Great Service, Great people, I Highly recommend. My Husband and I was recently traveling to Chicago and our Car experienced a problem on the Highway outside of Bowling Green, My Husband called and spoke to Ron McCarthy, he was very accommodating and told us to have it towed to their location. The car was repaired , there was no charge and we were able to continue our travel. Ron Thanks to you and your staff for accommodating us and our barking Chihuahua Pekoe. You are the best!!!

Imagine being a BMW customer looking to buy a new $63000 BMW and being treated like you’re buying a Dodge at the dealership. That was my experience. It started with proposed pricing. It contained 1. $1600 in dealer fluff for some sort of coating that no one wants. 2. I’ve never seen a dealer fee as high as there’s 3. It didn’t have an ounce of dealer contribution for a 202Y vehicle, even though 2022MY vehicles are hitting the ground now. All I was offered was just the rebates. So anyways, this sets the tone that I’m playing ball with a dealer that does business like it’s 1995 still, so I proceed with caution and ensure 1. I get as much as possible for my trade to negate the fees 2. I Eliminate the fluff and 3. I lock a good rate after all that. I award 2 stars instead of one because they did all the above except the rate, but they were honest about that and asked me to try my own institution. Difficulty there due to erroneous open loans. Ran into some difficulty due to a loan on my report that should have closed a month ago, so BMW financial wasn’t going to front the loan either until that cleared up... Fine and dandy.... I let my salesperson know that it may take a couple days to clear that up and then we will proceed forward. This guy literally dumps me off after I sent that message. I attempted two more follow ups with him, and even asked straight up if I am being ghosted... Wow, that’s some Dodge dealer kinda stuff, yeah? So, I didn’t feel like a premium customer any longer and once I feel that way, I move on. I was able to beat the deal by $600 elsewhere and should be receiving my new M340 by the weekend. Thanks for the headache, guys... You did save me a few bucks though, so I appreciate it.

This was my first experience at BMW of Bowling Green and it was a very good one. It's refreshing to see TRUE customer service at it's best and a "complete" team of professionals that value it. From Ron the service manager to Chris the Svc Lane assistance to Boris the Bldg Maintenance supervisor to the mechanic; they ensured that they exceeded my expectations and for that I- - - say thank you!

As usual, Ron exceeds expectations for courteous and knowledgeable service. I’m convinced his years of service for Luxury Imports BMW as service manager sells more BMW’s than sales staff. The best BMW dealership I’ve ever been to! Vlad was an amazing sales rep, from the start to finish he genuinely tried to find what’s best for me, he understood my busy schedule and made himself available with prompt responses finding the right solutions to meet all my needs! Management was extremely customer focused and the minor details that I brought up was promptly taken care of with neither haggle nor hesitation. 10/10 will recommend and will definitely buy my next vehicle from Vlad and BMW of Bowling Green!

Gail took us on the best test drive I've ever been on. It was a mixture of freeway and surface street driving - including winding roads.I didn't end up buying the car, but I really enjoyed the experience.

This was my first vehicle purchase from BMW of Bowling Green. Jenn O'Brien was a great help explaining all of the features of our new BMW. She made it easy to decide which car to purchase. We test drove the vehicles we were interested in and there was no pressure to buy now as some dealers will do. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and I look forward to dealing with Jenn again. From start to finish, our experience with purchasing a vehicle from salesperson Jenn O'Brien. was the best. This was out first BMW purchase and we came to the dealership not certain if we wanted another SUV or car. My last four vehicles have been SUV's. Jenn was so patient with us while we test drove several SUV's and also cars while we tried to make our decision. She was very knowledgable of all the vehicles and showed us all the options of each. We decided upon a 528i and couldn't be happier. The service department does an excellent job as well. Everyone we have encountered at this dealership is more than helpful. We were very pleased with the dealership and our salesperson. I would highly recommend Jenn O'Brien to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a vehicle. She's not only a great salesperson, but has a wonderful personality to go with it!!!!

Bill Moore is by far the best person in car sales that I have dealt with at any dealership. He answered any question I had and worked well with me on my trade in. The people working there all seemed open and down to earth. All together a great purchasing experience. Went to the dealer looking for a good prices car. My wife and myself drive pre-owned luxury cars. And Luxury Imports is the only dealer in town that have what we are use to. We went and test drove a pre-owned BMW . It was such a nice car, we instantly made up our minds and went and purchased the car the very next day. And unlike other dealers that we have used in the past , we were in and out of the dealer 'ALL' paperwork DONE in a shockingly 45 min. And we were out the door in our new/preowned BMW. And one of the perks for us buying the car from them, we get free car washes at the dealer for as long as we own the car. I recently purchased a CPO'd car from this dealership. I had been searching for the perfect car (my unicorn) for over a year. I live in Atlanta, but I was searching the entire country for my exact car. I just happened to find it at BMW of Bowling Green. The car was posted on the BMW CPO website before it was even fully booked into their inventory. I called and spoke with Bill Moore, who then started to describe MY car. I immediately bought the car over the phone. Bill made the entire process quick and painless. It was an amazingly easy experience. Bill was always available, and he patiently answered all of my questions. I would happily do business with Bill again given the chance.

Foremost, thank you to Jeff White, Clint Adviser, and Tim Bowers, Sales Manager, of Luxury Imports of Bowling Green, Kentucky. I recently purchased a CPO 2013 GLK 350 from Luxury Imports of Bowling Green, Kentucky, and I absolutely love the vehicle. The car was fully detailed and looked immaculate when I purchased it. I'll be the first to admit that as exciting as it is to buy a luxury vehicle, it is stressful nonetheless. Literally searching for months, for the "right deal," the moment I contacted Jeff White the process simplified. He was extremely pleasant and made me feel as if my business truly mattered. In negotiating the sales price, he never became frustrated with my constant questions and/or concerns-- answering such candidly and respectfully. He was accessible via phone and email, and always responded within a prompt time frame. A) When inspecting the vehicle the front fog light was out: replaced no problem nor hassle. B)The secondary key fob batter was dead: replaced no problem nor hassle. C) Shorty after leaving the dealership, I had another concern. Frustrated, I immediately called Jeff White and expressed my concern. Jeff, calm, cool and collective, scheduled me an appoint to have the Service Department examine my vehicle. Unfortunately, a brace had broken underneath the vehicle, causing the muffler to seem as if it was "rattling." Discouraged, as any new vehicle purchaser would be, Jeff White and Sales Manager, Tim Bowers, insured me that the defect would be cured-- no problem. As you may imagine, I was so relived and thankful. Car salesmen in general get bad reps. But, it is truly refreshing to deal with a dealership who truly valued my business and stood behind their product and more importantly their word. Bowling Green is over two hours from my residence. Regardless, there is no question where I will purchase my next luxury vehicle: Bowling Green Luxury Imports. They truly earned my business and I am forever grateful. If you are still reading this and seriously looking for a luxury vehicle, take the time and give this dealership a chance. You will not be disappointed.

I have enjoyed my experience with Luxury Imports through buying two Mercedes', service, sales, repairs and mechanics. Salesman Jeff White even delivered my MLK 320 to me in Danville, Ky ! I recommend Luxury Imports to all my friends. Their service thru Chris Paynter and Ron McCarty has always been excellent. Randy , mechanic, has always been there for me and most helpful. I will continue to use Luxury Imports even though I am 2 hours away !!

I have purchased many new vehicles through my years and Jeff was not your typical pushy, pressuresum salesman that just wanted to sell you a car. He went above and beyond to explain, teach and help me from the decision of buying the vehicle to helping me understand how everything worked on the car. For example, he gladly transferred my cell phone contacts for me. Jeff was very nice in every way and made my car buying experience a pleasant one. Jenn O'Brien went the extra mile for me. I had a 2007 GMC Envoy Denali with a little over 80,000 miles on it and had been looking for a bigger SUV for what seemed like forever. I came across a 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe LT on their lot and called about it. Jenn said they had just got it in on a trade. I realize the dealership doesn't usually deal with Chevrolets. I feel like Jenn made no difference in me buying a Chevrolet and another customer buying a BMW. Jenn worked hard to get me a deal I was happy with.

I want to take a moment and express my sincere gratitude to Ron McCarty, BMW Service Advisor of Luxury Imports of Bowling Green, KY. I purchased a 2012 BMW X-5 from an individual and have had to replace the transmission on the vehicle recently. The process of replacement has been very pricey and painful but Ron advised me through it all even though the BMW was not purchased through Luxury Imports. Ron has completely gone overboard in trying to assist and explain everything to me. If I called and he was not available, he was very prompt to return my calls and respond to my emails. It is very refreshing to see that Ron cares about the work that is completed and even more so the quality of service. I would highly recommend the service department at Luxury Imports. Great experience.

Tried to negotiate buy a used BMW from this dealer. They told me how fair they were and what online website they used to evaluate my trades. Bottom line, no deal. Priced their car higher than the website allowed, priced mine lower, mostly since they under rated my cars and failed to enter all the options. Thought I would not notice. Take your business elsewhere.

Decided to try this dealership out after a very poor experience 2 years ago. A friend told me they recently visited for service and their experience was 5 star.. So, I gave it a shot.... I pulled into the service drive unannounced without an appointment. I was greeted by a gentleman who introduced himself as the Service Manager. From that point on, phenomenal.

Waited 5.5 hours for Ron to return my two calls for an appointment! Really?? I had talked to him late Feb when two techs left and because my car was under warranty I would have to wait until he hired and trained two new techs and that would be in a month or so. Told me I could take it to Nashville! I guess if I was paying and the car wasn't under warranty, another tech could have serviced the car! All this after asking about a car to purchase in October and a salesman never called us back! Great way to do business! I had an x5 6 years ago and took it there for a door handle problem and they were wonderful then! Did they sell the dealership?

My wife and I went to look at the new CLA 250 for our daughter's 16th birthday. We were shown the car we thought we wanted and took the test drive. Not totally happy with the vehicle our salesman Eric Sharing stayed with us during a busy day and we test drove four more vehicles until we found the right car and at the right price. Not intending to purchase a vehicle that day I did not bring the checkbook. No problem. Eric came by the house (we live 70+ miles away) and picked up the check the next business day. Beautiful car, good price, and excellent service.

After communicating through cars.com, I received return emails from at least four different sales reps. I responded that I wanted to see the car and would come by the dealership either Saturday or Monday afternoon. Upon arriving at the dealership, I could not find the car and was approached by a fifth person. When I informed him that I had made arrangements with the sales manager to see the car, he sent out a sixth person, the finance manager, to tell me that the car was sold. It still showed as available on the website. All in all, a wholly unprofessional experience.

I have had my car at this dealership several times. I take it in for one problem comes back with 3 more problems every time. I had brand new tires put on my car 2 months before I took it in for service and came back with very wornen tires on the back, they was changed out while at dealership. I took my care in for service again because of problems with key, couldn't get to Nashville dealership, so I had to go to them, came back with no air conditionor. Found out from different service center Bowling Green dealership wipped the programming out for the air to work. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE, WILL HAVE MORE PROBLEMS THEN YOU STARTED WITH. Most everyone is nice but service and repairs are terrible. WORSEST REPAIR SERVICE EVER.
