The service advisor was pleasant and the waiting room was clean also had coffee and reading material for your wait time. When my vehicle was ready the cashier and check out was very easy. The only problem I had was the technican did not reset the computer reading for the oil life remaining or place a sticker suggesting next service due date or mileage for next service.

I just purchased a 2015 Chevy Trax AWD from Bob Bell Chevrolet on Oct. 31, 2015. We went in just looking and because of the great Sales Representative, Dennis Parker, who was very friendly, knowledgeable and best of all, listened to what type of vehicle, options and price we wanted, we ended up purchasing our new vehicle. In just a short time he had the Chevy Trax pulled up to the front door and it was perfect, color and all. So we bought it. The only thing missing was heated seats, however, the Sales Manager, Jim Rouchard had them installed at no extra cost. Free oil change for life of vehicle how can you go wrong Bob Bell Chevrolet.

Quick and easy, I had a bad experience with another dealership telling me that I needed more repairs than were actually necessary. Bill took care of me, and had my car fixed right up! I'm still monitoring for any trouble, but so far so good. I brought my new car in for the first oil change. I called to make an appointment and was given one very easily. I was disappointed to learn that they give everyone the same appointment time (8 am slot) and then you are serviced based on first come first served. This was not mentioned AT ALL during the appointment making. Had I known, I would have scheduled to drop off and have someone pick me up to return later for my car. The service technicians were very good and they got me in as quickly as possible. They were also very kind. I would recommend your answering service/appointment schedulers provide the appropriate information when making appointments. Thank you.

From the beginning to the end, there was nothing but a very positive attitude from everyone I dealt with at the dealership. The salesman was very helpful in helping me to make my decision, negotiated a fair & reasonable price without haggling, and gave me a very reasonable & acceptable price for my trade in. My experience was great--everyone could not do enough for me & the entire sale was done in a few hours. I had previously spent about 1 week trying to deal with another dealership who treated me like they were doing me a favor to sell me a truck. Since purchasing the truck, the salesman has followed up to make sure I am pleased & comfortable with my purchase. This was really a 10+ experience.

It was a nice experience. All the staff was great and answered any question that I had. The one "hiccup" that I had was the OnStar. It could not be activated. I brought it back in and after the tech completed troubleshooting, it was found that it needed a control module that would require ordering. Therefore, I had to bring it back in again. I was initially told that since it would take half a day to replace the dealer would put me in a loaner. However, when I was notified the part was in and I made an appointment, I was told one could not be provided. I went on and scheduled the appointment but after much thought I called back and asked if I could have it replaced at a local dealer who could provide a courtesy ride home so that I would not have to sit and wait for my truck to be fixed. I was later called by the Service Manager (which I could remember his name at Bob Bell) and he got me into a loaner and was very helpful!! KUDOS to him! All in all though it was a great experience. No pressure and no hassles. I only wish there was a larger selection. I was not being too picky and was looking for a deal. With that said, I was trying to get into a monthly special vehicle and that number was limited. I love my new truck though! Thanks!

Well I only have one complaint and that is I made an appointment to get the oil changed in the car for 7 a.m. When I got there at 7 a.m. and there was three cars ahead of me and I was told there was about a two hour wait, so I left and came back the following week without an appointment and was second in line and was out in less than an hour. Now why would they have me make an appointment if they do not go by the appointment schedule?

I took my car for an oil change. The mechanic told Bill Cole that everything was fine. When I got home, I checked the 27 point list and found 3 things showing as yellow, including brakes. I emailed the service manager who immediately took action. Bill Cole called me probably 15 minutes later and we made an appointment for me to come back. When I went back to have the brakes rechecked, I could not have been treated better. I was assured my brakes were fine, However, the items marked yellow should not have been so and I lost another day. The person who does the actual checking for the 27 point inspection should be more aware of what he is doing.

3 months ago no one could find why my tire was leaking air constantly. This visit the tech found a nail. I just feel I should not have had to get it looked at twice for a nail issue. Joe was great. Knew trucks extremely well - a world of difference from the other dealer I went to. Joe even picked me up at the Amtrak station in the truck I was buying and drove me back to the dealership.My one complaint - no window sticker, which makes me suspicious. The printed "window sticker" i got by email was incorrect (no sliding rear window), but Joe explained why, and I believed it was just an oversight. Still, where did the true window sticker go, and why haven't i received a replacement in almost four weeks?

I received a notification in the mail about a recall affecting my vehicle. There was a little confusion with my appointment. I thought I was making an appointment for the recall repair, but when I arrived at the service department, I discovered that the part needed to be ordered because there were apparently multiple possibilities. Your service representative, D.L. was very helpful in explaining this, and took care of everything. Once they knew which part was needed, D.L. ordered the part. He told me that when I was notified that the part was in, I should call directly to the service department so that they could get me in as soon as possible. I received an email within about a week or so. I called and spoke to D.L. who got me scheduled on New Year's eve in the early afternoon. I brought in my vehicle, took a short walk and came back to the service waiting area. In just a little while, the recall repair was finished and I was on my way home. My brand new 2014 Cruze was pretty much hit front and back, like an acordian. I wasn't in the vehicle thank god. But, I took my vehicle to Bob Bell's Body Shop and I'm very satisfied with the outcome. My car is as good as new.

My experience was great and Dennis Parker was an awesome salesperson. He did everything to make sure the entire process was above satisfaction and it was. He really did a great job and not only the day of Dennis has sent me thank you notes via mail and email. Dennis truly provided 5 star gold service to me and it made my experience great. I will recommend all of my friends to Bob Bell and Dennis Parker. The other thing I wanted to praise is the service manager. I cannot remember his name but he made me fell very comfortable and also made my experience a memorable one. He even told me to come back for and additional gas fill up for coming back to purchase the camaro. I am very happy with my purchase and I am enjoying my car every day. I love it and thank you Dennis got making everything happen for me.

Bob Bell Chevy is a great service provider. They are friendly and very helpful once on site. Joe Schultz who received me and my vehicle goes above and beyond for the customer. He makes this large chevy dealership feel like a neighborhood garage. I have taken my 2011 Tahoe in multiple times and they have fixed every problem quickly and efficiency providing me with rental vehicles when it would take more then a day. The only reason I gave this shop three stars is they communicate very poorly over the phone. Every time I have called I am transferred to multiple people who end up telling me they will look into it and call me back. This call back rarely happens and it takes requires multiple follow up calls to receive an answer. Service: 4.5 Honesty and Price: 4.5Communication:3

I purchased my 2014 Malibu from Bob Bell Chevrolet and a during my first free oil change they were able to complete the recalls with little extra time. A few months later I received a nail in the tire that was un-fixable. The Service manager offered to replace the tire for free even though it was not included in my warranty. The staff is very friendly and always available to greet me.

"Hank" is awesome. I think the online scheduling system needs to be reviewed. I requested an 8am appointment for service on my vehicle. I received an email confirmation. But, then someone called my home number and requested for us to bring the vehicle in at a different time. To me, this was confusing. Besides that, the service team and sales team are awesome, like I said...especially "Hank". Sorry, I don't know his legal name off the top of my head.

I came in for an oil change and was greeted very professional. Service Engineer Ed was in the customer sign in area and greeted me (hi Ms. Smith). Wow! I had not had my car serviced in months. He remembered that I had traded my Camaro in. (coming in for an oil change for the Tahoe?) How are you enjoying it? With that being said I opted to wait for Ed to service my car as he had in the past. Great customer service. Just want give cuddles to the team. My tire pressure monitor system was indicating a low pressure reading in my back tire, so I kept putting air in, but the sensor wouldn't reset. I brought the car into the dealership and they checked all of my tires for the correct pressure and made the necessary adjustments without any problem.

I have had my vehicle serviced there for several years and on my last visit on 05/01/2014 I was asked if my vehicle had been in an accident. I told the service consultant that the only accident I had been in was three years ago. I was then told the service complaint I had for my vehicle was because of a defect/ malfunction of a seal that was replaced from my accident. My accident was in 2011 and I have had my vehicle serviced many times since then and no one found the problem until now. That is unacceptable!!! This seal could have damaged my transmission!! My mother and I will not have our vehicle's serviced at this location any more!!!!

I called a few days in advance inquiring about the vehicle i was interested in purchasing. Sales associate seemed to know little about the vehicle and it's features despite having two days to research and access to google. The process took way too long. I came with check in hand and there was only one person in the entire establishment who could process it and of course his time was in high demand. I was told by a manager that "he has three things in front of him" and no time to assist me. Customer service was the worst. If I were not in such a time crunch I would have gone somewhere else. Like me vehicle, though.

I recently purchased a 2014 Silverado from Bob Bell and the experience could not have been any better. My salesman Glenn was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was very patient with me even after I changed my mind multiple times on what vehicle I wanted to purchase. Once I finally made my decision he explained every option on the truck and how to properly use all the extra options. The paperwork took less than an hour to complete and the salesman even followed me to my house to drop off my current vehicle and drove me back to the dealership to pick up my new Silverado. This is the second Vehicle I purchased from Bob Bell in the last 3 years and each time it was a 5 star experience!

We had dealt with many of other dealers to find the right deal for us over a 2 week period. Every night we went ready to purchase an impala at these dealers. None of the other dealers were able to match the deal that we received at Bob Bell Chevrolet. Wish I would have went there first. Also, customer service was better than the rest. A few minutes after we were sitting down with the salesman (Dennis Parker, who was great) the manager came over and greeted us which may be a small thing to do but stands out over the rest.

After searching for a car and acceptable trade-in for multiple months, I heard a tv ad and went on this dealer's website. I contacted the dealership and heard back from Andrew, the internet salesperson. He provided superb customer service. He had the car waiting outside of the dealership's front doors when we arrived, clean! He also connected us with an excellent salesperson, Bryan Davidson. We had a wonderful experience with both men. We then had to deal with David Kirn, the Business/Finance Manager. Although he was courteous and professional, he tried to play a few games with us; although he somewhat redeemed himself near the end of the transaction, he was the only negative experience at this dealership. The sales manager, George, was professional, courteous and respectful as well. It was a relatively easy transaction and I would recommend this dealership to others.

I purchased a new (2013) car recently at this dealership. The internet salesperson, Andrew, was responsive and had great follow-through. He met us in front of the dealership, and the car that we were interested in was in front of the dealership waiting for us (and it was clean)! Andrew connected us with a fantastic salesperson, Bryan Davidson. The deal went relatively easy; we got want we wanted for our trade and they worked with us to make the deal happen between pricing and trade-in. However, the Business/Finance manager, David Kirn, tried playing a few games with us; he was the only one that I came across in the dealership that reflected somewhat negatively on the experience. In the end, the sales manager, George Cuff, corrected the situation and was personable and professional; he ensured that we were happy, pleased customers.

I visited Bob Bell last week to purchase a used vehicle. I received a call from the salesman Saturday morning informing me that he would lower the price if I was still interested. I cancelled my appointment to visit the dealer again. After expressing interest in buying the vehicle I was asked to speak to the manager. I was quoted a price much more that the day before. I was trying to get the vehicle for my sons birthday.

I am writing in about an experience this past week I had with a gentleman that is starting out at a dealership that has not even worked a day there. We got chatting at the local grocery store about vehicles and such and he had informed me about a dealership he was going to be starting at here in Baltimore.
