Great place for an oil change. The overall review of the vehicle they complete during the oil change service provides for exceptional prevention awareness. I always leave confident that my vehicle is in top notch condition or with the knowledge needed to maintain that condition.

I am mostly satisfied with the results. Although my truck does not miss on acceleration it continues to run erratically at the top of the acceleration cycle. I had this problem from the beginning of my ownership when I purchased the truck in 2011. Each time I took the truck in for diagnosis I was told there is nothing wrong with it. Actually there is. Fortunately it only occurs when accelerating to pass at highway speeds. This is not a negative reflection on Brown Motors. It is a negative reflection on Ford Motor Company.

Fixed in time stated on appointment for recall sent from manufacturer. I called Brown Motors to fix my Escape as I purchased my vehicle from Brown Motors over 2 years ago. I have all my service done by your service department. Always am very satisfied with your service department. I have worked with several employees in your sales department. They all work so hard to do everything to make you feel special, while trying to figure out the best deal for you, on your purchase of a new or used vehicle. I am very happy with my Escape and my granddaughter is very happy with everyone involved in getting her a good used Explorer. I tell everyone where I got my Ford so they may have the same wonderful experience I had. Brown Motors has a very caring and dedicated staff.

Thanks...look forward to my next oil change. A 15% discount (as was stated int he email) will be wonderful. I bought my Jeep from Brown Motors because everyone was considerate and helpful... I live south of Charlevoix. I trust this will continue. I am saving up my money so that I can have a small hitch installed on my Patriot..Hopefully later this fall. Keep up the good work. Peace. Dwain
