Everyone at Briggs Fort Scott treats you like family! I was said hello to by thirty five people while there. Everyone was smiling and everyone seemed to truly enjoy being there both the staff and the other customers. Everyone was at ease. I truly appreciate the non pressure approach. I extensively shopped before buying a car and the price at Briggs Fort Scott was thousands less to begin with. When I arrived the car I called about was clean and pulled up and ready to drive. We actually ended up buying a totally different car because the General Manager, Mike Terry actually came out and recommended the Highlander we bought. It was newer nicer and less expensive than the one we came to buy. I am endlessly impressed and will tell everyone I meet to buy thier next vehicle from Briggs of Fort Scott.

Found the vehicle that I was looking for, I called about a 2017 Tacoma (1st one to hit the lot) we set up an appointment to take a test drive. They called me back a few minutes later to inform me that the vehicle was in a Kansas city freight yard, being prepared for final delivery. A couple of days later it arrived, they had a number of patrons interested in the vehicle, but since I was the first to call, and had waited patiently, I had first shot. Worked out a great deal for both parties and made the deal happen.

My own van was totaled two weeks ago and had been van searching ever since. I came across a 2014 Kia Sedona with low miles at this location and spent money to go to Fort Scott KS to get it based off the decription of the vehicle. I spoke Savannah there and she was nice. I asked for the salesman to call multiple times, but only received text messages. When we arrived to get the van it was NOT as decribed. It was VERY dirty and although they said it was detailed, it was not. There were also several body scratches that were not told to us and it was not in good condition. We asked for additional pricing off because it was not as described and they denied it. There was no consideration for the amount of time invested in the communication with BRIGGS and now even our additional cost to get back without the van. We are VERY disappointed in the service and completely insulted. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
