Osiris was an all star. First of all it was pretty refreshing that I wasn't approached by any vultures after eyeballing cars for a good 10 minutes. I then walked up to Osirus , told him my budget , concerns and necessities, and he broke down every little freakin technical detail with documentation to prove. I must admit, I wasn't thinking of purchasing that day, but the final numbers were just too right. The service was impeccable , I drove my 3 series out of there and a technician drove my other car back to the house for me since I wasn't trading it in. The tenuous team broke down the tech package for me, and invited me back for any further questions. Just a great experience. I'll be back when my wife will need a new car!

As a repeat customer the Bentley team are amazing, Reza is a lovely salesman with a great memory from my last car buy 3 years ago, nothing is too much trouble and Ralph works wonders to make customers such as myself feel appreciated buy most of all, feel happy.Car buying is usually painful on the whole, long wait times and pushy sales people only interested in making their monthly numbers then trying to up sell you on everything and anything they can. Bentley are not like that and the Braman Team here are like friends.Other car dealers are and in this area need to take a lesson from Reza and Ralph, David the finance manager is super nice and makes things work. My first Bentley I was going to buy from another dealership who had somewhat of in my opinion, an attitude.They lost the sale, Braman have me for life unless the other dealers salesman gets a position there, which is highly unlikely.

The test drive was pleasant and with no pressure. I drove the car on the freeway and normal traffic. All electronics were detailed by a very knowledgeable person. Michael sourced the car and delivered it as promised. Very easy and pleasant process.

From the first greeting at the door by Peter Althoff and initial introductions and discussions with my client advisor, Osiris Cedeno, I was confident my automobile requirements were being met. He heard clearly my area of interest and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the Alpina B7. I've owned 3 7-series BMWs and wasn't entirely familiar with the Alpina. When it became apparent I wasn't leaving without that vehicle, Paul Newman (that's right!) handled the entire financing package with me in a short amount of time. My Audi A8L was fairly traded and while I was sad to see it go I was quickly working with Robert Sadler, a Genius Leader who thoroughly trained me on some of the more unusual features and even made an appointment for me to bring my wife in for training as well. Juan Suarez worked with her in the same capacity. There is no doubt that Miguel Perez, general sales manager at Braman/WPB, has assembled a top-tier team of professionals and this massive dealership hums along like the well-oiled machine that it is. I live in South Palm Beach County and had much closer options for BMW sales/service but I return to Braman because of the incomparable customer service I have enjoyed over the past 3 decades. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone seeking a new or pre-owned vehicle and I suspect their Audi, Porsche, Cadillac, Bentlley, Rolls Royce shops run just as smoothly. I enjoy the Rolls Royce/Bentley treatment in the sales and service department even though my Braman experience has been limited to Cadillac and BMW. I'm enjoying my new Alpiina B7 and look forward to a continuing relationship with the Braman organization while enjoying membership in this shop's Club Braman.

I had a very complicated problem where it was not a problem with the car itself, but because rats got into my garage and did a lot of damage to one of my cars.Rafael, the service person that took care of me, was beyond fantastic, being what you hope a customer service person should be. he was on top of it, keeping me informed, working with my insurance carrier, expediting the work whenever possible and trying to meet my schedule. I just simply can not say enough of how well he handled everything.For sure, any future issues I will look for him and any new automobile needs, I will check with Bramman Motors first.

What a joke. I have my car serviced at Braman, though I bought it in Michigan. You have to go through several people to even get to your service manager, who is useless. On one visit, they lost my keys. On my most recent visit, my service manager did not even explain to me what they had done to my car during its visit there. I had a tire replaced and he did not indicate if it had been punctured, the stem was leaking, there or why it needed to be replaced. That was only after I finally got ahold of someone BESIDES my service manager to make an appointment because he never answered the phone. Maybe they should focus less on the kind of food they are going to serve inside and more on the actual service they are providing. Getting a rental car takes at least an hour. The past two times I have had my car serviced there, it was a nightmare to get it it. They have been so busy, they didn't even wash it before returning it to me. Getting it out of the parking lot, even thought I called in advanced, took much longer than expected because they have too many people for the keys to changed hands. Mechanic, receptionist, cashier, service manager, valet. Your bill pays them all which is why it is five times what it should be. Do yourself a favor and GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I have to say all the guys involved with ordering my new car were great. Sean as well as Gary Rockoff were very helpful and patient as well as knowledgeable. I always dread going to car dealers but they made the process relatively painless. Since this new model was upgraded from my last, Gary very patiently went over every detail of the interior workings and invited me back for a second "appointment / lesson" which is appreciated. I have never wrote a review for a car dealership in all my years of buying new vehicles, but I've never had such a high quality customer service experience as I did yesterday afternoon at the West Palm Beach Braman BMW store. I would like to applaud the WPB team, particularly four individuals for their amazing service: Steven Stejskal, Brian Wallin, Jim Gilarmo and Rimsky Jean Baptiste. Steven Stejskal was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the product. We were in a hurry to get in and out with a new vehicle and Steve made it happen all with a smile. Brian Wallin was very pleasant & professional and helped us get the vehicle we wanted very quickly. Jim Gilarmo was such a friendly person and walked us through all the important documents in a timely manner. And lastly, Rimsky was so patient - he showed us first time BMW customers how to operate our new car with a brief crash course so that we could make it to our next appointment. We'll be back to finish the product review with him soon though. Your team made it a 5 star experience, even down to the complimentary food and beverage. We are very happy with our decision to go with a BMW and we're even more pleased because we know that we'll receive the same quality service while having this vehicle.

Braman Mini Cooper service is always superb. Ralph and Kendra always listen to my service needs and questions. They bring up recommendations or service needs that I would not have been aware of. They always make sure my loaner or courtesy car is quickly provided. They also follow up with me to advise current status of repairs or advise that the car is ready. Pick up process is smooth and pleasant. This sounds mushy for a guy, but Braman service is what I measure others against. rd

My husband took me to see Steven Lee at Braman BMW Jupiter. This was the BEST car buying experience of my life. Steve worked with us to get the deal that we wanted. I cannot say enough about the Braman experience. Again, Steve Lee had the car I was interested in parked in front of the dealership with a RED Christmas bow on the 228!! It blew me away. After the test drive, we sat down and the deal was done with Steve's help. Everyone at the dealership was great. They treat ladies like ladies at Braman Jupiter.

I just want to say that my experience this past weekend is the main reason that I keep returning to Braman BMW/Mini. It's not about the cars, well it is, but it's also just as much about how you are treated by the people who work there. That being said, I can't say enough about the effort put forth by Tom Rice and Freddy Rhemrav to meet my needs as a customer. I came in with a specific request that I knew would be difficult and, honestly, which I thought would be impossible to satisfy. After running the numbers on many different scenarios hoping to be able to achieve my ultimate goal--trading in my current vehicle and driving away with a new vehicle at the payment I wanted, we were all almost ready to give up and admit to each other that it wasn't going to be possible, one last ditch effort, which was to consider an entirely different make of vehicle that wasn't even a part of our earlier discussions, is what saved the day. Not only didn't anyone give up working on a deal to get me where I needed to me, Tom is continuing to assist me in ensuring that I get the proper refund due to me related to a payment made through my bank on my old car after signing the paperwork to trade it in.

Kudos to John Weltzien for the smoothest, most stress-free European Delivery, ever. This is my fifth ED and it has been, by far, the best. From "negotiating the deal", to timely processing of paperwork, to pertinent advice.... this has been a European Delivery process without comparison. I started as an internet search on the Mini web site and built my ideal Mini Cooper Coupe using the build your Mini platform. Used the review and save feature and sent it off to Braman Mini Dealership on Okeechobee Blvd, West palm Beach. I was contacted by their internet department and we set up an appointment to come to the dealership. Gary Rockoff was my sales associate. We texted back and forth a couple of times to confirm the date and time. On the morning of our appointment we arrived at the dealership and Gary was very cordial and friendly. We reviewed the saved Mini I had loaded onto the website. Gary is a very product knowledgeable person and offered great considerations and advice regarding the choices we had selected. Was more like a good conversation with a new friend than a sales pitch. With the review completed Gary mentioned that he may have a car on the lot that largely fit our wish list. This was a new / used deal, 200 miles on a vehicle that had never been sold or titled. Gary was informative and professional in the comparison discussion from the option list that we had presented and the vehicle that we were looking at. One of the things that I really appreciated was that he did not try to push us into a different model that may have been closer to our option wish list. With that being said we were able to stay on topic and have a comparative discussion pertaining to the model we were interested without distraction. When it came to the test drive Gary proved to be a valuable resource with product and performance knowledge and standards. In addition to being a "Subject matter Expert" Gary was a kind and generous host to both me and my wife at the dealership. There was not much of a negotiation as the price point and options were within line and actually exceeded our expectations. Due to some time constraints we accepted the offer and asked to come pack later in the day to close the deal and pick up the car. Here again Gary was a gentleman and professional, no pressure to hang around and do the deal right now. We ran our errands and returned later that day and the vehicle was ready for delivery, all options agreed to were present and the paperwork was completed just waiting for signature and promised down payment. Both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the time and consideration shown to us by our Sales Rep Neil Vota. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and did his very best to meet that goal. We've been to many vehicle dealerships in the past 30 years. Brahman was by far the best experience we've ever been to. We were treated unbelievable. We walked in just before they closed, and they took the time with us to talk over what we wanted. After we left, (not buying that night) we got a call from a manager to talk over our time there. Long story short, we ended back up there the next day with our car ready for us. All went smooth. Our car was brought inside the building to show us how to use all the fun new bells and whistles. This was a used BMW that we bought, so we were especially surprised to be treated like we were buying a brand new vehicle. I can guarantee when we do buy or need another car in the future, we will be going to Brahman in West Palm Beach.

I love Braman of Okechobee. Ralph Fonti is very conscientious and does his best to help you in all your needs. Henry, whose friendly face always greets you at the door, makes you feel like you're a friend who has come by to visit. The girls at the desk are very nice and professional, and take care of you right away. Braman also has the best waiting area ever. They have their own little food bistro where you get fresh muffins, donuts, coffee and small sandwiches, served by a wonderful woman (I'm sorry I don't remember her name). Overall, not only is your car serviced well and taken care of (wash and vacuumed), but you are also catered to. Almost makes you want to have something wrong just to come in!

Entering into Braman BMW of West Palm was an exceptional experience! In my search for a special particular car, I dragged my husband through many internet searches and through many car dealerships, meeting many sales related personal. Until our introduction to the people who work at Braman BMW, our experiences let us to to believe that car sales personal possessed neither people skills nor product knowledge. At one reputable dealership, when I asked the length of a car, the sales advisor left for 15 minutes to locate a tape measure to discover the answer!! People who work at Braman BMW though are uniquely wonderful! From the moment we met, Nicole Stem, our Client Advisor, we smiled and were flooded with confidence. She is a personable and competent professional who impressed us with her consideration of our needs and her fingertip informative facts about the car. She made it her mission to locate the specific car I wanted and once she found it immediately set us up for a test drive. When Phillip Roe, the Sales Manager, stopped by to chat with us, he had the same easy demeanor and at no time pressured us to make a purchase decision; however he and Nicole let us know what the purchase price would be and reaffirmed all the car particulars. When we left the dealership to reflect about a decision to purchase, we knew the BMW and its excellent handling was not a question. Our discussion to purchase rested a lot on the Braman dealership (sales and service,) the people who work there and the standards set by Braman. It was a dealership we could see ourselves interacting with for a long time. When we called Nicole the next day to confirm the purchase, she immediately pulled the car, scheduled it for detailing and met with us to give us more information, complete the paperwork, and introduce us to the finance people as well as the service center staff. The axiom, "you never get a second chance to make a first impression," is so true and Nicole Stem and the staff at Braman really make an intelligent, professional and competent first impression!

Outside of the type of the make/model of car you purchase, for anyone looking for a car buying experience that merits what can only be described as exceptional, the professionals at Braman Motors (Porsche) in West Palm Beach will deliver it. Apart from the look and feel of the place, auto dealership reputations are predominately fashioned via personal interaction leaving aside the machinery, its basically a people business! My interaction with Braman Porsche was via Michael Flom and I can only describe Michael as the consummate brand ambassador and a true gentleman. From the moment I walked in the door he could not have been more helpful and personal. For starters, no pressure or sales pitch, rather a calm and thoughtful conversation about my needs and the highlighting of features/attributes that might interest mearticulate and enlightening responses to my various follow on questionsstraight forward and professional approach to final price without any smoke and mirrors the way all car negotiations should bealmost instantaneous follow up to any further correspondence I had with him when I went home to weigh up my optionsand finally, post purchase follow through and responsiveness that, in this day and age of thanks for your business, now dont let the door hit you on the way out, sets the benchmark of how to take care of your customers and positively influence another set of potential clients via a satisfied clients expanded social sphere. Would I go back and do business again? Absolutely. Would I recommend Braman Motors (Porsche)? Absolutely. Would I want to deal with Michael again? Absolutely.

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share the amazing experience I had at Braman Mini. I contacted Braman Mini over the phone after my local Mini dealer was less than helpful. As soon as I talked to their salesman, Michael Flom, I knew Braman was where I was going to find the Mini my wife wanted. Michael is very knowledgable about Minis and just a great guy to talk to. He knew just what I was looking for and patiently helped my wife find the right combination of options. He kept us updated throughout the process and never pressured us even when it took a couple of weeks for us to make it up to West Palm Beach to make the deal. On the day we went to Braman Michael had a couple if different Minis ready for us and gave us plenty of time to mull over our options. While we deliberated, we got to enjoy the opulence of the Braman facility and some genuinely delicious snacks. Once we made our choice, Michael gave us a great deal and had us behind the wheel of our new Mini Coupe in record time. I buy a new car every couple of years and have never had such a stress free and enjoyable experience.

Braman dealership pulled the car for me before I arrived and had it waiting in the front. Everything was correct, exact color and options. I took the car for a test drive and decided to purchase it. They made decent offer on my trade. Financing was quick with Braman and I was on my way. Everyone at this dealership was nice, friendly and well informed especially James Angel. I highly recommend this dealership for a new car purchase.
