I purchased a new 2021 F350 from Bob Sight Ford. My salesman, Gene Hill was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Gene was very knowledgeable about my new truck and made the entire process painless. There was no pressure during any part of the buying experience and all of my questions were answered. In dealing with Gene, the front desk and finance, it is apparent that Bob Sight Ford is very customer focused. I have already referred another customer to Bob Sight and they have also bought a car from Gene. Bob Sight has definitely secured another life long customer.

Service department did a fabulous job getting me taken care of because I need the car fixed and fixed quick I didn't even bother opening the hood just called Ford roadside they came pick the car up to get to Bob sight they called me they called me about the squirrel problem and had the car fixed in 2 days. Would recommend if you need a job done right they have good techs right now. Much better than when it was Summit Ford.

I must have ran over something in the road, not far from Bob Sight in Lee's Summit on Thursday, September 16, and I started to quickly lose tire pressure. I high-tailed it to Bob Sight with the thought of having them remove the tire, fix it, and put it back on. It turned out to be more than that and ended up buying 2 new tires for my 2019 F150 Super Crew from Bob Sight Service. Even though Service Department was busy, Wes Meyers got me worked in after the 2 new tires that were ordered came in and Wes had me rolling as good as ever. I can't say enough about Wes' dedication to Customer Service as demonstrated in this case. As a matter of fact, this exemplary Customer Service from Bob Sight Service Department in general and from Wes Meyers specifically is nothing new that I experienced at Bob Sight Ford because it is how they treat me anytime that I have the occasion to use the Service Department. Much Appreciation to Wes Meyers!!! p.s. - The 2019 F150 Super Crew mentioned above was also purchased brand-new by me from Gene Hill at Bob Sight Ford. Gene Hill is another Gem that helps separate Bob Sight Ford from the rest of their competition!!!

I sent a request on the internet about a truck that was available... The next morning Garrett Gibson gave me a call, and we set up an appointment to see the truck. I came in and Garret was the real deal... we looked at the truck, test drove it, then sat down and started the sales process. Garret was upfront about what he could do, and what he wasn't able to do... and because of that type of sales, I walked out with my new Ford Ranger! Thank you Garrett, and the rest of the Bob Sight Ford Team! I look forward to establishing a relationship over the coming years!

I recently decided to trade my Chevy Tahoe off and get a car that was easier on gas and something easier that my dad could get in. I had went to several dealerships and didn't find anything that would work in my budget. Not to talk bad about other agencies but service at most was less to be desired. I work across the street for Bob Sight Ford so I went by after work, while walking around the used lot salesman Jerry Graves came up to assist me. After Jerry asked a few questions as to what I was in the market for he was able to show me three different SUVs that would work for me. I bought a 2013 Ford Edge and I love it. My credit wasnt perfect and I can say Jerry and the finance team really went above and beyond to help me get loan with a payment that I could afford, and I also got a trade value on my Chevy. I want to say, Jerry Graves, The Finance team and the entire staff THANK YOU for the excellent service. I will be back when it time to trade up.

Best Used Car Buying Experience Ever. I live in Jones Oklahoma and found a used 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicle that fit all my needs at Bob Sight Ford. Due to the distance I was able to negotiate the deal for the sale and my trade via email with Mr. Tyler Gray without even speaking to him (no 4 hour car sales game here). Once we arrived at the dealership we were greeted with friendly faces and were immediately introduced to Tyler whereas he showed us the vehicle and allowed us to take a test drive. Upon return we met with the finance office and was out within 30 minutes. The vehicle was spotless, full tank of gas and ready for us to head home, all in less than an hour. With today's technology I would recommend everyone work their negotiations through text or email leaving you with full control of the situation. I would for sure recommend this dealership and if you do.....ask for Tyler, he is professional and willing to do what is necessary to earn your business.

My husband and I decided after driving our last Ford Focus for 8 years and 180,000+ miles, that we would shop around and see what a new Focus would cost us. We stopped in at Bob Sight Ford in Lee's Summit, MO to check out the new cars. We were promptly greeted by David Whittaker who took us out to the lot to look at their inventory. We decided to look at Hatchbacks and picked out one to check prices. The whole experience was very good. After a discussion about options, David went through their inventory and found another one that fit our needs perfectly. We were also pleased with the trade-in offered for our old vehicle. We took advantage of zero financing for 5 years as well as a $1,000 rebate, agreed on the Z plan price and were able to return the following morning and pick up our beautiful new car. We appreciate how professional and competent David was. He made the experience so easy. It had been 8 years, so we were not sure what to expect. We would highly recommend David whittaker if you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle. Bob Sight Ford is now our go to dealer for sales and service. We will be back!

I had sent been looking at SUV's for about a month. I had talked to Danny Smith several times prior to driving to Lee's Summit to look at a SUV. When I arrive there was no pressure. I test drove the car and had a concern but was assured that it was normal for a 6 speed. I was very pleased with the entire process. There never was any pressure. I am very happy with the SUV and the sales and finance team. I would recommend this dealership and Danny Smith to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car.

We drove 75 miles to test drive a used vehicle and had a great experience with Tim Cain. He worked hard to make the deal work with the manager, Jeff Sight. They were not pushy, but eager to help. They cleaned, fueled and switched the tags while we were finishing paperwork, making it more efficient. Tim spent time reviewing all the technology centric features in our new-to-us vehicle. They have one reasonable fee and covered the cost in our trade-in value that they offered. We appreciate their willingness to meet us in the middle.

Purchased a used vehicle at this dealership last week. Tyler Gray was very low-key, not high pressure at all. Showed us everything we needed to see on the car, and how he would rate our trade-in. Got a fair price (obviously not as much as I would have wanted, but...). Financing was fair, and they made it easy.

A friend recommended Bob Sight, and Tim Bailey. I was looking at pick ups, and would trade in my 2014 Ram. Tim was very helpful, after reviewing what equipment I wanted, and price range, he looked up 2 trucks that were in stock. I selected one, Tim brought it around, handed me the keys, and told me to take it for a ride. The truck sold itself. The sale numbers were easy to understand, the price was what I had expected, and we completed the paperwork. Tim was easy to work with, knows the product, and went over all the features. I would definately recommend Tim, and he will be my 1st choice for my next vehicle.

I originally posted a review about the service of my mother-in-laws Ford Escape that was 4 years old but only had 18,000miles on the vehicle. The sun roof motor was bad and I felt there should have been a "Good Faith" warranty of some fashion given at the time of service and there was not. I received a call from the General Manager and he offered a solution to our problem. I am now very satisfied with my dealings with Bob Sight Ford and appreciate their time and effort in dealing with this matter.

The buying process was very easy and quick. They had our car ready to go and all warmed up when we were finished with the details of the purchase. Unfortunately right after I drove away in my brand new car my right rear tire went flat. Not a good start. Took it to a tire shop to get it fixed (tires are not covered under warranty). I told Cris about it a week later when I went in to pick up the final paperwork. He was shocked but what could he do? The car came down from Matt Ford and it must have picked up something on the way down.GRIPE: It bugs me that I bought the car (Gal) and everything comes to my husband (Guy). Like I"m not even part of the equasion. Ford and Bob Sight need to make sure who the real owner is before putting names on mail-outs, bills and internet stuff.

My husband and I went into the dealership looking to find my him a new truck. When we walked in the door and was greeted up front which was nice but from there it went downhill. We don't the guy what we were looking for an he pulled up several options and then we set what price we were wanted to be in and he said "Okay" and went to pull up some options and he pulled up one car that was WAY out of our price range and it was raining and my husband got in the car and walked around the dealership by himself because the salesman didn't want to get wet then when my husband started negotiating price, the salesman said they don't negotiate. They are set a price kind of dealership and we walked away. Never got a call back or anything! No customer service skills or desire to satisfy a customer.

I am on my second new car purchase from Bob Sight Ford! I love my Taurus Limited and the color (red) has had more compliments then I can count. I wish I got more gas mileage, but I choose my Taurus. I get around 25 mpg. The service department is always helpful and friendly as well as the front desk. (the lady with the yorkies) I enjoy everytime I go to Bob Sight Ford and I never have to wait very long. Coffee is always on.

Top to bottom, Bob Sight Ford was all about customer service. We bought a 2014 Ford F-150 Raptor and the entire buying experience went extremely well. In particular, we really appreciate the helpfulness and low pressure approach by the sales staff. We were able to see ( and drive) Explorers, standard F-150's, FX4's and finally the Raptor caught our intention. My wife and I off-road in our Jeep..... And simply could not resist the lure of this truck. Our sales rep insisted we take it home for the night. Over a 2 and 1/2 day period, we debated and looked at more vehicles, but the sales staff was so patient with us. Negotiations on trade in went as smooth as I have seen, finance was quick and easy..... And we drove out with an incredible truck. Having been a GM and Nissan guy, this was the first Ford purchase since 1973 ( a yellow Maverick) for me..... and I can now say I am back in the Ford family. Everyone is different...personally I prefer low key no pressure sales people. I got just that with Tim Cain at Bob Sight. A real down to earth, patient and understanding sales person. Made it so much easier for us. And this of course is in comparison to the opposite experience we had at the same time while looking at another Ford dealer in the area. Plus of course, the bottom line. Best I found. !!! Compared to the other dealer, Bob Sight was straight forward... Here's the starting price, here's the discounts and rebates, here's what you will pay. I really felt good when I stepped on the lot, when I talked with Tim, when we finalized and I feel really good about taking it in to Bob Sight's respected service department.

There were several problems with my used vehicle purchase at Bob Sight Ford. I will begin at the beginning. The salesman was not the major problem but he got me started on the wrong foot. I was in need of a new truck but was going out of town for about 10 days. I was told if I paid a deposit that they would not have any problems holding the truck. I clearly stated what date I would be back in to get the truck. Well, after a few days I received a phone call questioning when I would be back to get the truck and that they had another buyer. Even as a young guy, I still have some old fashion values. I told you when I would be back, paid my deposit and gave you no indication I was going to change my mind. I should have not been questioned or threatened that you had another buyer. I guess I should have let them sell the truck to someone else because it got worse from there. Let me preface by saying that the truck had just over 100,000 miles so of course I was not eligible for an extended warranty. Though I hear from some other people that this may not be true. Never less, I bought the truck so shame on me. The first thing that went wrong even before the truck left the parking lot was a squelching noise that came on when the air conditioner compressor kicked in. They supposedly replaced a tensioner pulley that was supposed to fix that. It didn't. It still makes a noise. The second thing that went wrong was fuel water separator light kept coming on. This actually happened in a test drive. It happened a few times and they sent the truck into the shop. Said there is no problem, only that the sensor was dirty. Well, they cleaned the sensor and a few weeks later it comes on again. I figured I would just go get the fuel filters changed and that would help. I took it to another Ford dealer to have this done because I was already skeptical of Bob Sight. Low and behold, it was the low pressure fuel pump. The other dealer helped me out and now has my business. The third thing was that they sold me vehicle knowing it had problems or they were incompetent on checking out there used vehicles. I do not know which one is worse. A vehicles coolant system is supposed to be pressurized up to a certain PSI. This increases the boiling point of the coolant so that it wont boil your engine before the fan kicks in. I guess I should have done a little more home work. The degas bottle caps on super duty trucks are supposed to hold 16 PSI. Ford actually had to make a different cap for the super duties. The original ones were junk. My truck had the original one still. Had it tested. 0 PSI was the result. Got a new upgraded cap. As soon as I put the new cap on, the system pressurizes correctly. Only now the radiator starts to leak. Did Bob Sight ford know this and keep the bad cap on there so they could sell a truck without the radiator leaking or was there service department completely incompetent in checking out a used vehicle to make sure the coolant system is pressurized. You be the judge. I have other things but am tired of typing. I know this though, Bob Sight Ford will not see any business from me in the future.

Bob Sight Ford Dealership is clean, warm, and friendly. The morning of the service on my Ranger pickup, I was met by a service writer as soon as I turned the key off sitting in the service bay. I instructed the service writer of my needs and quickly was signing the paperwork to have the work completed. I forgot to tell him about the need for new wiper blades and when i returned to the service area, was informed "no problem Mr. Chapman, we will take care of that". Now that is great customer service. The waiting area was clean, well organized and the coffee was awesome. (my personal opinion)The work was performed in a very timely manner and when the service writer came to get me in the waiting room, I didn't have to wonder where to check out, as he accompained me there. He also informed me of what service items would be needed in future service checks. Great peace of mind for me. I am a big believer in service checks and regular maintenance of your vehicle. If you take your vehicle to a reliable dealership, you can rest assured they will keep your vehicle running great and there will never be anyone trying to sell you a bill of goods. Took my F-150 in for service on the Sync system last week. First the technician had to call me to ask where the fuse box was. Um, isn't this a Ford dealership? They don't know where the fuse box on an F-150 is? Then after not hearing back for hours I called about 4:30 for a status. Told the service guy I would be in before 6 to pick it up. When I arrived an hour later at 5:30 it wasn't ready so I was told to wait in the waiting room while they "put it back together." I waited there for an hour, then went to check on the progress and the service center was CLOSED. In fact the entire dealership was closed. I WAS LOCKED IN THE DEALERSHIP, alone. No service guys, no sales guys. Nothing. There was a random rental car guy who happened to be there to tell me how to open the garage door and get my truck out. Which could have been anyone's truck as there was no one there to stop me or verify who I was. Oh and the truck still wasn't fixed.

All fives because everything so far has gone great! Brad was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional, straight forward, likeable, honest, and a no pressure kind of guy/sales manager. Chris was very helpful and pleasant, although I didn't deal with him as much as I did Brad. Chris will be my contact for any future needs on my truck and I won't hesitate to call or email him with questions. He has been very helpful and friendly when needed.

Disappointing actually, after working out the loan and agreeing to come in 2 hours later to pick it up and sign, the vehicle was sold to a 2nd walk in customer for $275 more than my offer without an opportunity for me to counter offer. Now I know what my long term value is as a customer, to Zach its less than $275.

Great experience. My battery was still in warranty and I didn't know it. Service manager checked out the battery on my 2010 Edge. In less than 15 minutes I was back on the road with no cost to me. Friendly people all around

I have purchased two cars from Bob Sight Ford. A 2006 Ford Fusion and a 2011 Ford Fusion. I absolutely love them both. I passed the 2006 down to my son and purchased the newest one for me. Bob Sight is the only dealership for me. They are like family! They take care of me. They service my car with oil changes and tire rotations...and most recently when the 2006 had a censor go out, they were sensitive to my needs as a single mother of two sons. We recently did a major repair service to the tune of $5600 on our 1997 F150. As painful as the check writing was, the service was above and beyond. Our rep Blake, went out of his way to get us a loaner vehicle to keep us from incurring additional hundreds of dollars in rental expenses. The loaner was a Ford Flex and will be my next new car after the first of the year. Thanks Blake, we not only appreciated the quick repair,the loaner vehicle but you took the stress out of finding my next car. See you next year.

We recently had a major repair on our 1997 Ford F150. We had to decide if we repaired our vehicle or make a purchase of a new vehicle, which we were not ready to do. Knowing the reliabilty of the of Bob Sight Fords service we opted to do the repairs and extend the life of our vehicle. Our rep was able to give us a lender vehicle. We love that lender vehicle.It will be my next new vehicle which will be in 2012. By going the extra mile with a lender vehicle so that I would not incur rental charges, you have secured a new purchse.

I was out of town on a Saturday and my car had issues and quit running. I was sitting dead in the water next to a Ford dealership in Warrensburg, Mo and had the car brought back to Bob Sight on a roll-top because I trust Bob Sight (the Ford dealership in Warrensburg wouldn't even extend a hand to take a look at my car in the parking lot next to them). I spent a little over $100 to have the car moved to Bob Sight in Lee's Summit. The staff at Bob Sight came out immediately and set up my service even though they were about to close on a Saturday evening. They did not hesitate to jump in and get my car in and ready for service. They set my expectation up front that they might not be able to tell me anything until Monday and were very polite. On Monday Bob Sight called and gave me the information on what it would take to repair my Mustang. They told me clearly what was involved and when they would have the work completed. I came in that afternoon and they immediately pulled the car around and processed my payment information. The entire process was painless (except for the paying part). I would highly reccomend Bob Sight as a great place to purchase a car and an excellent repair and maintenance facility for your Ford products.

We purchased a new F-150 pick-up from Bob Sights Ford and had a good experience. The buying experience was fine but we were in a hurry and didn't stay to have different features explained. This was our fault perhaps but the dealership should also make a point to have us return. We had a built in GPS and didn't know it.

My 2010 Ford Edge Limited started killing batteries in July this year with only a little over 7000 miles on it. The battery was replaced in July, August and September. In October, it died again but the battery wasn't shorted out. They towed it in and kept for several days trying to figure out what was killing the battery. They replaced a "smart panel" that was acting "DUMB". They ran all kinds of tests against all the electronics and found that after sitting 4 hours, the "smart panel" started discharging the battery. I give Chad, the service manager and David, the shop foreman many kudos for taking the time to repeatedly run these tests and to ensure they had found and remedied the problem. There's a reason people keep coming back to Bob Sight Ford, and I do.

We've bought 3 cars from Steve Brackeen at Bob Sight Ford, 2 used for our sons and 1 new one. Due to a Ford recall on my Windstar I had to have a new car fast and Steve listened to what I wanted and really put in an effort to get me just the right car. And gave me a loaner when the new car had to come from somewhere else to get the features I desired. So far I have only had an oil change but even that was great, even thought they were really busy the service person got me in and out in half the time I was quoted.

I had a great experience shopping for a new Edge. The sales person was extremely helpful in searching for the vehicle with the features we wanted. He ended up spending several hours doing the search and we finally decided to order the vehicle as one was not available within 500 miles. Everything was handled very efficiently when the new Edge arrived and we were familiarized with the operation.

We drove straight to Bob Sight Ford in Lee's Summit. Immediately, Randy met us on the lot and asked us about our needs. He listened and we test drove 2 vehicles which he thought would meet our approval. We wound up in Randy's office where he ran the figures for both vehicles. He understood that we were not ready to finalize 'the deal', but professionally served us as if we were. Due to our immediate cash situation, we were not in a position to sign papers and drive off the lot with our purchase. We were not pressured or rushed, but instead offered a great deal on the vehicle of our choice which would be held for us until we were able to finalize. Throughout our visit, we felt respected which meant a great deal to us. We will visit again when the time arrives for a new ride.

I brough my F-150 in for a thorough front-end linkage inspection, aligment and fluid change prior to a long road trip. Techs reported all aspects within Ford spec except for a tie rod end that was worn slightly beyond spec. Rather than just perform the alignment and charge for a service that would have had to be repeated, the service rep recommended delay of the service until the tie rod end could be replaced therby insuring accurate and sustained alignemnt. I have been comning to Bob Sight for over 20 years and have always appreciate the technical proficiency and honestly of the service staff and sales reps. A customer for life.

I have 2011 f250 that doesnt even have 12000 mi on it and had the DEF pump go out. So I took it in for a warranty repair, they fixed it, I picked it up and the next day the engine light came on so I took it back in. The service man calls; its the DEF pump again and he tells me prices, I asked him why its warranty work and he said that Ford is not covering it and Bob Sight is not going to stand behind their work!!!

I arrived at Bob Sight ready to purchase a new car. I had already searched inventory on line, obtained pre-approval at Ford Credit and completed a lot of research on makes and models. I called the dealership and made an appointment to look at one particular car in stock. When I arrived for the appointment, the salesman was busy and we just had to stand in the sales floor for 1/2 hour. The salesman failed to remember the appointment, our names or to even have the car ready. In fact, he couldn't even find the car and even tried to have us drive a used car. Finally, he told us the car had some kind of electrical problem and the mechanic had taken it home.

I have always owned a Ford vehicle, but this is the first time I've purchased from Bob Sight. They did everything possible to get me in the vehicle that I was looking for and for a great price. It's also nice that when you've spent so much time and money investing in a new vehicle that the staff remembers you when you go back to the dealership. So far, I've only got that treatment from the staff at Bob Sight. Will be purchasing my next vehicle at Bob Sight.

My husband and I have been Bob Sight (previously Summit Ford) customers for more than two decades. Service is the reason we keep coming back, year after year. This time was no exception: Troy took excellent care of me when I brought in my 2010 Focus (purchased here)to fix a malfunctioning sunroof. He was courteous, attentive and quick to help. My car was repaired in record time, at no cost to me. I was also pleased to receive a nice rental car from the onsite Hertz rep. Good service, fast resolution, and a commitment to honoring my service agreement with a smile. Nice job, Guys!

I looked at a lot of dealerships, but I should have gone to Bob Sight first! Not only did they have an inventory full of great cars and trucks, but they beat my pre-approved financing by over a point and a half! The salesman was awesome, and willing to put up with my pickiness on a 12 degree winter day to make me happy. Go to Bob Sight Ford first, or go there last, but either way it'll be your last stop!

I want to thank Bill Frank and all the service dept for taking care of my car in such a professional manner. When ever I bring my car in I know I will be treated with respect and get my car done in a timely manner. Once a was driven to work in a snowstorm and got a follow up call to see if I needed a ride home. The last time I brought my car in they needed to keep it overnight so I was given a complimentary loaner. At this time this is the only place I will bring my car. Thank you so much.

the buying process was easy and low maintenance. The salesmen didn't swamp you when you pulled in the lot. In fact, I had to go look for one. He was a great guy - Tim Bailey. A pleasure to work with. They did not play games. It was really quite painless.

I have purchased my last half a dozen vehicles from Bob Sight. I have dealt with the same sales person each time. He has alwalys worked to get me the best deal possibe. I have also recommended that family and friends buy from Bob Sight. I have also had the opportunity to get major repair work done. They have proven to be very knowledgeable regarding not only Ford products but all products. I went in to get work done on Sirius/Cell Phone. They got me back on the road in less than 10 minutes, "FREE". I will not do business for new or used vehicles with anyone but David Whittaker and Bob Sight Ford.

I love the idea when I have to bring in one of my cars to be serviced I am always helped with a smile and the wait time is not very long. The only thing is I always forget my coupons I wish they would just put it on the account .

I am an educated shopper. I like to do all the research up front. The team at Bob Sight, specifically David W. my sales rep, completely supported my style of shopping. I arrived at the dealership with a 95% idea of what I was looking for. David took the time to look up my wants and see where he could get it. Bob Sight kept me updated multiple times a day while waiting on a Dealer 200 miles away to get back on details on a 6 1/2 foot bed model. I ended up taking a model on the lot that was nearly the same minus the 6 1/2' bed. I was time limited in my ability to stay at the dealership. They worked with us having the next step ready so when I could get in, there wasn't a wait.

My first experience at Bob Sight Ford was in December 2007 when I test drove and decided to purchase a 2007 F-150, which I still own and love. Came back in 2010 and purchased my 2010 Taurus. What a great car that is. I have looked at other brands and drove those, but always come back to Ford. They just seem to be more solid and I have never had a problem with either of my Bob Sight purchased Fords. All my service needs are also met at their service department where everyone is so helpful and friendly. The waiting area is comfortable and provides reading or TV while you wait. It is just a great dealership where I intend to continue my business.

I did not like the sales tactics. The salesman was trying to throw out numbers and make me feel like I would be spending more than I really was. They offered way less for my trade in than any of the other dealter ships. I did not purchase the vechicle I was looking at and would not return to this dealership. I had a much better experience at other dealerships.

This is the 2nd car purchase from Bob Sight withen 1 year! The service is awesome! Our sales men are off the charts when it comes to Customer Service and the help from co-workers are fantastic! Our Salesman was Tim Bailey and he did a fantastic job of getting us into the car we desired. He shopped for the best finance company and got us the best rate. Tim went above and beyond with us to get minor imperfections taken care of so our used car looked brand new. Great Job!!

Always a great visit at Bob Sight, a very nice customer waiting area, new facilities, and friendly faces. Purchase a new Ranger from this dealership years back and it was a good experience, as well as a great truck. We drove it for almost a 1/4 million miles and finally gave it to a nephew for his birthday.

I went to Bob Sight needing to buy another vehicle and thinking along the used line. After driving and comparing used to new, it ended up being a no brainer which to purchase. The Saleman took the time to answer questions, run numbers, and help us figure out the best scenario to fit our budget and wants. It was a great experience and I have already recommended them to others.

I went to Bob Sight to look for a new Ford Taurus. They only had a few on the lot and I didn't see color or options I was wanting. I went inside and finally approached by an older male salesman. After explaining what I was looking for he said, "we don't have one." That was the end of our conversation as he turned to help another customer. No other sales associated bothered to talk with me. I left VERY disappointed. I went about 10 miles down the highway to another Ford and found the car I wanted, which I bought that day. My excellent rating for that dealership is on their page. Bob Sight didn't seem to want my business was won't get it in the future.

The battery on my 2010 Edge died. I called Bob Sight Ford and then called the emergency roadside service and they toed it in. Bill got right on my problem and in about an hour they had determined that I had a bad battery, replaced it, washed my car and I was on my way. Great job, good people!

We found Tim to be extremely helpful and responsive to our requests. He was very thorough in his explanation of the vehicle at the time of delivery. The delivery of the vehicle and extra work required to get it ready in a short period of time is very much appreciated. I firmly believe in doing business in the community I live in but will only do so when the customer service is acceptable. The employees of Bob Sight Ford Sales and Service are the reason I keep coming back. Bob Sight Ford is able to maintain their Sales and Service work force like no others. I always recommend this dealership when asked for a referral. Thank you for all you do.

The buying experience was great. There was no pressure from Steve to buy something that I wasn't interested in. Steve answered all the questions that I had and if he didn't know the answer (which was rarely) he knew where to go. We ordered me a truck which never got built because of some scarce parts that were not available. We searched local dealerships and didn't find anything. Then they got a truck in that I wanted and have been happy with it since I got it. Also, I was in the financing office for only 15 minutes. All in all, great buying experience. Will go back to Steve next time.

We recently had our vehicle serviced for a break problem. The service department was great, they managed to get the vehicle in on an emergency basis and worked until the last minute to get it repaired and back the same day. They kept us informed during the repairs concerning their findings and did not over promise. The service department a Bob Sight Ford is why we drive Fords and Lincolns.

I took my car in to have the charging system checked out and to verify the cooling system was not leaking. The staff at Bob Sight were excellent. I was in and out very quickly. They are excellent at using information already provided during previous visits and verifying that the method of contacting me when the work is complete is correct. I have always been very impressed with their ability to stay in touch with me without feeling like they were trying to get me to buy more service or addtional cars. I would definitely reccomend Bob Sight to anyone wanting to start up a good honest relationship with a dealership or repair shop. They are all about service and pleasing their customer which is a rarity. Even more rare is finding a dealership like Bob Sight that is concerned about their integrity with their customer.

For a 60 year old woman, buying a new car on my very own for the first time, I could not have asked for a better experience. I was treated with such professional courtesy, from the very nice salesman to each associate I dealt with, all made this a very memorable and comfortable experience. I have used the service department more than once for oil changes and repairs to my truck and car. I appreciate the inspection sheet that is done at each service to be sure the rest of the vehicle is in good condition. I can depend on the time line that is given at the start of the service, which allows me to schedule the rest of my day.I have also used the body repair shop in the past, but not recently. I have recommended the repair shop to others and would use them again when necessary.

I checked with other dealers in metro area and some were very pushy and one dealerin east lee's summit did not even approach me. A toyota dealer in kansas city wasso proud of his vehicles he would not drop his price more than fifty dollars.The last dealership which is bob sight ford was very friendly and cared. I did purchase a new ford fusion, and like it very much.

"I would like to say that I was treated professionally from my very first conversation on the phone with Paul in parts and Patrick in service. It can be very intimidating as a woman to get auto service and I felt like they were giving me the advice they would have given their own wives. Bob Sight Ford also matched the cheaper price on tires that I found online without a hitch. When I showed up for my scheduled appt time, they were able to drive me to a nearby shopping area to get some errands done. They finished my care 1 hour early and came back to pick me up!!! What a fantastic service dept. I can't forget to say that they washed and wiped down my car!!! With such excellent service, I will be going back for life!!!"

I have never had any unresolved problems with this dealership. Everything has always been taken care of in a timely manner. When the vehicle has had to be left for an extended period of time, a loaner automobile was furnished. I am very pleased with the overall performance of this dealership and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

My experiences with the people in this dealership have always been comfortable, whether during a service visit, a warranty issue, or buying a new or used vehicle. This feeling has been there for the more than eight years I have dealt with them on new cars (1), used cars (3), and the repeated service visits. Bill, after the vehicle was reviewed, went over all the priority items that required to be corrected, and explained very carefully the other items, and what the result would be if I decided to let them go until another time; He actually showed me on paper that correcting everthing at this moment would save me money, and extend the life of the car also; So my thanks to Bob Sight Ford, who helped make this a win-win experience.

I did a great deal of research prior to arriving at Bob Sight Ford and I thought I knew what car I wanted, but Steve and Nate helped me decide what car was a better fit for my travels. Dealing with Troy and his vast experience and knowledge are invaluable when it comes to service and decisions to be made. Anyone who inquires on who to see in service department I always refer them to him. Troy not only treats you like your his only customer, but his honest upfront dealings keep you in the loop on the progress of your vehicle. Whenever an issue arises he will make contact and inquire as to not only choices but recommendations to proceed, always letting you drive whatever is done to your vehicle.Troy is my main reason for staying with Bob Sight service and remaining a loyal customer to them.

The staff is friendly and the servicing is always discussed in detail so that I know what work is needed and how much it will cost me. It is easy to schedule visits and the scheduling is usually quite flexible. The work that I have done seems to be done well and the price seems to be relative; I've had work done at other garages for less and the quality seems as good. My only complaint is that I had an extended warranty with my F 150 and had work done that was covered and it cost me the full replacement cost when the sevice department should have pulled up my VIN number and correllated it to the extended warranty and the work to be done; thus costing me only the deductable and not the full amount.

I left my 250 diesel with the service department while out of town to have service done and body shop to inspect truck for possible hail damage from a recent storm service kept in touch with me letting me know what truck need and extent of hail damage. When I picked the truck up I there was no surprises I already knew what service was done and pricing, plus a written estimate for hail damage. Everything was done as expected.

I found the staff to be courteous and very friendly. Although I had a bit of a wait, the waiting room was clean and pleasant. When my car was ready I received an apology for the delay and they even washed my car! I will continue to use this dealership for service and highkly recommend it to my friends.

I have purchased 3 cars at this dealership from Steve Brackeen and get my regular maintenance work done here. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. When I was buying a car, the emphasis was on finding the car with the features I wanted, not on selling me on one that was on the lot. The facility is great - it's easy to drop your car off for service.

I had a problem with my Freestar Air Conditioner - no cooling on driver side, too much on passenger side - uncontrollable. They replaced the compressor and some other parts and got it working in 3 days (Had to wait one day for a new compressor and a servo for a door). The first servo was bad so had to wait another day for a replacement. Two days later I had to go back because the same problem was back. They reset the system and it has performed flawlessly for almost a year. During the entire time, I was kept informed of progress; I had my car to use while waiting on parts and I received a free car wash. I have been buying my cars and having them serviced at Bob Sight Ford since 1998 and I refuse to go anywhere else.

Bob Sight Ford is a consistantly reliable and friendly place to do business. Their convenient location is near US highway 50 and Chipman Road in Lee's Summit and is easy to access and egress. I think they truly place service on a high priority and make me believe I and my business is important to them. They carry on a long Sight tradition of the importance of service to the customer. The do an excellent job and stand behind their work.

I have purchased a car and a truck from Steve. Both times I was treated like his only customer that day, no rush or pressure. I have my cars serviced here and am very pleased with the employees I deal with. Blake has always answered all of my questions so I can understand what needs to be done now or later. Two of my sons also drive cars from Sight. We all are pleased and will return in the future when the time comes for another car.

Steve is always the friendliest salesperson I have ever dealt with. I met him back in 2002, and would not ever go to another Ford dealer again after my initial experience. After many welcoming experiences at Bob Sight, I refer EVERYONE I know to go there if they are in the market for a Ford.

Ive been in the service industry all my life so i know how important customer service is. With that being said as soon as I arrived, via a tow truck, i was greeted by Richard my service writer. He approached with a smile and a hand shake. After giving him the details of my issues he immediatley started his process. I asked for a "ball park" quote before I left and he said he might have it out by the end of the day. Being from out of state I thought of sure it was going to be more than the quote he gave me so when i got his call I braced for impact. To my surprise it was several hundred dollars cheaper and ready the same day. BAM Now thats service. On Time And Under Budget. It's immediately obvious that this dealership puts customer satisfaction at the top of its priority list. I received friendly, courteous customer service. My car was ready on time and the work was done was excellent. I have had previous dealings with Bob Sight in years past, and they were also excellent.

THe last two vehicles that I purchased, were from Bob Sight Ford. I always go back to the dealership for all of my service and repair work. By doing so, I feel confident that my vehicles are operating at optimal performance and any issues are identified before they become a problem. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly.

I have had a good experience about every time I have visited this dealership...the servce reps and cashiers are very friendly, if I do have a problem they try to correct is as soon as possible...I will buy my next new car from this dealership, that is if the price is right..but i will start with bob sight ford

I was very impressed with the way my wife and I were treated upon our arrival at the dealership.The sale person (Tim)was not high pressure like a lot of salemen are,he let us take our time looking and answered all of our question we had.When our car was delivery he was very helpful explaining how the GPS worked and other features of the vehicle.To sum it all up this was one of the most joyful experience we have had purchasing a vehicle.I would recommend Bob Sight as a dealer and employees who really care about making sure the comsumer is taken care of.Also our saleman (Tim) was great as well.Charlie Buehler

The service writer was friendly and knowledgeable. Work started swiftly and I was advised of it's progress several times. When unexpected problems were discovered, I was notified immediately and an accurate estimate was provided. I was offered several repair options and each was explained to me. I was pleased to notice that no pressure was applied suggesting that I accept the most expensive option. Once I decided, the work was completed on time. During the repair process,I asked them to install an accessory and they convinced me that I didn't need it. I was impressed by their professionalism. I will return to them for any of my Ford service needs (I own several Ford trucks)

I was ver impressed with how I was greated. The car I had called about was sitting in front for us to take a test drive. It was very easy to fill out the paperwork. The staff was very efficient with getting the paperwork cleared. The salesman was extemely pleasant to work with and he made sure we knew all the features and how to use them before we left the dealership. I have recommended several family and friends.

I've never had a bad experience at Bob Sight Ford In Lee's Summit Mo. The people are all friendly willing to answer any questions. When they find something wrong they tell me what, why and the cost of the repair. The waiting area and restroom is always clean.

I have purchases two new trucks from this dealer. Both times I was treated great! Everything went smoothly and when we're ready for our next new vehicle, we are coming back! My salesman (Tim Bailey) was honest and friendly. I couldn't ask for anything more! Customer satisfaction seemed to be their top priority.

I have bought and/or serviced three vehicles with Bob Sight and have been fully satisfied with each encounter. I have recommended others and they have been eqaully happy. Most of my service needs were warranty covered and if there was any decision necessary to benefit the customer, the decision was in my favor.

All the staff of Bob Sight have been friendly and helpful, from the salesman to the service department and body repair shop. I have been purchasing vehicles from Bob Sight in Lees Summit since 1993 and have also been pleased with the service. Vehicles have been worked on and delivered as promised and with no surprises at the repair bill.

I was hooked to this dealership since 2005. I have bought a 2006 GT new from them and then a lady decided to total it for me. I quickly called Gene and he found a 2007 fully loaded GT for a great price and had it shipped from out of town for me. I then bought an F150 from Gene in 2009 and I'm ready again to buy yet another from this dealership. We have been treated very well even when our credit wasn't that good back in 2005. Friendly and helpful staff. I was greeted by one of the Sights(Brian) and he immediately knew what vehicle I was interested in test driving. I had purchased a 2009 Fusion from Bob Sight Ford in February 2009. Larry Baker was my salesman then and he was my salesman on this recent purchase. Larry is knowledgeable about the product, helful with all the details of a purchase from the test drive to helping me to use Microsoft Sync. Great help in resolving tailgate closing issue on our 2008 Expedition.The gate wants to close on its own, unexpectedly, when opened. Troy helped me to arrange to have Ford replace the struts a second time at no charge to me. I can't believe I am the only Ford customer to ever experience this problem.

We have been happy with the service we have received from Bob Sight Ford since we purchased our car in 2010. We were treated fairly when we purchased our new Fusion and have been happy with their customer service and knowledge during the oil changes and maintenance that has been performed since then. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I only go to Bob Sight Ford for all my car service needs. They are friendly, responsive to my questions & helpful with scheduling. I feel they treat me fairly and are straight with me about what my car needs to be safe. I have purchased my last two vehicles there and will be buying there again when the time comes.

I have used the service department several times for oil changes, maintenance and new tires. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The prices are reasonable, and I was given an unexpected rebate on my most recent visit. I highly recommend the service department staff, and also Steve Brackeen in new car sales.

We had a great new car buying experience. Our salesperson, Gene Hill, searched for days to find just the right car to meet the requests and price that we were looking for. At one point, I thought we might not find one anywhere near, but Gene persevered and found one that fit the criteria perfectly. He had it waiting right in front when we arrived and took us through everything step by step making sure we were familiar with all the features on our new Fusion. Then, he introduced us to the service department manaager and told us how that departnent was available for future needs. He followed up with us after the purchase to be sure that the car was everything we wanted and it definitely is. We are very happy with our purchase and the experience. We feel we also made a friend in Gene Hill.

Used the online reservation process, it was very convenient.I called the service department to check to see if the parts for the recall were in and they were not.Within an hour, I received a phone call that told me a delivery truck had just delivered some parts, so I was able to take in my truck after all that same day.I was impressed with the drive in drop off inside the garage.I was also impressed with the FREE multipoint inspection that was performed while they fixed the recalled item.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a Ford and that's all that we will ever drive. This is the seventh vehicle we either leased or purchased from Bob Sight Ford and we've always experienced the same friendly service.

We only buy our cars and trucks from Bob Sight and only place to have them serviced. We have been going to Bob Sight for at least 20 years. The service, people, and quality of work is fantastic. The new facility is great too. Love that I can drop it off anytime without an appointment and just pick it up at my convenience. GREAT

I had a very simple and quick experience with Bob Sight Ford, I was looking for a low mileage truck for under $10,000 and they had one. It was a well taken care of 1998 f150 with only 72,000 miles on it at a great price and it has been great for me over the last year.

I had been looking at Ford Escapes for some time but hadn't pulled the trigger yet to purchase one. I lost the transmission in my Trailblazer and pulled into the Bob Sight parking lot feeling very desperate. Steve was very helpful and very understanding with my situation. He could have taken advantage but didn't. He listened to my "want" and "need" list in a new vehicle and spent time searching for my perfect car. He was very patient as we found several that were close to what I wanted but after many searches he found MY Escape. He also did what he could to get me the most out of my trade in given the unfortunate shape it was in. I was referred to Bob Sight Ford as well as referred to Steve specifically and I am VERY thankful I was. It was a pleasant, easy, comfortable experience. When I am ready to trade I will definitely go back. In the meantime I have referred folks not only to the dealership but to Steve Brackeen. Thanks Steve!

I took my 2008 F350 Diesel to Bob Sight Ford for a factory recall and a leaking radiator. Service Advisor Patrick Fase was very professional and kept me advised throughout the process. As it turned out, they had to replace the radiator. They had the new radiator in stock and installed it the same day. I had my truck back by the end of the day and the factory recall was also performed. I was truly impressed with the one day service for what I consider a major repair. I would recommend Patrick Fase and their mechanics to anyone.

I have had great service when I purchased my truck and any time I used the service department. The salesmen and service folks were all very professional and courteous. I've always had great service from this dealership. They notifiy me when I need oil changes or any upgrades.

All of the service personnel are very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I was only in for a regularly scheduled oil change, the service representative (I don't remember his name) was very friendly and told me he would notify me if anything else on my car needed attention.The waiting area is a very nice and enjoyable place to sit and have a cup of coffee while waiting for the service to be completed. As soon as the work was completed, the service rep came and got me, and I was able to continue my day. The price for the oil change was very competitive with any other service department, maybe even a little bit more inexpensive.My overall experience is always a good one when I bring my car in for service.
