Amazing customer service. BMW of Tucson is awesome at what they do. My service representative, Beatrice, kept in contact with me to let me know how my vehicle was coming along. Recommended extra maintenance, without being pushy. Her and the entire staff were very attentive to every customer there, asking if we needed help with anything, offered to make coffee, bring water, or if we’d like to change the channel. When my vehicle wase, Beatrice took time and went over the maintenance that was done on my car, and was genuinely attentive. Superior customer service!!!

It’s always been my experience when I’ve taken my BMW in for service at BMW of Tucson that the Service Rep, Katelyn W., was friendly, courtesy & professional. They handled my oil change & 21 point inspection quickly and efficiently. I waited for my vehicle in the comfy customer lounge. In no time, I had my reasonable bill, which included a discount I’d received by email, suggestions for upcoming services and I was in my way! An all around great experience!

Had my 2017 BMW serviced recently. Making an appointment was easy. Dropped my car off outside couple minutes before my scheduled appointment, this is where the issues lie. Time from drop off till when it gets taken to the shop was 25 minutes. SA told me over an hour to perform a vehicle check and oil change. Dealer needs to get cars in the shop in time not sitting around waiting. The Sales team and Service Team at BMW Tucson are not very people oriented. I didn't even get a thank you when I picked up my car

It's unbelievable how smooth our process was in buying our vehicle. By far the best car buying experience we've had. When they say no haggle pricing, they mean no haggle pricing. I'd like to compliment our sales rep Francisco who has been great! He never pressured us and was very patient while we looked at other vehicles. He and Paul who is his sales manager were extremely professional and although we purchased used, they have treated us as if we were buying a brand new BMW. They have also followed up since to make sure the vehicle is still running smooth. This has given us peace of mind that we were sold a great vehicle. Have and will continue to tell everyone about how great this dealer has been to us.

Please consider going to another dealership! The GM is well known to be arrogant with very limited knowledge. The way he conducts business is very embarrassing. The service department is not staffed with technicians who have adequate training. They replaced gaskets with the incorrect part causing leaks, they overlooked leaking and damaged struts and they left a cabin filter with leaves in it. This service was considered acceptable by the aforementioned GM. Auto Nation should be ashamed that this is occurring.

I walked into the dealership and was immediately greeted by a nice young man named Lance who was both kind and knowledgeable. I had already found a car I wanted to look at online (at cars.com) and I showed him the information. With-in two minutes he had procured the keys and pulled the car up to the front. Before the test drive he told me up front that the price on the window was the price plus approximately 10% for state and city tax as well as a docking fee. Afterward, when we went to talk price he hadn't lied, there were NO hidden costs. During the test drive, he was nice, funny, and offered good conversation. The buying process was fast (as fast as it ever is) and all the information was given including a carfax report. The finance guy was also kind and witty, overall making this a very easy process. 10/10 recommend.

Salesperson was great. He showed us what we were looking for, took us out on test drives, and gave us an overall view of each BMW. The finance.process was more intimidating. We felt very pressured into buying an extended warranty. It was very expensive and it made us feel like we were not going to be able to afford the car because repairs would be massively expensive. The Service Department is about the best I have ever experienced. Steve Joseph is a fantastic and very trustworthy service advisor.My only complaint with this dealership was the buying process and the salesman we had two years ago was, unfortunately, what one would expect in the car business. In this regard, Lexus has by far the best sales experience, whereas this BMW dealer has by far the best service department experience thanks to its service advisors.

Brought my car in because of black smoke coming from my tailpipe. The service shop diagnosed a cracked valve cover, and contacted the extended warranty company for coverage. The warranty company sent out an adjuster to assess the damage, etc. All the while, Todd kept me informed on the progress and status of my warranty claim. The warranty company was a true pain in the butt, but Todd was persistent in attempting to get a decision and, again, kept me informed. Todd also provided me with a loaner car which I kept for the duration of the repairs. The warranty company made a decision after 2 days (and many phone calls from Todd and myself). When my wife came to pickup the loaner car, she commented on how friendly and professional the entire service staff was towards her. Todd is truly a great service advisor and worked with me to get my car repaired, despite the obstacles from my warranty company. On a side note, I bought the car from a dealership in Scottsdale, so the warranty was not sold through BMW of Tucson and I did not blame them for my problems. Overall, my service experience was exceptional and the staff was courteous and friendly.

I easily made my service repair appointment by phone, then showed up a little late to have the service done. The repairs were done nearly to the minute and at no charge. My car required a new battery due to it being replaced. Everything went smoothly and easy.

My car's air conditioning was having a problem and Todd was able to get me in the very next day. He had Steven Joseph take care of me since he was off. Steve was extremely nice and professional. He took care of everything quickly and did a great job communicating with and letting me know the status of my car and explaining what was wrong. It was a seamless, easy process. Ten days ago I made an appointment for an oil and filter change. Courteous phone conversation, service rep gives me some options, I pick one and he asks if I will wait while the work is done. Affirmative, I tell him. Got an email confirmation of the appointment the next day. Two days ago got a reminder email from the dealer. Another one yesterday. All the data about the appointment was correct: Your appointment is today, March 21, at 10:00. I live in Green Valley. My wife and I drive the 40 miles to the dealership and arrive right on time, at10:00. We are met at the service entrance by a young man who asks if we have an appointment. We tell him Yes and give us our last name. He checks us in, takes our keys, he asks if we will wait while the car is serviced, I tell him Yes, and we go to the customer waiting area. Thirty minutes go by. At ten thirty another service rep comes out from the services offices, approaches us, and asks if we will be waiting for the car while the service is performed. I'm puzzled but tell him Yes, we will wait, he nods and tells us that the car is ready to go into the shop and the service will likely take an hour and forty-five minutes. As I'm trying to digest this info my wife protests, "But we have an appointment." The service rep responds that yes, he knows that but the service dept. has "been really hit hard this morning." Then he turns and walks off. My wife and I take a few minutes to "collect ourselves," calculating that even though we had an appointment for an oil and filter change at 10:00 a.m. and arrived on time, we won't leave the dealership until 12:30. That is, our oil and filter change will have taken two hours and fifteen minutes. At that point I go back to the service rep and tell him we can't accommodate him and need to leave. He gets up and takes us to our car, which is still outside, not in the service area, and we leave. We drive the forty minutes back to Green Valley with the scheduled work not done. I honestly don't know why this dealership parades a service appointment process in front of customers if it means nothing. Apparently everything is on a first-come first-served basis, regardless of customer promptness on the day service is scheduled. I

I live in Tempe but the dealership is located in Tucson. I worked with Eddie Martinez over the phone on coming up with a guarenteed out the door price within my budget. There were no additional hidden fees upon arriving in Tucson. He even had a purchase order printed sent to me before I left to purchase the vehicle. The team at bmw was able to provide me with a fair apr as well. Marissa was very helpful finalizing all the paperwork and explaining all my options as far as extended warranty and such. Overall I couldn't be happier with my first car purchasing experience from a dealer.

We were not easy customers to deal with but our Salesman t Tucson BMW was so patient and so flexible that he stuck with us through several weeks of shopping different dealers, makes and models. He was always friendly, always informative, and with no pressure. His knowledge of the BMW inventory helped us to find an X-5, which we thought was out of our budget. He helped to structure a deal that we could live with and minimized the negotiating games. Last spring my wife and I purchased a home in Tucson so we could spend winter months in a sunny place. We're natives of Virginia. When we returned to Tucson in early December, one of our first tasks was to find reliable transportation. We spent two complete days looking at vehicles at several different Tucson dealers. It's not a fun job. Our last dealership visit was to BMW of Tucson. We have a BMW in Virginia and are huge fans of the product so, we thought it would be great to get a low-mileage, certified BMW. We were quickly greeted by John Owen at the dealership who went out of his way to show us different cars and to answer our questions. I'm 63 years old and have bought a lot of vehicles over the years. Dealing with John was the most relaxing, personable experience I have ever had buying a car. He knows his product and went out of his way to make sure the vehicles that we bought fit our needs. Yes, we ended up buying TWO cars that day. There was never an iota of pressure. If you shop there, you should definitely ask for John. Finally, let me comment on the dealership. This operation is a class act. Everyone working there is on the same team, making sure that your needs are being met. One person, Russ Lange, is dedicated strictly to making sure you understand the capabilities of your car. He will spend as much time with you as necessary to make sure you completely understand your vehicle. All in all, a great car buying experience!

Scheduled my car on line for service, after receiving email service was due. Each time, I'm immediately greeted, meet with my service advisor, Marcela Arns..Marcela explains what services are to be done and if I need a loaner....I chose to wait....nice seating, coffee, donut holes, television, magazines, and always clean! Marcela lets me know my car is ready. Back in her office she explains what services were done, walks me to my just washed car! Great experience

Always has been a hassle buying a car - you know the drill. First the salesman who jumps at you when you first enter the door, willing to take you for a test ride and extoll the virtues of the car. But they can't make any decisions without having to talk to the various levels of management - just like the government or military. Our salesman, Steve Turner, was low pressure, answered questions, got his manager's approval fast, and the deal was quickly done. All while in the presence of quality cars in a sharp showroom. Left with a state of the art i3!

Fadie was very helpful and informative during out purchase experience. We had not expected to buy a car that day and were only hoping to get a quote for our old car. The price they gave us for trading in our old car was reasonable and they did throw in a few discounts for the pre-owned car we purchased from them. Fadie let us test drive the car on various road conditions to let us feel how the car was like under the different modes available. I would recommend that you read the information sheet on the car carefully as we failed to do so and only discovered that there was no Bluetooth connectivity in the car after we had purchased it. The dealership does a wonderful followup by scheduling you to have a meeting with their BMW genius who will show you all the secrets and shortcuts to your car that you may not have had the time or patience to discover. Overall, quite a wonderful experience.

Purchased a used M6 from BMW of Tucson. The staff was very professional and no pressure. The car was in excellent condition but things can happen and after driving it for about a week, the air conditioner compressor failed. The car came with a 60 day warranty that covers almost everything free of charge. I am happy to say it's true and what would have been a costly repair was free. I am impressed by how easy they made the process.

Searching for a new car lease I was drawn by the lead-in of a BMW ad. When entering the dealership I engaged with a sales rep who attentively listened to my needs and responded by giving a demo ride in the vehicle of the ad; superior knowledge & thorough - a comprehensive review of all the key elements necessary to understand features and performance; very convincing if one had doubts. All questions answered to my satisfaction - including bringing in the sales manager for a question that only he should address. All, including the finance manager were very professional, affable, and a pleasure to interact with. Follow ups for BMW genius, service/maintainability, & initialization of some key features of the vehicle by the sales rep, and all of the previous, demonstrates a dealership I will not only enjoy but also will have my trust & confidence.

Went in for a recalled part to be replaced. They were very professional, the facility was extremely clean, the employees there were all very friendly and the service was done quicker than expected with a free car wash. I was pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing service on their BMW.

Great experience!!Clark Koby and John Owen were extremely helpful. Clark had me in a vehicle of my choice for a test drive within minutes. I wasn't expecting to purchase an X3 because I searched the inventory before arriving not finding a vehicle with the options I wanted. Clark somehow located a vehicle that had 90% of the features.Clark had to take care of someone he had sold a car too earlier so, he passed me on to John Owen. John was a great host, he listened well and took over right where Clark left off. John is an animal lover an a very descent person. All and all quality people, not too sales-ey an over all great experience.

I found a used Nissan Xterra online and met Bill Metcalf to look at it. He allowed me to take the vehicle to my mechanic to have it checked over and he arranged to have the paperwork done so when my husband and I returned, all we had to do was sign the documents and away we went! Amazing service. we were made to feel right at home the moment we stepped into the dealership. David Spencer was very thorough and patient in giving all the information. He made all the options available to us which made our decision making process very easy. Rest of the staff in the deanship was also very help full and friendly and it felt like that every body was involved in the process although David was the main person handling the sale. I think dealer ship was also a big factor in deciding to go for a BMW instead of other luxury models we were looking into.

I've never experienced such horrible customer service at any dealership as I did at BMW of Tucson, I took my BMW there in hopes of getting an oil change but obviously that didn't happen. It seems as though they are too busy for their customers because when I arrived no one came out, I sat outside in my car for a while waiting for someone to come but no one ever did. I went inside and of course the ignoring continued, there was a man being checked out at the service desk and after he was done I walked up and the man at the service desk just walked away without even saying one word. I stood there for a while and employees kept passing by no of which bother to ask if someone was helping me. After a while a guy came out and didn't even say hello, he just asked me if I had an appointment and as soon as I said no he basically cut me off and didn't even allow me to explain what I needed. I will NEVER go back to BMW of Tucson, I would rather drive further, pay more if I have to and go to a place were I am treated right.

I recently stopped by BMW of Tucson to look at a Certified Pre-Owned 2011 335i. The staff there was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel truly valued. They were very willing to work within my budget and even helped me transport my old vehicle back to my apartment so that I could sell it to a friend. Overall, it was a great experience. I'm very glad I didn't drive up to Phoenix.

Antonio was a great person to work with! We had been looking at several different makes of luxury cars and overall BMW had the best customer service and maintenance plans. We were not pushed toward a specific modeler financing plan. All of our questions were answered quickly and honestly. They moved the vehicles right out of the showroom and brought the car in for tinting and detailing. Great experience!

Transaction was straightforward and I felt the salesman was genuinely interested in my satisfaction. The vehicle had been checked out thoroughly so I wasn't apprehensive about reliability issues. It turned out that it did need new brake pads, which the dealer provided at no cost. The only down side to the transaction was that the vehicle only came with one key, and I discovered that having a duplicate made was very costly. The dealer would not pay for the duplicate but did provide it at cost with no markup.

We were just passing thru - we have been researching several cars for a couple years now. The BMW X1 was at the top of the "Want" list, but we weren't quite ready to purchase. While in Tucson on vacation, we stopped to test drive the top two favorites. We weren't treated very well at a competitor because we weren't planning to make a purchase right away. We weren't satisfied with the test drive anyway and wanted a head to head comparison, so we made our way to Tucson BMW. We were pulled to the best looking car on the lot - the X1. It was the 35i and we were looking for the 28i. Enter Mike Schmid. We let him know that we were window shopping right away. We drove the 35i and were VERY pleased. We also wanted to look at the X3, which Mike was pleased to allow us to drive. When we got back and found out the price of the X1, we were sold. No pressure at all. The treatment, the price, and Mike working with the Managers on the trade-in made it the best buying experience we've ever had. We are now the proud owners of a BMW X1 xdrive 35i, turbo, straight six, Valencia Orange The ride home was magnificent. Thank You Mike, for everything.

Peter was terrific to work with. He understood right away what type of car I was looking for. The test drive was longer than 5 minutes - which with a BMW needs to be since it is SOOOOO fun to drive. He explained all the different options and provided assistance in helping me choose which ones I needed/wanted. There was no high pressure to "upgrade" ever. The car is only a few weeks old so I have not used the service department but expect it to be as efficent and friendly as the sales department.

Secondly, the service experience afterwards was always prompt, polite and most of all, expertly done and professional. Recently visited the service department for a scheduled appointment with Ryan to have a recall issue addressed (new brake booster and master cylinder). I pulled into the service bay and parked just outside one of the offices which was occupied. I sat in my car for a few minutes, expecting someone to greet me. That never happened. I went inside to see the receptionist and asked for Ryan. Ryan came out of his office to greet me. Turns out his was the office I pulled in front of and we ended up going right back there. (could have saved me a trip)Ryan set me up in a loaner car and quickly explained the operation. Before I left I was told my car would be done the following morning. Two and a half days later I got a call that my car was ready. No big deal since I had the loaner but there was no effort made in providing a status update.While driving out of the parking lot in my newly repaired car, the brake pedal immediately went to the floor as I nearly coasted out onto the road. I returned to the service department and was greeted by one of the valets who was kind enough to page Ryan. I explained the issue to Ryan and he got a technician to look at my car. They both agreed there was air in the brake lines and they would have to be bled again. When I asked how much more time they needed, I was told not more than 15 minutes. For the next hour I sat in the waiting area, which is more like a gift shop. Not once was I given an update even though the 15 minutes was long gone. When my car was finally ready Ryan gave me the keys and said, "Visually, your car's all ready to go. You've taken good care of it." I responded sarcastically by saying, "Great, I'm glad it's visually ready, nevermind the mechanics or safety of it." I thanked Ryan and left. As I drove back to work I reflected on my experience and realized that I had offered many words of thanks but not once was a thank you given to me. I had a far different experience when I initially went to Blue + White BMW, an independent mechanic. I received a personalized note from the owner thanking me for trusting them with my car and welcoming me to their family. I guess a lot can be learned from the 'little guys'.

This is my second BMW in 14 months; not a thing wrong with my convertible, and the servicing was always top notch, however decided to get an SUV, and would NOT go anywhere else..they gave me a good price on my BMW convertible which allowed me to get a new 2014 X3, on a lease, no payments until 3 years, I can than decide to buy or lease another.....never leased a vehicle before, this was my salesman's, Zane's idea, putting me in a brand new SUV x3 fully, fully loaded with so much more than I could ask for.....dealership is exceptionally clean and comfortable..service dept folks have been great and even wash the car when the service has been performed. I wish they still had the biscotti's to eat with their great coffee choices...these folks are are the creme de la creme and are second to none! Just walk into the dealership in Tucson and see how special you will feel!! The managers are really great to visit with and want you to have the best experience with all the employees, and I do......

Two days after the purchase Russ Lange spent three hours with my wife and I going over all of the functions of our BMW X3. The service was excellent.

I'm not one to give people bad reviews, usually just keeping quiet, but this dealership seems to have a culture of "sales" being more important than the truth in their service department. I took my car in for service and was told I needed a new part which cost over $800 only to find out later that the part had been recalled and would be replaced for free. When I called to speak with Jade she wasn't there but the receptionist answering the phone looked me up and saw that it was indeed a recalled part for my car. When I spoke with Jade later her response was, "Well, you would have gotten a refund." That is not how I want to be treated by anyone ever. My husband had a similar experience with this service department and tires for his car. I chose to replace my BMW with a Range Rover from Royal in Tucson and I'm very glad that I did.

Ron listened very well, demonstrated interest in our needs, followed-up on his commitments and was an advocate for a very fair deal on the car. Our buying experience at BMW Tucson was pretty pleasant & painless. Clark Kobey was very nice to deal with. He was friendly, helpful and patient. Angelica was also very nice & professional. The only painful part: the run flat tire issue... We were shocked to learn how much they cost to replace & the price of the warranty/insurance. After some research, we discovered that most people do not care for that type of tire and that some car makers have actually discontinued using them. Run flat tires don't last long enough & are too expensive - two big negatives.

I was in the market for a new car and stopped by to look at a used 3 series. An older gentleman named Dennis met me on the lot as I was looking around. I am a younger guy but had the income to make a purchase. His demeanor towards me, whether it be my age or whatnot, was deplorable. I had seen a used 650i that I was very interested in so I came home and contacted their internet manager Greg Shelko. We set up an appointment on my next day off to come in and talk numbers. I was trading in a Smart car and they gave me much more than what I was planning for, and gave me a great deal on the car. Greg was EXTREMELY helpful, not pushy and made for a great experience. Theyre showroom isn't as nice as the other BMW dealers I'm used to from California but still made for a fun purchase with a helpful rep. My experience with Greg was a 4-5 Star rating but my poor experience with Dennis brings it down to a 4 Star.

Went to the dealership just thinking about purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned 3-series--a little wary since I had never dealt with them. Turns out I left feeling like the whole staff was there just for me. Salesman Peter showed me all the choices and we narrowed them down as I expressed my firm opinions about likes and dislikes. We focused on 2 vehicles, and as we drove each one, he carefully explained its features. I left with a beautiful and loaded 335i coupe. I love the car! Peter and the rest of the staff were professional, knowledgeable, reasonable, and patient throughout the paperwork and decision making. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable in the least--it was like dealing with good friends. Car buying has never been so much fun!

Purchased a used Toyota Solara from this dealer. Sales negotiations were spirited and fair. Good Salesman (Ron Metcalf). We got a 60-day warranty on the vehicle, which turned out to be a total waste of time. Service department jerked us around on an issue that was admittedly a problem when we drove off the lot. Two 60-mile round trips to then be given a loaner so they could keep the car for 1/2 a day and then tell us they couldn't fix the issue, so it wasn't covered under the warranty. This wasn't a major repair - just a problem with the tire pressure sensor. If you want to work with a BMW dealership with integrity in ALL departments, better plan a trip to Phoenix to see if you can find one. The Tucson BMW transformed us from satisfied customers ready to recommend the dealership to our friends to disappointed consumers now willing to write this review.

Overall the process was outstanding. My salesman was Ron Metcalfe. He was the most knowlegeable salesperson I have ever dealt with and very accomodating of all of my special needs. I would highly recommend Ron and the dealership as a whole.

Shopping for a car could definitely be a stressful decision to make but the staff at BMW made it all worth while! As a first time car buyer I was looking for a nice, reliable vehicle with a reasonable payment I could afford. Everyone at BMW made that happen, we are extremely pleased with our '04 Toyota Highlander! BMW went the above and beyond to help us find the car we pictured for ourselves and wouldn't have gone anywhere else.

Previous experience buying a preowned 750LI was very positive - fair trade in value and pleasant experience. Decided to check out a new BMW X5 diesel - went for a test drive and decide we liked it.Salesman found one with the options and colors we liked and took our trade in for an evaluation.The value given for our trade in we felt was a bit low - when this was mentioned the salesman stated that if you factored in the 6.1% sales tax then they we giving us the near the value we thought should have been offered.We don't believe that the difference between 8.1% and 6.1% sales tax should be factored in for a fair market trade in at the expense of the customer.Really like the vehicle and would have committed if not for that.

As for my driving experience to date, I am pleased with the X3's performance and expect many years of driving comfort and dependability before I'm ready to see Mike Schmid on the sales floor again. Mike was exceptional in his handling of my numerous questions, patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. Wish all sales advisors are as pleasant and good natured as Mike. We have never bought a car without looking at it first...so this is a REAL first! We needed a solid, reliable, nice looking, low mileage car and payment we could handle for our elderly mother. Rick and Greg handled everything...found the car--a 2006 Hyundai Elantra, 2 owners, good maintenance records, excellent Carmax report, nice inside and out (looks brand new) and best of all...only 34K on it!! Perfect for our mom around town! We looked at the photos, they vouched for it, and we bought it. Paperwork was FedXed, and about 4 days later, BOOM. I also test drove two cars. To be fair, my expectations are a great customer oriented service, clean facility, knowledgeable staff, and several buying options from any BMW dealership. I like Ron because he is honest and answers all of the questions regarding finance in a way that a regular person can understand and make decisions without feeling ripped off. He is accommodating, arriving before the dealership opened to keep me on track with commitments later that day. I had a friend with me who said they never liked car salesman but she would buy a car from Ron.

Dennis took the time to test drive three cars with me, was not high-pressure, and made the whole buying experience pleasant. He and his manager, Ernest, took me seriously as a customer (I was a woman who came accompanied only by my mother-in-law) and we negotiated a deal I was quite happy with on 2 used BMWs. I am extremely happy with the cars, and Dennis has been great to follow up after the sale. Had a great experience at BMW Tucson this week. After meeting with many dealers of different brands around the state we narrowed our list down to BMW. A last minute change to our feature list resulted in our finding what we wanted at BMW TUcson, one dealer i had not previously visited. My Significant Other was dreading spending the day arguing with a car salesman but I managed to get her to agree to go for a test drive. An email request about the car resulted in a prompt phone call from Meredith Adams, the Internet Sales Manager. We are so glad we went! Meredith took us for a test drive that highlighted key features of the car and then sat down with us to put together a quote for the X3 and an offer for our trade-in. The quote form very clearly stated all costs associated with the car, the value of our trade, and the cost of each financing option. Their offer for my trade-in and the cost for the new car were both very competitive at first offer. Meredith also listened to our concerns and was able to offer a financing package that met our needs. We are VERY happy with our new X3 and very happy with the competent and professional staff at BMW Tucson.

When I began my car buying process, I was hesitant of over zealous salesmen. Unfortunate past experience. However I was in the market for a newer vehicle. BMW was my first choice and made a visit to the automall and was introduced to Mimi Ponce. She was delightful and actually listened to my needs first. Mimi would recommend a few cars in my range. I was not in much of a hurry to buy since I was currently driving my 2001 330i BMW and was running beautifully and Mimi was very diligent in finding a car that I was not going to settle for and YES she found my car. I must add, while Mimi was off, she assured me fellow salesmen would follow up when a car I might be interested, they would call. I am now a proud owner of a 2010, blue, 328i, four door BMW. Thanks to of course Mimi, and the others Juan Carlos and Ernie. By the way thanks for the new car mats. Make a wold of difference!

Absolutely hands down my best car buying experience! I'm so happy with my BMW and the very caring, professional staff.. As a single female it can be rather difficult to go car shopping by yourself, I've had poor customer service at Mercedes Benz actually the salesman never followed up with me when I advised him I would like to sit down and discuss pricing, ect. I've owned a Hummer H3, I though the sales staff were great but BMW of Tucson Tops any car buying experience.I love my BMW it handles so much better then the c300 or c250 or the sl450 MB I've driven. I even got a cute hat and key chain as a gift to go with my car.. What a nice little touch :)

I recently purchased a 2009 BMW 335i from BMW of Tucson. The transaction was very smooth and hassle free. The facility was new and very clean. I flew in from California and Meredith, my sales associate, was nice enough to pick me up from the airport. Upon arrival to the dealership, the car was in excellent condition just as described. Both were fresh trades and not prepted . I have wanted a seven series, but the Mercedes was immaculate., low mileage and handled very well. I traded the Porsche I was driving, completed the paperwork and picked up the detailed Mercedes the next day. Beautiful car, well shown, fair price for my trade & purchase,knowledgeable sales team. Every detail of the sale was covered in depth. At time of delivery she explained all of the features of the 328i to me while we were in the car working the controls. I custom ordered a 335i in December 2012 from Tucson BMW (my CA were George Kozlov and Clark Kobey). We negotiated a fair price without a lot of drama, and I placed the order. The order process takes some time to complete, but my car was manufactured as promised and made it to Tucson for delivery on 5 March 2013. Closing the deal was hassle free, with a no pressure finance office. It was a very pleasant experience, and the car was delivered exactly as promised. I would do another deal with this group of folks without any reservations. A very good and clean purchase experience.

Went to dealership as they had a product i was looking for (wheel wax). pulled up in my z3 coupe, no one greeted me. (lot was empty). walked in and was asked "can i help you?" asked where service was and he said "in the back" . wth, could have at least showed me with an empty show room also. went to the parts counter, patiently waited. was told "someone is ahead of you". when my turn came i was asked "what do you want?" at this point i am getting livid. even checking out was different. they acted as if no one ever paid cash before. With a high end dealership, they should have greeted me differently. granted i had on jeans and a sweat shirt. and yes i did have enough mponey to pay cash for the red z4 on the lot.

George was readily available to first, show me what was available and describe the options to me and then demonstrate to me these features in the vehicle. There was no pressure to buy from George. I, in fact, made several trips back to look again and get more information while I was trying to decide. The dealership merely laid out the info and was available when I finally made up my mind. Negotiations were easy and fair.

We required a 60,000 mile check up. While in Texas, we also were told by BMW AUTOBAHN in Fort Worth Texas that the passenger restraint failure in our car was not covered by any warrantee and that it would cost $1,400. While at BMW of Tuscan, our service Rep. named Hope researched the restraint issue and found that it was covered by BMW warrantee, she contacted Ft Worth Autobahn ( who by the way did not retain history of an oil leak or restraint issue in our electronic file), was transferred numerous times while trying to get the fault code for the failure which was probably only in paper record form, in order for Hope not to request a duplicate test to be performed and avoid an extra 60.00 charge to us, resulting in the repair of our restraint system at no cost to us. Our warranty company, Direct Warranty would not cover the full price to fix our oil leak on the oil filter system, so Hope contacted the Service department manager and he/she approved a waiver or they absorbed the difference that the Warranty guys wouldn't cover. Hope was awesome, accommodating, on time and maintain telephone contact with us on the status of our car. As full time RVers/snowbirds, I will make it a point to defer any maintenance to our car and wait until we can get to BMW of Tuscan. The Best! Thanks Hope!

I don't like the whole process of buying new vehicles--something to do with pushy salesmen and the whole "take the price back to the manager" thing. In the end, I wasn't given the discounts I was promised, the saleman and manager tried to make me sign the paperwork without reading it. (They hadn't notated the deposit I made.) I did get the vehicle I wanted but for $2000 more than was originally agreed upon. I was just happy to finally leave with my new vehicle and not face them again. We'll see what happens when I have to go back for the included service.

The first time I visited this dealership (Nov 2012) I could not get any assistance. There did not seem to be any other customers at the time, but apparently all of the sales people were busy.The second visit (Dec 2012), a salesman was available, but was super high pressured, and kept attempting to sell me on the superiority of BMW over Mercedes Benz. The whole experience was unpleasant, and lost BMW a 5 series sale. I am very happy with my Mercedes Benz E550.I more than likely will not consider a BMW again.

Took the car in for 3 minor issues. None were resolved. First I was neglected then treated rudely. Can only hope next time is better. The new service manager did finally intervene, and did prove to be helpful - but that was more than 4 hours after I had arrived. Should have taken no more than an hour at most. Close to the worst service department visit I have had anywhere, anytime.

I moved to Tucson a few years ago and initially made the commute to Phoenix to get my car serviced due. Over the past two years I started taking my car to BMW Tucson and could not be anything but pleased. I have worked with Ernie Buck, one of the sales managers, and Jade Hilliard, a service adviser. From the steps of service of when I pull up to drop my car off, to making sure I am happy with the products and services they offer, they really do care about their products and their customers.In my recent trip, there was a problem with my car that had to be taken car of out of warranty and could have been expensive. Upon speaking with both Ernie and Jade we came up with a solution. They went out of their way and their busy schedule to address the situation and the potential safety hazards that could have arisen if this problem did not get fixed. I have never dealt with such an amazing customer service experience and team.If your a BMW owner or are looking to purchase a new/used BMW, Tucson BMW is a really phenomenal car dealership. Do not waste your time going to Pheonix when you can get better customer service and a better overall experience down in Tucson.

I live in Tucson. This was my first purchase experience with BMW. I shopped several dealers in Phoenix while I was test driving various configurations, and while all the dealerships were pleasant to deal with, the Tucon BMW dealership was the friendliest. On my first visit, I test drove a 335i sedan with George who was very helpful in pointing out the features of the car. He was respectful, listened, and did not pressure me at all.I did my research, and came back to Tucson to see if we could swing a deal that worked for me and for them. George was unable to assist me on this visit, but put me in contact with Clark Kobey. I presented them with the configuration that I wanted to order and I told them the price that they needed to give me to earn my business.Clark worked with me to get the financial bottom line to work for all of us, and was extremely professional and low pressure throughout the discussion. It took about an hour and my order was in the system, with an extremely quick build date. Since Tucson BMW is affiliated with Autonation, they were able to swap production dates with one of their other dealerships and give me a production date one week away.Tucson BMW isn't located in the city so that saved me almost 2% in the sales tax as an extra bonus.In short I was able to get exactly the car I wanted for the price I wanted in a very professional manner. Now I am patiently waiting for my car to be built and delivered.

I was looking for a sports car after my motorcycle accident. I had gone to several dealerships, and had looked on line. I did find a few and went to look at them. In each case the vehicle was misrepresented. On one visit to a dealship the salesman had been drinking. I left that dealship and drove to BMW accross the the street. Salesman Ron Metcalf came over to wear I was standing and offered his help. I told him of my plight being forced to by a vehicle after my bike accident. I knew I wanted spots car with a moon roof or a convertible. He was very friendly and not at all pushy. He let my wife and I walk the lot while he stood back and observed but always ready to answer a question. I found this 2000 BMW Z3 roadster in excellent condition with less then 55K miles. The dealship had gone through the vehicle and even replaced the tires. Ron showed me some paperwork that showed everything that had been done to the vehicle. At this point we went for a test drive and I was hooked. I pointed out some minor things I wanted fixed and he agreed even before we had agreed on a price. Everytime I have taken my vehicle back for service I have been offered a loaner without having to ask. It was a very pleasurable exprience working with Ron and the dealship. I will be going back to purchase my next vehicle. I will definitly recommend Ron and Tucson BMW.

I have to say that this was the BEST car buying experience in my lifetime. Greg was our sales person and he was helpful, knowledgeable and nice to work with. I had been used to having to endure the car buying experience, for me it was a necessary evil. But not at Tucson BMW, when my husband and I made the decision to buy we signed the paperwork and were on our way quickly. This was my first BMW, but it won't be my last and I will be a repeat customer of Tucson BMW!

This is my second BMW from this dealership. We met Clark 11 years ago when he sold us our first 3 series and wanted to return to him because we were so impressed with our sales experience. We had been looking at a new 328 and it took a while to convince my husband to buy it. But finally he conceded that the timing and price was right so I got a great birthday present! Clark is a pleasure to work with and along with Ted they made the transaction quick and painless. Marcela & Angelic in finance are also very nice and in no time I was driving my new 328i! Thanks again, Clark! Maybe someday we'll be back to pick up an X series for my husband.

I went in to see Merideth with a near impossible request in my eyes and she made it seem like it was an everyday occurance. She took very good care of me as did Angelic. I drove out of the dealership in the X3 I wanted and left behind the 128i as planned. I had the payment I wanted and never looked back. The buying process at BMW Tucson is like no other. It is fast, professional and no pressure. I have had all my service work done in the past on previous BMW's and it is the same experience. It is like no other person is in the place but you.

My husband and I are in Tucson often for business, so we decided to check out what kind of deal we can get at BMW of Tucson. We have had very unpleasant experiences with BMW North Scottsdale, and also didn't get the greatest feeling at Chapman BMW either. The nonchalant attitude and always feeling like you've been had, almost turned us away from BMW all together. We had been shopping around for other options, but continued to be drawn back to the X3.After dropping in a few times and talking to Ted Lawton, the sales manager, about trading in our '05 X5, we felt very comfortable at how honest and non-pushy this dealership really is. Ted introduced us to Bill Metcalf, our salesperson as well as BMW aficionado, and we were even more at ease. He knows BMW inside and out. You really can tell he loves and believes in the product. He helped us choose what options would make sense for our lifestyle. After several visits, we ordered our 2013 BMW X3 last month and when we picked it up last Memorial Day. We could not be more pleased with the OUTSTANDING service, attention to detail, and smooth, painless transaction. We always dread the financing/insurance, and even that was virtually painless. Angelic was very kind and courteous. She was more than fair and we walked away very surprised that it was so easy! The tire insurance when purchasing a new vehicle is a definite MUST! This will be our 3rd BMW purchase and the only regrets we have are not doing all three transactions in Tucson. Ask for Bill Metcalf. You will not be disappointed! :)

The best car buying experience ever! My sales consultant, Tim Michalak, was wonderfully attentive, listening to what I was looking for (and not!) and why. I purchased a pre-owned 328i Sport Coupe that was EXACTLY what I wanted and at a very fair price. Tim's attention to detail has continued beyond the original purchase. He checks in enough, but not too much!, and has been helpful with questions and concerns months after the purchase. My experience continues into service, with my Service Adviser, Ryan Hoganson. Ryan has gone above and beyond every time! Most importantly, he has never once made me feel like a bother (even though I've called about some minute questions that I could have figured out on my own!); and what has struck me the most is he has also never treated me any differently or less than someone who may have purchased the most expensive car on the lot. It does not matter that my car is pre-owned, or not the higher end models... Ryan knows I LOVE my car and treats me like someone special every time! Between my experiences with Tim and Ryan, I cannot imagine buying or servicing a car anywhere else! BMW Tucson and these men!, have earned my loyalty!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone we met from the salesman (Jaime) to the sales Manager (Rick) to the finance representative (Olga), was FANTASTIC! My wife and I just could not be any happier with or new X5! The sales staff went over all of the controls with us, but it was fun finding the additional features on our way home! We had taken our 2004 530i in for service, (by the way Hope is the Absolute Best service writer you will ever meet!!), and while we waited for our car to be repaired, we began looking at the new ones. We originally had. O intention of purchasing a car, but Jaime made us an offer we absolutely could not resist!

Buying a car from BMW Tucson was unlike any other car buying experience I've had. I like the "no pressure", treating the customer with respect mode in place at this dealership. I love the car. I still can't believe I own a BMW. My sales rep made sure that the second key for my car was ready when I picked it up and even gave me a BMW key chain. I noticed a problem with the car the 2nd day I owned it and BMW Tucson fixed it the next working day at no charge.

Since I live 100+ miles away, I was initially reluctant to consider buying a vehicle in Tucson. But Meredith and Bill took very good care of us. Meredith went out of her way to track down an X3 that met my specs. (It wasn't even on the lot yet.) After a few e-mails and a couple of phone calls, everything was lined up and ready for me after work. My wife and I drove down, test drove the car, and then bought it. Bill was a pleasure to deal with during the test drive and purchase process. And all of this happened in a single day. I really don't like buying cars, but these folks minimized the inconvenience. It was definitely worth the drive down to get this vehicle.

Ryan not only did an excellent job of handling our service he helped us with a prior problem we had.our keys got locked in the car,the service dept. had us break a window,BMW charged us for the windopw repair, and no one from the service manager to the dealership manager to the president of BMW woulfd respond to our inquiries.Ryan was the only person who did anything and he got us a refund.My husband swore we woild never buy another car from these people but ryan was able to change all that.He is a gerat asset to the company

Angelic Sanchez was AMAZING to say the least. We found her to be kind, friendly, straight-forward and very willing to work, research and address things for us. Its interesting to note that when going from dealer to dealer, we found ourselves building a shield to ward off the typical sales and closing techniques but what we found at BMW of Tucson was that they were actually quite genuine and simply willing to do what it took to help us find the right car. The more we talked with Angelic, it was easy to see that we could let down our defenses and just work with her and her team which is a refreshing change from many dealers we encountered. She actually went above and beyond on everything we asked.Ernie and John were also both helpful, friendly and simply willing to talk and offer options and ideas. We sincerely appreciated their attitude, style and approach as well. Without a doubt, we will definitely be going back to them as a dealer and we will certainly be looking forward to working with Angelic again.

Both Michael and Greg were awesome to work with. Went out of their way to be accomodating and helpful. This is the first BMW I have purchased and they helped explain the advantages of the vechicle, as well as the service plan to back it up. They were both the consumate professionals and showed significant patience with the many questions I had. I am actually in Phoenix and after detailng the car Greg actually took the time to deliver it to me. Now that is outstanding customer service. Since the purchase they have both taken the time to follow up on how everything is going. I appreciated their assistance and for making the buying experience a positive and painless one.

I purchased my first BMW in 1974, a metalic brown 2002. What a great vehicle! Since then there has always been a BMW in my garage. We have owned 7 and 5 series BMW's, the last being a 2002 530i which we purchased new and kept it till this last year. It was the best. Having purchased many vehicles in my 65 years, I find the one thing that makes the difference is the dealer and the attention and service you receive in the process. When the time came to part with our 530, we over course would continue to stay with BMW as our main vehicle. Since we have homes in Washington and Arizona and chose to drive from one to the other, we decided on an X5. Living outside Tucson, we chose to visit BMW of Tucson. We have used auto brokers to purchase vehicles in the past (we currently have 4 vehicles) and felt that after seeing and driving the X5 we would shop the best price. From the moment we entered BMW Tucson we were treated like family even though we had never purchased a vehicle from them. Meredith Adams answered all our questions to our satisfaction and arranged for a test drive of bothe the gasoline engine and diesel. Following our test drives, we left to research cost for the vehicle we would decide upon. There was no pressure. Once we had arrived at the best price we could get from other sources, we returned to BMW Tucson just to see if they could come close. We are now driving a new X5 diesel which we purchase from BMW Tucson. The General Manager, Michael Famileti continues to check on us to make sure all is well. I don't know where to begin to express what a pleasant car buying experience I had! First of all everyone in the dealership is extremely friendly, courteous, professional and made me feel very comfortable as soon I worked in. I would have to give much credit to the General Manager Michael for setting the tone in the dealership for how wonderful the employees treat everyone that enters the dealership. I think we all know it starts at the top! If it wasn't for Michael I would not be in my new car. After four Mercedes I never thought I would buy or lease anything else. Michael and his staff especially Clark are extremely knowledgeable of their products, worked incredibly hard and made it so easy for me. I just handed them my Mercedes keys and they did the rest. I have already and will continue to recommend BMW of Tucson any chance I get!

Bought my wife a 2009 BMW 550i for her birthday 11/09. Everything seemed in order and she was very happy. Shortly after the purchase I started hearing noise coming, from what sounded like, the front of the vehicle. We made several driving trips and the noise was persistant and getting louder. I took the car in several times to have it checked out. each time I was told everything was OK, but the noise was still there. We were getting ready for a long road trip and wanted the car checked again since the noise was still there. We had at that time about 15K MI on the car. This time I was told the rear tires were shot and should be replaced before going on the road. BMW also recommended a wheel alignment, which they did and found 3 of 4 wheels were out of specs and the 4th nearly so. I replaced the rear tires and off we went on our 6000 MI road trip starting in late July. Before we got to our first destination the road noise was back. By the end of the trip, mid Sept. the noise was as loud as ever. Back to BMW Tucson I went. Was told the front tires were cupping, thus causing the noise and that they also needed to be replaced.During all of this time I visited several tire shops and two other BMW dealerships (Denver and Houston). Each time I heard the same thing, faulty tires and/or wheel alignment. This brought me to the conclusion that the car was out of spec when it was delivered to my wife. Because misaligned tires don't manifest themselves until several thousands of miles later and progressively get worse, which I believe was the case for my wife's car. I presented my theory to BMW and was told they were not responsible and I would need to deal with it myself. I expressed dissatisfaction with their decision. BMW countered with paying for one of the front tires. I was still not satisfied as my position was that BMW had more responsibility than that.I asked to speak to the Service Manager, Arleyne Bishop. I explained my position to her about my belief that the car was out of spec at delivery and what I thought BMW should do about it. I wasn't looking for a free set of new tires, but rather a more equitable solution, like 50/50 since I did get half the use of the tires. Arleyne went to work to find a resolution and she did! The result was BMW replaced the front tires and did another wheel alignment to insure the car was right when it rolled out the door. It is so nice to ride in a quiet, comfortable luxury car again.I found Arleyne to be professional, concerned, helpful, courteous and determined to regain a satisfied customer, which she did! She always did what she said she was going to do and called with updates when she said she would. I originally brought in my 2006 325i for service. Unfortunately, it was out of warranty and needed a very expensive repair. My service advisor Thomas was great and explained my options and was very sympathetic to my situation. He got me in touch with the sales dept to see what could be done if I decided to trade it in. When I went in I spoke with both Clark and Rick and I felt that they were really trying to help and provide the best outcome possible for me. They showed me several new cars and one in particular that I loved! They offered me more than I expected for my trade-in and got me a great offer on a new one. I loved my car and was sad that I had to get rid of it. But I was so happy with how this situation worked out. I really was impressed with the service and sales staff. I never felt any pressure to buy or to hurry and make a decision. The first time I went in to speak with Clark, he even recommended that I hold on to the loaner another day so my husband and I could have time to decide what we wanted to do. Overall, my experience was so positive that I am happy to recommend this dealership.

My wife and I went to this dealer to test drive two cars to see if we wanted to buy a BMW. We did not know any of the employees and got Mike Freeman by luck, as he handles the internet sales. We were impressed with the car during test drives, Mike's willingness to give us his time and to answer our novice questions. We left that day unsure if we were going to purchase, but very impressed with the "no pressure" or "hard sell" treatment by Mike.We decided to buy and I dealt with Mike mostly by internet while he located the vehicle we wanted. BMW Tucson swapped cars with a dealership out of town and had the car ready for delivery in short order. This was the best car transaction I have had in a long time. Mike listened, understood what I wanted and met my needs. He played no games, never pressured, kept me fully informed. He was very responsive to any questions I had. Hard to admit, since I would rather go to the dentist than negotiate with a car dealer, but this was a very pleasurable experience. We have not been to service yet, but hope they are up to the level of the new car sales department.

So my car BMW x5 was sent by a collision center to Tucson BMW to be inspected for computer problems after a minor accident , I received a call after 2 days from Chelsea who claimed it is all water damage and it is not covered by warranty and insisted it is not covered by Insurance and It will cost me $2300. when I said no water was spilled and what other explanation you have , she simply was ignorant about the car and on the phone she is yelling at the mechanics to answer my questions, so no one knows ,then she got upset and unprofessional when I insisted to know. simply her answer was take it or leave it, so I went to pick up the car , I found it there under a tree with at least an inch of dust and a new scratch and seats not adjusted, Unfortunately no one available to talk to you and Chelsea not available to talk to- she figured I won't be fixing the car there anyway. Overall rude, Ignorant, more expensive in comparison to Phoenix and unprofessional dealership. Finally , I drove the car to North Scottsdale BMW and the car was fixed and the insurance paid for it.North Scottsdale BMW made great effort to work with me and force the insurance to come and check the car themselves, they gave me a BMW loner and the car was fixed in 2 business days as promised. I'm a physician and I told the story to few of my friends who owns BMW and they all laughed, because apparently it is known in the hospital you never buy from Tucson BMW dealer..

As being a return BMW buyer.....I must say, I am not the easiest person to deal with when making a purchase on a new car, especially with the cliche's of car dealerships and car salesmen, however, the experience at BMW Tucson was priceless. Client Advisor/Salesman/ Bill Metcalf, is the person you want to guide you in your purchase of a vehicle. He is professional, very educated on all BMW models and has a down to earth personality(which is very refreshing). He is very thorough in explaining all aspects of the vehicle. At no time did I feel pressured into purchasing anything. He will not push you into something you don't want,or can't afford, just to make a sale. (But you need to know what vehicle you want, don't waste anyone's time). John Bondi is the Finance & Insurance Manager, who also was wonderful in the closing documents and explaining everything in detail. It is very hard to impress me, but I must give kudos to these two gentlemen, they definitely made our experience a worth while deal breaker. When you go to BMW Tucson to purchase a vehicle, rest assured, this dealership will assist you with the best knowledge and give you confidence of your choice of vehicle. Also,a pleasant mention of Ted Lawton, General Sales Manager, who introduced himself, even when he wasn't in the full lime light of the purchase of the vehicle, he had alot of influence on our purchase experience. Typically, he isn't the guy you usually see, but he purposely introduced himself to make sure all was satisfactory with our decision. In every step from walking the lot, to driving off the lot, these three people made our vehicle purchase outstanding. I bought my 335i from Tucson BMW in January of this year. I have to agree with most when they say the used car sales manager is a joke and somewhat rude. However, on the service side, I have no complaints. My service representative (Shaun) is a very nice person, has always treated me with respect, and make every effort to get me my vehicle back as soon as possible. I've always been given a loaner car which is very nice since I live in Sierra Vista. I can't say everything has been repaired to my satifaction, however, that's with the tech, no the service advisor or the service manager Chelsea. She also has been nothing but professional in my dealing with her. I'm disappointed that my car received a few scratches from the shop that weren't there when I turned the car in, and also that I have to take it back for the same problem more than once. But once again, that's the tech affair. Just a rider on what someone else said about dealing with the used car manager and Autonation. I got no help from the used car manager, but autonation was great. I'll be back with more.

We traveled down to Tucson from Phoenix this week for for work and pleasure and popped into Tucson BMW to look at a 5 series car since our 3 series was out of warranty and we were thinking of something a bit newer/ larger/ more luxurious. We were pleased with the quick and accommodating help we got from both John Bondi and Bill Metcalf. They took time to find out what was important to us and found us the perfect vehicle. While we didn't expect to buy a new car yesterday, we ended up so happy with the service and absolutely beautiful car that we couldn't resist. All too often folks don't share their thoughts unless something went wrong.... I have taken my 2000 M-coupe in for service many times. From beginning to end I have received outstanding treatment. My Service Advisor, Chelsea, is extremely polite and knowledgable about my BMW. I have always been phoned and kept up to date on the status of my car, advised on what was being done during it's services, what the cost would be, and when the car would be ready. When needed, I have always been given a BMW loaner car. Dealing with Chelsea and BMW-Tucson is a pleasure: no-hassle, efficient and extremely knowledgeable and competent.

In reading through some of the past reviews, I can only guess that things have changed a lot at BMW Tucson. I took my M3 in for service, and from beginning to end received nothing but outstanding treatment from everyone. My Service Advisor, Chelsea, was very polite, and mechanically knowledgable about BMW cars. I was phoned and given the status on my car, and advised twice of what was being done during it's routine service, what the cost would be, and when the car would be ready. When I brought the loaner BMW back to pick my car up, my car was placed conviently outside the entrance, and if not for me socializing, I would have been on my way in minutes. Having done several car restorations, built two race cars, and displayed these cars several times in car shows around Arizona, I am extremely picky about the cleanliness of my vehicles, including hard to reach places on wheels, door jambs, water spots under wipers, etc. My M3 was immaculate inside and out when I picked it up.I'll definately return to BMW Tucson as soon as my car needs service.

I have owned 6 BMW's. The last 3, were purchased here in Tucson. After the first, I reluctantly went back to this dealer for another since it was more convenient and actually, because of the paucity of of BMW dealerships in AZ. Comparing these purchases with my earlier experiences in NJ, I never felt any sense of being a valued customer as I was in the past. .But the dealership has since changed hands, and more recently, changed managers. Actually, I was not planning to purchase a new car for a few months and was only there for service on my wife's Z4. I saw that they were looking for trade-ins, and asked a few questions. I received a better deal on my trade-in than I had anticipated, along with some other price adjustments. for a demo 535i.I had the best car-buying experience of my life, dealing with Mike Famileti, the general manager; Dennis Lozier and Paul Herrick, salesmen; and Olga Gutierrez in financial services. I finally felt "valued."Let me add, that although I wasn't pleased with previous sales experiences, I have always been satisfied with the past service manager and department, and am equally pleased with the new assistant service manager, Liz Westhafer.

Worst customer service expierence I have ever expierenced. Service manger needs to go to a refresher school on how to properly treat customers. She is extremely rude and unfriendly I recoomend not getting your car serviced at htis dealership you will regret it.

Hey dealerraterskc what's you website address??This place is a joke. I went in for an oil service after making an appointment 3 weeks prior, show up and they tell me I didn't have one! How could I not have an appointment they were the ones that sent me an email reminder to make one in the first place! All this hassle for an oil change? BMW makes great cars but I would probably go for a different brand knowing how bad this place is. I ended up driving up to Chapman BMW in Chandler the next week to get the oil service (which where I'll probably go to from now on). Now that's a quality operation, beautiful facilities with fantastic customer service. That place makes Tucson BMW look like a corner used car dealership.

The sales person on the other hand was very friendly. I refused to buy the car (which I was actually going to) just because how the manager was addressing with me. I refuse to go to this dealer again for service or to look at new cars. They are clueless about customer service. I've owned BMW's for over 20 years and this dealership has no business selling BMW's. It's a disgrace! I've lived in other cities where the BMW dealership handled service and sales like true professionals. I could even count on little things like a decent cup of coffee and a loaner car or at least a ride home! The Tucson BMW dealership is a fiasco!

This review has nothing to do with the quality of the vehicle but instead the horrific customer service I received at this dealership. My salesperson, Reggie Stevens, was the absolute worse during AND after the sale. The demonstration and test drive of the brand new BMW X5 went well but after the appraisal of my trade-in (Lexus), the overall tone for the afternoon took a turn for the worse. I asked our salesman, Reggie Stevens, for the appraised value and he refused to provide this information. Instead, he commenced to explain how BMW Tucson has a process that must be followed and that process involves withholding the appraisal value until all the numbers are brought together. Because our salesman categorically refused to disclose the appraised value, I departed the dealership only to be summoned in the parking lot by someone name Rudy. Rudy worked with us until the deal was closed because Reggie Stevens had already advised that he was scheduled to meet with another customer who was doing a cash deal. Unfortunately, we were turned back over to Mr. Stevens for vehicle delivery.....how convenient! Reggie Stevens didnt deliver what should have been a detailed vehicle but instead, a vehicle riddled with swirly scratches on the jet black paint. After bringing my findings to Mr. Stevens attention he agreed to have the scratches buffed out at a later date but became agitated when asked if the agreement could be made in writing. At this point I begin to have regrets and started to ponder whether Mr. Stevens knew that satisfaction after the sale is just as important as the actual sale itself.I decided to write a letter to the dealership and was immediately blown off by the store manager, Timothy Weiland. As a result, I took my complaint to the corporate office of AutoNation and was again blown off by Gary Marcotte. I also copied the President, Vice President on the email and were ignored!To make a long story short....too late I know....I was so dissatisfied with BMWTucson I offered to sale back the vehicle and pay the negative equity out of pocket. Mr. Weiland said, and I quote, ABSOLUTELY NOT! After two months of being ignored and disregarded by BMWTucson and AutoNation, I traded the vehicle in for another and couldn't be happier!I can't recommend whether you should purchase a BMW but if you are in the market I highly suggest you avoid BMWTucson. However, if you MUST patronize BMWTucson please avoid the individuals named in this review! You were WARNED!I was so perturbed over my experience, I created a website that has drawn quite a bit of traffic! Message me for the URL! I am also negotiating a deal with Yesco (i think that's the name as I've spoken with several media billboard agencies) on renting a billboard somewhere off 1-10! ALSO!!! If this dealership try to refute ANYTHING that I've written, I kept every email exchanged with BMWTucson and AutoNation Corporate and will make them available to the public via my website. I even have a recorded voice conversation with the store manager, Timothy Weiland, where he implied that "I" was the problem and not the salesman/dealership. Also, during the same conversation I offered to sale back the vehicle at my loss and he said ABSOLUTELY NOT! Hear it for yourselfI am far from done!

Leased my 2008 Z4 in November, 2009. Met only informative and courteous staff. Did negotiate price. Have been regularly contacted by mail for any car issues. Day I contracted for car, 2 people purchased while I did paperwork. I was in contact with the Phoenix dealer also, but was satisfied with this dealer.

I went to the dealership in the last week of dec 2009, was told the price of the car that i wanted is going to be 700$ a month. I called another dealership in phoenix and they stated that the lease deal on that car was actually half of thatThen one employee told me after that they would still honor this deal, but when it came down to me actually getting the vehicle, they said,oops, sorry, we cannot do that , but let me offer the same vehicle to you at double the price. hahaha.

The worst customer experience I have ever had, I felt like I was was in a low end dealer with high pressure (TACTICS) and (THE MANAGER)Chris Conforte was talking down to me and insulted the salesperson right in front of me, if you want to buy a BMW please go to a real dealership in Phoenix. Back in August I went to the new BMW Tucson as it's called now looking to buy an M3. The sales people are downright snobs. They think you're doing them the favor buying from them. I asked if I could test drive an M3 and they said no. "No test drives on M3's." They won't deal either, "we don't deal on M's." Funny thing is that the M3's on the lot were the same ones that they had in their inventory when I first check 3 months earlier. You'd think they would try to sell them. Screw them, I went up to Chapman BMW in Scottsdale the next weekend and got $4500 off sticker. Much more of a selection, got the exact color and options I wanted and the sales people were more approachable. Don't waste you time with BMW Tucson, drive up to Chapman and save a boatload of money!

We own two BMWs. Mine went in for service and when it was complete and 'ready' to be picked up, my husband noticed a car part sitting on top of my closed hood. As it turned out, the mechanic didn't feel like putting this part back on (it was a cover to my air conditioner) and so he left it on top of the hood. After the car part was reinstalled, I asked to see where that piece was placed at (to make sure they didn't just throw the piece away while I wasn't looking). The mechanic looked at me like I had no right to question him about such matters.My husband's BMW went in for service a few weeks later. He was given two phone calls saying "Come pick up your vehicle; it's ready." When he got there, not only had they lost the keys, but hadn't reset the car's computer. It still said that it needed to be serviced! After my husband complained, they still tried to charge him 170 for the supposed service. We've had to wait for several days now to get our BMW back from them and are going to pick it up tonight. Here's to hoping nothing else is wrong. I wish there was someplace else in Tucson where I could bring our cars.

I have dealt with Don Mackey BMW for 15 years, and our family has purchased several BMW products from them. We have looked at the competition in Phoenix and other locations but have come back to them for purchases. We have found them to be forthright in thieir discussions and more importantly in their actions. Service has been very good as well, cars delivered mostly on time when promised.

These guys always give me a hard time and act like they are superior. Poor customer service and not friendly at all. I mention Werner by name but he's not the only one. Most of them are smug to the point of sarcastic. They give you looks like you owe them something and you don't know anything. "Obviously you're not a BMW service advisor. Everything takes all day - nothing just takes a minute to diagnose." Like, how can you possibly know that? Whatever..., just a bunch of pricks you should otherwise avoid. Take your car in there and they give you a Pontiac as a loaner and usually with only a quarter tank of gas. I wish there were alternatives here in Tucson.

I have rarely met a group of people who consistantly try to make a service visit painlessand successful. Werner is extremely knowledgeable as are the other service advisors. You can feel secure in knowing that Werner knows what he is talking about.<br><br>Kris Jobst is a very knowledgeablw sales consultant. Any question dealing with a tech issue he can probably answer. Making a deal is straight and fair. You might pay alittle less out of state but then who is going to care for your car AND you? After- the- deal treatment is top notch with courtesies that are not found in other dealerships (believe me, I am a car nut).<br><br>

We haven't been able to meet eye to eye on cost, but that hasn't stopped me from trying. Repeatedly. <br><br>I first dealt with Wayne who is a stand up guy with a comfortable approach. I'd work with him in a heart-beat. When Wayne was out, Chris took over. Chris is enthusiastic and passionate about cars. I like that in a salesman, especially with evocative cars like BMW's. He has worked hard for me every time I've tried to put something together and I continue to call him back. <br><br>I'd give them a shot...<br><br>(sorry if I spelled your name wrong Chris!)
