We are looking for a new BMW and I went back to this dealer website because it's the most convenient location wise. I am shocked at how high the ratings are as we had a horrendously bad experience here about a year and a half ago. Scott Meyer gave me a quote for a car I wanted, when it came time to filling out the paperwork (this was my 2nd lease with BMW), the quote changed and increased by $200 a month. Needless to say, after going back and forth for a month, we wound up going to a different dealership (Competition BMW) that not only beat Scott's original quote, but included a sports package. I was so disgusted by the way I was treated by Scott and Don and am waiting for new management so my family and I can shop here again.

I have a Beamer. It's going on 15 years old. And sure enough, Takata airbags were installed in it and I received notice to make an appointment with my dealer to have one faulty airbag replaced at no charge. Anyone familiar with travelling on the easternmost end of Sunrise Highway in summertime knows it is solid gridlock. Nevertheless, I made an appointment for 9 AM today (Friday) and started off early, determined to arrive on time in spite of it being the beginning of a full weekend of onslaught by tourists. After stopping and going too often to count, I arrived at BMW, Southampton and was ushered into the waiting room by a friendly receptionist. The area was actually a nook, complete with a varied array of comfortable seating, end tables, coffee tables, magazines, newspapers, television, cold water and freshly brewed coffee. Shortly after I made myself comfortable, a woman breezed in, turned on the television and proceeded to prepare a little table area that looked somewhat like a small computer desk. After setting up, she turned on a lamp extended over it and asked if I would like a complimentary manicure! I had to decline, because my arthritis makes manis and pedis too painful for me to endure but I thought it was a very nice surprise offer. She was very pleasant and engaged in conversation with everyone in the room. When I left, she was giving a manicure to one of the salesmen leaving me with the opinion that BMW must be a very nice place in which to work. I was called by an equally pleasant service man who had me sign papers and asked for my keys. He told me it would take approximately an hour to install the new airbag....in spite of the letter I carried which asked me to be prepared to wait as long as 3 hours. And he was right...I found my car right outside the door and was on my way home by 10:15 AM. To my surprise, the vehicle had been washed, vacuumed and fluid levels as well as the tires had been inspected....all complimentary. I had no cash on me so there was no opportunity for me to leave a tip for all the workers who contributed to my experience most pleasant. It has been a long time since I have been treated like royalty. Oh, I've never been monied but occasionally I have been in the company of the moneyed; so, I can readily identify the royal treatment when I see it. Everyone at BMW had succeeded in making me feel very special. Felt like I'd died and gone to heaven. Thank you, BMW!

I reached out to Tony, the Service Manager at BMW of Southampton, to look into the remaining warranty on a used Mini my girlfriend is looking into purchasing. My family's experiences with Tony go back at least 10 years before his time at Southampton and this time, like many others, he went above and beyond. Whatever has gone on in BMW of Southampton's past, they're on a good track now, especially if the rest of the staff is as helpful and customer-oriented as he is.

We went to the nearby BMW dealership in Southampton, NY because our long-time mechanic who had worked on our 2002 Ford for its lifetime told us that the time had come to get a new car. He recommended that we lease a small BMW SUV, so we did, working with Scott Meyer who treated us as though it was OK to be completely ignorant of almost anything to do with car selection. He never condescended, but simply realized from that start that he didn't have to explain things we weren't likely to understand, but concentrated instead on the virtues of German workmanship and the ease of guaranteed service. He also said we would love almost any model we chose. We tested the S1 by driving it 2.5 miles to our home and back and were delighted. A great experience.

I was quoted a price for a service. I dropped the car off and at first they could not find the problem. A few days later, they did. However, the cost of the service was double what was originally told to me even though it was the same problem. I did not let them do the work. Additionally, when I picked up the car, my sunglasses were missing from the car.

They removed a valuable tag from the trunk of her car without telling us, and replaced the license plate covers with ones advertising the dealership. The service was terrible and we will not be going back.

I went to BMW of Southampton to get pricing on a lease for a 2012 528x. Rob Rogers, the Sales Associate, spent a considerable amount of time with me, answering all my questions, explaining the features of the car and accompanying me on a test drive. He also provided the pricing information I requested. Unfortunately, the monthly cost was above my desired range. Nevertheless, within two days, Rob called me to advise that he had found a car that would meet my criteria for options, interior and exterior color and, most important, fell within my price range. I went into the dealership and signed the credit application. When I came in to pick up the car, Rob, extremely knowledgeable and professional from start to finish, spent more than an hour explaining how to utilize and set up all of the features of the car. I love my new car and couldn't be happier. I would most gladly recommend BMW of Southampton to my friends and family!

After having a terrible experience at a VW dealership, this was a real treat. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable from saleman (Scott) to management staff. Very nice assortment of cars and all in great shape with low mileage, it was hard to make a choice but with help from Scott we are very pleased with our 528i xDrive. By the way 1 year bumper to bumper coverage and 3 years left on the drivetrain warranty was a nice perk.

Response time and professionalism are outstanding. Second time I am leasing from them. Prior to them I had leased through Habberstad and when that lease was expiring I contacted them and did not receive a call back for close to 2 weeks from the former salesman. In addition at that same time I contacted Rallye for a quote and it took them over a week to return my call. Every time a BMW is to be replaced, I assess the level of service of my current dealer, as I have the option of selecting a dealership among several in convenient distance from my homes. The consistent high quality of service through the years from the long-term staff in Maintenance and Sales/Leasing of the dealership at the Southampton location, despite the difficulties during a change in ownership, has brought me back again and again. What attracted and made me stay with the BMW dealership at this location can only get better with the recent upgrade in facilities, planned and/or already executed.

I was able to come out of my earlier lease because of their willingness to put me in a new car. They were upfront on everyghting and kept their word on everything we discussed. My wife and I had looked around for a new SUV for ourselves for almost 4 months, having visited several dealerships of different makes and models before finally settled down on BMW X5 at BMW of Southampton. Antonio was our salesman who was both courteous and knowledgeable and made our final selection much easier. He even went out of his way to make us save quite a bit and we really appreciated that.This afternoon before we drove away with our new car, which we never had laid our hands on before, Antonia had made sure we understand most of the basic functions and gadgets as he was more concerned about our safety. I just completed my third lease with Scott Meyer this year. The lease on my wife's X5 was coming due in May and we wanted a new three year lease on an a 2011. Scott was knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. As the end of the year approached, the lease on my 528 was expiring and I was able to order a 2012 with the new 4 cylinder twiln turbo which I just picked up today. While ordering the new 528 I enquired about a 3 series for my daughter and was able to make a good deal on a 2011 with 8,000 miles; it will be in the garage Christmas morning with a big red bow on the roof. Would not hesitate recommending Southampton BMW or Scott; a pleasure to deal with.

I wanted a smooth transition from one leased vehicle to the next. The dealer arranged for the car to be available in the month of expiration of the lease. The vehicle with options was as ordered and the deal made all the arrangements for the insurance and registration. He explained the new features, did my blue tooth connection and helped me move my golf clubs from the old to the new car. And all with a smile

I was very impressed with this dealership. It is an intimate showroom. Everyone was very helpful and accomodating. They have a great waiting room, with a kids play room, TV and computer internet access. I was asked if I needed anything twice within my 20 min waiting period. I worked with Scott Meyer, who was so helpful, honest and enthusiastic. I ended up leasing the car of my dreams for a price that I could afford. I had been to other dealerships in the Southampton area of the same caliber and did not experience the same attention and respect. BMW truly is the ulitimate driving machine, but the experience of working with the Southampton dealership made the exciting experience of owning a BMW that much enjoyable. I feel I have made a worthy purchase, and also feel well taken care of by the people at this dealership. If I had to rate this dealership from 1-10, it easily rates a 10!!!

We walked in off the street to inquire about a leftover 2011 X3. We were not recommended to BMW Southampton. We met with Robert Rogers, and he informed us that they were currently building 2012's at the same price as the 2011's. We proceeded from there and talked about options and price. We had fully intended to shop around. After spending at least an hour with Rob, we decided that when we were ready we would return to BMW Southamton. For us, it was about the patience Rob showed in answering all questions and we believed he gave us a good deal.Today, we are the proud owners of a beautiful 2012 X3. Rob spent considerable time with us setting up our I-pod, setting all our radio stations and going over every detail of our new car. We are very pleased!!

I was in the Southampton over Memorial day weekend and my check engine light came on. Dave the service advisor helped me and got my car fixed while I went across the street for lunch, they were able to get me back on the road so I could enjoy my weekend.

I recieved a letter saying bring your car in we will look it over,no charge.I made an appointment like the letter said. I was there at the appointed time,was ignored.I said I recieved the letter to bring the car in. I was told you have a new car you should'nt have recieved the letter. I spoke to the manager he was useless.The person who sold me the car happened to walk by, heard I was'nt happy and walks away.
