I made a deal with Larry Sullivan over the phone. once i arrived, he had me back on the road in 15 minutes. Living over 5 hrs away I greatly appreciated that.

What a nice experience I had on Tuesday June 16th 2015, in purchasing my Ford Explorer from Brambleton Imports. Being an older women living a lone, I was understandably nervous. The manager, Mr. Larry Sullivan, was very personable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, in assisting me in selecting my new vehicle. I would not hesitate at all, in recommending Mr. Sullivan and his dealership in helping perspective buyers.

Larry Sullivan was a gentleman and made my dealings very easy. He took all my info then let me go so he could complete paperwork, I could go back to what I was doing and pick up new car once he cleaned it and finished paperwork. First time anyone at a dealer considered my time as important! Will deal again!

this is the first time i shopped at Brambleton imports , the salesman i meet is Larry Sullivan. super nice guy, i was looking for a used Lexus RX350 he showed me the one he had in lot, but i was looking for a white one. he told me that they just got one in , but it wouldn't be in untill the next day.but the way i work i wouldn't be able to get back there for a few days. he called his customer and asked if he could bring the car in today so i could see it. i waited for a short time and the car showed up. i test drove it and took it to my wife to see, because this was going tobe her car. she fell in love with it. Larry thank you for going the extra mile, and giving us great customer service.when i need another car i will be going back to see Larry. Thanks again Larry customer for life ( Jon Price )

Drove in from out of state to purchase a very unique car from Brambleton Imports. My salesperson, Larry, was very helpful and answered all my questions via phone and email to me driving down to purchase the car. We agreed on a sale price of the vehicle and trade-in value for my car before even meeting in person. This made the whole process extremely easy, quick, and stress free. I'm pleased with my buying experience, but even more pleased with the amazing vehicle I got to ride home in!

After weeks of searching for a quality used Lexus, my husband and I were starting to get frustrated. We started the search online and traveled to several different dealerships all of which proved to be a huge waste of time. A friend of ours suggested that we try Brambleton Imports. She was a repeat customer who had purchased 4 vehicles. We arrived on a busy Saturday afternoon and we were greeted by a friendly salesman who asked us what we were in the market for. After we told him, he personally escorted us to another lot a few miles away. Little did we know at that time, that our salesman was actually the owner! When we got to the lot he introduced us to Larry Sullivan who was literally holding the door open for us. I am frugal by nature, yet I felt comfortable and at ease with our negotiations. The thing that sealed the deal for me was the fact that there is no processing fee at Brambleton Imports. It saved us around $600 which is the comparable fee at many of the other lots we visited. This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. We felt like we were in the company of good friends. Matter of fact, we plan on purchasing another vehicle within the next few months. There is no other place I will buy from again.

I am a first time buyer at Brambleton Imports (Franklin Road). This was the smoothest buying process I have ever experienced in purchasing a car. At other local dealerships; I've spent an enormous amount of time on negotiating, waiting on paperwork processing, etc. and left feeling like I was slightly beat up from trying to get the best deal. At Brambleton Imports the staff are personable, approachable hospitable, and reasonable. Communication and negotiating was hassle free. The facility is very clean and free of smoke smell. They have a wide range selection of luxury vehicles to fit any budget and offer finance options to meet the individual needs with competitive rates. The car I purchased had a manufacture recall to be completed. They took care of the issue immediately and provided me with another vehicle to drive while mine was being serviced. My car was returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. They provide general services. Larry and staff made my whole family feel like a valued customer and took the time to make our experience personable. Next time we are in the market for another vehicle; Brambleton Imports will be our first stop. If they do not have what we are looking for; I have no doubt they could find it.
