I bought a car from boss auto and I am so glad I did. Most used car dealers sell you the car and then they disappear. These people want to help you. They want to make sure the car is perfect and that you are happy. I bought a 2003 Honda and it's great. They staff is very friendly and helpful. They even drove me to and from my house so I could buy the car. They inspected it and detailed it for me. They gave me a free warranty and nick told me anything goes wrong I could come to them and they would fix it no charge. So far I only heard a little belt issue. He fixed it right away. I couldn't be happier. And the girl who did my registration was very helpful and faxed me a paper I needed as soon as I asked for it. Very nice helpful people. I told everyone to check them out!

Gives used car dealers a bad name

Purchased a used car - odometer reading read 130,000, paperwork signed quickly and after much smooth talking read 180,000 - never mentioned that the odometer reading was wrong. Less then 60 days after purchasing the vehicle - it went back into their repair shop and came out with a whopping bill of $2700 with indication of additional repairs necessary. Part prices charged double of what they purchased for - estimate was written with no details and multiple misspellings. I would never go back there and I would caution any purchaser to do their research.

I had a great experience buying my lovely 2005 Honda Accord. The sales person Simo went over most the features that we want in the car. we got a good price and payment that we can afford. we also get the right money for our trade. we will definitely go back and recommend this dealer to friends and family.
