John was so great to work with in buying our x5. He was very professional and was very knowledgeable about the car and gave us the right information we needed in order to make our decision. Just completed purchase of my new used car. Sales process was all low key. Salesperson Artem was the consummate professional. All paperwork disclosures and signing was managed digitally. Just arrived and picked up the keys. To my surprise, pleasure and need was offered tutoring in use of the high tech devices by an employee dedicated and trained for that task. The quality of this dealership in every way was second to none. Highest possible recommendation as the BMW dealer to choose.

I recently purchased a CPO 528 from BMW of San Rafael and worked with Jerry Blomgren. The process was a smooth, no hassle experience. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Jerry was fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, and not a high pressure sales person- a pleasure to deal with!Shaun the Finance Manager was also great- explained the different options for finance and maintenance and did not pressure me into buying something that I did not need.Overall a 5 star experience.

Robert Stephens, my service rep was amazing. I brought the car in for it's first servicing and while he told me it would be an hour and a half, he got it finished in half the time. I appreciated his not over delivering on the promise, but over delivering on the actual service! I have found the entire staff there from Jonathan who sold me the car to Robert who helped me get it serviced! Outstanding dealership!!!

We just bought a 2012 pre-owned Camry at BMW San Rafael, and we have only the highest praise for Julian, the salesman who worked with us there (unusual to get a used Toyota at BMW, but that's what we were looking for, and the pre-owned department down the road at Toyota did not have what we wanted). On a hunch, we called and spoke with Julian, and he found the perfect car for us, it was the color we wanted, it was in perfect shape and it had amazingly low mileage. He texted us photos, and we knew immediately that it was the car for us. Julian was fast, efficient and professional. We went in to BMW and Julian patiently and courteously walked us through the purchasing process. In the finance department, Dianne was great, and all the paperwork was handled with professionalism, (and humor!) We are very happy with our car, and we highly recommend Julian if you are looking for your perfect car.

I went in to look at a car without wanting to make a commitment but Bruce Marks made the process as easy and effortless as possible. He was helpful and went beyond the call of duty going as far as dropping off paperwork after hours and offering any assistance in the future with servicing by picking up the car and offering a loaner. He made my buying experience the best I've ever had.

Visited Sonnen BMW this past weekend in search of a certified pre owned 5 series. I was greeted by Bruce Marks who proceeded to show me a huge inventory of pre owned 5 series. I was a bit overwhelmed by the selection, but Bruce took the time to go over each individual car. We narrowed down to 3 cars, and he joined me in driving each until one spoke to me. We then sat down to work out pricing and financing options. I have to say I have purchased many cars in my life and am a savvy negotiator, but Bruce presented pricing and financing that I knew from my research was beyond fair. By far the best buying experience I have ever had, and Bruce spending almost an hour after the paperwork was completed initiating me to the technology on the car was icing on the cake. I left feeling like a valued customer, and will be referring family and friends to Sonnen BMW and Bruce Marks.

They function like, well, a well-oiled machine. Everything from sales to finance to service is smooth and efficient. No silly games with negotiating back and forth, or ridiculous, costly add-ons (undercoating, for example). Just straight-up service.
