I had a great experience at Bob Moore with the Bob Moore family. I worked with two different Bob Moore dealerships. I started out at Bob Moore Subaru and Gunner there was a great help. I went in to look at a Subaru Legacy and found one I wanted. Gunner tried extra hard to get me into the car but just was not able to make the deal work due to my negative equity in my car. I was in a a bit a a pickle and he knew it with me not being able to drive a standard anymore. He did everything in his power to try and help me. He then suggested that I look at Infiniti. He made a call to their new car manger and said that he thinks that they would be able to help me. To my surprise they were able to help me and get me into a car that I love. I am so happy with my Q50. I worked with Chris Higgins and he was great to work with. The finance guy was great to work with too. I can't remember his name but he help keep me in a positive mood. I was nervous because I knew my trade was upside down. He was able to get me done. Once I was finished with finance they showed me the details of my car and how everything worked. Once I got it home I noticed that there was some glue left on the chrome trim from the plastic and and something had gotten on the front of the grill. I got a follow up email from Chris and the internet manager and let them know. I got a call back from the new car manager Dustin McIntosh soon after. He told me to bring it in and they would do everything to make this better. I brought it in they gave me a loner and detailed it for me and made it look showroom perfect. Dustin and Chris were both great to work with and the exceeded my expectations. I know that there is always a chance that something will get missed like the glue, but the fact that they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that my car looked perfect makes me want to be a long term Bob Moore customer.

I initially contacted Bob Moore (Chris Higgins) about a QX80 purchase. I ended up finding a vehicle closer to home that we liked better. Chris and I texted a few times and he was very helpful answering questions regarding the vehicle, providing cost comparison and even looking at the other vehicle online and advising on how it was priced.

He was very professional. He had great product knowledge and he made the time to go over every option of the car with us. He was able to locate the exact exterior and interior that my wife wanted. He was a man of his word. What I mean is, what ever price we negotiated, he stuck to it when we arrived at the Dealership. In another words , there were no hidden fees and no additional add on's with the car price or finance charges. The guy is a true craftsmen and is very professional is his job!! he is a freaking Rock star!!!!

My wife called me at work about a week ago, excited that she had found her "dream car" online. She directed me to the Bob Moore Infinity website. First thing I noticed was they were located in Oklahoma City, which is about 7 hours from our home. By the time I got home from work, my wife had printed off several pictures of the vehicle from their website. I knew what I had to do. Reluctantly, I called and originally spoke to Lita. I was pleasantly surprised how easy she made the process. Eventually she directed me to a salesman named Chris Higgins. Right on the spot I told them the vehicle I would be trading and was quoted a sight unseen price. It happened to be the exact price I wanted. He also give me a bottom dollar amount on the "dream car" my wife wanted. We literally in a matter of about 20 painfree minutes had the deal complete. Unfortunately for me, I had a 14+ hours drive ahead of me, the next day. The next morning I text Mr. Higgins to let him know I was on my way. About halfway there he text me just to see how the trip was going and to let me know he had the car cleaned and parked out front waiting on me. I ask him about tinting the 2 front windows to match the back ones and to my surprise, not only did they tint them, but also didn't charge me a dime. When I arrived, finally, the vehicle was ready to go! Mr. Higgins met me as soon as I got out of my vehicle and the process began. I didn't even test drive the vehicle. Wasn't any need cause I knew if I didn't come home with it, my wife would have been devastated. From the time I arrived until the time I left was 1 hour. Amazing! By far the best dealership and service I've ever dealt with! From me and my wife, especially my wife, thank you Bob Moore Infiniti!! My next vehicle purchase will be from there too!

My husband and I had found the perfect car at Bob Moore Infiniti. We had already found another similar car in a different city, but the one at Bob Moore was perfect. Or at least we thought it was. My husband spent a week working out deals and plans and asking questions since we would be traveling 300+ miles to pick up my "perfect" car. The dealer told my husband that there weren't any comsmetic damages and there weren't any service lights flashing; which my husband specifically asked about. They LIED. When we got there, we looked at the car and took it for a test drive. We immediately noticed, among other things, that there where several massive cracks across the dash. The brakes needed to be replaced badly, they were metal on metal. As we let the car run longer, many service/warning lights started flashing. They weren't small things either. They were issues we would have to pay $400+ to fix. The salesman said he would take it around to the service department and have it looked at. When he returned he said that none of these things were safety issues; therefore, they wouldn't do anything about it. I don't understand what kind of person thinks bad brakes aren't a safety issue. The salesman said they wouldn't negotiate the price, regardless of the things we would have to pay to get fixed. What makes me even more angry is knowing none of this will be disclosed to anyone who is interested in this car. If they aren't car savvy, luckily like my husband, they have no clue what they are getting into. They obviously didn't care that we traveled 300+ miles to buy this car. They obviously just lied to is to get us to buy the car (which we did not!) They obviously could care less if they sold us a car or not. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone.

We went there to check on a new QX60, and did not go home empty handed. They gave us a fair trade on both our vehicles. Our salesperson AJ was really helpful in during our purchase, he had to go back and forth to his manager until we agreed on the trade in values of our cars. As with any car buying experience there will always be some negotiations that needed to be done. Ours although a lengthy one was not a bad experience. He even offered our toddler some paper and crayons. My only thing was there was some confusion with the finance officer she ran our credit again even though we told her that we've been approved by another lender. Other than that it has been a great experience.

I had an opportunity to work with 2 of the best car salesman in Oklahoma City, Chris Higgins and his manager Charles Davis of Bob Moore Infiniti. Usually once you buy a car and sign the paperwork, you bought whatever unfound issues that the vehicle may have also...I identify a few issues with a 09 Jaguar XF shortly after I finished all of the paperwork and left the dealership, these two guys asked me to bring the car back and gave me a loaner vehicle while my car was getting repaired. These guys don't just sell cars, they work together as a team to make sure you are happy with your overall experience from the time you pull up and enter the dealership till the time you drive off. Although OKC is 1.5 hours away from me, I know that no other place could have given me a better experience the Bob Moore Infiniti...just ask for Chris and you will not regret it...he will definitely work for you! This dealership does not sell junk cars and the have a reputation to uphold so expect a quality vehicle when you walk through the doors.

I was dreading going in to buy a car, but found the personnel extremely easy to deal with. They were professional and honest and there was no game-playing or manipulation. These people were friendly and really knew their business. I have purchased from this shop before and have always been pleased but this is the first time the experience was a total dream!

Kalin was our sales person and she was excellent!! She was so easy to talk to and was very friendly! We wanted to look at another vehicle before we purchased anything just to make sure it was the right car for us. I verbally committed to buy a car over the phone. I offered to put down a deposit to hold it because I had to drive from Dallas. They had no problems selling it right out from under me before I could get there.And...I had to call them numerous times even to get noticed. Their internet director, Mary, pushed me off to Craig who apparently didn't have time to sell me a car today. But he made time to call me and let me know they had sold it even though I said that I for sure wanted to buy it and wanted to start the paperwork.

This deal started as an internet deal, and finally after reading reviews, I went to the the dealership (I was concerned if I was waiting my time as it was 100 miles from my home) where Darrell assisted me (they managed to find the exact car and color I was looking for) It all seemed to go really well, the price promised was the price I paid, So my experience was very positive

My wife and I both love the Infiniti brand. We are on our third Infiniti since 2004. We purchased our first Infiniti from Bob Moore and the experience was fine. When we decided to purchase another new Infiniti in 2005 as a second car, the service and treatment from the Bob Moore sales department forced me to buy from Jackie Cooper in Tulsa. Just purchased another new Infiniti last year in 2014 and opted to deal with Jackie Cooper again due to the poor customer service at Bob Moore. Even worse than the sales experience at Bob Moore is the service department. I don't know what is going on at Bob Moore, but over the past 2 years, the service level has kept decreasing to the point that I don't think I will ever buy another Infiniti again. I have always taken my Infiniti's to the dealership for service since I want a Infiniti trained mechanic working on my vehicles. The Bob Moore service department typically did what I consider to be a good job until about 2 years ago.The last time I took my G35 to have the radio and A/C controls repaired, the service department tore up the dash. I called immediately after driving away and no answer. In fact, it wasn't until I left a harsh review via the Infiniti web survey that I received a call back. I was asked to bring my car to Bob Moore so the service department could look at the damage I was claiming. After review, they agreed they damaged my car and told me they would order the replacement parts and call me when the parts arrived. Did I receive a call? NO. I had to call back several times because of no answer at the dealership. Finally spoke with someone named Steve and told him my story. He told me Jeremy was no longer with Bob Moore. He also told me he would look into the replacement parts for my dash and call me back. Did I receive a call back? NO. So I finally scheduled an appointment after having to call the dealership all day until someone would pick up the phone. Dropped off my car this morning on the date of my scheduled appointment. Had to wait in my car for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. Once someone finally did come to help me and I explained the situation, the service person told me that the damage could not have been caused by Bob Moore and that he would have to speak with the manager. I dropped my car off at 8am this morning. It is now 1:20pm and still no call to inform me what the manager had to say. Lastly, besides tearing up the interior of my G35, the repair Bob Moore made to my radio and A/C control until has rendered my satellite radio useless. Was told this morning that satellite radio issues was not a Bob Moore issue and I would have to call XM. That is not the answer I was expecting after paying Bob Moore $800 to fix the radio and A/C controls. Infiniti is a great brand and I would recommend the cars to anyone. Just not the Bob Moore dealership. Unfortunately, driving to Tulsa or Dallas for service does not fit into my family's busy schedule and since Bob Moore is the only Infiniti dealership in the OKC metro, I will probably never purchase another Infiniti.

I do not like my car but the people that I dealt with at Bob Moore was excellent. And this is the car I wanted but was disappointed with the drive and ride. Nothing agains anyone at the dealer they were fantastic. Have swirl marks on my hood from washing I guess.

I sold my Infinity G37 to Bob Moore Infinity and was told a check would be mailed to me in 5-7 days. Now a month later, still have not been paid for the car and in addition I received a ticket in the mail due to somebody at Infinity driving the car and failing to pay at the toll. Multiple phone calls, and emails without a single response, not even from General Manager Jeremy.Bob Moore Infinity will never receive my business and I would recommend others to go elsewhere. They do not know the definition of customer service and once they have your vehicle you are left hanging at their discretion as to when you will get reimbursed. It has been one excuse after another but no resolution.

I had been looking for a car for several months and had not found anything that met all my requirements. I had several ,"must haves" due to having a son who uses a wheelchair and living on some pretty bad roads. When I told Franklin the situation he just said, "I'm going to help you find a car that meets your needs"' and he did just that. I think we looked at virtually every suv there but he didn't give up until we found the right one. He was polite, congenial and gave me his undivided attention. Eric in finance took me through that process quickly and smoothly. I highly recommend these guys. If you need a car go see Franklin and Eric. They will take care of you.

We had been looking and trying to decide what kind of car we where going purchase. Had a few infinity vehicles, and find them to be the best for comfort and style, service ect. We have a friend that works Bob Moore , and she got in touch with Franklin for us. He has been so great to work with. I had stated that we did not have a lot of time to spend at a dealership, and had said we needed to be in and out quick. That is what i got !!! It took me longer to pick out color, then to do paper work. I will be telling everyone to " Go see Franklin"!! Multiple circumstances conspired to sink the deal, but Dylan was knowledgeable, prompt and friendly, even after learning I wasn't going to purchase from him. I wouldn't hesitate to conduct business with him again, even all the way in Louisiana! Did everything he could to assist me.

I finally bit the bullet and went into Infiniti. I had a GREAT experience! Rick Johnson was my salesman and he was incredibly professional and new EVERYTHING about the car, I was blown away! We have been looking for another car for several months and my husband came across the 2011 Chevy Tahoe on Auto Trader which led him to Bob Moore Infiniti's website. Vehicle looked great and the price was awesome. He talked to Ciara in internet sales and we set up an appointment that night to look at it. Met with her and was introduced to our salesman, Dylan. Very friendly, great personality, knowledgeable and no pressure whatsoever. The whole process went very smoothly including the finance part. We drove off the lot very happy and satisfied in purchasing the vehicle. However, we did occur a light that came on in the dash that same night. We talked to Dylan and set up an appointment to have it looked at. It was fixed and taken care of in a timely manner and we were very happy with the way things were handled. Would definitely recommend our friends to Bob Moore Infiniti.

Went in really not looking to buy, but my salesman Marlon King said, "If we can get you the deal you want would you buy today." I said "yeah if you can get me what I want", and they did, took my trade in, paid it off with no money down. I had to walk out during the financing part but the finance guy stop me and gave me the deal I wanted. Overall good people, but I wasn't taking just anything they put in front of me. Oh, and Infiniti financing gave me my lowest % rate ever.

We had been in the market and did our research on the new QX80 for approx. 30 days. After researching the lowest price for this vehicle within a 500 miles radius we felt confident that Bob Moore Infiniti of Oklahoma was the best choice. The initial contact was made in person and we met our salesman Chad Langley. He did research and submitted numerous vehicles for our consideration and was also very willing to look into vehicles we were interested through the Bob Moore Infiniti web site. We were out of town a considerable amount of time, but Chad kept the lines of communications open, but we never felt pressured or pushed. Once we made the decision to purchase we made the appointment to meet Chad and decide between two vehicles. The purchase process was informative and seamless and we credit Chad with this. We know he works for the dealership but we truly felt he had our best interest in mind during the entire process. He was honest, competent, professional and generally just a great guy. He feels like one of the family, which made the buying process much smoother. Bob Moore Auto dealers have always had a wonderful history in Oklahoma and now we know why. I would recommend Bob Moore Infiniti & especially AJ to my family & friends! He was very kind & helpful in locating the QX60 color combination I wanted. The day I picked it up my car was shiny clean with a full tank of gas! AJ took the time to help me with all my settings & explained the navigation system as well as camera's etc! Before I left the dealership, he introduced me to the head of the service dept where I received helpful information for future service needs. He also took the time to install the floor mats I had purchased. My car buying experience was one of the best!

We have purchased four cars from Bob Moore in the last 7 months, 2 new, 2 used. Our two most recent purchases were from the Infiniti dealership. Everyone we encountered was friendly, competent , and helpful. For example, my daughter was set to drive my car to the dealership to pick up her car, and I had accidentally taken my keys to work with me. Without my keys, she had no way to drive to the dealership. John Roy drove my daughter's car to our house so that she would be able to make it to her college class that afternoon. The service is outstanding.

First, a little backstory on our purchase. My husband and I are not strangers to purchasing luxury vehicles. We just outgrew our Cadillac STS and were looking to upgrade to a luxury SUV. Having my heart set on the QX56, my husband found my perfect match on Cars.com on your lot. I contacted your lot on Monday, December 22 and by Wednesday, December 24th we were en route on the 500+ mile journey to pick up our new vehicle. We had all our ducks in a row, all we needed to do was pick it up and sign the papers. When we arrived we were unable to drive the vehicle as it was still covered in ice from the ice storm Oklahoma City had received four days prior. It had not been washed or deiced in preparation for our arrival. We had to assist the sales associate in getting the doors open and getting the windshield cleaned off so we could drive it. When we were driving it, we heard an awful clacking noise. When we questioned the associate about it, he replied he wasn't sure. It was left at that. After driving we were ushered in to sign papers. All went very smoothly, and the financing department was a quick, painless, breeze. We had already filled out the application and were pre approved, so all that was left was the signing. We were then handed the key to our new car: covered in ice, gas light on, and making a funny noise. We were the proud owners. My husband asked the associate if he would please wash the vehicle and fill it up with gas since we had a 500 mile trip back home. He was very pleasant and obliging. Our request was met expediently. We appreciated that very much, but it has been our prior experience purchasing $30,000 luxury vehicles that they are handed over detailed and show room ready, without having to negotiate that. So that left two concerns: 1) we only received one key fob (and was told on the phone it would come with two) and 2) the car was still making a funny noise. We got in the car with our two year old, strapped in his carseat and started to back out. The car continued to make the noise and it made us nervous to take it homeso my husband went in and brought out the associate and asked him again about it. He told us immediately (after the paperwork was signed) that it was the vent actuator motor going out. This wasn't disclosed when we were test driving and asked SEVERAL times what the noise was. We asked him what we could do to fix it and he replied "its under warranty, take it to a dealer." So after we drove the 500 miles back home, we had to drive 100 miles to our closest dealer in Dallas to drop it off to be fixed, and another 100 miles back to Dallas to pick it up. This cost us $150 is gas. We were very disappointed that this wasn't disclosed to us on the phone when we called to check on the condition of the car. It wasn't disclosed during the test drive. It was ONLY disclosed AFTER we signed the paperwork. No effort was made at YOUR dealership to do the warranty work, the only recourse we had was "take it to a dealer." Very disappointed that we were without our car for a week, as it took that long for repairs, just days after purchasing it. THEY MADE NO OFFER TO DO THE WARRANTY WORK WHILE WE WERE THERE. We were also NOT provided with the two key fobs that we were told would come with the car. When asked they said they "misplaced one in a bag of keys and it would be overnighted." That was three months ago, and no key has been sent. Before writing a negative review we attempted to resolve our issues with preowed management and dealership management. Messages have gone unreturned. They do not care about customer service.

They did a great job quickly getting us to the cars we were interested in. We came in at 7:30 pm and they worked hard to get the deal finalized even though they officially closed at 9. The salesman we worked with was friendly and knowledgable. Overall, we had a great experience at Bob Moore Infiniti.

The salesman we worked with told us he could give us more on our trade in then when we did paperwork it was back to original price. He also told me they could add tag title and tax which didn't happen even though there was a 1600 dollar fee which was never mentioned. He said all cars came with 3 free months xm which he later said he had no idea about. They we're suppose to put gas in it and wash it while we were doing paperwork which never got done then he acted like he might not be able to fill up our tank but he eventually did.

I brought my two 13 year old daughters with me and was offered an IPad, drinks, etc. to keep the kids entertained and happy. Craig Smith was awesome! I appreciated his willingness to show me the QX60 in detail and explain the features, however I almost bought from another dealership do to the Sales Manager approach. Being a long time Bob Moore customer I explained what I wanted, what I was willing to pay and where I needed my trade to be ( Fair Numbers). I told them I wasn't going to play "the Mutt and Jeff " routine, but that didn't deter the sales manager from trying and pushing to get me to pay more. I left. As I was driving home the text and voicemails started and angered me more, because I was honest from the start about what I was willing to do and now he wanted me to come back and work the deal. Too late! For more than a week I was deciding if I should go back and try to make it work. Craig Smith called apologized and asked me to reconsider, I voiced my disapproval with the process and didn't know what I was going to do. Finally, I reached out to General Manager Jeremy Freeman and we were able to work it out and get it done. Again, Craig was great and I felt Jeremy truly made the difference. Thanks and we are pleased to own the QX60 and again a Bob Moore Customer.

Dylan was great! He ensured we had everything we needed and that we were set up perfectly! Dylan sat down and extensively went over the features and made sure everything was good to go. I've never had that sort of help from a dealership so it was much appreciated! He was also very friendly and courteous as well. With a little bit of negotiating we feel we paid a great price. The price negotiation process was not a hassle at all. Dylan also took us around and introduced us to the service manager, which was much appreciated! And, he also made sure we had another car to drive (same model), while we waited for ours to come in the next week. When we picked our car up, it was immaculate and had been waiting inside for us. I was very impressed overall with my experience! If you go to Bob Moore, you should always ask for Dylan!

I purchased a JX 35 on August 30 (date I brought the SUV home). I was told the roof cross bars I wanted for my car would be in on Tuesday 3 September. On Thursday 5 September I sent my sales person (Michael Gipson) a text asking about the status of my roof cross bars. He texted back quote "They were on backorder but became available again yesterday. I had them order them, they should be in on Tuesday. My parts guy will call you when theyre in!" To me this mean stop pestering me. I have not heard from the sale guy (Michael) in person or over the phone since that day I drove the SUV off the lot. Today is Saturday September 21st I still have not heard from my sales guy or the parts department. He also told me he would stop by my house to see how I was enjoying the car and to see if I had any issues. I have not heard from him in person or over the phone since that day I drove the SUV off the lot. I asked about a manual for my car. For whatever reason one did not come with the car. Michael told me he was not sure what happened to my manual but he'll order me one. He'll let me know when it comes in. I have not heard from him in person or over the phone since that day I drove the SUV off the lot. I'm not pleased at all with the service after the sale. Bob Moore Infiniti took my money sent me on my way and said go away and stop pestering me.Since I wrote my original evaluation Bob Moore has made amends to my experience. They have completely satisfied my important issues. I do have an e-version of the manual. I was very pleased with Bob Moores response to my original evaluation. Once upper management was made aware of my issues they sprung into action to make my experience right. WOW I was impressed!!! Im looking forward to years of service and satisfaction dealing with Bob Moore and my new Infinity JX 35!!

I received wonderful, courteous, service, and Michael was waiting at the door for me for my appointment. He was very competent and friendly. I made an offer based on the Edmunds TVM pricing for the FX and for my trade-in, and they accepted it. Everything was very smooth and professional. I will definitely be back if I am in the market for another Infinity!

My only issue with the dealership is that the car wasnt cleaned out prior to my purchase. Interior was very dirty and could've been cleaned out better along with the windows. There was alot to be done to the interior once i arrived back home.

My grandmother bought a new Infiniti from Bob Moore just last week and we (her flock of grandchildren) could not have been more pleased with the overall experience they provided. It ended up being a lengthy process in the end, but that was only because they were sold (no pun intended) on making her the best offer on the particular car she wanted. She walked away with a great deal on a beautiful new car. I must also say that the Infiniti dealers were extremely accommodating and personable throughout the process. The gentleman helping my grandmother that day, Dylan West, did a wonderful job in making sure that all of her questions/concerns were considered. We tried to purchase closer to home but all we were told is we don't have that or we can't do that. We called Bob Moore Infiniti and all we heard was yes we can and we can do that. They found the exact JX 35 we wanted. We were a little slow and it was gone before we could purchase it. That didn't matter because they had the vehicle we wanted with an additional package that we didn't initially ask for. Let me begin my saying that the only reason I have rated this dealership a "5" in each rating category is because there isn't a 6 to select. Our experience from start to finish here was great. Our sales rep Megan was great; extremely patient, friendly, knowledgable, constantly smiling, just incredibly pleasant to work with. The sales manager Charles was very friendly, took the time to speak to us directly, and made it clear to us that he was there to help us in any way possible. Santiago in finance was very friendly, very professional, and got us through the loan processes quickly, took the time to answer all of our questons in detail. We purchased a pre-owned SUV that looked like it had just rolled out of the showroom. Super clean inside and out, not so much as a single door ding, super low miles, and loaded out with virtually every available option. We knew up front that this vehicle was out of our price range.....or so we thought. Megan and Charles both were aware of our budget restrictions, but asked us to look over this SUV and take it for a test drive. We did, and of course were totally impressed by the quality of this vehicle. Again, knowing the price was going to be too high for us, we didn't think too much about it. Next thing we end up in financing and the preliminary numbers were just too high for our budget. So as we begin to think of exploring other options that were more affordable, the Bob Moore team went to work. Our sales rep, finance rep, the manager, and the GM worked together for about 30 minutes and our finance rep came back in the room with the news. They made this incredible deal on this SUV so that it did work for us. And by incredible deal, I mean incredible in every sense of the word. They did for us what 3 other major dealerships in the OKC area told us wasn't possible; we got a top quality, new model, full size loaded SUV, with low miles, for an affordable price that was thousands below what other dealerships were presenting. Bob Moore has made a customer for life with our family, and we look forward to sending our family and friends to them in the future. I was very pleased with my entire dealings with Craig Smith but not with Santiago. I felt that he was underhandedly trying to get me to finance with your company and not with my bank as I told him, I already had financing for my purchase. He left papers unsigned and told me, I would have to come back to B M to get them signed and when I did he would make me wait for a while if he was busy!!!!!!!!! What's up with that? Was he trying to punish me for not financing with Bob Moore? I asked him specificly would I be financing with B M and he said no. That was not entirely true. When I got to the bank the next day Holly Ewertz said she would call him and fax the paper to him to prevent me from having to come back and wait and she very tactfully did so. He was distasteful and lied to me with a straight face. Again, Craig was pleasant and informative and I will recommend him to any future client but to be wary of of Santiago Hidalgo!!!

The reason I am rating Bob Moore Infiniti so highly is because of Mark. Mark is hands down the best car salesman we have ever worked with. We contacted Bob Moore after using Car Woo and getting a pretty good price for the same car in Dallas. Our request was simple, match the price and we will buy the car. If not we will drive to Dallas. There was absolutely no haggling Mark was able to match the price. We weren't able to get to the dealership until early evening because we live in Norman and had to wait for our son to get out of school and finish his after school activities that day. By the time we got out of financing (Santiago was great too!) it was after 8:00. Mark really went above and beyond and offered to deliver our car to Norman the next day so that it could get detailed and we could get our kid's to bed. He came to our home the next morning and showed me all the bells and whistles on my new JX. He even hooked up my garage door! He was so kind and patient with my kids both at the dealership and at our house. That really means a lot to me. My husband literally loathes buying new cars and he even agreed this was the best experience thanks to Mark.

Rick provided great service. I do not live in Oklahoma but saw their dealership site while surfing the web for a used Infiniti FX35. I called the dealership to ask some questions about the vehicle and spoke with Rick. He did a great job of answering all my questions, sending me more pics of the car and even a video of the car. We were able to negotiate the sell price, financing and warranty via text messages and phone calls. I drove 4 hours to get to the dealership where they had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. First vehicle I have bought via text/phone calls. Rick followed through with the deal as negotiated without any "oh I thought you meant this" or "oh that is not included". I will always check there inventory first when buying my next car.

Bob Moore Infiniti team has by far been the BEST car buying experience that we have had. The sales staff were courteous and very helpful in finding me a vehicle that matched what I wanted. Bought a vehicle on June 19th 2012. It had hail damage so after agreeing on a price and agreeing on what would be fixed, I was told that I would have my vehicle in 7-10 days. After 21 days of no information and no phone calls I decided to speak to the manager. Week after week went by that I kept being told that it would only be a few more days. 6 weeks went by and finally when my car was repaired and I came by to pick it up, I noticed that it had not been fully repaired as I had been promised. Brought it back and after another week plus some days (August 8th) and some ignored phone calls I finally had my car back, but still not fully repaired. Tired of dealing with the people here and even though I never had the job completed and I still haven't gotten compensation for my wait, my patience and the unfinished work, which I was promised by the Gm himself, I plan on just getting what I need elsewhere and never returning to Bob Moore Infiniti. I have sent letters to the Better Business Bureau and to Infinti USA so that they are aware of the bad practices and the bad experience I was put through so that other customers don't have to deal with this.

We couldn't have been treated better by everyone at Bob Moore Infiniti. We purchased a new JX35 and we love it, but that's not the end of the story. We live a long way (250 miles) from Bob Moore Infiniti so we had to select a dealership that we knew we could count on when we needed them. Not only were they nice, but they were knowledgeable and efficient. These are great people selling a great product. Bottom line - we'll be back and we're telling all our friends.

LB and Ann were very helpful. Overall it was a good experience. They went out of their way to accommodate us. The only thing is they said they would take $1000 off the internet price and come back with the internet price as the discount. So they ended up taking off $500 off the internet price instead of $1000. Other than that everything was good.

My salesman, Dave Dougrey, did an excellent job from the first phone call. He assisted me in my desision making process with comprehensive product info and test drives in the Infinity QX56. I was also looking at the AudiQ7 and Porsche Cayenne and with Dave's help, was able to make the best purchase based on my needs. Dave was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. When it came down to pricing and evaluating my trade, I felt that the price on the Infinity was very competitive and I was able to get what I needed out of my trade. Shawn, the Sales Manager was helpful here as well. Jayme started off with a prompt reply to our e-mail. She continued answering my numerous questions in a friendly and professional manner. She worked hard from the start to get the options I wanted and at the price I wanted. When it was time to come visit and test drive she met us at the door with a smile and had the car right up front ready to go. Ron took over once we got there and had the patience of Job and was extremely knowledgable and friendly. He went the extra mile with both of us and even personally delivered our QX56 to our home for us and set the garage door openers and made sure we knew how to work everything on our car. Chris did the closing paperwork for us and was friendly and professional. He discussed the pros and cons of each step including warranties and insurance. I'm sure he works on commission, but saved me money by showing how some items I normally purchase on new vehicles were not in my best interest. This was our first Infiniti purchase and our first from Bob More, but I promise it won't be our last! A+ all the way from start to finish.

I was treated with respect, and as a woman that is especially important to me. I have had bad experience at other dealers. Craig,the salesman, took as much time driving vehicles with me as I needed and answered all of my questions respectfully. I felt at ease making a decision and not pressured. Craig also paid attention to my needs/concerns for a vehicle. On a second drive he asked about my sons, as I had shared they were coming home for Thanksgiving. That made me feel confident that he was listening & cared. So when it came time to buy, I made sure he was who we dealt with. Craig also returned texts and sent pictures of vehicles that had come in and I was appreciative for that as well. He was there to help, not pressure and hound.Bob Moore was the only dealer to ask if I needed anything, drink,etc. I felt appreciated as soon as I walked into the showroom. At other dealers I would walk in and around for some time before anyone even acknowledged my existance.My only regret is that I wanted to get a different price for the vehicle. I did research to get an estimate of how much a car would be worth and so I had a specific amount in mind. We didn't get that price.

Initially I was dissappointed with this dealership. I put a deposit on a car that I was told would be brought in from another state. A week later I was told that the car I wanted was not available and that I would need to choose a different color to get the features that I wanted in a 2011 model. I did not want a different color so I chose to terminate the contract.The next day I received a call from Toni, the sales manager, apologizing for the problem and offering the car that I originally wanted in a 2012 model for a little more money (less than $400). I agreed to this and the rest of my experience with the dealership was good.

This was one of the nicest dealerships that I have traded with. They did not go back and forth on pricing, etc. I live four hours from OKC and don't have the time to travel back and forth. Ron Vervack was very kind and met me half way to deliver the new car the following week.There were only a couple of small issues. They had neglected to put any manuals in car (so still don't know how to operate everything), Ron apologized and also for not bringing the extra keys to the car. He is mailing them to me. Also, the back seats had grease in several places from the work they had done on it. I cleaned it up without any on the carpet. I'm not really picky, but there are two other things that I'm not sure are right. When you push the start button, there is always a loud creaking noise before engine starts. I just don't want something to happen, if this might be a problem. Also, when they installed the beautiful "Infiniti" kick plate light, the part that snaps on to the car is loose on both sides. I can move it a full inch up and down. Don't know if that is the way it should be. I don't want it to break off. Sorry for the length, but I am single and don't know much about fixing things on cars and driving four hours is a little too far if these are not issues.I do love the car! Thanks - Deborah

Our service from the sales team was great! We didn't feel pressured or "bugged" by either salesman that we worked with. We purchased late on a Friday evening and they stayed late to complete the sale. We came back on Saturday and Lam showed me how to operate all the "gadgets" in the car. On Monday, we came back for the detail work. There was also a couple dents in the car that were fixed without any hassle. While my car was being worked on, I was graciously offered a courtesy car to use. My only complaint would be that the wash didn't appear to be very thorough. Upon returning home following the detail, there were obvious dirty spots that didn't appear to have been touched. OVerall, we had a great experience though and would recommend this dealer!

The car was ready as promised, however I was a little suprised that it was not washed and the gas tank was empty. In the past when I have purchased a vehicle from a dealership it was clean and full of gas when I took delivery but this is the first time I have bought a used car from a dealer so maybe that only applies to new cars? Toni was filling in for the finance person-I had to come back to the store on Saturday and sign one document that was missed on Friday. On the day we entered the dealership, we had just sold our car at Carmax. We had an interest in the Infiniti but had not looked at any cars and we were not sure if we needed another car. Mo Ismail was our sales person that day. There was no hard sell no deals, just good information about the infiniti. He gave us his number but told us he would not call but if we had any questions to feel free to call him. He was an excellent choice of a salesman for us, very helpful, informative, and easy to do business with. We decided to buy that first car we looked at. The whole process was wonderful and we were not second guessing our purchase. He introduced us to several staff members in the service department and the dealership. Overall great experience! I had researched online & knew exactly what I was looking for. Will met me at the door & we talked about the type of vehicle I was wanting to see. Then shortly after, he brought a vehicle for me to check out & test drive. It had everything I had asked for & more. The rest of the purchasing process was a breeze as well. They also accommodated me when I requested that my husband be able to take part in the negotiation process via Google Voice since he was out-of-town. I appreciated that so much. The next day when I realized one of my remotes wasn't programmed for the car, I called & I was assured it was no problem just to bring the remotes back. We didn't have to wait long for the service dept. The replaced the batteries in both & programmed one and pulled the car right to the door when it was finished. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to be treated like a customer should when buying a car!

Mark Podest is one of the best salemen I have ever dealt with. He did a great job getting me into my new QX56. The only problem I have with this dealership was the finance manger, Donna Salem. I think she was rude, didn't try to really work anything our with me or give me any options when I tried to finance the vehicle with your dealership. So I went out to my own bank and had the vehicle financed! I was really upset and dissapointed with the way she was. But overall you have a good dealership!

came in for a oil change left with a Porsche! took about 4 days for the wife to get over it. Internet sales checked on used Porsches while I was getting oil changed on wifes car, I went and looked at car, the lady at the internet sales office called me with info on another car that was not listed yet, it was closer to what I was looking at... bought it that day.

From my first internet inquiry- to taking a test drive- and finally the sale- was a very pleasant experience. The hour spent on going over the features of the car on the day of the sale was very helpful- but the reassurance that I could come back and review the features- especially with all the fancy electronics to learn- was a great extra.

Disappointed with finance manager Rebecca for her lack of professionalism and courtesy. During my May visit to review lease options on an Infiniti sedan, Rebecca regrettably took the smoke and mirrors approach. She became impatient and terribly difficult to follow when money factor and residual was discussed.Called dealer back two weeks later to discuss purchase based upon earlier quote on an 08 held over model. Rebecca didn't remember that price; sold every 08 on lot, but one; but did offer now-higher-priced "deal" expiring TOMORROW. For score-keeping: that compound sentence contains at least two-and-a-half un-truths/ mis-rememberings. 1) I had written quote; 2) DID have all 3 remaining still in stock; 3) with 5 weeks now elapsed since initial visit, those three 08s still on the lot.Dealer purports to be no-haggle, offering straightforward service to the luxury segment. Pros: nice cars; affable and enjoyable salesmen. Cons: see review above. Finance department is happy to sell you a car (presumably at retail for current models); just don't ask too many questions!
