*shouting from the rooftop* "Curtis Parke is the best car salesman I've ever dealt with!!" It's true. My experience of purchasing a BMW for the first time was actually pleasurable! Have you ever heard someone say that before? Honestly, walking into BMW of Freeport, being a woman and without supreme knowledge of the brand, I expected to have a subpar experience. I am delighted to say it was quite the opposite. I went from browsing and information gathering to feeling so excited to make a purchase all within a few short hours. Curtis Parke gently answered my numerous questions, offered suggestions and ultimately ensured I was comfortable and overjoyed with my new vehicle. I was immediately drawn into his friendly and humorous demeanor; never once did I feel he was being condescending (as most car salesmen are!). Taking my time to write this review is something I've never done before, but Curtis Parke is well worth it! I'll be bringing all of my friends and family here for their next luxury vehicle purchase! Special shout out to Stephen Mensa, Sales Manager - another awesome member of that team that went above and beyond to make me a happy customer!

I went to the dealer but was not set on buying a car. I had been conducting Internet research and had a general idea of what I wanted. I met with Lucy S who was excellent to deal with. She listened to what I had to say and never pushed me for anything. I got a fair price (based on my research) and a good financing rate. I left owning a great looking 2018 530 without any car buying aggravation.

This was my first visit to BMW of Freeport was a pleasant one. Robert was very friendly and treated me and my mom with a warm welcome. The lounge was very clean and relaxing. The wait was longer than expected, but maybe because it was busy day.. I was happy with the service and the fact that they even cleaned my car. I will highly recommend. I live in Brooklyn but I will drive that far again for quality service!

I had a 2018 X3 and my lease from BMW Bayside was expiring. Someone randomly called me from your dealership and I told them I was in fact looking for a new car. They matched me up with Jermaine who gave me a call later that day. Jermaine is amazing! From a random phone call he treated me like his number one client. He completely valued my time and didn’t give me the run around. He worked hard to find me the exact vehicle I needed all over the phone (and I was very specific)!! He was direct, transparent and extremely pleasant to work with. He understood my schedule parameters which revolve around my small baby and did everything in his power to arrange everything for me prior to coming in so that I could spend as little time as possible in the dealership and focus on my baby. He explained each step of the process clearly and if he didn’t know the answer (I ask a lot of unique questions) he would ask and I felt that he was very trustworthy. I am really blown away with the great experience I had with Jermaine and BMW of Freeport. I am happy that we got a deal done quickly and at a number I am happy with. Thank you Joanna as well for working with me, being direct and coming to a mutual agreeable deal. Thank you Jermaine for being so professional, nice and attuned to my schedule. Jermaine is a true asset to your dealership and I will be recommending him to all my BMW friends. I am hoping to close another deal with Jermaine asap as I am still in need of a second vehicle.

Michael in service was very on point. He was clear and knew his stuff. A bit quick (we are a bit slower paced ) but was Patient. We will Come back to inquire if we have other questions that he encouraged us to. Fortunate to have such a knowledgeable service adviser. Took care of business.

Mr. Canty was kind, honest, and professional. He made the entire leasing process streamlined and easy and got me a great deal. This was the third BMW dealership I approached in the last 4 months. I couldn't trust the other salesmen, they kept adding unnecessary fees. Mr. Canty didn't even try and I recommend him highly.

The first time I visited BMW - Carlos approached, introduced himself and was genuinely interested in hearing what I was looking for - as opposed to the salespersons who simply want to match you with whatever they are trying to sell. I knew this was someone I could be comfortable working with - boy, was I right! He didn't try to sell me a car - instead, he listened to what I was looking for; he didn't push me to spend more - instead, he asked how much I was looking to spend; he didn't pick a car and pressure me to settle - instead, he told me to sit tight and he would find the car for me. He did - again and again. Once again, it's time to trade up and I would not think of working with anyone else. Carlos has listened and assured me that he will find the car I'm looking for and I'm certain he will. Friendly, smart, honest and trustworthy - the most important qualities when you are investing in any product but especially an automobile.

I have never written a review after purchasing a car, but with the amazing customer service and assistance I received it absolutely warrants a rave review! From the moment I found the car online to the moment I drove the car home I was treated with the utmost respect and I was helped by a sales woman by the name of Nina. Despite the fact that I live in Connecticut and the dealership was in New York, Nina made this a smooth and easy purchase. Nina explained all the ins and outs of an out of state sale and she took all the guess work out of the transaction which was very much appreciated. Nina also kept me in the loop every step of the way, going above and beyond with numerous phone calls and texts which made me feel great knowing things were progressing with the sale. BMW of Freeport helped me with financing even with my not so perfect credit history and gave me a more then fair deal on both my trade in and the car I purchased from them. Carlos (Ninas Manager) was also extremely pleasant to work with. Carlos and Nina both made a lasting impression on me and made my experience at BMW of Freeport extraordinary! I highly reccomend that if your in the market for a new or used car that you go to see Nina at BMW of Freeport and I promise you won't regret it. I feel truely blessed to now own my DREAM CAR and I love the fact that I'm able to comfortably afford it thanks to the amazing deal I was given by BMW of Freeport! Felicia Moore is best friends with my daughter Juliette so when my youngest daughter Angie was in the market for a new vehicle where else would we go accept to BMW of Freeport to see Felicia. Truthfully I was hoping Angie would get an off brand vehicle from the preowned cars. I should have known better. Angie left with a preowned car alright. A BMW 528 XI....lol. Bottom line I'm happy Angie is happy. A few weeks after that my other daughter Jennifer came in with my wife Janie and Jennifer came home with a preowned 3 series...Thank you Felicia and BMW of Freeport.

I am originally from Kansas City, Kansas, when I first moved here some years back Jonathan and Felicia were two of the first people I met we hit it off right away and we've been like family ever since..... I am an engineer and I came here for a job. I met them at church. To make a long story short I was driving an SUV (not a BMW) but the minute it started giving me trouble I didn't think twice I called "my sister" Felicia Moore, she put me in contact with a preowned sales man who got me into a preowned X5. Recently while talking to my mom Michelle Gold on the phone she happened to mention that her lease was coming to an end and she needed to go to the dealership. Although I knew she had been dealing with another BMW dealership for years, I recommended she try Freeport because my former coworker Felicia Moore works there, mom had previously met Felicia at a BBQ I was hosting at my home. Well mom got there and she was not disappointed she went simply to discuss her options but ended up leaving with a new car that same day!!! She couldn't stop raving about Freeport BMW, from Felicia to the Starbucks coffee machine and snacks she had a wonderful experience, my dad loved the big screen tv's. We will absolutely recommend Freeport to all of our friends who drive BMW's and may be in the market.

So Felicia Moore and I go to the same church. I know that she works at BMW but I decided on a different brand. Because she's such a sweet person when I was talking to my neighbor one day and he happened to share with me that he was looking to get his wife a new BMW, I recommended BMW of Freeport, we went in spoke with Felicia and the rest is history. My neighbor Charles Kayeung came in bought the car and his wife couldn't be more happy. I will recommend BMW to everyone in the market.

My friend and church sister Felicia Moore knew I was in the market for a preowned Mercedes, when one came across her desk that she thought I'd be interested in she gave me a call. I immediately called my dad who drove over to the dealership with me. Felicia was right the vehicle was in tip top shape, my father looked over the engine, we took it for a test drive and the rest is history.....I love my car!!!! A BMW is a bit out of my price range when looking for a new car, but I called and spoke to Kelly and she was really understanding and didn't make it seem all that impossible to own a really nice car at a fair price for the models I was looking at owning or leasing. I will definitely be giving the dealership a visit soon to maybe test drive some cars in my price range.

We just leased our BMW X3 from The BMW of Freeport. What a professional and cooperative dealership this facility is. We were refer to Boyl C. at this dealership for more information on leasing a car. We did not visited the dealership with intention to buy during our visit. Since we have never leased before, Boyl worked with us through the process, suggested we take a text drive, took time to explain all the unique features of the car and patiently explained the lease process. The most convincing factor was the flexibility of Boyl and the dealership to negotiate a final agreeable price we were comfortable with. The day we picked up the car, Justin F. a technology specialist patiently explained some key functionalities. He even called a day later to follow up and provide further help with any functions. Lastly, Michael C. who was extremely understanding walked us through the final paperwork process. Overall, we are very happy with our brand new 2017 BMW X3 and thankfulful to the BMW of Freeport in helping us leased our new car.

My girlfriend spent a lot of time researching for her first car purchase. She decided she wanted an X3, and sent out emails to many dealers in the area. As I was going through this process with her it was easy to see that Francis from BMW of Freeport was the most enthusiastic and guaranteed he could find the right car for us. Francis was at a wedding when we came in so he set us up with the wonderful and patient Nina, who found us the perfect car. She even helped us first timers with our car insurance. My wife decided she was in the market to upgrade her 300 series BMW to a 500 series BMW. Naturally, I sat back and allowed you to use your expertise to guide her in the changeover. I want to thank you for the easy transition along with your expert knowledge and, guidance. It was not a pressurized sales pitch at all- but, one that was very easy-going and relaxed.I was not buying a car but, it seemed as though I was. But, it was still fantastic. I enjoyed the RIDE! Since I was the observer, dont change a thing in your future presentations etc.I also liked the fact that you went over the benefits and comparisons between the BMI 300 Series and the difference and benefits of the BMW 500 Series. You even helped my wife choose a compatible upgrade in her color choices. Leasing a car at BMW Freeport was seamless. Michael Smith helped us with the process. He worked extremely hard trying to find me the perfect X1. He wanted to make sure the car had all the needs and wants I asked for. He was extremely patient. He made sure I test drove the car to make sure I was happy with it! BMW of Freeport was patient and accommodating to my needs and preferences. My appointment proceeded as scheduled with no delay. My salesman (Kevin) and the sales manager (Matt) and (Joe) were extremely attentive and ensured that I was satisfied with my decision and subsequent purchase. All of the staff that I encountered were welcoming and hospitality was a priority. I visited other BMW dealerships in Long Island and was not impressed with their customer service or their lack of concern for my time. If you are looking to join the BMW family, I would strongly suggest that you visit BMW of Freeport. You will not regret it.

I was extremely satisfied with the Awesome service I received at BMW of Freeport. As soon as I arrived at the Service center, Kevin Cunningham was available to go over each and every item included in my service plan. My GT needed additional work so I did anticipate a completion date of more than the usual 1 day turnaround, however, Kevin made sure a loaner car was scheduled and available to me within a matter of minutes after leaving his desk. I did not have to guess about the status of my car, Kevin advised me with a follow up call every step of the way. His professionalism as well as the entire courteous staff says a lot for how BMW of Freeports Service Center is being managed. I have already recommended a few of my friends who are also BMW owners/lovers like myself!

Greg Itkin turned a bad thing (when my car stopped on the side of the road ) to a pleasant experience. Mr Itkin immediately offered me a loaner car, which I was able to travel to and from work daily. I had been shopping around for a CPO 2016 5 series at several dealers. I found a car at Freeport and contacted Richard. Richard was a real pro throughout the entire process - extremely knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and polite. He worked to get me the best deal and negotiated in good faith. I have leased several cars at different dealerships in the past and I can honestly say I have never had a better experience. I drove two hours to get to Freeport and upon arrival Richard had most of my paperwork completed and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. The car was in mint condition just as he promised. Richard earned my business and I will certainly visit him again when I need another vehicle. Richard is a real asset to the BMW organization.

This was the first time I leased a car, and Angie was extremely helpful throughout the process. She had a ton of patience with me while decided specifically which car I wanted. I definitely recommend everyone to give her a visit, even if you are just thinking about a BMW. As for the Freeport Dealership, it's an awesome place. Customer service was top notch by Angie and everyone there. Felt like I was at a hotel, a lot of amenities!

I usually buy an automobile every 2-3 years and have dealt with the good, the bad, and the ugly. However, it was not until I stopped into your dealership that I felt I had found the consummate professional in Jacqueline Chait. Unlike most salespersons who are only interested in" making the sale", Jacqueline was personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and really interested in determining our needs. She was able to answer every question and worked extremely hard to make sure I had a great deal with the help of Matt (manager) and Gregg (the Boss), two regular guys who worked out the details-thank you. Jacqueline, with the assistance of Nick, also made sure I was shown all of the features of my 528xi and invited me back if I needed additional help- I know I will. From my first phone call to driving out of the dealers lot, my wife and I were treated with honesty, respect and the utmost attention to the details that were important to us. Felicia handled the initial call as though she were selling the vehicle and when we arrived introduced us to our client advisor. Elijah fully explained each and every concern we had, when a price glitch came up manager Cavero stuck to what was verbally promised on the telephone. Freeport's financial manager Robert went over every dollar that was being spent and why. Last but not least Genius Justin took the time and walked me through all of my technical fears. By far the worst and most unethical BMW dealership I have ever attempted to do business with. The very dishonest female salesperson that I dealt with, displayed a lack of professionalism, courtesy, evasiveness relative to the price, very poor and inappropriate customer relations. As such, I took my business elsewhere, and got much more car for less money. It has been over a month and even conversing with a particular manager, I am still trying to have my down payment refunded. Beware.

Not happy at all. The customer service is not what it use to be. Salesmen don't return calls. They send out false emails. Advertising specials , then don't honor them. And the service dept is getting worse . Even though the service rep didn't do what he said and apologized. Had the nerve to ask me to give him a high rating when I received my survey so he wouldn't get in trouble . Have been a loyal customer back when it was hassel. And to say I have been given the run around. Is a huge disappointment. Hopefully the bosses. Well get it right.

I have never been treated so terribly by a BMW client advisor before. Kevin Davison was unprofessional and unknowledgeable. He didn't know what he was doing and he tried to talk down to me. First time and my experience at BMW of Freeport Service Center was amazing!!! My car was drop off at this place for convenience and suggestion for BMW Road assistance for my location after having a big problem with my car. The diagnostic was engine misfire solution new engine!!! What a headache but thanks to Mike Timpone the Service Director and all his team including Greg Itkin the service advisor for all the help they gave me solving the problem of my car definitely they know what they are doing very professionals extremely attentive, friendly and courteous. The service done on my car F30 / 328xi was performed promptly and was returned to me immaculate inside and out like brand new!!! This is a big PLUS for me... also the facilities including the waiting area and amenities are very clean and comfortable for all customers!!! Great job BMW of Freeport!!!!

I have been with BMW for many years since 2003 and as ALWAYS the customer service has always been impeccable. I took my car in for service on Saturday, 12/5/2015 in which I had booked online and they took me right away. My Rep, Kevin Cunningham at the BMW Service Center was extremely courteous and friendly. Although I had already picked the issues I needed addressed with my car on online, he was happily, ready and able to accomodate an extra added service that I wanted once I sat down at his desk. Had my 2014 328i serviced for a check engine light which ended up being a thermostat.. My service advisor was Kevin cummingham. he did a GREAT Job! He was knowledge ,patient, professional, friendly, and really seemed to love his job and the BMW brand! He knew the answer to all my question had great product knowledge! My vehicle was diagnosed and the work was done immediately! I was surprised how fast it was done within 2 days the vehicle was ready for pick up and all my concerns where addressed. Kevin made it a point to follow up with me each day with the status of my vehicle and where it was at in the service process. A loner car was available for me as well. If you are looking for an A+ BMW service center I would highly recommended BMW of Freeport and the service advisor Kevin's cummingham! Alex Chu was great to work with. He made the annoyance of having to deal with the typical sleepy car salesman non existent! I just bought the BMW X5 and got a great deal on it. He worked the numbers and showed me everything that was needed to make my purchase easy. We negotiated and it was a done deal. Which is a great quality in a sales person because how I always feel about car salesman is that some of them can lack knowledge about the cars they sell and always need to verify an option or how to get a car to display a certain function but not Nina she knew so much about the BMW brand which pleased me because I realized she is not just there for the "check" she takes pride in her job and the test drive was AMAZING...(I would take off a star though because she didn't let me drive 100mph down Sunrise Hwy LOL) but needless to say this was by far THE GREATEST sales experience I have ever gone through looking forward to taking Delivery on my 650xDrive Coupe next week. Just took delivery of my I3. Not an easy choice to finally make the break from gas. The geniuses there answered all the questions that the internet did not, making the decision much easier. I went in to inquire about leasing a 2015 328i x drive and was not pressured and the staff was professional , courteous and knew what they were talking about. I had a price that they honored and also beat a quote from their competitor....when I set up the delivery date I had no car because I turned in my previous lease, and the salesman Kevin, came to my home and picked me up...the finance department went smooth and i was totally satisfied. If the car performs like the staff did I will see them again in 36 months.

The sales part of my experience was awesome. My salesperson was interested in making the best deal possible for me and seemed to understand all my concerns going in. The trade in was generous and both her and the sales manager made me feel my deal was important.I had an issue with the driver side door weatherstripping that was not originally taken care of when I picked the car up.Jacqueline followed up on this for me and this past Saturday I brought the car back to have this taken care of. She promised it would take an hour and it actually took less time than that. They took care of me on time as promised.My experience would make me go back again for another vehicle and recommend my friends to go there. My wife also used Jacqueline to lease her 428i. I had a great service experience at BMW of Freeport. An associate was waiting for me at the scheduled appointment time. My car was quickly brought in to the service area and my service representative had my files ready for the appointment. I waited for my car in the clean and spacious waiting area. Coffee and snacks were available and free, that's a nice touch. I knew the service would take a while but they were done earlier than expected and the service was wrapped up quickly at the cashier with all the service details listed on the customer receipt. They even threw in a free car wash. Thanks for excellent service!

I met with David 2 times one for a 6 series and then another time for an X4. The 6 series never happened because I went with a Porsche but then I decided I wanted the 6 series too. I emailed David an offer and left him a voicemail but never heard back. (maybe it was insulting to him). I also needed the X4 for a work car but since he never returned my call or email I just purchased it with Life Quality in Brooklyn (ask for Brett)

My review is a mixed bag but mostly great. My salesperson Jacqueline and the sales manger made me a great deal on my new X5. Jacke made me feel like I knew her a long time and she made me feel like a friend rather than a customer. The "genius" who helped me go over the ins and outs of the vehicle was knowledgeable and friendly. However the dealership seems to be too busy to handle the volume of customers looking to buy/lease vehicles. The first time I went in I waited close to 90 minutes for my sales rep... and I had an appointment. If the appointments were streamlined I would have given a higher rating. Also the service department was supposed to change a defective rubber gasket in the drivers side front door. I was told it was taken care of but when I went home I discovered it hadn't been done. I have no doubt it will be fixed but now that's another wasted trip back to the dealer.

I have to say I had 2 difficult problems that could have gone entirely in a different direction. Mike Timpone, the President of BMW in Freeport saved the day both times. I understand that sometimes the service managers that check in your cars hands are sometimes tied and can't do much. But I was being sent on my way, when I literally almost blew a gasket. I "asked" for a manager after initially being unhappy, and after some prodding I was given the manager. Well, it was a pleasure to meet Mike. When a polished man in a suit comes out and can talk to you eloquently and with compassion for your situation, it says a lot not only for the man but for the company as a whole. I immediately felt as though I knew Mike a long time, and that put me at ease. Everything Mike said he would do to rectify my situation he did and went well beyond what he needed to do. I asked him to please see my CPO 528i all the way through the process and he did. He touched base with my several times, left me his cell number, called and even texted. He hooked me up with a new Service Advisor as well, Anthony Isom, who was also someone who I was very impressed with. Not to mention he was a former professional athlete. What else can I say about Mike, he made sure I got a quality loaner car, he handled everything to perfection, and when it came time to billing he made sure everything was on the up and up, and went out of his way for me.I appreciate service like this, because it's rare these days to find anywhere. I can't thank Mike Timpone enough for making what could have been a disaster into nothing but a pleasurable outcome! Thanks Mike for going above and beyond!

I recently brought my 2006 X5 into BMW of Freeport for service. The Service Advisor that I have dealt with the last few times I have gone there is Steve Itkin. When I dropped my car off I was greeted by Steve and explained what problems i was having with my X5. After having my car looked over by one of the technicians. Steve called me to tell me what needed to be done. One of the problems I was having was with the screen on my navigation having white spots blocking out the information on the screen. I was told it needed a new screen and that my vehicle was out of warranty it would be an expensive repair to fix. I told Steve that I was very unhappy that BMW won't warranty the screen because I had the radio replace by his Service Department just 8 months ago and it should be covered. After doing some research Steve informed me that the screen was not part of the unit that was replaced. i explained to him that that was never explained to me and as far as I was concerned the screen is part of the radio. Steve went to bat for me with BMW of North America and was able to solve my problem 100%. I own two other BMWs and will always service my vehicles there thanks to Steve Itkin. By the way....I'm a former Service Advisor myself. So I appreciate what Steve did for me. I have been in his shoes and know what a difficult job he has to try and satisfy his customers 100%. Steve is a professional through and through. h\He goes the extra mile for his customers!!

I've been using this dealer since 1976. They've undergone two new ownerships in the past few years; however, they new owners were smart enough to keep all of the key sales and service people in place. Buying a car here is a stress free experience. They are competitive in pricing; no pressure, and really do go out of their way to make the sales experience a pleasant one. I've always been satisfied with their service; the service writer keeps you informed during the day. By and large you can be in and out in a day. You can also wait if it's just the oil service. I'm about to get my eighth car from them.

I found out from BMW of bayside that all the filers and parts that were used by this dealership at freeport were after market. now i am going through legal action with BMW of north america for not being able to help me in this mess where their very own deals are cheating the BMW patrons. I brought my 2014 Mini Cooper S for an oil change yesterday. It took an hour and a half just like they said. But I didn't mind waiting because the waiting lounge was so nice and comfortable. The free coffee is Starbucks brand and there was even complimentary water bottles and food. Then they informed me of two recalls on my car, which would take another hour and a half to resolve. However, it took much longer than that. Good thing a friend of mine picked me up so I didn't have to wait another four hours, which is approximately how long it took. My car is running great though and one of the recalls was regarding the safety system. So I wasn't frustrated. All in all, BMW/Mini of Freeport has a great service department.

I had been in my auto buying proecess for over 2 mos. and had narrowed it down to BMW. Long time Audi loyalist, however having my 2007 Q7 for as long as I had was getting the itch to get into something new. Unfortunately, Audi really butchered the look of the new Q7 due this Fall. Audi lost, BMW gain! Nina at Freeport BMW rode my journey back and forth for two months. I was indecisive and up in arms regarding whether or not to go with a 4 series Grand Coupe or an X5. Nina was very professional and prompt in responding to my queries and requests. To the point that I probably drove her a bit nuts. However, she never lost her composure and was willing to guide me along in making my final decision. I am extremely happy with my decision of my new 2015 X5 and must say it was an incredibly fresh and pleasant experience buying my car through Freeport of BMW, including the actul day of signing and driving away. Nina was very thorough, attentive and proactive. I lso must say that I had a great experience during the walk through of my car and give kudos to Chris, their BMW Genius Advisor. My experience buying cars over the years, was that of someone who just loathe anyone who works at a dealership, especially the sales team. Nina Markovic changed all that in one fell swoop. I originally looked at the BMW X5 several months prior, at the time my lease still had several months to maturity but that did not discourage her from periodically checking in on me which I truly appreciated. Finally when I was ready, I contacted her. Rather than go to the dealership and spend hours, we communicated via text, email, and phone while she collected all the necessary information to expedite the process. Although the final step took a while it wasn't her or the finance Managers fault. Fabiene, the finance manager was very pleasant to work with too. The minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile and after being in a few dealerships this was a welcome surprise. I was not treated like I wasn't good enough to be in the shop so I felt comfortable talking to the sales reps. My Sales Rep Nina Markovic was just as excited about my buying a used VW as I was. She got to konw me and never stopped smiling! To be a top tier BMW dealership and having associates dedicated to making sure the customer is happy even if I wasn't purchasing a BMW at the time will keep me coming back when I am in the market for another car. Not only was I given all the information I needed to make my decision, but I got the best possible price I could without much haggling! Once I decided to purchase, I was then introduced to Ann Marie Hay, finance manager. I've sat with other finance reps before, but this experience was different. Again, I felt no pressure to add options or extra coverage. Although mentioned, there was no pressure. When we came in to pick up the car, a BMW Genius, Justin Ferguson made understanding the car easy. I don't know where the begin with Carlos. He is personable, reliable, trustworthy, and his follow up process is superb! My very first car was a BMW, and I purchased two more since then. BMW MINI of Freeport is amazing. From the time I walked in I noticed how clean it was. The layout of the cars, the displays all perfect. Their attention to detail and presentation of the cars was a perfect 10/10. I was greeted by a receptionist that was friendly and courteous. She gathered my reason for being there and when the time came left me in the hands of my client advisor, Nina Markovic. She introduced herself and explained to me that she had a few clients picking up their vehicles so she would attend to me shortly. She showed me to the concession stand and went to finish up with her client pickups. The Sales Dept. was BUSY but, Nina somehow managed to check in with me every few minutes to make sure I was alright, to reassure me that she didn't forget I was there and that I was just as important as her client pick ups. When it came time to sit down with Nina, we discussed what I was there for...to purchase a F80 M3. She was just as excited as I was and explained to me that she didn't drive an M but she was a BMW driver. We talked about the joy of owning/driving the "Ultimate Driving Machine". She stuck with what I wanted unlike other BMW dealers I went to before Freeport that tried to sell me a M235i or a 1M when I clearly stated I came to purchase a F80 M3. My last client advisor from another dealership spoke to me about their Lexus that was coated for paint protection but Nina drove and talked to me about her BMW which was awesome because how can you sell something you yourself don't love? Being a BMW M Enthusiast I asked questions about the F80 to get some real life reviews being that everyone I know either has an E46/E92 M3 and when my last client advisor, who claimed to be in the business for "over 10 years" couldn't answer the questions because he didn't know much about the M3, he called his "M Expert" who wasn't an M Expert at all. I had to explain to him what EDC was and how it worked. Nina on the other hand, did not claim to be an expert nor did she boast about her tenure at BMW. She called over a coworker who drove a F80 M3 and we talked for about 20-30 minutes about the features and her experience. Long story short being that my visit ended up being well over 3 hours because I enjoyed myself that much, I ended up ordering my M3 with Nina that same night. I didn't bother going to the rest of BMW dealers on my long list. Although my car doesn't go into production for a few weeks, I have to say that Nina exemplifies what a Client Advisor should be. Someone that is passionate about the brand, takes their time, pays close attention to details, listens to the customer, is honest about what she knows and doesn't know and knows how to get you the answers if she can't answer them herself. She didn't fast talk me, continuously explain to me how other dealers lie and she's so honest, or hold me hostage to buy from her for whatever reason. She gave me the facts and the real world numbers and left the decision up to me. I shouldn't have to say it at this point but if you want to buy a BMW see Nina Markovic at BMW MINI of Freeport!

I am a car fanatic and have leased and purchased many different types of vehicles. I recently bought a 2015 BMW M5. I am pleased to report that not only am I in love with my new car but the experience at the dealership was nothing short of top notch! The dealership has a well designed showroom and the staff was a pleasure. I can't help but giving special praise to my sales professional David Mullakandov. This gentleman went above and beyond to make sure I was buying not just a car but the right car. He even went as far as contacting me after hours and on his days off! I have also bought my wife a new x5 which she is in love with as well. I am not one to write reviews but this type of experience was worth sharing!

From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly lady who had Carlos come over and introduce himself. He asked questions without judgment or harassment. Carlos was very helpful and met all of my needs. The car was exactly as he described, he even took my bucket on trade. Overall, a great experience no pressure fun environment. I will never buy another car any place else my favorite dealership by far. Will be back when I need another vehicle and will refer them to everyone I know. THANKS!!!!!!!!!

So I came in thinking "BMW or Lexus?" After walking out I knew I made the right decision! There is no better vehicle than a BMW, it truly is THE ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINE! So let me further explain my experience. I walk in to be greeted by some very nice eye candy, I mean this place has a good amount of cute assistants, thats definitely important, you don't see that at Honda. As someone who pays attention to eve the smallest of details, I LIKE THAT! Anyways, as we were greeted we helped ourself to some Delicious Starbucks! Not starbucks keurig cups, no, an actual genuine Starbucks cup of coffee...mmm delicious. Also to pair it with an assortment of delicious deserts, sandwiches overall classy experience. I was helped by the best BMW representative in the entire world, Dennis Gonzales. He went above and beyond in every aspect of the car buying experience. From helping educate me on different sized vehicles, finding out what was important to me and helped me keep costs very low. I typically am very indecisive especially with something as expensive as a new car but i was blown away. I got a certified preowned car that looked and smelled brand new. I wake up every morning with pride, I look forward to driving anywhere! Women treat you different in a beautiful car, make the trip out here these guys are super fair and are not just about selling you anything, they truly care about your goal and your budget. I purchases my 1st BMW back in 2013 and was very happy with my 128i convertible but when I had to take my car in for tires I was given the 428 coupe as a loaner and I enjoyed the ride so when I recieved in the mail an offering to buy back my 128i I set up an appointment. Boyd offered to assist me and was very knowledgable in the cars he was showing me so I decided on the 2 series and I couldnt be more trilled with my new 2015 bmw 228i and again thanks to Boyd for his great customer service and his patience an witty humor! Currently in Mercedes convertible and lease coming due soon and stopped in by BMW of Freeport and was approached by receptionist then directed to Jacqueline Chait. She was attentive and offered me a drink and we sat down to chat about my needs. Telling her my lease up soon.. she offered for me to take a test drive in a new BMW 4 series convertible and have a manager take a look at my car.. Car was good and back saw the Manager Matthew and after a little bit decided this time is not the correct time for me to get out of my current lease.. but will be looking back to this dealership in the future when closer to my end day of lease. I have been buying bmw for quite some time now. I am on my 6th bmw and I can honestly say I have finally found a dealership ready to assist,listen and earn your business. I was referred by my sister who recently purchased a vehicle here and from her reviews I figured I'd give it a try. No haggling, no hidden agenda up front and honest and after my due diligence i confirmed that all that She had told me was true. My salesman David Mullakanov was a true courteous and honest person from the very first time we made contact. He kept me up to date all the way through and never once did he try and push sell or anything that would make the buying experience unpleasant. I have a particular way of purchasing my vehicles and he stood by my agenda. The day of the pick up. We are all so worried in meeting the finance manager. We know finance managers will sit you down and push you into unwanted add ons for the sake of increasing the bottom line. I was extremely pleased with Dennis Gonzales. He just went over the vehicle and waited for me to ask questions. I inquired of the tire and rim insurance. Over the years this insurance has helped me a great deal as the cost of replacing tires and rims on a bmw m5 runs in the thousands. This is the only extra I suggest and swear by everyone should have. Nail in your tire? You get a brand new tire, no questions asked. Dennis covered this insurance for me and I was on my way. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get into a bmw. 5 stars all the way. Keep up the great work guys. I'll be back in three years.

I had routine service done on my car twice, so I established a relationship with a service representative, Steve I, and Marcella Umberto, from client relations. They got to know me and I them, which made me feel comfortable, because I had to bring my car in for an unscheduled service visit. I called Marcella, and she remembered me and set up a appointment. She couldn't have been nicer. Very accommodating, and very professional. I dealt with Steve again, which I also liked because he knew my car, and how I treat it. Thanks.

I servicemy car at BMW/Mini of Freeport . The technicians and mechanics keep my 2011 550i BMW running like the high performance car that it is. The valets are friendly, polite and always ready to assist in any way that they can. My Service advisor Greg Itkin is the best. Greg is always knowlegable, professional and courtious. If I have a question and he doesn't know the answer, he will find the answer if possible.I can always depend on him to return my phone calls in a timely manner. I appreciate his advice concerning the care of my vehicle, this is very important to me. I have reccomended Greg to my friends and family. And encouraged them to bring their cars to Freeport for service as well . Greg Itkin is an asset to BMW/Mini of Freeport. He is the main reasons I continue to bring my car there.

I recently had my X5 serviced at BMW of Freeport...I had to cancel my original appointment last minute and they really worked with my schedule to make a new time. Their comfortable waiting area really made time fly and they washed my car which was great to get the winter slop off of it. I would definitely recommend BMW Freeport to have your car serviced.

I have been using Freeport BMW (formerly Hassel) for a few years prior to the new ownership. I purchased a 1998 528I and was very pleased with the service I received. Over the years I have had very good experiences with the Service Advisors. The first advisor Mark (cannot remember his last name) and Mark one of the advisors that checks the cars in, were very cordial and assisted me with grace. I then changed my car to a 2008 528I and returned to Freeport BMW for the servicing. Again, my first advisor was Lionel Senior, who was very professional at the way he dealt with me. I also had the pleasure of meeting Marcella Umberto, Client Relations and Customer Service Advisor who made my visit a pleasure. I felt as if I were given the "royal" treatment by these two advisors. I would highly recommend Freeport BMW and Mini Service to anyone who is seeking servicing from a reputable car dealership. You have trained your staff well because all my visits to take care of my car have been pleasant ones. Thanks for the opportunity to share my opinion openly.

Don't ever buy a bmw from Sales Representative Savitri Shrikishun. She will treat you totally different before and after you purchase your car. And her boss Sales Director Danielle Dewling also cares about nothing but the commission. She won't solve your problem in a timly manner. If you wanna have a pleasure experience, stay away from BMW of Freeport.

So just a little background information, I purchased a certified pre owned 2009 335 from Carlos about 2 years ago and it was a very pleasurable buying experience. Unfortunately in between then and now I was involved in a five car pile up resulting in my 335 being totaled. I made the mistake of buying an Audi after the accident and regretted it and wanted to get back into a BMW. I immediately called Hassel BMW and refused to work with anyone but Carlos Nieto. Once again Carlos took care of me and got me an incredible deal on my trade in and new 2015 m235i. Carlos is the only salesman I trust and will do business with! If you need a BMW, go speak to him and just relax because I promise you are in good hands!

This is my third BMW lease. I leased the first one, with hassle I thought the car was great but the price was exaggerating. My lease had expired and went back there to sign up for another lease, I ran out of the place because they were asking about 10,000 to put down for 5series. I've decide to go to Life Quality which was a little far from me. I've decide to lease the 535XI 2011 I put down about 7000.00 and my payment was about 500.00 little that I know when leasing a car, high deposits aren't so necessary, anyway my first two cars went great I never had any problem with them, My second BMW was custom made to my taste, I truly enjoyed it. No lie. Now My lease was up and had some finical issues could not afford to purchase anything too expensive. This time I went back to hassle again but I truly wanted to keep custom made vehicle this young lady forced me to give the car up and said well if I get into another lease my payment would be cheaper plus I'd get into a new vehicle 2014. Knowing I was ripped before in 2007, She said well I'd get you in he BMWX1. I didn't want to spend much and plus I like the fact I would be able to same on gasoline Since my finical situations had changed. I leased the 2014 BMWX1 and 4 months later there was some muffler issues and steering wheel was so stiff, I feel as thought each time i made a turn I was lifting some heavy weight< I called the young lady who sold it to me and ask her to please fix the wheel and the muffler and or give a new car, well I she said she will speak with her boss and call me back. she never call me back. I am certainly not enjoying this BMW X1 as much as i enjoyed my first 2 BMW's. I am paying 420.00 a month for a car I hate to drive.. I really think they produced these cars in mass production with major issues.. This time I am thinking about Mercedez Benz. I think I have given them enough of my money for now

Great Experience! Drove 9 hours round trip for my X3 and without hesitation would do it again! Courteous, helpful, and accommodating staff. Finance department was outstanding to work with in person and over the phone. Very down to earth staff that realizes what customer service should be. On top of that, driving is fun again! Worth checking out!
