I am very happy with the Aveo I bought from Bocker. We got a good price on the car and for our trade in. There was a problem with the clutch when we test drove the car, and it was agreed all around that would be fixed before we took possession of the car. Well, suffice it to say that didn't happen as it should have and we ended up paying our own car repairman to put in a new clutch. However, when I notified Curt (the salesman), he apologized and agreed to reimburse us the entire cost of the new clutch. We got the check in the mail within 4 days. I love the car and would definitely buy from Bocker again, even though they are a long way from Milwaukee, Wisconsin!

When living in Savanna, IL my first two cars were Chevy. When I moved to Freeport, IL and it was time to buy a new car car, I wanted to stay with Chevy, so went to Bockers to buy a Blazer. Years later bought a Trailblazer. My buying and service experiences have always been the best. Even though I've moved back to Savanna, the next time I need service or need to buy a new car, I'll be going to Bocker first. It's worth a little drive.

I brought my car to the dealership for a recall issue as well as for a side view mirror replacement. I was advised that the service would take approximately 2 hrs. I work from home and asked for a ride back to my home so that I could go back to work. They provided a ride back to my home and then came back and took me to the dealership so that I could pick up my car. The repairs were completed in the time frame that they had provided. They were courteous and friendly. They also told me over the phone what the cost would be to me prior to my arrival. Thank you Bocker!

My Buick Enclave was recalled for minor repair on the rear liftgate. Bocker personell followed up the recall notice, scheduled me at my convenience and performed the work in the time it took me to enjoy a cup of coffee with an employee friend. Outstanding from top to bottom. Needed repairs were diagnosed quickly and thoroughly. Estimate was prepared completely and explained in laymen's language. Took me home (12 miles one way) and picked me up when repairs were complete. Actual cost matched estimate. The staff, from check-in to cashier, was friendly and helpful. Entire experience could not have been easier or more friendly. Was frustrated over trying to find a car to fit my requirements, and others tried to put me into what "they" wanted to sell. But Bocker Group was totally different - they listened, what a concept! Service was easy and quick - simple drop off and wait. Never even made it through an entire ESPN Sportscenter and the car was finished. Can't compliment them enough.

While the people we worked with were great and friendly (sales guy was Gary S.), we had a bad experience with the vehicle. We bought a used 2006 Ford F150 that we knew had some cosmetic issues. We test drove it, and other than some noticeable imbalance in the tires, it seemed fine. That is until we drove it home to Wisconsin (i.e. a longer drive). The same day we bought it, we noticed a jerking, particularly when driving uphill. We took it to the shop the next day and found out that the ball joints were extremely loose. They were so bad, the mechanic told us we were lucky the tires didn't fall off. I originally posted a bad review, and the next day, Gary contacted us to find out what happened. We explained the situation, and Bocker agreed to pay for half of the expenses to fix the ball joints. While the truck issue was unpleasant, it is now in great working shape and we were very satisfied with the people and the response to the problem. We are also glad that Gary talked with the mechanic manager to make sure that this doesn't happen on other vehicles.

It was not a major issue but one that I did not want to risk driving it out of town as my job requires. I have purchased three car from Bocker Auto Group over the years and have been satisfied with every one of them. When ever I need service done, such as, oil changes to repairs, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I had my Equinos in for an oil change and transmission flushed, they told me what it would cost, but when they called to tell me the car was complete, they told me the cost was less then was stated. There was some work that didn't need to be done, so they adjusted the cost.

I worked with Kevin on buying a Toyota sienna. This was the first time my wife or I had bought a car worth this much. The experience was great everything was as he explained it would be . We traveled through two states and a bad winter storm to the dealer. So it was important that Kevin explain everything before hand. He didn't disappoint all things were as he said. It had even less use then I expected, the rear DVD headphones were still in the original packages along with the remote. After a quick 3rd party inspection it was done. My 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier was last serviced on 06/16/14. At that time I discussed with Brad Leverton and Robert Robb regarding the repair to my exhaust system that was installed in January of 2012. I was advised that Bocker would look at my failing and rusting 2 year old exhaust system and warranty out the parts that were in disrepair. I felt that was unacceptable that my whole exhaust system was already needing replacement after only two years. I was originally quoted with a repair price for the labor totaling somewhere around $150.00. I felt that I should not have to pay for any of the labor or the parts as the exhaust system fail prematurely. Service manager Robert Robb went on a long, elaborate story about how my driving habits caused it to rust out, basically refusing to just accept the fact that the parts put on were sub-par. It was then agreed upon by myself and Robert Robb that Bocker would pay for half of the labor for the repair. My total for that service bill was $64.61. Fast forward to 07/21/14 and I found a rattling in my exhaust system. I was advised by a reputable mechanic at Auto Repair Specialists that my exhaust heat shield/cover was loose. I proceeded to take the vehicle back to Bocker. Wayne McCarthy was my service adviser at this time. I was called back on 07/22/14 and advised that the heat shield was rusted through and that it was removed to get rid of the rattling. Here is where more problems start. I was previously advised that all exhaust parts in disrepair would be replaced on 06/16/14. This obviously was not done. Wayne advised that the catalytic converter would need to be replaced. How is this possible? The exhaust system is just over two years old. What brand/type of sub par parts were originally put on this car in January of 2012? Why was the catalytic converter skipped over on 06/16/14 service? Why is Bocker refusing to own up that they tried to just get by with replacing the muffler only on 06/16/14? Wayne advised that the converter would be replaced free of charge, but that I was responsible for the labor totaling somewhere around $100.00. This does not line up with what was agreed upon by Robert Robb on 06/16/14. This part did not all of a sudden fail in a month. The catalytic converter obviously needed replacement on 06/16/14, but that was not done. This is completely unacceptable service and as a customer I deserve better. Wayne McCarthy wanted to completely disassociate himself with the situation and provided little to no help. All the while, providing rude and unkind answers and service. It is time that this specific associate is worked with to improve his demeanor towards customers, moved to a different department, or fired. The only way I will be satisfied with this repair is if the catalytic converter is replaced free of charge and that Bocker pays for all or half of the labor as promised by Robert Robb on 06/16/14.

I would like to give a special mention of the sales consultant Gary Shorter that I always work with to purchase a car. He is excellent and makes certain I am pleased with all aspects of the whole buying process. Gary takes the time to explain all aspects of the vehicle that I want to purchase and always follows up more than once to make certain I am pleased with vehicle. My husband and I have been customers of Bocker for several years and just purchased our fifth vehicle from them. We recently welcomed a new baby into our growing family and needed a larger vehicle. Salesman Curt Baumann and the support staff have made our buying experiance very enjoyable. The facility is clean & neat. Keven Fleischer and his sales manager and the others were the best after dealing with very pushy Ford dealer and getting royally screwed by J.H. Barkau and Sons screwed me really bad on car and service i was really jumpy and reluctant on dealers they didnt follow any dealer playbook rules and worked for me and to get what i wanted Bocker shop put my trust back in dealers shops i got a deal of a lifetime on a used car that will last a lifetime i am disabled with almost no income and had a accident check they didnt take advantage of my situation budget or anything instead i got a deal of a lifetime with only a few small repairs left for me to do thanks so much guys
