate to sit us both down in the car, and go over the car in its entirety, focusing on what interested us the most and working from there. After explaining a few of the mechanics, we took a decent test drive and were able to really experience a lot of what we had been told about in terms of the driving mechanics, ride, and performance of the vehicle. For me, there was no doubt I NEEDED this vehicle, but again, i was concerned about affordability. Before, during, and after the test drive, not once was I made to feel pressured about a buying decision. Ron made my wife and I feel like we were on an episode of Top Gear with his information leading into a drive! It was great! Ron was friendly and fun in his own, quirky way, which could only be genuine and not rehearsed. I inquired into pricing and financing vs. Leasing, and Ron took the time to make sure I fully understood the pros and cons to both! After a very simple, no hassle explanation of pricing, I saw really how affordable the vehicle of my dreams could really be! However, due to my "neediness" as a customer and the amount of Ron's time I required, we had run VERY short on time. I asked if there was a way to expedite the rest of the process, and Ron jumped into action partnering with the rest of the team at BMW Northwest and got me in and out of financing (nice woman, forget her name), signed up for my BMW online/safety features, went through the car with me and it was washed and looking BEAUTIFUL! After you drive off, that tends to be the end of contact that most consumers have with their dealership. BMW Northwest has gone even further and continued to make sure I am happy and well taken care of since I have purchased. So much so, I noticed a day after a driving a weird chip in the door hinge on my drivers side, and inquired about it. I don't know for sure if it happened the first night of driving or before I purchased, but it wasn't even an issue to BMW Northwest. They wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied no matter what/when, so again, they reached out to their detail team and body shop and whisked me down to have the chip filled, sanded and polished and now I am looking better than ever. In all reality, it wasn't that big of a deal, but i appreciate that to them, it was! It was almost as if they didn't want one of the cars THEY sold or that came from their dealership with the small chip in it. It was amazing. Since then, I continue to go back for accessories and courtesy washes all too frequently! BMW Northwest has become my home away from home, and Ron has become a friend and he and his team have earned ALL of my future business.

There are many reasons to get a BMW through this dealership, I will relate this as it apples to me. Last year, we lost our business and during our difficult times, BMW stood beside and with my wife and I. We were able to. Keep our BMW and even more so, the experience was positive and caring. This is coming from the BMW financial. From this time period, it opened our eyes even more to the BMW product and just how good it really is.Mark roushert, our BMW representative, worked with us the first time and again, just recently as we moved into a current version of the BMW 328I..all wheel drive. Mark is the type of person, he will ask you when you want to do, your needs, and try to see if he can find a car that will fit your needs and not more than that. Mark will tell you the pros and cons as compared to other cars, sure that's his job but he leaves you feeling informed and under no obligation or pressure. He is a very matter of fact person and my wife and I felt we were not really working with a salesman but a person you can trust. When we brought our previous car in of or servicing, we were able to drive the same version of my wife's car but the current years model. It was so nice, but you immediately saw and felt changes that have evolved with the car or, this particular model. When you see and feel these changes, especially when it's something you may have suggested in a survey you feel as if you were actually heard.I am a huge safety nut, as I. Am a long haul trucker and one of the changes that stood out was the LCD screen that was mounted in the top portion of the dash. This will keep your head away from the interior of the car whil driving more heads up so you will not completely miss what going on around you. The functionality of the changes make it a safer car to use but also user friendly .From the receptionist as you come in the door who really treats you kindly, to any of the sales staff and service staff, you are really treated well and they are constantly asking you if you are being taken care of. They are not being pushy, just wanting to be sure you're alright and being taken care of and acknowledged. The dealership is undergoing renovations currently, and these folks still maintain their high quality of service and care as if it was another normal day there. There was a time, that I did not like going to car dealerships as you felt like it was you against them, nothing is further from the truth with this dealership. Like anything in life, respect goes both ways, these folks go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, give them a chance and even if you did not buy a car from them, you will leave feeling much better informed as to all aspects of a vehicle purchase and knowing what your budget can afford.Another thing, there are dealerships you go to that sell vehicles of this high quality, and you have to get beyond the noses of anyone you might encounter on the staff. Once again, this dealership is so much the opposite, just because you are not ueber rich does not mean you cannot afford a BMW but most of all, the folks at this dealership relate and are there for you, they all work and make a living just as we do and it reflects in how you are treated. My wife flora and I worked with mark roushert, but I have had time to chat with the other staff from the receptionist through management, you'll not be disappointed. I love to talk, so I know they were more than accommodating to me when I started chatting away. What's more, these folks listen, when they see you later down the line, a subject will come up they will ask you about, at that point, I know that floras and my loyalty will remain with BMW and also the particular dealership.Sure you can buy a BMW any where, but coming to this dealership will be an eye opener in the sense you are working with real folks who understand your needs. They will work with you as I mentioned absolutely no pressure or mind games. In the big picture, as a customer, sure were super important, but remember, we also need to keep in mind we are working with another human being, not a machine. Keep your attitudes at home, you'll find nothing but a great experience and plenty of friendly folks and great coffee and snacks! That's the truck driver part of me, locate coffee and snaks first, the rest will come!BMW is a great product, wonderful staff following great relationship principles and just good folks to work and deal with.Go see them, you'll not be disappointed. Told you I can talk!Have a wonderful year and god blessEd and Flora Brier

I recently ordered a brand new BMW 428i from BMW Northwest in Fife, Washington. The experience has been one of the best that I have ever had with a dealership. My car arrived about one month before expected. I was notified immediately. My sales representative got me through paperwork quickly, and the financial services representative answered all of my questions about payments. After I signed all of the paperwork, BMW assigned someone to go over all of the buttons and features of my vehicle, which was exceedingly helpful. Overall, a great experience, will definitely purchase from this dealership again!

BMW Northwest and Senior Client Advisor, Ron Hansen are focused on the customer and their buying experience. I can honestly say that my wife and I have never been treated better when buying a car. Ron listened, was patient and did not pressure us in any way. He didnt try to upsell or talk us into something different than what we wanted. Ron is the consummate professional and I would recommend him to anyone wanting a BMW. The entire experience was relaxing and fun, yes fun. Even though we bought the car at closing on a Saturday the entire BMW NW staff took their time and delivered the car to us after closing. I cant say enough good things about BMW Northwest and their wonderful staff. And BTW, I love my new 3 Series.

Our association with BMW Northwest has been nothing but 5 stars. Our salesman, Bruce, couldn't have been friendlier or more knowledgeable. He was so patient with us in showing us all the bells and whistles. He encouraged us to stop by anytime we had a question and we really felt appreciated. Susan in finance told us to just get in the car and drive and drive it and we would love it more each time we sat in the seat. She was absolutely right. Everyone was so helpful and we feel we definitely made the right purchase. Looking forward to many happy years with our BMW.

Hello All,I have purchased many cars in my life time. Some through dealers, some through brokers, some via car buying services (USAA). My goal is to have a pleasant experience and also secure the best price for myself. This is my third BMW and I worked with a number of local dealers in the past. In retrospect, I wish I had visited BMW Northwest from the very beginning. BMW NW is a family owned and run business and it has a very different feel from other dealers. No pressure, very friendly, happy to help. Mark Rauschert was very helpful, informative, and provided a great price up front. I had a very pleasant, low pressure, great deal buying experience at BMW Northwest. I will make a point of buying my next BMW from them. I had an excellent experience. Thank you BMW Northwest!

I've been purchasing my new BMWs from Ron for over 12 years. Every time Ron was beyond reproach. I could write a mini novel from our first encounter listing all the good things he's done and how fair and straight forward in our dealings he's been. But this latest episode exceeded even the lofty standards Ron has set over the years. In short, I am in the process of relocating my family back into the country after an overseas assignment, which has created a very challenging situation (tight timelines, rental cars, numerous flights in and out of the country, and no new M3 available, which was my preference). After checking out several other dealerships (and getting reminded how bad the customer service can be) I reached out to Ron and just laid out my problem, my constraints and ideal solution. 3 days later Ron called with a car that fit the bill perfectly - as new M3. Don't know where he found it, but it was perfect. No headaches, no problems - i got to see the car, speak with the technicians, get all the details about it and alleviate all my concerns. The car was ready quicker than promised and the only time I could make it was at 7:30am on Ron's day off. I wasn't going to even ask but it was Ron that insisted that he'll be there to deliver the car when it suits me - and he was. 7:30am, on his day off Ron was waiting at the dealership before most people even showed up for work, with the car ready and all the time and attention he normally doles out. Simply amazing.

Buying a car from Ron Hansen at BMW Northwest was the best buying experience I have ever had. I am 58 and have bought many cars and this experience was the best. I will recommend Ron and this dealership to anyone looking for a great buying experience. I also want to say that Sean in finance was very knowledgeable and made the paperwork a good experience as well. A very professional group.

I came to BMW Northwest after spending time with two other BMW dealers in the state. Hands-down they had the best customer service, were kind, and partnered with me through the entire process. I look forward to continue to give them my business through the years, even if it means driving south from Seattle.

My wife and I have been loyal customers of BMW Northwest since they were located in Lakewood Washington. The staff has always been professional and goes out of their way to make your car buying experience a very positive and extremely fun one. With experienced and customer oriented client advisors like Ron Hansen and Parts Sales Manager James Barlow you cant go wrong. The service Department is top notch and is always there to support you with a breadth of knowledge. The finance Department in my books is considered the best of the best when it comes to getting the paperwork done in a timely manner. Our car buying experience at BMW Northwest has been the most rewarding and is the number one reason why we continue to buy one of the best built cars money can buy from BMW Northwest. Many thanks to you BMW Northwest.

From first talk to driving our car away a few weeks, later Jimmy Barber treated me, but more importantly my wife, with courtesy and respect far above our expectations! He communicated with us daily until he had found the brand new 2014 BMW Z4 that we wanted, at the price I was satisfied with, and then he spent several days getting the car released from a dealer in Hawaii and routed to us. He personally escorted us through the entire process, leaving us only when we were in the hands of their great finanncial manager, who made that process short and painless. No surprises anywhere, no pressure to "add" to the package. Jimmy then personnally guided us through our introduction to our new Z4 and even took a picture of us to post on Facebook. I will purchase another car from this dealer in the future!.

I would definitely give BMW Northwest 5 stars. Bruce helped me purchase my new X1, he was very knowledgeable and helpful when ordering my car. He kept me informed along the way as to when my car would arrive. On delivery day, it was a seamless process, from the finance department to the delivery specialist "Donna" who spent over an hour with me showing me all the features of my new car. Afterwards I received follow up phone calls from both Bruce and Donna to see if I had any further questions. The entire staff at BMW Northwester made us feel very welcomed, and when they say that we are now part of the "BMW family" they were right. I will definitely purchase from them again!

Bmw Northwest has been an awesome experience in car buying. This is our first high end car and are very happy with the 3 series we purchased. The customer service is bar none. The best car buying experience we have ever had. All of the staff have been friendly and helpful, always taking the time to explain or showing how and why something works like it does.

This is our 3rd lease from this dealership; as we thought about reducing our budget we had fully intended to turn in our second leased vehicle and look at less expensive options-a hard thing to consider once you have become accustomed to driving a BMW! The bottom line is that the staff helped us to reach our objective of reducing our monthly outlay for transportation by helping us to find the right fit for us--and still keep on driving "the Ultimate Driving Machine"- we love having the car cared for by the dealership and this one makes it easy to come back again and again, the service has been outstanding and we are treated very well indeed, over and over again!

This dealership is personable and makes purchasing a new automobile a positive experience. Kevin Lambert answered all of my questions and educated me on all the features this vehicle has to offer without exerting "sales pressure". The facility is warm and welcoming and everyone you come in contact are friendly and helpful.

Selecting a new car can be an arduous task and is a big investment. The BMW is a very well engineered vehicle that is well built and lavishly appointed. BMW Northwest made the task of selecting and purchasing a pleasure. Kevin was very pleasant to work with and endured my many questions without even a hint of pressure and Susan explained in detail the financial side of this purchase. I am enjoying driving my new car and BMW Northwest is a dealership that I highly recommend.

We came in to BMW having been a customer and owner at MINI NW next door. So we were aware of the company. (though we had owned an older BMW that had been in service at the BMW Bellevue with less than satisfactory results prior) Looking for a pre-owned certified car we were just finalizing the model we wanted and to start searching for what was available at the time when we came in. We were put in the capable hands of our client advisor, Kevin Lambert (per Brad Davis at MINI) and had nothing short of a perfect experience. Kevin helped us to see what was available based on models that may work for us with the options we were looking for and details that came up in conversation. That day though, little was on the showroom floor that matched our wishes but Kevin looked at his manifests and was able to find one coming in soon that may be worth a look. No pressure, just a possibility to check it out when it arrived. He kept us informed as to its status and when it arrived on the floor a couple days later, we were the first to look it over. Rather quickly, we had negotiated the deal and the car was ours. No pressure and no gimicks. After a fix of a windshield flaw, we picked it up a couple days later. A nice little part of it was that when we came into get it, it was sitting out front and all polished and showcased, quite the treat after buying a car, I must say. Kevin is an easy going advisor, good listener and patient. Wants to connect people with the vehicle that works for them. His demeanor makes the process seamless and luxurious. He stayed as long as needed to get the details ironed out and all the finer points of the new BMW configured to just us (the owner(s). We left with a nearly new BMW, under a great warranty, with the backing of a good dealership both in the sales side and the service side (we were later contacted by service with a nice introduction email stating their part with any help required). We liked our experience over at MINI Northwest and liked ours here at BMW Northwest, both owned by the same owner....figures..they definitely know how to do business. customers first. Period. We love our BMW and would buy another from this dealership and Kevin again specifically, but since we love this one so much it may be awhile. So until then we can only offer a hearty referral to others.

Bruce & BMW NorthWest are outstanding people with an emphasis on helping the customer choose a car that they will be happy with. I have purchased two Z4s from them over the past 5 years and each time the experience was enjoyable, straightforward, and fair. I have nothing but good to say about them and would recommend them (and DO) to anyone I happen across who is in the market for a GOOD car. BTW, I am in no way affiliated with them ... my wife and I are simply happy customers. Regards,Dr. T. Mason

My first BMW 328i. The smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. The salesman (Bruce Lincicome) was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy or assuming in the least bit. When I am car shopping I tend to look for the smoothest experience. No back and forth trying to get the numbers right, no pushy upselling. The finance dept.(Susan Grisson) was swift, to the point, and was genuine in her approach. If I ever buy another car (because I'm that happy with this one) it will be from BMW Northwest.

This is the best car purchase experience I've ever had in my lifetime after buying 8 vehicles, bar none! Ron Hansen is the kind of salesperson who doesn't do pressure sales like most car sales people do. He is very friendly, responsive to calls/emails, great follow up, and just goes at your pace. He took the time to explain to me the features of the car, its controls, and all the advanced settings very extensively! I think he spent 1 1/2 hours or so just to do that. When you get to the Finance Dept to sign papers, all of the 8 dealerships I had gone to purchase a vehicle, pressured me to do upgrades. That was not the case with BMW Northwest. This is not to say that upgrades were not presented. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. Just see Ron and you'll fully understand what I'm talking about here. There aren't enough characters to describe this experience! Great job Ron and keep up the good work. I'm fully confident that people will keep coming to you with the way you sell your cars.

Superb customer service! I've only had to visit a this dealership twice in the last year for service yet Keith knew exactly who I was. Scheduling my service request was a breeze and they were very accommodating to my schedule. They outfitted me with a loaner car and taking the time to make sure I had all of my stuff and was ready to get on my way. They provided the service you expect but rarely see these days.

I contacted Craig Williams at the dealership to talk about possibly leasing a vehicle (X1). Upon actually seeing one in person I knew it was not for me so I went back to the drawing board. Craig discussed other leasing options with me keeping in mind a few requirements I provided him with regard to monthly payments, trade-in for my vehicle and terms. Also specific vehicle requirements (ex AWD). I live in Bremerton so much of our conversations and dealings after my initial visit were done over the phone. Craig was extremely responsive and listened to my needs so our phone calls were very productive. At no time did i feel like he was ignoring me since I was not on the lot. After seeing a 2012 335I xdrive on BMW NW website I wondered if I could negotiate a price that would be attractive enough for me to purchase instead of lease. Since it was a 2012 bought in 2013 Craig was able to negotiate a very attractive offer for me. I drove to the dealership that afternoon and that evening i had the keys to my new car! The negotiation and purchase was very easy and stress free for me. Sean in the Finance area also helped to make my experience pleasant. I will definitely recommend the BMW Northwest dealership and the people I worked with for the purchase of my new BMW!

My wife and I went to this dealership to look at used BMW's, looking spefically for a used 335i convertible. This was the first dealership we visited. All our previous searches had been online throughout the country. As it turned out, they didn't have any used cars of the type for which we were searching. In talking with the salesman, Young Pak, he turned our attention to new vehicles of that type, which they did have. Furthermore, he explained to us the various options for owning one - purchase, lease, etc.. He was cordial, informative, helpful and low-key. Consequently, we left that day with a brand new, 2013 BMW 335i convertible. During the course of completing the agreement we dealt with a number of other people at the dealership. They too were very cordial and helpful. All in all, we had a great experience with BMW Northwest and would highly recommend them if you are looking for a BMW.

Over the years I have bought four cars from BMW Northwest (new and used) and have faithfully used their service department to keep my cars in excellent condition. Without exception, I have been treated as a valued customer by both the sales and service staff, and my cars have been maintained in top notch condition. The staff is knowledgable, respectful, and friendly, the service technicians are thorough and professional, and the facility is always clean and welcoming. I have recommended BMW Northwest to others and will continue to do so.

Wow!! By far the BEST car buying experience EveR! Ron made you feel comfortable right off the bat and was truly there to listen to your needs and wants. I got to sell my previous X5 ( in which they did for me... with a small fee)and customize my NEW 2013 X5d. I'm absolutely astonished with the communication throughout the whole waiting period in keeping me up to date and answering my eagerly emails to see where my new baby was at and when it was going to arrive at the dealership. Ron was not your typical salesman by NO means.. He truly is kind, caring and makes sure you know EVERY little detail about your car before you leave him and the lot. He even presented me with a little award to congratulate on my new purchase. I highly recommend Ron Hansen from Fife BMW.

OUTSTANDING! I went to BMW Northwest to see and test-drive either a used 2010 BMW 5 series or a 2008 Mercedes-Benz E550 that they had on the lot. I came prepared to buy, BUT only if everything felt right. In my experience buying cars, I am usually put off by something about the dealership, the salesmen, their sales tactics or the appearance of the showroom. (I'm pretty nit-picky about minor stuff, being a military surgeon. Yes, I actually look for high dust on picture frames in a lobby!) First off: I am always gun-shy about getting out of my car to look at cars on a lot because the salesmen usually swoop in like starving vultures and start pressuring you with statements like, Whats it gonna take to get you into one of these babys TODAY?! Even though I was dreading the worst, this experience, with Ron has changed my perception forever. Ron Hansen greeted both my wife and I very professionally and was a true gentleman from the second we met him. He offered to show us anything on the lot that wanted, and he didn't try to pressure us or steer us to a new or used BMW. He was a straight talker and very helpful in showing us the comparison between the BMW 5 series and the Mercedes-Benz E550 that I was eyeing. His knowledge-base about the whole BMW line is astounding, even knowing all of the different engine types and outputs and when the revisions are made. He made us feel like family and even called the day after to check up on me and make sure we were satisfied with our purchase (I got the E550). The BMW Northwest lobby/customer service area is impeccably clean and offers a variety of food and drink items to keep your stomach from growling while you look at cars. If you want to buy a new or used BMW, or if you want to buy one of the other makes of used cars they have on the lot, insist on talking to Ron. Working with him will put your mind at ease as well as change your perception of the buying process as a positive experience. What a fantastic experience!

I purchased a CPO BMW 528i over Thanksgiving weekend 2011. Like any used car, there are possibilities of problems. I have had my car serviced a couple of times for warranty issues. Both times, the service managers/department have been really helpful. I was able to get service times that worked for my schedule, I was also able to get a loaner while they worked on my car. My recent experience this past June 2012. A simple request to fix my headlamp turned into a full blown maintenance work up. No problem because it saved me the time to come back in a couple of months.

While stationed in Bahrain my husband bought our new 535i through military sales and had it shipped to Tacoma with just 15 miles on it. The GPS was not installed overseas and a code was not provided. BMW at Fife, WA helped us work with BMW North America to secure a code and install the GPS software. This was not an easy process, and BMW Fife stuck by our side. We were supplied with a loaner car of the same caliber as our own car hassle and cost free. When our car was ready, Ron Hansen patiently walked me through all the "bells and whistles" of our car. I am pleased with the service, courtesy, and professionalism at BMW of Fife; enough to continue driving the hour it takes to travel to this dealership/service center.

I always look forward to my service at BMW Northwest. It is a class dealership! They have a beautiful showroom and waiting area. Most important though are the people that work there. The quality of service performed on my 2012 BMW 128i coupe and two previous BMW's has been exceptional! The service advisers are outstanding! The service adviser I have dealt with most is Rich Knoll. This was the fourth BMW that my wife and I purchase from BMW Northwest. I contacted the dealership online on Sunday and Mark Rauschert quickly sent a reply on his day off. I met with Mark the next day after work and drove off with a Certified Pre-Owned Z4 that evening. The entire experience was painless and the Z4 is amazing. Mark followed up on the sale to ensure that all was well, as did others at BMW. I highly recommend BMW Northwest for those who want excellent customer service, superb inventory and overall experience that makes you feel special!

I recently brought my 2011 X3 in for a detailing. Without prompting, it was pointed out to me that there was a minor recall that had not yet been released regarding a switch inside one of the doors. I was provided a loaner car, and returned the next day to pick up my sparkling, looking-like-new vehicle. The minor part replacement had also been done. I have purchased many cars in my 65 years, and this is my third BMW. I have never been treated as well by the service department staff at any other dealership. They really go out of their way to make you aware that they genuinely value your business as well as their relationship with each of their customers.

We purchased our Certified Preowned S-Drive 3.5 Z-4 from Kevin Lambert approximately one month ago. This is the 6th BMW we have purchased, the first from BMW Northwest and Kevin. The experience was wonderful, from the first test-drive to the day of purchase. We were made to feel like family, all of our questions were answered completely and honestly, and we feel that we have a friendship as well as a business relationship. Our initial service experience (installation of a rock-chip shield) was just as enjoyable--check-in fast and efficient, including provision of the loan-car for the day. We were very satisfied with the work. My wife and I feel good about our decision to work with BMW Northwest and will recommend the dealership and Kevin Lambert to anyone contemplating purchase of a BMW. This was our first BMW purchase. It took us a few visits to determine this was the vehicle for us. Our client advisor, Ron Hansen, met with us each time, answering questions, showing us options, test drives, etc. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. When it came time for the sale, the negotiation was the smoothest transaction we have had when purchasing a vehicle. Ron provided everything we asked for and offered a fair price. On delivery day, Ron methodically went over every function in the vehicle. Clearly explaining how everything worked. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be sharing our experience with others.

We purchased our first BMW in 1999 from BMW Northwest through Ron Hansen. We have always made it a point to see Ron Hansen first when considering another vehicle purchase. Since then, we have purchased three BMWs from Ron, with our most recent purchase of a 2012 328i Sport. With every purchase experience, Ron has been outstanding to work withabsolutely no pressure, listens to our concerns, very knowledgeable, proves to be trustworthy, and personalizes the purchase experience. We also want to give kudos to Susan Grissom as well. Both she and Ron are diligent in following through with service after the sale! Susan was prompt to follow up with phone calls and e-mails concerning extended warranty questions we had. Ron promptly contacted us within a day or two after our purchase to ensure we were happy with the car and to address any additional questions we had. Ron has even checked in with us several times since! As always, Ron is the consummate professional and is a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend BMW Northwest!

My wife and I were in the market for an SUV with a third row seat and I came across several local listings for Jeep Commanders, but in the end our local dealers in the DC metro area were unwilling to provide a price over the phone and insisted that we come in person to get the "real price."Instead of wasting my time in a protracted kabuki dance with the local dealers, I went to the Internet and located the newest and lowest mileage Commander in the country, which happened to be at BMW Northwest. I called an talked to Ron Hansen who informed me that the car was being held and that he would find out if it was available. Fortune favors the bold and at times the lucky, and the deal fell through and the Jeep still available. I made an offer and BMW Northwest met us halfway, and with that we had a Jeep... but it was 2700 miles away. Not a problem. I asked Ron for the names/contact info of transport companies BMW Northwest used/trusted and inside of 2-hours Ron initiated contact and the Jeep was set-up for delivery. The day the Jeep went out Ron had a few photos taken and personally saw to it that the Commander was loaded and on its way.Ron kept us apprised of every detail throughout the transaction and the story ends with our family having a vehicle that is better than advertised and the good fortune of dealing with a great company and a terrific salesman! Ron Hansen and BMW Northwest are class acts and dealt honestly with me and set the standard for great customer service.

The dealership has much going for it...nice clean facility and staff, service support and knowledge of the staff is excellent. Work is done to the highest standards and we are kept informed about what problems or issues were found and options to resolve are presented with focus on long term solutions and also the cost of options is presented. Cost of part & service is expensive...however you get what you pay for and the expected life of the cars is exceptionally long. Our experience with the sales staff has been very good and the finance manager is wonderful and most helpful. Rich and Keith in the service dept are the folks we know, trust, and look to for help with repairs and service.

My wife and I have been customers of BMW Northwest since our first purchase in 1987. We have had the opportunity and privilege of working with several sales staff members, as well as several service and parts staff. Over the years we have seen changes in the auto industry as well as changes at the dealership in personel, decor, and even location. One thing that hasn't changed is the cordial yet profesional experience we've always had whether it be puchasing, repairing, buying parts, or just simply answering a question. This goes hand in hand with the quality of the BMW line. This dealership completes the experience of driving an awesome automobile.

I was looking for a very specific vehicle....a low mileage e46 coupe with manual transmission. I found that exact well optioned vehicle on BMW Northwest's lot. There was one small issue - I live in New Jersey. Mark Rauschert, answered all my questions regarding how out of state sales and shipping are handled. Price negotiation was painless and the selling price was fair. Susan Grissom had me financed within the day and followed up with a personal phone call. After overnighting paperwork in both directions which needed signature my new car was prepped and ready to be shipped east. My particular sale was complicated than most but the BMW Northwest staff I worked with handled the entire transaction promptly and efficiently. It was a great experience!

My first purchase of a BMW was in 2003 from BMW Northwest - I purchased a 530i and both my wife and I loved this car - I traded the BMW in on a 2010 Jeep Commander - While the Jeep Commander was a good vehicle it was not a BMW. Without actually expecting to purchase a new car my wife and I decided to visit BMW Northwest. We were greeted at the door by a professional staff member and invited into the show room floor. We were then introduced to James Lee.We told James we were just looking . . . he did not pressure us into a sale and was professional in every sense of the word. I had a couple of questions about a 2012, 535i. Three hours later I drove my new 535i home (It is a super vehicle).I was impressed by James Lee's product knowledge, professionalism and pleasing personality. From the Staff Member greeting us at the door to the final contract signing we we treated like royalty. Over the last 50 years of purchasing cars and trucks, BMW Northwest has been by far my best experience. Thanks to BMW Northwest and James Lee I am back in the BMW family.

I had an awesome experience purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. Then a light came on, and who would ever guess you would have an even better experience in the service department! When my car was done being serviced, I went to pick it up! Right when I walked in the gentleman addressed me by name! Great experience!!!!

BMW Northwest and, specifically, Sandra DeWan were a pleasure to work with during the purchase of our new 328i x-Drive. We have purchased many vehicles but this was by far the most enjoyable. We spent a great deal of time with Sandra going over the vehicle and it's options. Sandra made us feel as if we are her number one priority. We highly recommend BMW Northwest and Sandra DeWan to anyone looking to purchase a BMW. We will definitely be back to buy our X3.

I live a mile from BMW Seattle but I decide to take my car into BMW northwest for service. I feel the level of customer service and good old' fashioned friendliness is definitely a step above any other BMW center in the puget sound area. When I had a headlight out BMW Seattle said make an appointment and when I called BMW nw they said come on in no appointment necessary, offered an oil change, washed & cleaned the interior and all in less time than they quoted! Also when I was looking for a new BMW Sean Hamlin was the best! Very friendly and not only offered to order me a car without a deposit but also looked for the perfect car for me from any BMW dealer in the whole USA! Rather than wait for a factory order! This is something that BMW Seattle and BMW Bellevue will never do for their customers. I will only purchase my future BMW's from family owned BMW northwest in Tacoma wa

I had an excellent experience with this dealership. I ordered my new 2012 BMW X3. It arrived much earlier than expected and exactly as I ordered it. This was the first car I have ordered and my very first BMW. I have purchased 16 cars throughout my life from various dealers across the country and I found BMW Northwest to be the easiest and hassle free dealer I have ever experienced. It truly was the best car purchase I have ever experienced!Michael AckermanLacey, Washington

Bruce and Susan were very helpful and completely professional. Any questions I had were quickly answered and all the services I required were provided. There was never any pressure placed upon me. I was made to feel that they were genuinely concerned about my needs and satisfaction. I will continue to do business with BMW NW because of the attention paid to me by Bruce and Susan.

My wife and I drove from Arlington, Washington to BMW Northwest look at a car which was advertised on the internet. We were met by Joel Bowlin, who took the time to show us this auto, as well as others. Joel was great. Not a pressure sales at all. We were allowed to take the vehicle out on a good test drive while Joel stayed back at the dealership. We were both pleased with our experience and the professionalism Joel dispalyed during our brief visit. We purchased the vehicle and made the trip home in our new 335xi. When service became due, we once again decided to make the trip back to Tacoma, where we had purchased the vehicle. Here we were met by Keith Vanwinkle, service advisor, who got our vehicle in the shop almost immediately and also arranged for a loaner car. We decided to go out for breakfast while our car was being serviced. Keith actaully called us prior to his completetion estimate to let un know our car was ready to go. We were both impressed with our visit to the dealer, not only for the initial purchase but also for the fine service provided after the purchase. BTW: We love the car!

I have been the proud owner of two BMW's. I had a 2003 X5 and am currently leasing the 2011 335d. 1st of all, I can't say enough about the quality of salesmanship. My sales advisor Gary Edinborough, worked with me on both. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. When I bought the X5, I knew exactly what I wanted. I called and spoke with Gary, and relayed my wants and needs to him over the phone. We then made an appt. for me to come in, as he had a couple on the lot that he thought would be perfect for me. Sure enough, the second one I test drove, I ended up driving off the lot that night. When I needed a fuel efficient car, I called Gary and at that point I didn't know what I wanted, just that I was looking for fuel efficiency. Again, we made an appt. for me to come in and test drive some cars. The very 1st car was the 335d. I was very impressed, not only with the car, but how Gary was able to put me in something that filled both my wants and needs. I am also very impressed with the service dept. Very friendly, very fast and everything is done when they say it will be done. I will be a life long NW BMW patron.

Great service and very friendly people. They made leasing my first BMW a good experience. If all goes well with this car, I'll definitely be back there for another one in the future. Very responsive folks. I hope their service departement is just as friendly and helpful.

BMW Northwest performed an exceptional job servicing my 2011 Z4. They got me in on the date I requested which was greatly helpful. Because I had to leave my car, they provided a courtesy drop off back to my home, so I can jump in my other BMW. The service rep I dealt with, Keith, was exceptional. He's extremely courteous and friendly and kept me informed of every detail with my car. They even cleaned my car for me...man did they do an excellent job servicing my car and making her look clean and sexy! I had a great experience at this dealership and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their Beamer maintained!!

I went into the Fife BMW dealership where I bought my new car to get my oil changed for the first time. Oscar was the associate who greeted me and took care of me. He was fast and friendly. I told him that this was my first time in the service department and he explained everything to me as we went along. When my car was ready faster than promised he walked me out to my car and opened my door for me. I have always dreaded getting the service done on my previous car but not any more. The free snacks and coffee with cozy chairs and tv made it really easy to enjoy. The fee car wash and vaccuum was nice also. I will be back for sure!

Incredible service, very client oriented. Living over an hour away from the dealership they made it very painless experience. I was in and out of the dealership in about 15 minutes with a great loaner car. I had email and phone call reminders about the appointment then the same with information about the service they were doing on the car. Oscar in the service department was wonderful and very accomadating with my schedule. Being the manager of a large real estate brokerage which focuses on client relationships I value it when I see in in another industry, especially the car industry.

Our salesperson, Sandra, was friendly, knowledgable and made our buying experience a pleasure. She listened to what we wanted in a car and actually "upsold" us from a 528 to a 535 because the 535 was really the car for us. We have done business with BMW Northwest in the past and have been very happy, especially with the service provided by John Noyse, Service Manager. John goes beyond the norm to provide exemplary customer service. He is one of the reasons we chose to do business with this dealership again.

Every visit to BMW Northwest I am treated as though I am the only BMW Owner in the shop. Not only did they go over what servicing was coming up, I received helpful information regarding purchasing the Nav update for my BMW. The Service Rep highly suggested I save my money on a purchase that was necessary for my BMW. I purchased my BMW while in Germany and never thought I would find another BMW Dealer that could beat the customer service I received, until I went to BMW Northwest. I am going to miss my visits to BMW Northwest when I move to the DC this spring.

I have dealt with BMW Northwest for going on 10 years, and the experience and customer service are great. From the initial purchase, to every detail in the service department this dealer provides top notch service. I have recommended friends to the dealership as well and the feedback is the same. Ron Hansen is a stand out for the customer service he provides, from the beginning of the sale all the way through the follow up.

We have used this dealership for many years (20yrs) and have had three BMW's in that period. We started with a 530i and stepped up to a 540i and this summer a 550i. We have enjoyed every car we've owned and have appreciated the service provided by BMW Fife. They have gone out of their way to make our visits convenient and always update me by phone as to how the service is going. Our new 550i is a phenomenal vehicle and with the sport and performance packages just a thrill to drive. I always enjoy the folks at BMW Fife as there is always a friendly banter going on while serious work is being accomplished.

I've been a loyal BMW Northwest of Fife client for years. Wanting to upgrade my BMW, my husband & I decided to go to the dealership to take a look around. We were warmly greeted by Client Advisers James Lee and Harvey Weybrew. We test drove several cars and I found my match!! James and Harvey were such a pleasure to do business with. They were knowledgeable and courteous and answered all my questions in a straightforward, professional manner without the often seen "pushy" or condensending approach. All the staff at BMW Northwest were a pleasure to deal with, and as a result of this buying experience, I will continue to be a loyal customer of this dealership.

We own two BMW's and had the opportunity to experience the customer serivice and professionalism that was represented by two other BMW dealerships in Alaska and Spokane. BMW Northwest Fife is superior to the other two dealerships, in customer service and professionalism. The waiting room is very comfortable and promotes a first class experience. The employees of the service department work very hard to meet the needs of the customer. We were very satisfied with the sales staff as well and will continue to do business with BMW at the Fife location.

I came into the dealership looking to get rid of a 2008 650i convertiable that I keep at my house in California. I spoke with Gary and told him I wasn't interested in a new 650 and he said let's just sit in one so I did he was so thourough with all of the new options and how great the redisn was that I had to test drive one. After that I was sold. I told Gary what my needed to aclomish a transaction and he introduced me to Allen who put the deal together that included delivering and picking up my car in California. These guys are great to work with they made this the easiest deal I have ever done. I highly recomend the Dealership and especially Gary and Allen. Thanks BMW Northwest!!

My husband and I recently retired and were discussing the idea of scaling back to one vehicle. I previously owned a 2006 BMW 330i and my husband had a 2005 Ford Ranger so we wanted the comfort of a car but convenience of a truck in one vehicle. So while my 330i was in for a service call we wondered out onto the show room floor and checked out the 2012 BMW X3. James Lee the sales associate greeted us and asked if he could help answer any questions for us and if we were interested in taking the X3 for a test drive. That was the first time I had the pleasure of driving a car off the show room floor for a test drive. The new 2012 BMW X3xDrive28i was a joy to drive. James explained all of the features the X3 had to offer and then some. We wanted quality engineering, style, comfort, flexiblity, price, and a good service maintenance plan. The X3 met all the criteria that we were looking for in a luxury vehicle. After the test drive we were sold. We were directed to the finace director to complete the paper work and final purchase. All in all everything was taken care of with ease. The BMW Northwest has a very friendly and professional staff. From the service associate, sales associate to finace director they all met our expectations with the purchase of our new luxury 2012 BMX X3xDrive28i. I am sure we will be long time customers. I asked BMW Northwest to address a problem with the driver's door latch on our 2006 325 convertible. Shortly after we purchased this car, we had a similar concern that was covered under warranty. I feared that (1) the original problem had returned and (2) that the solution would be expensive. I was pleasantly surprised! BMW Northwest technicians serviced the latch and restored complete function--with no charge. The only cost associated with the visit was replacement of windshield wipers. Both Keith and Jay were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. It is clear that they are both sincerely committed to an exceptional customer experience. When one buys a luxury automobile, one sets the bar for dealer service a notch or two above the average. On this latest visit for service, BMW Northwest exceeded my expectations. I remain a loyal BMW client, thank to my continuing experiences at BMW Northwest.

After driving my previous X5 for 11 years 125000 miles, I decided to sell it and purchase a brand new X5. I did extensive work finding out the color I want, the options I want, the upholstery I want, everything down to option codes. I prepared my shopping list (vehicle code, option code, colors, etc) and went shopping to dealerships in my area. first BMW of Bellevue which I would rate 0/5 then to BMW of Seattle which I would rate 2/5. The reason I did not order the vehicle from either one of these dealerships is not the financial reasons. It is because the way I was treated by the sales advisors and the sales managers. On a special note, I believe BMW of Bellevue should not be selling BMW's they are truly damaging BMW brand. I am saying this as a person who was involved in purchasing 12 BMW's in various states. When My wife and I first walked through the doors for our first appointment, Ron Hansen was waiting for us at the front desk. He greeted us with a big smile and offered us a hot beverages. He took time to learn our names (with correct pronunciation). Then we sat down to discuss business. I gave him my shopping list. He said he has a car ready for me to test drive I accepted the test drive offer. He asked me which radio station I want listen during test drive, and went outside to pull a X5 to the entrance of the dealership. When we met him at the test drive vehicle the seats were warmed already, smooth jazz station I wanted was tuned everything was perfect. Ron gave us an short overview of the vehicle and gave us some test route suggestions, and waved us a good bye. As I mentioned above, before the test drive I had given him a list of options and the specifications I want. He did his homework while we were test driving the vehicle. When we came back he was already done figuring out the price, the build week etc. With the right amount of negotiating we agreed on the price and he accommodated all our special requests. The whole thing took less than an hour. My vehicle arrived in 3.5 weeks after ordering. I would have given him 9/10 points for all these. The reason I am giving 10/10 is because of the delivery experience. Here is the story: After we came back to dealer to pick up our vehicle we were treated like royalty. The x5 was presented to us like an piece of art cordoned-off waiting for us in front of the dealership. They even prepared a certificate to commemorate the day. The presentation of the vehicle was superb. The certificate had my name and my wife's name on it. Very classy and very considerate move on Ron's Part to include both of our names in the certificate. We sat down to do the paperwork which took about 1 hour. All paper work was readied beforehand and there were no hidden fees. No one pressured us to buy extra warranties or any of those things they try sell you at the last minute. A simple no thank you was enough, they did not insist on selling us anything we didnt want. I paid for the X5, and the deal was done. 99% of the sales advisors would be done with the client at this point. But, Ron took 1 hour of his time and showed us every detail of the vehicle we purchased. From navigation to HDC from PDC to engine compartment. Ron Hansen is the greatest salesman I met and perhaps he should become an instructor and pass his skills to other sales advisors. Oh I almost forgot we also got a certificate for steak dinner from the dealership as a thank you gift. I believe Ron Hansen deserves 11 points out of 10.

This was our first time at BMW Northwest and it was AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE. MARK was simply the best. He was very straightforward in dealing and helped us along every step of the buying process. Mark also sincerely took interest in understanding our needs. It felt good to communicate with someone who understood his buyer well. We own three BMW's and recently moved to Gig Harbor, WA. My wife's X5 needed service. We were leaving town with an early flight and wanted to drop the vehicle off on the way to the airport. We dropped the car off on Friday and picked up on Monday. My wife was thrilled to see her nice clean SAV and I was glad it had been waxed, polished, etc. and was good to go at 7:00 a.m. when needed. I recently purchased a 2012 X5d from Northwest BMW and although I never bother to write reviews for companies I felt compelled to post my high regard for the buying experience. After a year long Internet search for both the right car and the right dealership I settled on the X5 from Northwest and have not been disappointed with my decision. My dealings with Mark Rauschert have from the beginning been honest and straightforward and he saved us both a great deal of time and aggravation in the negotiation process by giving me the best price and right advice up front. His follow up after the sale has been exemplary and designed to foster long lasting relationships. As a result I am currently in the process of referring a client of mine to purchase his next vehicle from Northwest and Mark with complete confidence that he will be treated equally well.David nakanishi

Our new X3 was the fourth BMW purchased from BMWNW, all have been great experiences. Ron Hanson sold two of those cars, so naturally we went back to him. Ron is like family to us, smart, caring and very knowledgable about the cars he sells. He's also a fun guy, good follow up and tried his best to teach me how to us the iDrive. I still have a problem trying to find how to input a location in the navigation.Would I recommend BMWNW to my friends, YES!

This is the first BMW that I have owned and this appointment in December was my second service appointment. My car is still on warranty so I have no information about pricing. My first service appointment here was not good and I was reluctant to return. However, the location was so convenient, that I decided to try again. This appointment was great. My Service Advisor was Rich Knoll and he answered every question I had plus provided additional information. I have found it difficult to understand how to operate some features on the car and the manuals are not that clear, in my opinion. Rich went over what service was done, what was required in the future and went out to my car with me to show me how to understand the computer system in the car. Most important, he did not make me feel like an idiot.

I would imagine shoppers for performance cars are already a motivated group - but I was even more excited about the product, the maintentance plans, and the dealership AFTER speaking with Shawn. Our entire experience with BMW Northwest was outstandingly rewarding. From the beginning the BMW was at the top of our list, as we had owned a BMW Bavaria in the early 1970s. Upon our arrival Bruce Lincicome greeted us, answered our questions, and gave us a test drive in a 328xi, since we believed an all wheel drive vehicle is essential (we live in Northwest Montana in a rural mountain location. However, we felt we owed it to ourselves before making our final decision to drive other similar cars just in case another make was clearly better than the BMW. We looked at four other European and Japanese brands, but for us the BMW ended up confirmed as the absolute best choice. At no time during this process did Bruce, or anyone else at BMW NW attempt to discourage us from making comparisons. After making the decision, Bruce helped us order our BMW just as we wanted from Germany. It was exciting to log onto the BMW website and track our car as it went through the assembly process, was put onto a ship, arrived at the California port, and ultimately was delivered to Tacoma. The delivery process was delightful as Bruce explained the various features (they are very many) and got us on the road. All in all, our experience with BMW Northwest was the most satisfying in the 50 years of purchasing new cars.

The BMW Northwest crew is fantastic in helping me set up appointments, confirming appointments, and even following up after service to my vehicle. I usually just wait at the store while my vehicle is being serviced: nice lounge with drinks and snacks but the best part for me is that I can continue to work via remote access because of the free wifi service. The staff are so gracious enough to let me use one of the desks to set up my laptop. After servicing, my car also looks great from the wash and cleaning. Thank you BMW Northwest!

My parents first purchased their BMW from BMW Northwest in the 1980s, they were always going on and on about the service they received. Since this was one of my only exposures to car dealers, I had no clue that it was rare to receive this type of treatment. Fast forward to 2009 when I was in the market for a new car. I went to BMW Northwest and quickly learned that the service level had not changed. The purchase experience was fantastic with no pressure and a lot of good information. I still have had no surprises since I purchased the car. I have owned my BMW for over 2 years. In that time, I have exclusively had it serviced at BMW Northwest. I have been extremely impressed with the service level that I have received. No matter who I work with at BMW Northwest, they are all professional, courtsey and honest. They make the entire service experience easy and painfree.

I wanted a hard to find 2008 BMW 335xi Coupe and Sandra helped me get one.I contacted Sandra about the car late in the evening so it went to voice mail, she called me back within the hour even though it was after office hours. I asked her some questions about the listing and asked if she could get me some pictures of the car as they were not in the listing. She said they didn't have any yet but she immediately went to work for me to get them, she was willing and able and had a good attitude about it.After receiving the pictures the next day, I did my research and planned out an offer. This was a little difficult as I live about 1.5 hours away from the dealership and I did not want to waste a trip down there to simply turn around with rejection. So I laid out my offer for the car minus my trade-in sigh unseen. I knew ahead of time that we would obviously have to look at the cars for final pricing but using all the stats of a car you can usually get a general price for a vehicle. They were willing to play with in my negotiations and we came to a close enough number where it would be worthwhile to go see the car. When I got down the experience got even better, Sandra was very knowledgeable about BMW's and this being my first, I was not. She showed me everything I needed to know. The car was beautiful and exactly as listed and expected. Everyone there was friendly and asked if I needed anything. When I got down there I had a second offer ready for them (mainly having to do with my trade-in...) and they accepted it.In the end of a car buying experience all I really want is to come out of it feeling like I'm ahead and I feel just that thanks to Sandra. Go buy a car from her you'll see what I am talking about.p.s. Susan the lady who did all my paperwork was a blast to work with as well. Be ready for her, she has so much energy!! : )Pro's:1. Friendly "work for you" employees2. I genuinely feel like they are trying to make me feel happy about my purchase3. I did not get nickel and dimed.4. No one pushed anything on me5. I was completely transparent with them and they were with me6. They took care of everything for me, I just answered some questions and signed some papers. Very easy process.Cons:1. None, it was a wonderful first BMW buying experienceI will be back in a few years to upgrade. I hope both Sandra and Susan are still working there when I do.

I have purchased 2 BMWs at this dealership prior to Leasing the New 2011 328i. I have always found the personnel working at this dealership to be very courteous and knowledgeable as well as the service techs when work was required. This time Mark took extra time to help us understand leasing and if it would be a good way for us to go. We also appreciated the professional attitudes from the sales staff to the financing person. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a BMW

Flawless handling of my European delivery. Competent and professional in every way. He kept me informed along the way and, when I could not take delivery at the original time, made the necessary changes right away. The car is on the way here from Germany, and the process could not have been smoother.

What a great place to do business. I live in Seattle but have driver to Fife for service on my last three BMW's. I brought in my 328 recently for service and was thinking of upgrading. I talked to Ron who took time out of a very busy day to help me. I thought about it all the way home and called Ron and asked what he could do for me on a 335XI. Within 30 minutes He came back with a offer I couldn't refuse. I needed to do the deal the next day, even though it was Rons day off he came in and did the deal for me. He spent over an hour going over every function of my car till I was completely satisfied. I love this car it is simply amazing. If there is any problems Ron says call me; I will fix it. I have dealt with other dealers out of expendiency, but none come close to all the folks at BMW of Fife.

BMW Northwest is a first class dealership. Quality rings through the dealership- professional sales people, service advisors, parts department and BMW technicians.I have purchased or leased 4 BMW's from BMW Northwest, the latest a 2012 128i coupe. I feel that the quality service and expertise offered by BMW Northwest service advisors are why I have been a repeat customer. Most of my contact the last four years has been with Rich Knoll. He is a true professional and represents BMW Northwest with high standards. Rich dresses as a professional, is knowledgable, makes and maintains eye contact, listens extremely well, and is client-friendly. Rich seems to have a sincere interest in customer needs. It is obvious Rich is a people person! I'm sure BMW Northwest has a mission and philosophy toward serving its customers, and it is obvious Rich understands that mission, not just intellectually, but with his actions.

For last 2 years I have my 2006 BMW 525i serviced at BMW of Fife. Very friendly people, they provide clear explantions of the service or repair. Ones my vehicle had to be there for more then 3 hrs, right on the front I been informed about and offered to have a loan car free of charge. So I was able to do my other business for rest of the afternoon! Thanks BMW for great customer service, by the way-very good car cleaning srvice, and of course, for a beautifull vehicle what I own!

I purchased my first BMW and the experience there was far above my expectations. I went to BMW Northwest first, but chose to hold off on the purchase and shop other dealers for a couple of days. I felt the most comfortable with Gary and BMW Northwest, the condition of their used cars were simply better as well. My salesperson did a fine job of showing me the features of my new car and making sure I was comfortable with it before I left. He also sent me an email that nite to make sure things were going well. When I get my next BMW, this is where I will go.

New 2011 328 MSport coupe first service; very accomodating to my schedule, very efficient and friendly. My rating is also based upon prior service over five years for my previous car, a 2000 328i sedan. This car had 175,000 miles on the odometer and needed lots of "wear" maintenance. I was always advised of the conditions needing attention along with advice about how critical each item was. I appreciated being informed of complex mechanical issues without pressure or judgement. I will always be a customer of BMW Northwest both for the love of the brand and the way I am treated each time I need service.

My experience at BMW NW was not only a pleasure. My sales rep. Chris Busch and my service rep. Oscar are both very knowledgeable about the product and passionate about their jobs. I will keep taking my BMW to them with all my service needs. When I need another car I will most defiantly buy it from them. They have earned my business for life with their outstanding service and followup.

I have had nothing but great service and sales experiences over the course of six years. I have dealt with both sales and service, starting with bringing in for service my wife's used BMW purchased elsewhere. I then bought a BMW at the dealership in 2005, followed by replacing my wife's 6 year old BMW with a leased one in 2010. During this time I have had BMW Northwest provide the service for all three cars, so have interacted with all the service managers, who are very friendly and provide understandable and clear explanations of the service or repair. I have waited for my service to be performed, used their shuttle, or gotten a loaner car, depending on the estimated length of service and my schedule at work. Most of the service has been routine maintenance covered by warranty, but I have had other work done on my one car out of warranty for the last three years. Regarding quality of work - I have never had to come back on a repair. I have never had a bad service experience at BMW Northwest, while experiencing poor service for my other cars at both dealers and supposed foreign car expert repair shops. That's why I feel the price for service is worth it, as I have peace of mind on the repair and because of my busy work schedule, I really don't want to come back twice for the same repair. In my job in a mid-size company I am responsible for customer service, so I am always thinking about what it takes to achieve customer satisfaction. Based on my experiences I feel that BMW Northwest is doing everything right for the customer.

When you drive the ultimate driving machine, you want to make sure that you have the ultimate purchase experience, too. We found this at BMW Northwest. We are driving our third BMW so have had some experience at BMW NW. Our client advisor, Kevin Lambert, really knows his BMWs. He has saved us valuable time by being a good listener, asking questions, researching and coming up with a selection of vehicles that would make the perfect fit. He also makes sure that you are comfortable in your new BMW by making sure all the settings are set before you drive off the lot, including syncing your cell phone for you. We cannot park our new BMW (Vermilion Red)anywhere without people stopping us and telling us such things as, "You are driving my dream car." "What a beautiful car!" Thanks BMW NW for helping us to find the perfect fit and to make the process such a pleasure.Jay and Flora Jackson

I have been a BMW customer for about 10 years. The reason I continue to own (lease)a BMW besides the quality and dependability it offers, is simply that I cannot imagine doing business at any other dealership. The BMW Dealerships make the whole process of buying(leasing) a car a positive experience -- and that continues long after the purchase is made. The client advisors and employees I have dealt withhave all been professional, personable, and passionate. The Service Department is always cheerful, helpful, and professional as well -- that is very important to me,maybe because I am a woman! The closeness of this team was obvious when I visited and found out my client advisorhad passed away the week before -- his family was actually in his space collectinghis belongings -- I knew something was wrong but their professionalism remained. The Manager came right over to me and made me very comfortable -- it was all very genuine -but we got down to business and then freely were able to speak of "Dennis" --all with watery eyes. This must have been a difficult task for them -- introducing me to a new advisor and hoping I would adapt -- I did, and 6 weeks later drove off with my new car -- Dennis was watching.Thank you,Pamela Hetland

I've been servicing my BMWs at BMW NW exclusively since 1989. The staff could not be more friendly, professional, respectful, sensitive, and value-driven. I know I've SAVED money over the years due to the expertise and efficiency of the staff, the state-of-the-art tools and the honesty in dealing with warranties.

Outstanding service with friendly staff and a nice waiting area. Courtesy transportation was available but not needed by myself as the work was done promptly (despite my being a little late for my appointment). The car always looks better when I receive it after the service because they always give it a good cleaning as part of the service call. I appreciate that.Regards,Otto

Dave Quinn who is a service advisor I was recommended by a colleague from work made the experience so outstanding I would buy my next BMW from him (if he is allowed to help me with my next purchase)! Before I talked to him it was difficult to schedule an appointment for my car during a time that worked around my work schedule. I was shocked when he made a point in accomodating my schedule and getting me in right away, too. Thanks!

I live in Seattle. I became convinced that I simply could not afford the new X3 35i that my wife and I wanted. My experience with the local BMW dealer was frustrating and fruitless. My fallback was going to be a Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar vehicle. As a last ditch effort, I called BMW Northwest, in the Tacoma area. I asked for the Internet Manager, and spoke to Mark Rauschert. I told him I wanted a no-nonsense deal. He convinced me that the drive to his location would be worth the effort. We made a deal in less than half an hour. We traded two vehicles in on our X3 35i. The overall deal we got, with the trades, was $10,000 better than the best deal we were offered in Seattle. UNREAL. Well worth the 30 mile drive.

As always BMW Northwest exceeded my expectations. We have bought 4 BMW's from these guys and every one has been a fun experience. The cars are great but it is the follow-up service that keeps us coming back. I use them for all our service needs, oil changes to new tires. If you have a quick (one hour or so) service need their showroom/waiting area is stocked with food, drink, TV, wi-fi and better than being at the office. We are looking forward to buying our next BMW from BMW Northwest.

Customer service (that's you Sandra!), quality of product, responsiveness, price, attitude, delivering promises, and adding value are all magnificant qualities of BMW Northwest! I have been doing business with BMW Northwest for 25 years. They are friendly, reliable, and honest. I know I can rely on them to keep track of my car's needs so I don't have to. And I have learned I can trust them to do only what is needed, not add things on as was my experience with other companies. They treat me with respect and never talk down to me. They also have a great waiting area that makes me feel as comfortable as if I were at home.

These guys know professionalism. I've been utilizing their service department since I purchased my BMW just about two years ago. Each time I walk in they greet me by name, I never have to wait to be seen and there's always a feeling that my issues are the most important to them. I should point out that I didn't buy my BMW from them but you'd never know that by the way I'm treated. They always complete any service work on time as promised and it's always clean when I get it back. This is my first BMW but it won't be my last and that is due in part to the top shelf treatment I've always received from these gents. I've owned a number of cars through the years but have never seen the attention to detail paid by the entire crew at BMW Northwest.

BMW Northwest continues to be a cut above the rest. They are consummate professionals that set the bar at excellence and tolerate nothing short. From purchasing vehicles to their outstanding Service Department, I have confidence that I am not a mere number but a true human being that matters. They know "Customer Service" from the simple smile to the old fashioned firm handshake guaranting their work. I have purchased other luxury cars but I am a firm BMW loyalist because that sacred promise BMW promises to its customers has never been broken. It does not matter if your car is entry level model (Used or New) or the top of the line you are treated equally at BMW Northwest. That is why I continue to come back time and again. I have had my cars serviced for more than 40 years by many different dealers in the Seattle area and have never been treated the way BMW of Fife treats me. For the last 10 years we have owned two BMW`s from BMW of Fife and I am always being treated as if I had just purchased their top of the line model. All their staff including the service department make you feel very special the minute you step on the lot or call them on the phone. I can`t even contemplate ever using another dealer for as long as I am driving a car.

Scheduled an appt at the dealer for a recall notice. Unfortunately, when I arrived I found out there were multiple recall notices to be worked on. Dave Quinn was great to deal with - very friendly, informative, etc. The work took longer than expected due to computer issues with the centralized site, but Dave kept me informed throughout. Because of the outage, the dealer was able to secure authorization to get my car repaired and back to me. No problems with the repairs.

Last week I brought my car in for a rattling noise in the back. A few hours later, Keith called me to inform me that they techs couldn't replicate the noise and that I would have to come in to drive it and demonstrate the noise. I came in and a tech named Jarod rode with me. Long story short, he rode around in the back seat of my car for 45 minutes while I tried to demonstrate it. Eventually, the noise (barely discernable) manifested itself and we went back to the shop where it was repaired. After removing the back seat, the driver's side rear interior panel and the vapor barrier, they found a plastic fastener which had failed. It was repaired under warranty and my car no longer makes the noise. That is an incredible level of customer service. I asked the people that I worked with a hypothetical question: "If I had a Ford with a warranty that expired in two weeks, do you think I could get a tech to ride with me for 45 minutes and then go to that level of effort to fix a noise that was less than readily apparent?" Of course the answer is "not a chance."There is a reason I'm on my 6th BMW. Awesome work.

We have been customers for a few years now and have always been treated very well. They are prompt and courteous. We started with a 325i and have now been in two X5's. Anytime we have called and asked for help they have worked with us to find the answers. The service department has always seen that any little sounds we hear or lights that show up on the dash are tended to. The sales department has always been open to hear what we are looking for and respect our wishes. BMW Northwest is the best.

I used to own Mercedes, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Chevrolet, with many different models of cars. I love driving and experiencing different cars. I guess you can say this is my hobby. I am highly addicted to new technology, especially new cars. I love cars and I have driven almost all the cars out in the market. When I first introduced to BMW Northwest, I was welcomed by one of the Salesman, his name is Kevin Lamber. I hate when they tried to sell me some random car without understanding what I am looking for. I always get pressure to buy a car, however, Kevin was different. First he offered me a drink and asked me what I am looking for. He tried to understand my background, personality, types of car I like. I didn't feel any pressure, instead I felt comfortable. I was not rushed, he was absolutely focused on me to find the right car for me. He was also very knowledged on almost every car. After several hours, he helped me choosing the right car for me and by then he knew finance situation well and it was very smooth to the end. Every staff that I spoke with at the dealership were very friendly and wiling to help. Also I love the fact that BMW offers free maintnance program up to 5 years. I really love how the car handles, performs, rides, interior and exterior. I love it so much that I brought at least 4 other my friends and family and now they are all driving BMWs. In last couple of years I purchased 3 different models and I never regret it. Thank you

The service department is outstanding! I have always been treated better then great as a customer while my vehicles are being serviced. I appreciate how they advise us as to what will be needed and when it should be done as our BMW ages. The advice is always spot on. They like to keep a vehicle on it's service schedule and won't perform routine services too early. They definitely don't try to over sell and have talked me out of too early service or unnecessary repairs on my BMW's. The prices in the gift shop are better than e-bay knock offs, go figure! This is a great dealership I will always bring our BMW's here for service. When it's time to buy ask for Ron Hanson. He is a wonderful person and makes the buying experience a pleasure.

I have bought three cars from Ron over the last 16 years, most recently about a month ago. I have had them serviced by the dealership. The team bends over backward to be helpful and accommodating. They remember me like I am their only customer. My loyalty is completely built around how I am treated by the staff. You can buy a car anywhere, but it's the follow up that distinguishes this dealership.

I initially went into BMW NW to browse their selection of new 335i sedans. I arrived at 6:30pm and was quickly greeted by Kevin, a salesman at the dealership. I explained to Kevin that i was looking for a BMW to give as a gift to my wife for her 40th birthday. Kevin was great and answered all my questions, then gave me his business card should I decide to move forward. Two weeks later I called Kevin and we met at the dealership during his scheduled working hours. I test drove a 335i sedan. I was interested in leasing a vehicle. Kevin explained the terms of the lease and the current BMW leasing options. The following day, I contacted Kevin by email to negotiate a price on the BMW. We came to an agreement by email, which was helpful since I was tied up in meetings all day. I paid a deposit to hold the vehicle for three days until my wife's birthday. When we arrived at the dealership, the car was sitting front and center and was ready for pickup. I had my entire family with me, so I grateful for the efficiency of the people involved. There was a paint blemish on the car and BMW NW agreed to have it fixed. Kevin was outstanding. He took my wife on a test drive and showed her all the bells and whistles in the car. We both felt good about our experience.

I have been taking my 330i to BMW Northwest for 5 years now, and I can say that they consistently provide excellent customer service and have fully met my service needs and expectations every time. Rich is awesome to work with, and I say that with all sincerity. One of the biggest "ah ha's" for any BMW maintenance outside of the warranty period is the cost of service. At BMW Northwest, they always quote the estimate on any service outside of warranty and I have always been prepared in advance. Again, they are a great team.

Feeling more and more scammed by this place. Not honoring extended warranty that I purchased for $2500. Finding excuses why certain things not covered by warranty, feel like the service/parts folks get comission on what they can sell me and not what my car really needs. As of today I am done with BMW & trading my car in for a less expensive one this year.

Great car, great people and great job! I incorrectly assumed this dealership would end up being the typical shady operators. Once I decided the car for me was on their lot, I have to admit I suited up and got ready to box. The folks were so easy to deal with that my boxing gloves quickly came off. That is not so easy to do with me for sure. They have great team of people and really good sales model. All of my questions and concerns were addressed very promptly including capping off the oil a couple of days after I purchased with no appointment and no wait. I highly recommend this dealership for sure.

This place is a joke. It takes FOREVER to get your car serviced, and to get your car back. Even after waiting you may not get your problem fixed. I have taken my car to them 2 times now for the same problem and they told me it was fine, now the car will barel start and they are saying it will be almost 2 months before they can get it in. I once dropped my car off for an oil change, got it back and my radio didnt work at all! The first response I got was "well we can take a look at it for 98.00". They are only concerned about money and that is it. They are unfriendly, snotty and quite frankly probably the WORST car dealership to deal with. It wasnt until the manager realized my dad was about to buy a 50,000 car there, did he fix my radio. Otherwise I would have been completely out of luck. The manager was probably the only nice person there. Everyone else is rude.

I made an appointment for 8am I arrived at 740amThey took my car and parked it in the parking lot. I told Dave the service rep I want an alignment and an oil change he said the alignment would take all day. I said okay. He called me on my cell phone at 2:40 pm to ask me if I wanted an alignment. When I got to the dealer at 3:00 pm Dave told me they had not done the alignment and thats why he called me to ask if I would like it done. I reminded him that was one of the reasons I made the 8:00 appointment, and that He had told me that if I did want the appointment I would need to leave it all day. He said to me it has NOT yet gone to the rack but If I wanted the alignment he could have it done for me in an hour and a half?? (They close at 4pm on saturdays?) I asked him if anyone had done the alignment or looked at it since the morning and he said no because he thought that the a rim could be bent or something else in the front axle could be bent or boken. How can a service rep (Dave) who did not get under the car or have a MECHANIC get under the vehicle possibly know that my rims are bent or that something else is bent or broken?? He then tried to sell me some tires saying that my tires are worn and thats why HE did not let the mechanic take my car to the rack. They didnt do the alignment nor did they take my car out for a test drive to hear the NOISES I told them my vehicle has been making. When I made the appointment on the phone I made it with Dave. He told me I could have an inspection done for FREE.But he ended up charging me 113.00 dollars for it. The only thing that was done to my vehicle in 7 hours was an oil change and an inspection for over 200.00 dollars. When I complained to the manager he did not care that it took almost 7 hours to do an oil change instead he wanted to explain to me why the service rep told him I needed new tires. I'm left wondering if the lack of customer service I received is because I'm a Combat Vet from Fort Lewis or American Hispanic??? I will go to the Better buisness Beureau to inform them of northwestbmw's practice's.

WE purchased out BMW a little over a year ago. It had a factory warranty that was still active. We had lights on the dash popping on telling us there was a steering issue and a flat tire. we had them check it out. They said we needed a new battery. A year later we were driving on the same battery. We brought the car in for a check up before the warranty ended. We asked them to do a full check up . They told us it was fine and sent us on out way.. 4 weeks or so later the car wouldnt start. The warrenty was now expired. I replaced the battery with an exact replica battery with better cold cranking rateing. Still would start. Had it towed in and they tell me the starter is out and also i have TWO tansmission leaks. These leaks "I KNOW FOR A FACT" were there before the warranty was up. They refused to honor the warranty. Telling me this was a common issue and even directed me tword a thread talking about transmissions having this issue. This is a KNOWN issue they ignored. horrible company!

Very poor service. I will bring my BMW to Bellevue from now on. They would not warrantee a 15 dollar part that fell off my car. They said it was stolen even though I assured them I noticed it was loose and then fell off on the freeway. My car is always in secure parking. They tried to fix my 2009 3 series when the check engine light was on. They replaced a part that wasn't broken. When I brought the car to Bellevue, they promptly noticed that a vaccuum hose was disconnected. Easy fix. No problems since. They picked me up from work in a dirty smelly car and the driver seemed unhappy to be at work or mad at me for some unknown reason. They were late with the pick up. Unbelievable for a place that sells premium cars at premium prices. Basically, don't go here for any reason.

I have a friend who claims to have had stellar service from BMW NW - but I'm becoming convinced that he has radically different expectations than I do. My experience with this dealership has been dramatically varied - had a reasonable purchasing experience and a couple of fleeting positive experiences with the service department on what turned out to be tiny issues and quick fixes. Where this dealership falls flat is in the communications and scheduling areas for non-trivial issues.1) They appear to keep "losing" my car in their service system and don't seem to be able to associate my vehicle with me - even though I bought the car there2) LONG lead times are needed for any sort of appointment - recently a one-week lead to have a "check engine" light looked at (other reviewers claim "under-staffing" is the reason - could be valid)3) They make promises about turn-around time that they can't really keep - and I've caught them being totally disconnected about where my car is in the repair sequence (basically one SA told me the car was in process, and another told me the tech who could handle the problem was off for two days... SA#2 was apparently correct)4) I couldn't get a straight answer from a few SAs about what (if anything) the dealership did for an annual service... when I pulled the oil filter for a look post-service, the oil was darker than I'd expect for brand new oil, the engine air filter seemed to be brand new, and the windshield wipers were still the originals. The oil service counter wasn't reset, but a few other counters WERE. 3 different SAs gave me different accounts of what had actually been done to the car. One said only the oil was changed, one said the oil wasn't changed, and another said a full annual (not mileage-based) service was done (according to the service book, that's oil, cabin and engine air filters etc.) Due to a complicated scenario, I didn't get any paper documentation.Bottom line is that I'm heading to BMW Seattle for another minor issue (I got a next-day appointment as opposed to one-week-out at NW)... Maybe they'll be able to tell me whether BMW NW actually performed an annual service like they were supposed to earlier this year. If they can, I'll deal with the inconvenience of driving a few extra miles to Seattle for all my future service.

Last year we purchased new Z4. We ended up buying it from BMW Northwest, and the price and overall experience was pretty good. This is actually second BMW we are buying from BMW Northwest.Initially we checked out BMW Bellevue, mostly for a test drive (BMW Bellevue is always much more expensive, but we live nearby and it was worthwhile to at least have a test drive there). Z4 is nice (especially 3.5 - with turbocharged engine!), but the price quoted by BMW Bellevue was too high - essentially list price, also they offered very poor price on my 740 trade-in.We also checked Mercedes dealership, as we were considering SLK as an option, but SLK is clearly inferior to Z4 in driving qualities, and price was not good.We ended up going to BMW Northwest. Sales rep was able to offer us way better deal right away so we ordered the car. And when we were picking up the car the deal became even better as there was new BMW promotion and the sales guy offered us to change terms to this new promotion. This was very unusual - sales guy is proactively telling us about a better deal when he already had higher price signed!BMW Northwest sales rep also was very helpful and honest with trade-in - he offered us good price, but also mentioned that I may be able to get even better price in a private sale. I ended up selling my old 740 at craigslist.Overall - BMW Northwest is the place to buy BMWs in this area. Highly recommended.

no follow up, did not assist in a problem in a new car that was noticed only two hours after getting it home - not a single call back (but tons of e-mails thanking me for spending my money at the dealership and asking fro good review). The service level does not even compare to what I have seen in the higher end (before buying the BMW, I have checked out the lexus, Mercd and infiniti) - BMW needs to understand it takes more than just a good car to maintain the edge.

We have been shopping for a car for months and got the selections down to basically 3 cars of different make. Like most, we called different dealerships and I was AMAZED by how friendly and courteous people were at the dealers in Fife/Tacoma. We ended up purchasing a vehicle from Steve Gebauer at BMW Northwest. He was very attentive, very patient (he stayed late more than once after the place was closed and answered our questions), tiredlessly accommodate us for different test drives of different cars, extremely friendly, no pressure, got great dollars for our trade-ins (without much haggles). It was a great experience and Steve made all the difference!

I first took my z4 to BMW of Fife in jan. this year because my top was not going down and latching all the way. well it has been 4 months and have now had my car in there 5 times for the same issue with the top. The dealership has not fixed the issue and have now made it worse. The top now sticks up 1.5 inches from where it should be becuase of what the dealership did to my car. They have now said they are not going to take this car back in anymore becuase they are done working on it, and they dont care if the car isnt fixed. They keep trying to make excuses to why the top is working the way it does. All things that will take the blame off them. I am now in the proc. of getting a lawyer, such a pain in the a**. They dont seem to care about there customers at all at this dealership, even BMW of America seems to be the same, becuase I have also talked with them and they just go along with whatever the dealer says no matter if there right or not. The lady I have been talking with at BMW has pretty much called me a lier and in her own ways said I am tampering with my car to make it not work right. If i can do anythng it would be to let others know NOT to go to this dealer!!! If you bring your car to them and they cant figure out the problem, chances are they will end up messing something else up and then leaving you with a car that is worse off then to start with. IF there is anyone else with a z4 that has had a problem with there solf top please let me know.

The service advisor knew of the specific service requirements that are unique to my car (M3). I presented him with a list detailing things I wanted done or that I needed at the end of the service. He ensured that everything was completed per instruction. The best part was I got my appointment only 5 working days after calling and was able to pick up my car the same day I dropped it off. The service technicians did lose one spring clip that is located under the micro filter assembly and never said anything about it (missing when I picked the car up), but its possible that they didnt see it. Overall, I had a good experience with this dealer. I would return to this dealer for service.

This was my first BMW and I was so excited to get it until I had problems with the paint on the doors. The service dept. was rude and claimed it wasn't there fault. I was constantly in there with computer issues. At one point I was driving and all of a sudden the car just shut off. Come to find out it was a bad 02 sensor. If you are waiting on your car for service, you might as well plan on being there for hours. Very understaffed and can't fix a problem the first time, especially warranty work. That makes sense because the factory pays the dealership a lower labor rate and when the customer is paying out of pocket, the labor rate is higher which makes non-warranty work a priority.

I purchased a new 3-series this year with great excitement. I was even excited for my first oil change. That all changed when I got home for my service appt. Upon turning off my car and walking to my front door I noticed all of my oil quickly running down my driveway. I had the car towed back to the dealer and I was told the tech had forgot to put the seal in at the oil filter. Not a good first experience. Additionally the dealer never reset Oil Service timer in the only two times I took my car to this dealer. In buying a bimmer, one expects a high standard of products and service. This dealers lack of attention to detail is dangerous and dissapointing in that it is the only Bimmer dealer within 60 miles of my home. :(

One thing I didn't like was the fact that they always seem to be "understaffed." It takes over a week just to get an appointment, and then (for me at least), it seems that the service takes about twice (or more) as long as it should. And each time I mention the length of time the service took, they simply say that they are understaffed and they are working on it.<br><br>My most recent gripe was when I took my car in for a rough engine idle and check engine light. First, they were booked out one week. I made sure to get the earliest appointment (7:30 AM). I got there, told the guy what was wrong, and he said they would get on it, and get back to me. I figured that they would pull the engine codes, check a few things and then give me a call. <br><br>I asked the service guy about how much he thought our visit was going to cost. He said the diagnostic service was going to cost $290 by itself. Then if they find a problem, then they will charge whatever it costs to fix it. I'm sorry, but I think that almost $300 to do a few checks is a bunch of BS. And THEN I have to pay for whatever they find as a result of that diagnostic!<br><br>We left the car there anyways because we wanted to get it done. A family member gave me a ride home and I waited, and waited, and waited. Pretty soon its about 1 PM. I'm wondering what the heck is going on so I drive back over there to see how things are going. The guy says "Your car is next in line, so we'll go ahead and get that checked out. But our techs are at lunch, and won't be back until at least 1:30 PM. So after that, they will get right on it."<br><br>Ok, and WHY did I make the appointment for 7:30 in the morning? So they could WORK ON IT IN THE MORNING. So I asked the guy why I made the appointment so early when they were just going to let my car sit for 7+ hours before they started? Then he went into his speal about how they were understaffed. If you overbook yourselves, that's your problem. The dealership should have spaced the time slots out to balance out the lack of technicians on hand. Something, ANYTHING. <br><br>So then I asked the guy how long he thought the diagnosis was going to take. "Well, since you said it was a rough engine idle that happens only in colder mornings, we were going to plan on keeping it overnight in order to try and recreate the problem." Oh really. Thanks a lot for letting me know. So not only did you let my car sit for 7+ hours before you were going to attempt to get to it, you then were then at SOME POINT going to tell me that you wanted to keep it for another day.<br><br>What a bunch of crap. I am never going there again. I've gone there at least 4 times now, hoping that these bad experiences are just temporary. But now I see that its not just coincidence, but just the way they choose to conduct business. <br><br>I can't even get a loaner car because I didn't buy my BMW from them... What kind of customer service is that? It seems a little selfish to me. If I am going to spend a LOT of money and leave my car at your dealership for at least 4+ hours, I should be able to get a car so I can conduct my daily business. It shouldn't matter where I bought the car. You are getting paid to do the work. The benefits of providing this service your customers far outweighs the costs of implementing it. <br><br>From now on, I will take my car to either BMW Seattle or BMW of Bellevue.

My fiancee and I went to test drive a car. We found one we liked. The sales person promised he would get back to us the next day, Saturday, with numbers as it was already 7:00 pm (closing). He never got back to us. We called Sunday afternoon and left a message. We set up an appt to do a longer test drive on a vehicle I planned on purchasing, however a voice mail msg was received telling us not to bother coming in to test drive as the car had been sold. Never even made an attempt to re-schedule to check out other cars. Not a very personable or friendly invidual.

Service is BAD. Tried to change me $200.00 for five minutes worth of work. I had heard bad things about this dealer, but since they are close to home I thought I would give them a try. Had them activate my alarm and change some personality settings on the car. This takes about 5 minutes to do and they changed me for two hours of work. Not a good way to make a customer since I had the car in for warrany work anyway.
What’s more, BMW Northwest of Tacoma has been on the market for a very long time and remains the preferred dealership for buyers looking for used cars and trucks for sale. From low mileage used cars to cheapest used cars, there is something for you from BMW Northwest. Check out the listings today to find the right car for yourself. BMW Northwest is definitely the best place to buy used cars online.
