You say you cars go thru a rigorous amount of checks to make sure it is a good car, well I finally had the chance to buy my wife a car, it only took the death of my mom to accomplish this( me and my brother sold my mom's house where I grew up since 1982) I purchased a vehicle, a 2009 Nissan murano in December of 2020 just 10 months ago and now it sits in my driveway because it won't move. It was our family's only vehicle and now what do we do. Money does not grow on trees, I work very hard 6 days a week to provide my family with the necessities they need. I've worked the entire time this pandemic has been going on and do I get compensated for going to work, NO the people that don't go to work are getting extra Money every week, how is that fair. We simply don't have the money to spend on another vehicle. Is this the kind of hometown business your running, sell a car that doesn't even last a year. I'm just a hard working citizen that will never get ahead because of businesses like yourself. Thanks for selling me and my family a piece of junk.

Great customer service, they have called me, sent me a thank you card, wanting to know if I have any questions about my recent purchase. I have bought from others before, but did not receive the same kind of treatment. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a vehicle

1st class dealership all the way!!! The salesman, Ryan is the best I've met since moving here almost 2 years ago. He went above and beyond to make my purchase enjoyable. He set up my upgrades and had me a loaner vehicle while upgrades were installed. We had only used 1 dealership in OKC for past 15 years and had been spoiled by the customer service there. Bobby Duby's staff surpassed expectations with my Mercedes Benz purchase recently. It was nothing too expensive, but they treated me like I was a VIP customer. Check them out!!!

JW was my salesman and he has the best customer service of any dealer I have ever worked with. He doesn't pressure you at all. He is honest and I felt 100% safe purchasing a car from him. Sadly, the right car was not on the lot. But I'm still looking and keeping an eye on his inventory. Would absolutely love to buy a car from JW.

went to purchase a car loved it, it had a few dings and scratches but wasn't terrible. looked up the car online and the car was priced above what the nada and kelly blue book priced at. So the car was not in perfect condition, and was priced above what the perfect condition price was. We asked them to reduce the price bellow what the car should be sold in perfect condition. They said no, simple bc they purchased the car at that price and they could not take a loss. They are punishing their customers for their own silly mistakes. Never again.

There are no pushy sales people, I looked and wandered, they let me get comfortable and then approached to ask if I needed any help. I was able to test drive the car for several hours looking over EVERYTHING! I got an outstanding deal on my trade and a more than fair price for my new Toyota. There was no back and forth "let me ask my manager", it was clean and simple...in and out quickly! Thank you Bobby, Brad and Todd...I will be back
