I just wanted to share my experience and express my appreciation with everyone about the quality of service I received from this dealership. On 6/24/2015 around 10:30 am I went into Brook field - Chrysler on pipe stone Rd. In Benton Harbor , Michigan. I had an appointment to meet with Ms. Sally Sexton. Prior to our meeting she had corresponded with me about a particular Vehicle that I was interested in that was listed on their website. She was very prompt in getting back to me, and setting up a time to meet that suited both of our busy work schedules, she was very accommodating to mine , as I am a chef and work weird hours. When I arrived I was greeted by Ms. Sexton, and she asked, "If I was ready to take that car home with me today", I smiled and said , "Absolutely", to which she replied, "Lets make that happen for you". She then took me for a ride in the vehicle that I was interested in and shared pertinent information with me regarding the car and its functions. We returned to the Dealership, and went in to her office and began the process of my offer and the financing of the vehicle.....They had a required down payment that was a bit out of my range and explained to Ms. Sexton that I had an amount that I could do comfortably and she and the financial team went to work on it. I was a bit nervous because my credit wasn't great due to a "life happens" event several years ago, however I am happy to say that within a matter of 30-35 minutes and some good coffee I was that owner of the vehicle that I went there to get! They worked with me to help me acquire a great vehicle and at a comfortable payment amount. I just wanted to share this with everyone, and to say that I would Highly recommend Ms. Sally Sexton and Brook Field Chrysler in Benton Harbor, if you are looking for a great vehicle and team of people that care about you and will do their best to put you in the vehicle that you want, not the one they want for you! My purchase of a Chrysler 200' was a great experience! Tony was our agent and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with the car, the deal,and the service. I was new to the state and had to get a temp plate for my car, when the permanent plate didn't come in on time, Tony made it a point to go get it himself. I have brought my car in for service and have always been treated very well with quick service and courteous people attending me and the car. I brought my wife's 2014 Jeep Wrangler in for a Recall Service and Oil Change/Tire Rotation. The service adviser Mike promptly greeted me when I drove in and started the process of writing up the service agreement. He was very friendly and courteous. I was called when the service was completed. The Service Adviser explained what was done to her vehicle when I arrived to pick it up. The service on her Jeep was performed properly and to my expectations. The entire service experience was excellent, and up to what I am use to receiving at Brookfield.

I have been shopping around for the past 4-6 weeks for a 07-13 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4 door with a hardtop, and have not been in a hurry to buy the first thing I see. I really don't need another vehicle as my wife and I have two vehicles already, plus my company car. She says that this is going to be my "toy that also is used to push snow around!" I contacted this dealership through the web and was immediately contacted by a sales rep named Demetrius. He was very polite and offered his assistance. I told him I was looking over several different Jeep Wrangler Unlimited's in varying years as I don't generally buy "new". He gave me more info on the '13 I had been looking at and said to feel free to call back should I have any other questions. I actually stopped by the dealership on that Sunday, as I wasn't able to get to the dealership before they closed. The vehicle was exactly as described by Demetrius. As I said before, I have been taking my time looking over other vehicles, and about once a week or so I will get a call from Demetrius asking if I found anything yet or if there was anything he could look for in particular for me. He has always been respectful and never pushy. Should I end up buying this vehicle or another, I can only say that I have been given great customer service by Demetrius and would recommend this dealership if they have what you are in the market for.

I recently purchased a 2004 Jeep Liberty from Brookfield. I had test driven the vehicle before making my decision and everything was wonderful! On the day that I went back to actually purchase the vehicle, I was more than excited! After the vehicle was finally mine, I got in the vehicle and proceeded to leave the dealership. When I started the car up, there was a slight shake to the vehicle that I hadn't noticed before, and the check engine light was on. I also noticed that the passenger side window wouldn't roll down. I was quite upset because this did not seem like the same vehicle I had fallen in love with. Thankfully I had just gone next door, to Steak and Shake, and I told my salesmen about the issues and he came right over and took the jeep back to be looked at. I was given a vehicle for the time being and my jeep was fixed sooner than expected. I was told that when they had sprayed the engine down, the liquid they used had gotten down into the spark plugs and caused a sensor to go off. They replaced the sensor as well as fixed the window, and everything was as good as new! I finally got my jeep home, and that night it had rained. I got in the jeep the next morning and noticed that the ceiling was wet where the sunroof edges were, and the check engine light had come on again. I took the jeep back to the dealership and told them about the problems. They told me that they had put in a faulty sensor, so they replaced it at no charge. As for my leaky sunroof, I was them notified that the sunroof was an aftermarket sunroof, and they told me there was nothing they could do for me because I didn't tell them about the leak until after I purchased the vehicle. How exactly was I suppose to know about the leak before I bought it? I feel as though that is the dealerships responsibility to fix before putting the vehicle up for sale. Although I went through a lot of troubles with the vehicle itself, the staff was very patient and friendly with me. I just wish I could have purchased a vehicle that was as good as it seemed.

We recently purchased a used vehicle from Brookfield and were amazed at how pleasant the entire process went. First of all, we drove from Kalamazoo and, prior to leaving, asked many questions and had the salesperson describe the condition of the vehicle in detail. We were rather particular with what we wanted, and of course were hoping to find that vehicle at a great price. Sally did not disappoint us, in fact she went above and beyond by taking pictures of everything we requested, and then some. Her description of the vehicle was extremely accurate and we were pleasantly surprised and happy. We also met John, the manager and expressed how impressed we were with the wonderful atmosphere there, as everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. The entire process was amazing and we would highly recommend Brookfield to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I honestly can't say enough great things about Brookfield, everyone is VERY friendly and welcoming. My salesman, Rob, was wonderful! He went above and beyond to make sure everything has been perfect and that we got the vehicle we wanted. I will defiantly be back when I need another vehicle.

I just traded in my coupe for a Jeep Liberty, and couldn't be happier with this purchase!! Amanda went above and beyond to help me and my kiddo get into something more kid friendly, as did Andy, Harrison, and the rest of the Brookfield team.
