I went in to buy a car for the first time by myself and was able to get the exact car for the price I was looking for. Zak was very helpful and knowledgeable and was very willing to assist me. He explained all the options that came with the car and even synced my phone to bluetooth before I left. Teddy in finance could not have been more pleasant, he took the time to explain each form that needed to be completed and answered the many questions I had. I was apprehensive buying a car on my own and I could not have asked for a better experience. Great job all around at the dealership.

I was in the market for a new car and test drove the 2016 Kia Sportage I was amazed how nice this car is . I delt with Patrick at Shaumburg Kia and it was a good smooth transaction with no kinks like I experienced at other stores I was at . I would recommend this store to family and friends if they are in the market for a new car. I will return in the summer as my daughter will be looking for a car.

I left this dealership beyond happy!!!! My experience was like no other at any dealership and I've been to plenty..... Everyone I dealt with was beyond nice and helpful not pushy in any way!! I was very impressed with John L. who went above and beyond to help me not only get the car I wanted but my payments as well I can honestly say I've never dealt with a salesmen like John when I say he is like no other I mean that.....Well with this said I'll probably just own Kia's from here on out as long as John L. is my salesmen every dealership needs more salesmen like John L. A lot more people would have a whole new out look on buying a car!!! Thanks again John for everything your amazing at what you do!!!

I saw an add for a 0 down first 5 months free lease deal on a 2015 Kia Optima and thought "wow what a great idea". Well from the minute the salesman looked at the add and said that he would have to check if it was still valid till I walked out was almost 2 hours, and this was AFTER I was finance approved earlier in the day. I still had to complete a financial application with the salesman because "he doesn't have access to the finance department files" which I still don't understand. Then the 0 down ended up being $2,279. The explanation was "tax, license, title, doc fee, 1st month lease payment (so much for first 5 months free) CUR (still never received an explanation as to what that is), destination fee, paperwork fee and more that I don't remember. When I asked what the breakdown was for all the fees the salesman looked at me and said "well I guess I can go find out for you". It was obvious that they had no intention of honoring the add or getting a last year model car off their lot so I wasn't going to waste any more of my time. I have previously purchased 4 vehicles from other Bob Rohrman dealerships and NEVER had this kind of experience which is why we went back for this deal. And when I asked the salesman if there was anything they could do for a repeat customer and he literally had to hold back his laugh. No wonder why they had 2013 new vehicles on their lot, this sales staff and manager obviously would rather have a full lot than sell cars. Looks like I'll be taking my business to a non-Rohrman dealership.

We found listings for a particular used Kia on cars.com and other websites (including the dealership website). Features and price looked good, so I inquired through the website to confirm the car was still available. I got automated email replies from a sales coordinator, as well as the manager, saying I would be well cared for. A very young salesperson did call to ask what I was interested in (why he would not know this, I have no idea); when I gave him the car's stock number, he said he would have to learn more about the car and call me back. I didn't hear back, so when I followed up, a different very young salesperson said they were busy and he'd take care of me. The car was listed as new, but had 8,800 miles on it and a record of two different titles; what was the story? He confirmed the car was available but couldn't answer my questions about it. I asked him if he'd email me some info and he said, "I'm not really a techie kind of guy; I don't use email, why don't you come in?" (It's 2015: Who doesn't use email?) My wife also called and asked if the car would be available if we came in on Saturday to see it. She was assured, yes.Long story short, after several somewhat frustrating days of email and calls, all encouraging us to come and see this specific car.... When we got there Saturday, no one really knew who we were or what we were talking about, and, after learning about us and being shown the listing for the car we wanted to see, it was no where to be found. After waiting for more than an hour, getting increasingly steamed, we were informed the car was at a different location, and in fact had already been sold. I pretty much blew a gasket. We were then offered a chance to drive a new version of the model, so we could at least get the feel of it. We were adamant that we did NOT want to buy new but, so long as that was fully understood, we'd invest some more of our time and at least salvage the visit by getting my wife behind the wheel. After the drive, instead of being given information on a search for another used model of our liking, we were asked if we'd consider buying new. This time it was my wife's turn to get mad (by this time, I was no longer angry, just exhausted. We'd been at the dealership for 2+ hours).I'd like to say that this amounted to "bait and switch," but honestly, I don't think this sales team is even smart or skilled enough for that. They're not bad people, really. But the place is simply not well managed, and the staff is made up of apparently low-paid and poorly trained people who deserve better. Please do not waste your precious time here.

Potential Buyers Beware!!!!! Worked with Omar and Eli and they said they could help me get into a used car. Upon looking at a few guys, they were able to get me approved for a loan. Yes, my credit is bad and I was expecting to pay high interest rates, but what happened next is unbelievable. They showed me a Scion TC that is listed on their website for $9,000. They told me my payments would be $460 a month for 48 months. (I was even putting $1,000 down) Needless to say, I said No Thank You and left.You do the math. That's $22,080. Omar began to say well your credit is bad and that's 25% interest. Ok, but that means this car is more then $9,000. Lets do the math. Lets say I was buying a car for $10,000. 25% on 10,000 = $2,500. Tax in IL is about 10.5% Average DMV Fees are $99. So that makes is $10,000 (car) + $2,500 (interest) + $1,050 (tax) + $99 (DMV Fees) = $13,649. Take that and divide by 48 months 13,649/48 = $284.35. Where is the missing $175.65 a month coming from? Doc Fee? How much are these Doc Fees???? Let's be real here, this place is trying to take advantage of a person who has bad credit. I'm not giving this place 1 star because of the interest, it deserves 0 stars for the trying to play with the numbers. I understand buying a car is frustrating but please take my experience as a warning to others. You have other choices. Be smart, even if your credit is bad. You don't deserve this kind of treatment.

I came to the dealership with my parents based on a family recommendation to check out the Kia luxury cars. We asked to check out the SUVs, cadenza, and their luxury car. They only had 4-5 cars in show room none of which were luxury brand. Salesmen directed us outside in the cold to check out the cadenza and the k900. He said he would get the key. Took 10 mins he got the key for cadenza and we checked it out. After which we wanted to simply checkout k900. The sales guy didn't show us the car. They said let me bring the expert sales guy for the Kia900. So we said ok, he came out. Still no keys in hand. We explained we wanted to see the car ...he asked if we were going to buy the car. I asked to simply see the car from the inside. He wouldn't even get the keys for us to see the car. They wouldn't show us the car from simply our appearance even if we could afford a $70k car in cash. Awful service!!! The manager and their salesmen ship is the worst I've seen in Schaumburg. In comparison to the other dealers, this is a low class hole in the wall place of a dealer with poor salesmen. If you can't even show case your luxury brand car, why have the car on your lot?? They expected us to make a purpose without stepping foot in the car, not test driving it, and simply look at a picture! Talk about a useless dealership with the worst service. Do yourself a favor and do not go here. We ended up walking out.

We drove from the Quad Cities to look at a used Dodge caliber at Patrick Hyundai in Schaumburg that they had on their web site,,,, When we got there the car looked different from the photo on the web...I had called ahead to make sure the car was there,,,,upon arriving we found that the car had a check engine lite on and a bag of wiring harnis in the trunk...the salesman said he would have it checked out.. We felt like we were getting the runaround seeing that they knew we were driving 2 1\2 hrs. to see this car...me and my wife decided to check out the dealership next door( Bob Rohrmans Schaumburg kia ) they happened to have a used Dodge caliber for sale,,,,,,,we inquired about the car and Matt Baker our sales man was very helpful and professional,,, we felt that the sales team at Bob Rohrman Schaumburg kia treated us awsem , we also felt they were honest and sincere ...we purchased that Dodge caliber form Schaumburg kia ,,,,, awsem people ,, great deal,,,, great car,,, couldn't be happier,,, I'll have no problem driving 2 1\2 hrs. to Bob Rohrman Schaumburg kia for our next car.............

Classic bait and switch. I even made sure to call the dealership before I made the long drive to look at a car I saw on line. By their own admission the manager and the person I spoke with on the phone were aware that the price on the ad I saw was wrong but they let me and my husband drive there anyway and decided instead of calling me they would let us know about the mistake when we got to the dealership. We drove an hour to the dealership and they left me standing around for another half an hour or more while they checked with "whoever" to see what kind of deal they could make me if I purchased the car. They offered it to me at about $2,200 over the advertised price. I'm not quit sure if this is illegal but I am certain it is HIGHLY UNETHICAL. I can't say anything about the cars they sell but beware that even calling the dealership ahead of time does not insure you will see what was advertised on line. I am not talking about one rogue sales person. The management was aware of all this and still let me make the drive in. Consequently, I left the dealership about five hours ago and the car is still listed at the deceptive price that brought me in! That was the last straw and what made me sit down to write this review in the first place. This dealership is not to be trusted

I went to this dealership due to the sole fact that they had helped my sister when she had financial problems. I went in with a co-signer (my dad) and was originally told that we couldn't lease a vehicle becuase you need a credit score of at least 700. After telling them that one of us had a credit score over 700, they changed their story and said they couldn't give me a lease because my co-signer and I lived in different households. I find that a little ridiculous since I should be able to have my dad cosign and not have to live with him. The salesman also made a comment about my age when we asked about leasing. Like he found it shocking that a 22 year old could have a full time job and afford a new car. We then decided to see what my payments would be if I bought the car, instead of leased it. We signed the paperwork for them to run our credit ONE time. When it came back that the payments would not be affordable with my budget, I told them that I was deciding to look elsewhere. They then went through the whole process of telling me they could get me in to another car on the lot that would fit my budget. I eventually left without a car. I later find out that they ran my credit with 13 different lenders without my permission. There is now a huge list of Hard Inquiries on my credit report, and my credit score has dropped drastically. I don't know who taught these guys how to operate, but it is illegal for a business to run your credit without permission. I signed for ONE credit inquiry, not 13. I think the salesman was mad because, after talking for 2 hours, I said no and walked out.

When I got to the dealership no one could locate this car, and the only one they claimed they could get was 2 hours away and close to $4000 more than the price I had been quoted. They were unwilling to work with me towards a price that was any less than $500 off MSRP despite the fact this was their own error. I felt like I was arguing with the staff the entire time and talking in circles. They informed me there were only 3 vehicles in the state of IL which matched my preferences, however other dealerships I visited afterwards had no problem getting me that exact vehicle within 24 hours and several thousand under MSRP. The salesman also forgot to give me my drivers license back so I had to return to retrieve it.

I leased a 2015 Kia Sportage from this dealership on 3/26/15. When finished filling out the paperwork, I had to wait an additional 30-60 minutes for my car to be cleaned and filled with gas. I also left the dealership without a spare key or gps chip but was assured they would get them to me a.s.a.p. Two weeks later I received my spare key (after several excuses as to why it took so long). SEVEN weeks later, I still don't have my gps chip. After repeated calls to the dealership to follow-up on the gps chip I am still being told that they cannot find the chip and making a new one is very expensive. The salesman, Omar, told me that the matter was out of his hands at this point and the general manager has not called me back as of this moment.This is the second vehicle that I purchased/leased from this dealership and am very disappointed by the substandard services. My original purchase in 2014, under the old management and sales team, was much better than the recent purchase. Needless to say... I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone!!!!

What an amazing experience with my first time ever selecting a brand new car. With all the options possible from a new car catalog and getting to choose exactly everything I wanted with the best deal ever. My sales team Kevin Mersereau was very patient with me and before I left made sure I knew how to operate each feature on my new Sorento. I even received a follow up call the next day to make sure things were going great with me and the new ride. Tony Mazany also help Kevin to make sure I received the best Kia had to offer and make sure I was a happy customer. We walked into the dealership wanting to refinance our vehicle but walked out owning a new one! We aren't ones to just jump into something like this but Kevin M was patient,helpful, pleasant and showed great customer service. He went over all of our options without pressuring us to make any one decision whether to buy, lease or refinance, there was no pressure put on us which was wonderful. Hyundai told me that the dealer which took my car should call them to fix a payoff date. I asked the dealer - financial guy Teddy - to call Hyundai and take care of it, but of course no one took care of it, so I'm still receiving collection calls from Hyundai Financial every day!

I originally wrote a very favorable review. Now I'm changing it to 1 star (and removing the names to avoid legal issue). Why? My purchase on March 14th was all done with the wrong VIN # on the paperwork. The dealer discovered the error and asked me to come in. I waited an hour to see the finance guy to fix the paperwork. While I was waiting, I was told by other staff that I was the 4th person that the salesperson messed up the paperwork for.It took over another hour to get the correct paperwork filled out and the incorrect paperwork taken care of. I was assured that this would look good for my credit because it looked like I was paying off a massive loan. But it doesn't help my credit when the paperwork was dealt with on June 8th and then the payoff check wasn't sent to KIA Finance until July 30th!! I FINALLY got a hold of someone on August 1st (after countless visits and calls and messages) that said his department that handles these things was short-staffed and he was sorry. Sorry doesn't help my credit that you're ruining. Sorry doesn't make up for the 51 phone calls I received about the delinquent account that wasn't my responsibility. And your department being short-staffed is not MY problem. Also, because the VIN # was wrong on my paperwork, I didn't get the correct spare key to my car at the time of purchase. When they went to look for it in June (3 months later), they couldn't find my actual spare key. Who knows who has the key to my car now. That's frightening! I finally got a spare key last week - 4 months after purchasing my vehicle.Oh and thank God we corrected the paperwork on my vehicle on June 8th. Because I finally had insurance on it the morning of June 9th. When I got hit. (Because I had the wrong VIN # on my paperwork, I was insuring a car that I wasn't driving.)This car has been the biggest stress in my life. I love the car, but I highly DO NOT recommend Bob Rohrman's Schaumburg KIA.

Although price negotiations were tough, and the vehicle I wanted was sold to someone else, I did drive away in the car of my choice. This was our third new car purchase at Schaumburg Kia. Stan was very knowledgeable and did not put pressure on the sale at all. He asked all of the right questions and kept pace with the questions we had with the right options and answers. Everything he presented seemed fair and honest and it felt as though we were talking with a friend rather than a salesman. Once we made the decision to purchase, however, the wait to get to the Finance Office to sign the papers was very long (over 90 minutes) and we were almost ready to leave. However, Teddy in Finance was great and turned around our negative attitude at the moment to a good one. We are very pleased with our vehicle too! As much as we are loyal Schaumburg Kia customers, we would like to mention that there should be more of a free beverage selection and some snacks for the customers that have to wait an exceptionally long time.

Was looking at a car online and made a inquiry about a it. When they called me they acted like they had the car but I had gone over and looked on there lot and the car was not there. When I finally answered the call he still acted like he had the car. I said to him that I had stopped by and looked at the lot. He asked when I said I noticed the car was not there. So he backbpeddled and said oh yes we just sold the car. I went over there 3 days prior to this. They are just hungry and just want a sale weather its what your looking for or not.

I emailed ahead of time to let them know I wanted to look at the beautiful F150 in the corner of their lot. She promptly called to let me know they would have it ready and waiting for me to see. Right from my entrance into the building Joanna was that perfect blend of professional and charismatic. She erased any and all preconceived notions that I had had in regards to car salesmen. She listened to my likes, dislikes and concerns throughout the process, never pressuring me. She never tried to trick me and only told me the facts, if she wasn't 100% sure about something she was open and honest about it. During the test drive she did a great job of showing me all the great features of the truck while still listening to what I didn't love. Not only is she a great saleswomen, but also a fabulous person. In the end I was able to leave confident that not only had I gotten a great deal, but a beautiful new truck and a salesperson that I trust and even someone that I would consider a friend. Buyer, beware...never have more truthful words been said. I travelled 80+ miles to look at a 2004 Volvo S40 at this dealership. I had been told on the telephone that the vehicle was "immaculate," and "passed our multi-point inspection." When I arrived at the dealership, I was told that the "inspection" was in their shop, and that the shop was closed. I drove the car, and I heard very unusual noises coming from the engine compartment. I looked inside and observed a damaged drive belt. I also noticed that the engine had been recently "cleaned." The dealership told me that their shop "aligned" the car; I was taken aback by the idea of an alignment without at least some front end work, so I asked for an independent inspection, which the used car manager graciously allowed. My private inspection revealed serious oil leaks, a defective alternator, need to a wheel bearing, and other needed safety repairs. The work would have cost well over $2,500.00. The General Manager told me by phone that he would not budge on his price, and that he would rather take his chances at auction, because the car looked good and used car demand is high (due to tax refunds), while inventory is low. There is no way to align a car and not know about a defective wheel bearing. There is no way to do a "multi-point inspection" and miss an oil leak, is there? So buyer beware. I did find used car manager John Gomez to be a reasonably honest guy. I don't expect him to know every detail about every car he sells. He told me when questioned directly that he heard a noise in the vehicle's engine compartment. He did allow me to have the vehicle inspected at my expense. That inspection cost $135.00 and saved me a tremendous amount of money and headache in the long run.

When walking into the dealership you knew that you had walked into something amazing. I spoke to Teddy Dziedzic, when I had inquired about trading in my vehicle. He was nice, friendly, and very kind. When arrived at the dealership I had met with Joanna Krzesinska . She worked so hard and so long to try to get me into a new car. Due to my circumstances, I wasn't able to get into a car. Although the news wasn't what I wanted to hear, Joanna told me "don't give up on it". She encouraged me to continue on going on the right path and after I pay off the current vehicle I am in she assured me that I will be in a newer car and "do not be discourage by this". She was sweet, kind, and ever so patient with me. She definitely put me at ease. I will follow her advice and hope to come back one more time and this time get into a newer car! My recent experience proved they lie and give you dishonest paperwork that might go unnoticed so beware. Max the finance manager snakes around and isn't specific or detailed about his answers and will take anything you discuss and apply it toward another thing and hold it against you. Chris in finance gave me paperwork w/ fraud vehicle info they were passing off as my car when it wasn't to the bank and Ralph in sales is a decent overall honest person but in the end for me played the "good guy" part and everything he said would happen turned complete opposite. I've never acted out or been disrespectful beyond belief in a business, but w/ all the lies and not answering my questions I'd reached my breaking point. They thought I was a young girl who probably didn't know anything and could be taken advantage of and each time I outed their wrong doing I'd get poor excuses/more lies like I still didn't know what I was talking about. I have my own mistakes made in this I admit to, but on a whim knowing it wasn't the greatest deal signed. 1st unhappy moment was after signing all the paper work I was asked for $ that I was only willing to give for a new 14' I was discussing w/ the salesman who thinks he's a hot shot because he was brought over specifically from California and I wasn't aware any discussion from the 14' would be "marked in words" for the 12' as well and pretty much got the "sorry" look. It took about a day to realize I was unhappy w/ the car and back in after 2 days wanting out of it. I felt like something isn't being disclosed because for being a 2012 EX model even w/ FWD it should be driving a lot smoother and have better traction and not feel like a mid 90's SUV. Everyone gave dumbfounded looks and responses of "really? Maybe it's the tires?" Which the tires are fine to begin with but offered to change the tires to see if that would help. Regardless i switched to a 14' sorento although unhappy about the payments I was happy w/ the car. A day later receive a call that there was a change w/ the bank and I need to give 2 grand on top of what I just gave them plus I would be needing to pay my 1st car payment within a few weeks like I'm made of $ or give the car back. When I went in very unpleasant towards everyone I asked to see the paperwork that made this change and as I'm looking at it noticed they had the 2014 listed as the car but the model/VIN # was not of the 1 I was driving. I asked about it and was told by finance guy Chris they can put any 14' info down then change it later. How is that legal or right and not just put the correct info from the start? Still no one could give me straight answers why that's logical. When I wanted to make a phone call about it he got defensive saying I couldn't do that and I wanted to then see all of my other paper work that got layed out sheet by sheet unkindly in front of me by the manager who said I won't understand any of it anyways. From there on I didn't trust anyone and if they were really just trying to get me to give more $ like I had it laying around. As I was making calls about the paper everyone started casually being all hush hush to eachother because I caught them trying to pass off a different car. I went back into finance where I had them call the bank to fix it and the lady on speaker said no $ was due down for this contract where Chris defensively spoke up and basically tried to put words in the ladies mouth where she then felt like she had to say a down payment at that point. Being so distraught at that point by getting excuse after excuse I was being forced back into the vehicle I disliked w/ no other options unless I had a co-signer at that point, my credit destroyed I just dealt w/ it unhappily in the end. I called Max about the tires and was told they can offer me good discounts but they've lost $ on me and can't just put them on like they stated before and ends up hanging up on me. So in other words if the customer doesn't make them $ they don't care. Ralph made me think he was going to help at that point and yet to hear back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE PLEEEASE PEOPLE! Don't experience what I went through.

I will Never recommend this dealership to anyone I know and hope that they will never recommend it to anyone that they know. I bought this vehicle (cash) on Monday was told nothing was wrong with it what so ever. On my way home less than a hour after I purchased it, the rear wing flew off of the car into interstate 94. I pulled over right away and contacted the salesman that I dealt with. I had to leave him a message since he did not answer. He called me back a few hours later and said that it would be fixed at no cost to me. All I needed to do was go to a GM dealership near my house and have it looked at to see what was needed and the cost and to call him back with part numbers so that they could order to get them at dealer price. I went there the next day and called him right away with the details he needed. He said he'd pass the info to the general manager and let me know what he said. He finally contacted me on Wednesday evening stating that they had to get hold of person I dealt with at dealership in my town. I finally heard back from him again only to be told that he hasn't been able to contact guy at my dealership and he was calling him right away and would call me back. Guess what no call back! I called again on Saturday morning and left yet another message with him and instead of him calling me back he emails me saying that his general manager won't pay to have it fixed that they don't have the $736.00 to fix it and that vehicle is sold as is and there is nothing they will do for me and to contact my insurance company to have it fixed. I'm very upset about this and only want it to be fixed like I was told it would be. Don't understand why a dealership would be so rude to a customer that came in and paid cash for a vehicle. Whatever happened to being honest and kind to people?!

I absolutely loved my experience at this dealership. Unlike other dealerships, they are very genuine and do not approach you with the usual "salesman" personality and antics. I did not at all feel taken advantage of and I felt as if they were up front and honest with me. As a female it can be a little intimidating going to a dealership alone. Not once throughout my time there did I feel the least bit uncomfortable. I received a great deal on my vehicle and I felt as if they really cared and worked hard to find me the best rates and offer me the best price. I traded in my vehicle and in addition to paying it off I was also offered extra money for it. Carlos worked on my paperwork and was my direct sales person, Mike negotiated personally with the banks to find me the best rates and Teddy finished up the process and explained all the financial information to me. They all worked great together and made it their priority to make sure I was happy and that all my needs were met. I highly recommend this dealership.

At Bob Rohrman Kia we had a fantastic experience from the salesman Mark Koykar to the General Manager Michael Meah to the Finance Manager Ted Dziedzic all making this a great experience for my wife and I on purchasing her first BRAND NEW CAR. These guys all did a great job from the friendly and professional manner in how they got my wife the exact car that she wanted and in a way that did not make us feel like we were just another customer to be forgotten after our purchase. I visited Joanna in November of 2012 and was looking for a used Sante Fe. My experience was very positive, although I didn't buy a car from Rohrman. She did everything to earn the sale however, through no fault of her own, the price simply wasn't competitive with the vehicle I eventually purchased from a different dealer. She was pleasant to talk to, very personal and she put together a good offering.The experience with Joanna was more than sufficient to counter-balance the experience I had with your finance manager. 'Slick Rick' sat down with me, gave me his best pitch, and concluded with "what's it going to take to put you in this car?". People.... Please! I have a $10M quota in my sales job, and if I ever took that approach to a customer, it would be the last time they'd allow me in their door. Here's a few tips for him if he's still with you; 1.) Regardless of your level of success, take off the $700 suit so the people walking in the door feel as though you can relate to their needs. 2.) People want solutions to problems. That may be their reliance on an old vehicle that isn't dependable enough to get them to work, therefore they need a vehicle refresh, or it may be the baby-boomer looking for a sporty $50k vehicle to tow behind his $250,000 motor home. At either end of the spectrum - they have needs and want help.3.) Ask the prospect about concerns; ask them about what caused them not to buy from the last 3 dealerships they walked into. 4.) Pay attention and listen. Commit what they say or request to memory, and your every response from that point forward should address their comments. This is their agenda, not yours, so don't feel compelled to pull-out lines learned from the 'Sales Guy 101' manual. 5.) If you're on Amazon.com, looking for a tablet computer or underwear, you look extensively through the tens or hundreds of pages of offerings to find exactly the right style, design and value. I made an appointment with somebody name Rebecca to buy a specific car which is very hard beings I work full time and go to school 24hrs a week on top of that plus I drove 40 mins to get to the dealer from where I live confident I was going to purchase this car only to be greeted by a salesman in the parking lot that looked like he didn't want to be there. The salesman asked me what car I was looking for I told him and he told me they sold it so I asked him to speak to the person I had the appointment with and he said she left for the day. who schedules an appointment then leaves before the time of the appointment!!! so I told the salesman that it was very unprofessional and he got defensive and began to say well that's what they do they schedule the appointments and pass them onto us. ( whoever they is) then he was telling me how it's first come first serve if somebody comes in with cash then they are going to get the car that's how it is in this business. I told him ok that's fine but then why schedule appointments and call to confirm the day before??? At least give the person that had an appointment to purchase a certain car a call and let them know it sold especially if they are driving 40 mins. His response to me was well people make appointments all the time and don't come and the system don't work like that it isn't that great of a system to call people when a car sales. Really? Also as we were talking he throws a plastic bottle of whatever he was drinking on the ground in between the cars they were selling!!! very unprofessional, salesman had a bad attitude, very poor customer service and very unsatisfied with this place.

My advice to anyone who is thinking about purchasing a vehicle from this dealership is STOP, and look somewhere different! If you don't believe me, check out the reviews on Yelp. As you will see from other consumer comments, this dealership has a pattern of horrible customer service conduct. At what point does someone come in and fix the situation? Our experience w/ this dealership has thus far spanned over the work life of 2 separate General Managers, and the current one (Mr. Meah) is worse than the previous one (and trust me, after dealing w/ the last GM, I didn't think it could get any worse! I was wrong.) My husband and I have never been treated as bad as we were by the folks at Bob Rohrman Kia of Schaumburg. We gave them over $26,000 of our hard-earned money for purchase of one of their 2013 Kia Optimas and -- to make a long story very short -- we now have a car with a tear in the back seat and dummy buttons from improperly installed heated seats. If I save even ONE PERSON from the HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE we had at this dealership, it would make my hardship worth it (or would at least make me feel better!). PLEASE do NOT buy from Bob Rohrman Kia of Schaumburg. Take your money elsewhere -- where the customer and customer service are still a priority. Good luck in your car search!

the whole buying process took almost four hours (!) by which time i was anxious to leave and wasnt paying as much attention as i should have. As a result of this, I was charged almost $400 for "etching" that was never explained to me (i was actually led to believe that it was a license fee) and that i never authorized. I later found out that "etching kits" can be bought for about $20. I was also charged for new plates and related dealer fees not knowing that i could have transferred my old ones at a much smaller expense. In fairness, I was reimbursed the etching cost when i complained to the corporate office and M. Rohrman's secretary was very apologetic and courteous. I hope these practices are eliminated from their sales techniques.

On April 22nd I went shopping for a car went to Toyota but didn't find any car that fit my needs so I decide inoff I'm going to Joanna in KIA maybe she will help me . She already knew what I was looking for and she found me a car that is really what I needed ,the car feels very comfortable and cozy , very easy to drive KIA Sportage 2012 and the price was in my range . I have been driving for 4 days and I just love it how slow the gas gage is going down , I use to drive mercedes E420 this car was fast but speed comes with big price I spend $140.00 a week for gas , now I'm like $50-$60 weekly gas price . I have money for payments because I save load of money on gas . Just like to recommend Joanna for your next car purchase , she really listen the customer and knows how to help you .If it was not for Joanna I'm not sure if I decide for KIA but this car is great , it uses little gas ( great savings) and also a beautiful looking car , stays good on the road and DO HAVE POWER which very surprised me , safe and easy to drive , MP3 , Bluetooth very handy .Love it . I had been experiencing some alarming engine issues with my beloved Kia Optima that I had owned for 10 years. Upon discovering the hefty cost that it would take to revive my Optima, I was faced with the decision of trading it in for a new car. I was not in the market for a new car in fact dreading the process all together. But I had the good fortune of meeting Joanna Krzeninska who worked with me diligently to find a newer car that would best suit my financial situation. I walked into the showroom and knew exactly what I wanted. Brian found the perfect car in my price range. Right away I knew I wanted to take it home. He showed me on paper exactly what the payments would be and even gave me a great price for the car I was tradeing in. I went into the Schaumburg Kia to test drive a couple cars, and Joanna was the first one to greet me. She was very knowledgeable about the cars and when she didn't know something, she would find out immediately. She was never pushy, just gave me all my options and gave me all the time I needed to make a decision. I got a great deal on my Kia Optima, and absolutely love it. Chis (the finance guy) simplified all my options and explained everything in detail. I can't say enough about the customer service at Kia Schaumburg, they truly define excellent customer service. Most dealers forget or ignore you as soon as you drive off the lot, but not here. Joanna even gave me her direct line. I will definitely make my next car purchase at Schaumburg Kia!

After searching for a KIA in the Chicago area for a few hours we stopped at Schaumburg KIA. we were only on the lot for about 5 or 6 minutes and we were approached by Willie Moore asking if we needed some help. I ask him about the optima SX and the first one he took me to was exactly what we wanted. we took the car for a test drive and got back to work out a deal, Willie was more than willing to help me out and made us feel very comfortable about the transaction. We had a while where we were going to leave when we were not talking to Willie. but just as we were leaving, Willie worked out the terms that we finally did settle on, after it was all said and done. we are very happy that we stopped and that Willie was working that day he treated us fair and was not pushy. i strongly recommend stopping here if you are in the market for a KIA. and if he is available defiantly ask for Willie.

Went there because I was looking to buy a new car, I was without a car and was using a friends new car, I got in the mail a promotion with a scratch and win, my prize was $ 25 k. There were other prizes, I was guaranteed to one of them, as it turns out I won the 1 oz gold bar, I was told it was just gold colored paper weight, I wasted an hour there, the best part is they didn't even have them, I'm still waiting from October, when you get something in the mail from any of the Bob Rohrman, put it in the trash.

Normally when I go into a dealership I enter with my guard up and leave without purchasing a car normally based on the all of the b.s. the salesmen are feeding me and how pushy they are.. Not this time.I was greeted by a friendly salesmen Jorge Lopez, who was very knowledgeable about his inventory and willing to listen to what I was looking for and made great suggestions. The whole process was quick and painless. And it helped that Jorge asked all of the right questions and actaully listened to what I was looking for and not just put me in something just to make a quick sale, he was very polite and I could tell he really did want to help me get something I would like and I could afford. I was referred to this dealership by a friend that had previously had a great experience with a salesperson by the name of Jorge Lopez. The friend ranted and raved about how great the customer service was that based on that I decided to visit this dealership in hopes that I would receive the same customer service. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a few staff members but made sure that i asked for Jorge. Jorge came to my assistance in the matter of minutes. I decided not to tell him that I was referred by a friend to see if I would get the same customer service, Jorge exceeded my expectations and then some. Jorge was very informative about the inventory that was available to me and made my experience unlike any other visit to a dealership. Jorge asked what I was interested in and provided me with several different options that catered to my needs. I was given the opportunity to test drive the vehicle I was interested in and knew immediately I would be driving this car home if the price was right. I did my research before going to the dealership and when I was given the price of the car it was less than I expected to pay which made my decision even easier. Jorge was very personable and easy to talk to that I will surely recommend him to anybody else I know that is in the market for a new and or used car. The facility was also very well kept and was very clean. The staff was very attentive and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the time spent there.

I went to service dept on a Saturday with a bolt in my rear tire and had the temporary spare on . It was raining out and service was closing in 10 minutes . Well I dealt with a service rep named Keith and he went out of his way to make sure my tire was fixed even though I noticed the time and said I would come back Monday. He insisted time didn't matter. Then he checked the other tires to make sure all was good and it turned out there was a bolt stuck in the other tire !!! I bought my KIA Sorrento at this dealer a year ago and have been treated great every time I go in for service etc.They are one dealership that treats you as though its the first time there even a year latter wich is pretty rare. From sales to service I recomend them !!And Keith thank you for not pushing me off to make an appointment THAT IS SERVICE !!

My mother, my sister and I were greeted by a salesman, Bob Ingo, at the Kia Schaumburg dealership today and because of his professionalism, attentiveness and kindness-- my sister went home with a car today. Bob not only answered all of our questions (and we had a lot) but he took the time to thoroughly explain the features and benefits of the car, as well as walk us through the functionality and shows us all the gadgets of the car. My family have purchased several cars in the past but never encountered such a kind and attentive sales person. My mother actually asked me if she could tip him because he was so nice. The price of the car was a bit more than what my sister wanted to pay but after the kind treatment that we all received from Bob, we couldn't walk away so we bought it and we are all very excited about the new purchase. I too plan to purchase a car in the next 12 months and I was leaning towards purchasing a Hyundai but Bob totally changed my mind. I will be purchasing a Kia Sportage from him. I hope Bob is still there when I return in 12 months.

Being in the market for a new car for the first time in 10 years I had an idea of what I was looking with price being a factor. With a number of dealerships located in a small area I set out to see what was available. Stopping at 6 different dealerships I found the Kia Soul was the car I found the most interesting. My sales rep Susan was professional and engaging without coming across as fake. Having stopped at a few dealerships that day this is not always the case. She took the time to go through all the details of cars that were available and what worked best for me. I stopped in two days later and bought the car. Everyone I dealt with at Kia was pleasant but Susan stood out as helpful and genuine.

My husband and I have been searching for a new/used vehicle for some time. Our current auto had over 100k miles on it so an upgrade was necessary. We were very different in what we wanted. Being a Volkswagon customer forever it was hard for my husband to look elsewhere. I new I wanted an SUV because of the extra space. My husband came into the dealership before me and found a 2012 Sorrento. We came back to look at it together and I immediately loved it! The size was perfect!!! The only thing I was worried about was the financing. My husband and I had a rough year and new that we didn't have the best credit. We are in a rebuilding stage and so many other dealers told us no without even trying. Teddy told us that they deal with a variety of lenders so financing shouldn't be an issue and he was right! We were able to finance and leave with our new auto the same day! I have never dealt with nicer, honest, hard working people in my life. Usually buying a car can be a headache but this was an extremely easy process and everyone was extremely positive during the whole process. I would definitely recommend anyone to Schaumburg Kia for a new or used auto. Anyone there would be wonderful to work with I'm sure, but Teddy went above and beyond what I consider a sales man to do. My husband and I came in to the dealership about 30 minutes before they closed. From the very start the customer service at this location was outstanding! Kyle and Teddy very both extremely polite and patient with us both! They asked questions and more importantly listened to what we were and were not interested in. Both gentlemen offered to stay well past close to take care of us, while never once showing any signs of frustration or annoyance. We ended up buying a new 2012 Kia Optima, which Teddy and Kyle took the time to walk us through every detail and upgrade. It was extremely late and well past closing time by the time we had purchased the car and both gentlemen were still just as thorough, remained professional, kind, and smiling! Excellent customer service! As well as the price met all terms that I needed. I had not planned on leasing yet came into to look into it more and was worked with so well and with such professional ease that i felt comfortable to make my own decision based on terms presented to me very fairly. The experience of looking into and purchasing a new car was joyous and fun, which is how buying major purchases should be. I don't think i would enjoy my car as much as i do today if it wasn't sold to me in such comfort and fun. Kyle was very friendly and welcoming and straight forward with me making my questions feel welcomed and not a burden. He also found the proper people who knew any information that he didn't so that i was always given the proper answer instead of making things up to sell me. Stepan took a lot of time as well to thourghly explain all the financials as well as paperwork welcoming any questions i had so that i was comfortable signing the dotted line. Kurt and Stepan also worked very well with us to get the proper payment and terms that we were comfortable with.

I am over 60 years old and have had numerous car buying experiences over the years, some good,some bad. The one we had at Rohrman Kia back in March was probably the best ever. Teddy Dziedzic is everything one would want in a sales person - personable, knowledgeable and dedicated to making customers comfortable and satisfied with their purchase. I did my homework on the price of the vehicle (MSRP vs. dealer invoice, incentives, etc.) and determined what would be a fair price. (There was no trade-in involved). I had the numbers written down and once we determined that the Sorento was the vehicle we wanted, I gave them to Teddy and he brought them to his business manager. I expected that he would return with a counter offer and the haggling process would begin. To our great surprise, my original offer was acccpted without alteration and we left the dealership very pleased with the purchase of the new car. I've been to the dealership since for free car washes and the first oil change, and the service department was also excellent. Teddy has also been very helpful with questions I had after the purchase - he truly seems to enjoy working with people and making buying a new car very pleasant. If you're interested in buying a new Kia, I would certainly recommend a visit to Rohrman. By the way, the Sorento EX V-6 we bought is an exceelent vehicle to this point. Kia has come long way.

I was pretty bummed because I didnt think I would have any luck getting a car. I really loves the Kia Forte. right when I drove it I knew i wanted it, but slight problem I did not like the cream/white interior they had on the models there. Mo and his sales men were trying to wheel and deal me. But I really wanted the Kia Forte in black with black interior Mo stressed to me that they dont come like that, little did he know they did. Mo's sales team found me a black on black, traded my Chevy Ave - I didnt have to deal with the accident and the next day i had my black on black BEAUTIFUL Kia Forte. Mo is a great sales man! My recent purchase of a 2012 Kia Rio couldnt have been more enjoyable. This was a complete surprise to me since earlier in the day I had visited two other car dealers (your competitors!) where I found the salesmen completely lacking in warmth and humor and were over-the-top aggressive with me. Then, much to my delight -- Schaumburg Kia, a complete turn-around! Possibly luck of the Irish that I was greeted at the door by Teddy D. From the moment of his Welcome till we closed the deal, he was incredibly friendly, professional, patient, completely knowledgeable about everything relating to the Rio, and the best part Teddy wasnt the least bit pushy in trying to force me to sign on the dotted line. Funny how most managers might think of that being a negative trait when the truth is if there were more sales people like Teddy, car sales would likely sky rocket! Im definitely recommending Schaumburg Kia to everyone I know, but specifically, Ill be recommending Teddy!

My wife and I were looking for a new car. The Kia Soul caught my wife's eye. Since we had previous positive experience's with both Rohrman Honda and Rohrman Ford and since the Kia dealership is relatively close to home we decided to try them. My wife went on her own to "try a Kia". This is where she first met Matt Woods, who impressed her with his forthright approach and courtesy. He provided her with the opportunity of a demo ride with no high pressure tactics. She told Matt that should she decide on making a purchase she would be back to see him. During the ensuing week Matt called the house several times to update her as to the status of available new vehicles. Toward the end of the week he advised her that a Soul! in the color Molten (a bright red) had arrived and he thought she should take a look at it as he didn't think it would last long. She did not make a commitment, but we stopped in the following Saturday, for a look. Cut to the chase; late in the afternoon, of that same Saturday, we returned to the dealership: traded in our vehicle, purchased the Soul!, and completed the financial arrangements. An action filled day! We did appreciate the way we were treated by the majority of the staff, in particular Matt Woods and the general manager on duty, Kurt Blankenburg. They were both straightforward and courteous. We would both return for future purchases, if Kia is in our future, and recommend this dealership to others looking for a square deal.

Went in to look at 2 used bmws that they had on the lot. I didn't like the first one, and asked to drive the second. I was told that I wasn't allowed to test drive the second, which was under $15k. If the car had checked out, I'd probably would have put a deposit down today. They lost a sale. Awful customer service. I will never step foot in this dealer ever again.

I was so disappointed with my buy at Schaumburg Kia, they sold a lemon with a bad transmission, bad cv shafts, bad front wheel bearings, leaking front and rear differential seals, bad fuel gauge, brake switch, the car was not safe to drive, I know they sold me the car "as is" but please, they should at least made it safe for me to edrive, very bad on their part, shame on you Schaumburg Kia.I will never recommend anybody to buy a car there ever and I will contact the better business bureau for this experience I had with Schaumburg Kia, they need to know this dealership is selling bad and unsafe cars to the public SHAME ON YOU SCHAUMBURG KIA!

Came to test drive an optima with my wife. Sales person did not explain any of the features or details to us. He assumed since I was familiar with the Optima that I knew all I wanted to know however my wife had questions that never got answered.Asked about cost differences between EX and SX models and options. Anthony tried to slam dunk me into a fully loaded SX. I wasn't ready to buy since i didn't even have my car there for a trade in. They went so far as to ask me to put a non-refundable %500 deposit to move a loaded SX from another store. Idiotic when I don't have a negotiated number on the car as well as not even having my car there for a trade in appraisal! 3 times they tried to push while i was just trying to get my mind made up over EX Turbo or SX model variations. A total waste of over an hour in the dealership office. I shared with them my trade in information, was willing to give them the opportunity to pull credit, but they were so inept at their own computer system that they had to re-enter my basic information into their system 4 times. Hopefully they never did get it right. I don't want them to have anything to do with me or my family again. Very unprofessional, cheesy and manipulative. They played into the typical stereotype of car salemen.

I have been driving a 99 Taurus form the past 12 years, have been thinking about getting a new vechile for the past year but was worried about financing lost a high profile job with the economy I walked into the Schaumburg KIA and was greated in a very friendly manner by Jeff the Salesman, with my low credit score I was hoping to get into something safe and trust worthy which I have not had in the past 3 years. I was so scared to run my score and Jeff said what is the wort that can happen so I did it. Anthony who was working the the banks saw I had paid off a mortgage with Wells Fargo and called and talked to them about how I had a relationship and needed and 2nd chance to redeem my credit. I got the car and the payment I wanted I was so happy and felt so blessed I felt I had that chance and hugged everyone I was working with. Stephan the Sales Manager was very patient and walked me thru all options and answered all my questions. I felt like I could trusst what was being said to me not like other salesman in the past. We worked with Joel on what we found out was his very first day! We were greeted immediately after walking into the dealership by Joel. He was very professional and we did not even realize it was first day! We actually thought he was the store manager and only learned at the end of the deal it was his first day. This speaks very highly of him, especially given we spent 5 hours prior at other dealership looking at vehicles. Steve also assisted Joel and Clayton in the process and was extremely helpful and sincere. Most of the times when buying a car you feel you have to wheel and deal to get the best price, but we knew they were doing their best to get our 2012 Kia Optima in our price range. Chris was very friendly and even though there were some problems, he made the problems easier to take. The things that went wrong were simply beyond his control. We actually made three trips back to the dealer because of errors made by Kia. How do you put the wrong VIN on the contract? Although our frustration was becoming obvious, Chris did his best to fix each and every problem. We were certainly disappointed that our "new" vehicle that we specifically ordered had 300 miles on it. This disappointment had nothing to do with Chris. He tried hard and that made the whole experience a little bit easier.

Dennis's demeanor and how he handled the three people involved in the buying process will bring me back to where ever he is working when I buy my next car. He listened to what was needed, what was wanted, and what was affordable and kept that in mind when asked questions on performance and comfort. His knowledge of the different models was impressive and if there was something he wasn't familiar with he got the answers. There was no pressure from him and he wasn't like the over zealous sales people that were waiting for us to get out of our car. He gives off a very calming effect and was very patient, even when all three of us were asking questions at the sametime. Every so often you run into a person that changes your perspective on something and in my opinion Dennis Ealey is one of those people that can change your experience when you shop for a car. I know Dennis gave us a very fair price, we not only did the research but also asked for an "out the door price" and made sure these numbers matched the contract in the finance office.

The salespeople I worked with were friendly and not pushy. That's a great asset with me! They were direct and honest and I didn't feel backed into a corner with pressure to buy. After I finished the purchasing paperwork, it was past closing time, yet they never rushed me and took the time to show me how the features in my car worked before I left the lot. They also followed up with me the next day to see if I had any questions. In addition to the great customer service, I even feel I got a good price, based upon my research. New car manager presented papers with how much it cost the dealership to get the car, I mean, I can also produce the same printout and tell them this is how much it will cost me if I purchase it directly from KIA. Good thing I did my research and built the KIA I was looking for at KIA.com to figure out the numbers they are showing are all padded (this is after considering all other fees, such as destination, tax, title and license and whatever option was added to the car). Even after their supposed "discount", the value of their offer is still thousands of dollars more than the built car at KIA.com. At that point, I figured, this dealership is "high-balling" me. These dealership folks still think buyers are ignorant. Thanks to the internet and new technologies, we can equip ourselves with research before going to the dealerships. VERY poor customer service, both new car manager and general manager. Will never go back to this store or to any Bob Rohrman dealership.

From the moment I walked in everyone was great. I worked with Kyle first on the phone becasue I wasn't sure if I could get financed. Kyle told me he'd work with me and got it done quickly. We typically buy our cars from my brother who is a car salesman for years now. My brother works for a dealership that has a similar philosphy as Carmax - no haggle price and we always get a better deal on our trade ins, except for this time. Bob Rohrman Schaumburg KIA dealership was beyond friendly, they wanted our buisness and were willing to do whatever it took. Their customer service since then has been just as good. I typically do not recommend a dealership other then my brothers, but they've exceeding my already extremely high expectations!

Customer Service and honesty were the 'norm'. Word of mouth is spreading regarding the product KIA, and a classy group of people that reflect respect for the customer's intelligence and their knowledge of the vehicle and the entire aspect of the facility.Easy to get to, on Golf Road in Schaumburb, with a traffic signal making it less of a hazard to get into and out of. I've not had a single moment of 'buyer's regret', and I scoped out the Agency before I came in to buy my Soul. Can't say enough good things about a group of people, that recognize that Customer Service is NOT an oxymoron. It's a pleasure to have met them and do business with Schaumburg Kia.

I must say this dealership was great to work with. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. Also they made the car buying experience a stress-free one. This is the first car dealership that I have visited that did not haggle me to buy a specific brand of car nor did they treat like an outsider. I was given the utmost respect, they were quick and overall they were good to me. The sales guy, Nick Brotsch, he was awesome. He went over and beyond his duties to get me in my new car. He explained to me the buying process and he explained in detail how to work all the new features of my car. Nick showed top quality customer service and he returned every phone call and email that was sent to him. He did not judge me based on my credit score, he treated me like every other customer he had with dignity and respect. I will definitely buy my next new car from Nick at the Schaumburg Kia store and will recommend to all my friends to buy a car from him and Kia. Thank You for the great experience!

Had a great experience at Schaumburg Kia. Got a great price and good trade in value. Everyone I dealt with in the process from my salesman Mo to the GM worked their best to get me what I wanted. Intially was looking at a Soul but opted to get an Optima which is really a awesome stylish high GPM car. So far no regrets at all and from what I understand, the people who contributed to the negative feedback prior are long gone because that was a concern of mine. I also get free car washes anytime I want and not just when my car is serviced, which was a pleasant surprise. It remains to be seen how I'm treated after the sale since I just purchased but all indications point to a good experience to come. Also like the loaner program in place when there is a need for vehicle service.Two thumbs up for schaumburg Kia.

To whom it may concern:We've all heard this before, all dealerships are crooks and don't think for a second that they won't try to screw you over, well Schaumburg Kia is that very dealership. Let me start from the beginning on June 04,2008 I called a salesman at Schaumburg Kia named Christopher about a 2007 Ford Mustang Convertible and I stated if it was ok I would like to hold off running a credit check on me that day. Myself and Christopher talked at least three or four times about this matter via cell, when Christopher stated come on in Mr. Sottile we don't have to run a credit check on you today, but we will need too Mr. Sottile you do understand that ? My response was yes.So I went to the dealership and looked at the Mustang, we then all came to an agreement. A bank was contacted and I was given an interest rate, a monthly payment, monthly terms and conditions and a final payout pertaining to my loan. I was then brought into Brian the finance manger office were I signed a retail installment agreement, an odometer disclosure statement, an after market warranty, a vehicle purchase order, and a state title and plate purchase document. I also signed a Spot delivery agreement, why? A spot delivery agreement gives a dealership a legal out pertaining to the contractual agreements signed by them and the consumer. Why did I sign the spot delivery agreement? I wasn't having my credit run that day. What was the terms and conditions of my spot delivery agreement? Five days. Please remember this; I was given the original signed spot delivery agreement by myself and Brian in finance at Schaumburg Kia, and who gave me the original spot delivery agreement? Brian the finance manager at Schaumburg Kia.We can all agree I purchased this vehicle legally? Correct. Brian the finance manager at Schaumburg Kia stated, Mr. Sottile if you don't here from us in five days then just look for your monthly billing statement by the end of June2008. Well the five days came and went, then ten days came and then fifteen days came and went. On June 19, 2008 I was left a voicemail on my cell that was anything less than understandable. From what I could understand it sated we can't loan you. I immediately e-mailed Schaumburg Kia back due to the fact I was out of town and stated, what are you talking about this should have already been done, why? My original spot delivery agreement stated you only had five days to null and void the terms and conditions of our signed contractual agreements.Well to finalize this, there attorney Debra Ashen sent me a legal pleading and guess what Schaumburg Kia had a spot delivery agreement in their legal pleading that stated what? I had a no day contingency. Now remember I have the original signed spot delivery agreement. As I looked at my original and Schaumburg Kia's exhibit b, I realized my signatures were identical, yet Brian's initial were different. No one signs his or her name the same way twice or his or her initials. There maybe similarities but there never the same. Can I prove everything I'm saying? Yes. Anyone who doesn't believe me, I will leave my e-mail address and feel free to contact me and I will be more than willing to fax anyone over my original and Schaumburg Kia and Ms. Debra Ashens exhibit B, and you are the judge!
