My experience was relaxed, low pressure, everyone we met, and dealt with were friendly, courteous, and helpful. We bought a CPO 2012 BMW x5, and our salesman, Larry Riggs was friendly and professional, well trained with respect to product information. He's new to the auto business, but clearly mature, honest, and easy to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone stopping into this dealership. Sales manager Eli Reyna was also friendly and professional. We really enjoyed the entire experience. We keep our vehicles for a "long" time, trading in a 10 year vehicle that we had purchased new. Finance Manager, Armando Cisneros was incredibly helpful also.

I got nothing but helpful information, and a really good deal on a certified used BMW X1. Tim Bush has been around our area for a long time, but this is my first experience buying a car from them. I love my new car that actually had more miles on the odometer than my trade; a '13 VW GTI.

We looked at some new BMW's in the Boise, Idaho area and the sales person was helpful - but they didn't have the model or color we wanted. So we shopped dealerships in the states of Utah, Oregon and Washington and narrowed our search to Seattle and Richland in the Tri-Cities. For selection, color choices and the best price we bought a new BMW 3 Series X drive with sport and premium plus packages at Tri Cities BMW. They negotiated the deal over the phone, gave us a good value for our trade and it was a great experience. I strongly recommend that you take the time to shop for what you want and benefit from better prices and values that are offered by dealerships like we found at Tri Cities BMW - it is worth the drive.
