I love taking my car to Bruce Titus in Port Orchard for routine service and they're great with assessing malfunctions and such. It's a great relief having my transmission clutch problem, I've been dealing with in my 2014 Ford Focus for TWO LONG YEARS repaired! Everyone is cheerful and courteous assisting in every way possible. The shuttle driver is AMAZING, dropping you off and picking you up when your car is ready! What more could you ask for? We had an appt with the service department to have a new key programmed for our car today and the experience far exceeded our expectations. The staff was super friendly and not pushy when we were walking the lot when looking at cars. The waiting area was very clean and their coffee bar is superb. A friend referred us to the service department for our Ford and we were glad he did.

I was so impressed with recent service we had done to our Ford Fusion hybrid. Josh was great on the phone and squeezing us in. He called back sooner than I thought with diagnostic results and quote and then repairs were also done faster than anticipated. The person who took our payment actually RAN back to get our car and pull it around for us.

Whenever I use Port Orchard Bruce Titus service department I am treated respectfully by all the people who are involved in my repair. All my questions are answered, services are estimated, and I am not forced to add extra services that aren't needed. They keep a record of items that need to be checked on the next service, and having a ride back and forth to my home makes them convenient to use.

Knowledgeable, courteous and friendly Service Advisor, Ward Eckert, explained the nature of service that would take place the day of my sign-in. Advised that my vehicle would be ready in 60 to 75 minutes. My car was returned to me during that time frame after service work performed by Service Tech Florecnio Borgonia. I'm completely satisfied with my overall service experience.

I wanted an easy purchase process. I wanted my deal worked out over the phone, and for them to just give me the final price prior to comjng down...long story short, the deal got screwed up and I walked away. Management called me the following day, took responsibility and put the deal back together. IMO they are working out some training things. Upper management squared away. I hope my future Maintenance and service with them is good. They seem sincere in wanting to keep, build and maintain relationships.

If you want to buy a Mustang and have lots of questions like I did then you need to see Steve Scott at Bruce Titus. He is very knowledgeable about this new Mustang's design and can get the info if he does not know it for you from the factory. I just got my new Mustang GT and had the Cela-Jet treatment done to the paint and car interior. The car looks like it is so shinny that it looks wet. Nothing stick to the surface and I can't wait to get some Carnauba Wax on it after the 3 days of curing is done. This is the same treatment that Boeing does to its Jet's paint. Nice that Titus has this as an option. I have bought at least 7 cars over 42 years at this dealership from when it was Quisenburry's Bay Ford to now Bruce Titus Ford. The transition from one owner to the next has not changed the quality of service one bit. It is still exceptional and I can talk to a repair tech if needed.

Because I live out of the area, and work in Seattle, the only time I could have recall work done was on a Saturday. Normally Titus Ford does not do recall work then. However they were able to make and exception, and have one happy customer.

As usual, having other than minor work done at Bruce Titus Port Orchard Ford was a good experience. The cost of the repair ended up being almost half of the original estimate. My experience with this dealership has always been this way with only necessary repairs being made and no push to do additional work.

Good service. Had to drop my car off and they offered the a shuttle. Clean lobby with refreshments for waiting. After they told me what I needed, they were not pushy and helped me decide what I needed then vs can plan for in the future.

Bought an 02 car from them last year, did several minor services with them. Everything was fine at this point. Did my 100,000 mile service with them. 5 thousand miles later I have major problems with valve cover gasket and rocker arm gaskets after I have service light come on and rough running. Coils and plugs are fouled, with only 5 k miles on them. PCM supposedly crapped out, that was the first thing we replaced(they do die occasionally. The Tech's comment when he worked on the car was"who worked on this car last" because things were so messed up. This tech fixed the car's issues but I sure feel that whoever did the 100k service did a crap job. There was poor communication between me and the service writers. Took three weeks to reapair the car, Too long a wait for parts, bad information about what it was going to cost and how long it would take. I have very little faith in their abilities at this point.

Got a run around trying to purchase an f150 platinum- silver ingot. First it was available but the president of the company was driving it. Then he was keeping it. Now after 5 more days it is still on the web sight. I drove across the state in October and purchased a new escape. Since this lack of professionalism we will NOT be back. Do not put something on your webpage if it is not for sale.

We had a very good experience buying our 2015 Explorer from BTF, our salesperson, Deb was very helpful. They didn't have the exact Explorer I wanted but she found one at another dealer and had it sent to BTF for me to pick up. It arrived with a long, deep scratch on the passenger door and a ding in the driver fender. I was told they would take care of it and they did! You can't even tell where either repair was made. They even took care of my rental. Everyone was helpful and courteous.

We were apprehensive about changing dealers, but it has been a wonderful experience. The staff and the service are great. We have a 2015 Explorer and an older Ford PU. When I brought my 2012 Ford Focus at Bruce Titus it went extremely smooth. In and out in about 2-3 hours with exactly what I wanted. Not only that, they called me back the next day with an even better deal than we has agreed upon in the first place. Upon returning for my first oil change (which was granted to me for free), I had been anxious to ask about my $250 Visa gift card that came with my car. (It was supposed to come in the mail after I bought my car.) Luckily it was there waiting for me, so I was able to overlook the miscommunication. After all I was waiting for this moment, I just has a feeling it would all work out. In addition I had a great time with my 3 year old and a couple other customers in the facility. The Espresso machine really helped with the early appointment. And I want to say thank you to the amazing staff that made it all possible. Loved the Bruce Titus Chapsticks, another fun perk! They should sell some "Bruce Titus Ford" water bottles, but ONLY if they're BPA FREE! :) I'd totally buy one!

Battery went bad on the wife's car, but it was covered under warranty. On sort notice they got me in, confirmed the bad battery, and got it replaced. They were busy, but were still able to squeeze me in. Happy wife=Happy life!

came back in to have the last computer recall update reinstalled and the truck checked out for any faults. my problem is that since this update was installed, i have lost between 1.5 and 2.0 mpg. Ford customer support insisted that i have the truck checked out so at the same time they reinstalled that update. quick and efficient work by the service department. so far, the lost MPG looks like it is still there, i'll be calling the Ford customer support person once again.

Service guy and front desk girl were great. Listened to what I wanted. When I returned I noticed something I had asked for was undone. He apologized and had it done. And comped it. As I was leaving I found my tires were not rotated as i asked. Told the front desk but had to go. Service guy called right back saying his tech says he did it. I know my car and the damage I had to which tire. No it wasn't. So not only do you not do as I wanted, but lie about it. Come to find out one tire had a bubble and needed replaced. With AWD I had to replace all 4. Did that at Discount Tire. So your deceit cost you a $1000 tire sale as well. Won't be back...

30,000-mile service on my 2013 Ford Escape. Service person, James Hayes, cheerful (as usual) and helpful, as well as being professional. Because there were a number of recalls to attend to forbye the service, James advised that it would take up to four hours for all to be completed, and offered me a dealer-sponsored ride home rather than waiting at the dealership. Ride home was safe and relaxing with driver willing to engage in conversation while always paying attention to his driving. Within three hours, I was notified my vehicle was ready. It was the usual great service experience I've grown to expect from Bruce Titus Port Orchard Ford.

I had an extended warrantee in my 2013 ford focus. I brought it in and dealt with a man named Josh. Right from the beginning I was listened to. When I finished he knew exactly what I was referring to and would have someone look at it and contact me with what they found. There was no pushy up selling. Made a few recommendations based on the car and mileage that i will be returning to have done. Very knowledgeable. They provided a ride home and picked me up at no extra cost. Whole staff was very friendly. Definitely will be taking my car back in the future.

i bought my 2014 F 350 from these folks who made the experience very easy with a trade in that was actually a book value deal. visited for that first service and was treated very well. so well i spoke with the parts manager and the service folks and arranged for a Transfer Flow replacement 50g fuel tank to be drop shipped. they installed that new tank in 3.5 hours, reprogrammed the on board computer so the fuel gauge works, all with a smile and a hand shake included. hard to beat a deal like this and that is why i drive 1.5 hours from Sequim instead of 15 minutes to the closest dealership.

We bought this car from out of state and they were really great to work with as far as the price and getting paperwork out to us etc. My grievance is with the car when my husband and daughter flew into town to drive it back. The manager had been driving this car previously and we paid for the car two weeks before we could come get it, so they had PLENTY of time to clean and prepare the car in time for my husband's 13 hour drive home. The car HAD NEVER been cleaned from when the manager drove it! It was filthy! Sticky stuff in the door handles, food on the floor, the touch screen was disgusting with food and fingerprints. The dash was all dusty, food in the cracks of the seats! Totally unacceptable! It's not like we got the car for a steal, or they didn't know we were coming. The trip plates weren't on it either, and they picked my husband and daughter up from the ferry and took them to the dealership (which was very nice!) so it's not like they didn't know they were coming! The only reason I didn't give them a "poor" on customer service is because before the sale they were fine. My feeling is, if you don't want to extend customer service to out-of-state buyers, THEN DON'T ADVERTISE TO OUT OF STATE BUYERS!! I feel like they cashed my check and walked away from the car because there's no way we were going to hang out while they decided to clean the inside of the car with a 13 hr drive ahead. I would NOT recommend this dealership if you are buying outside of the Seattle area! They become the typical used car dealer when it comes to out-of-staters apparently-do and say anything to make the sale. I was very disappointed to say the least!

I bought my Flex at this dealership in Dec and I love it but my Low Pressure alarm kept coming on. I would fill the tire with air but about every 3 weeks it would come on again. I had stopped at Firestone and had them check it out. Some pressures were low but they found nothing. I took it to the dealership and they finally found the smallest screw that had been causing all of the problems. The service department squeezed me in on an already full Saturday. Awesome experience.

As the mother who took my daughter around (and did all the leg work) to buy her very first car, Bruce Titus Port Orchard Ford was by far the best experience. Found the car online, emailed for more information, Daniel called and spoke with my daughter who then set up an appointment for us to see the car. The people at the dealership were very nice, Daniel was so great and easy to work with. Never once did I get that weird creepy car salesman vibe, he really put us at ease. He kept us in the loop with what was going on when trying to get the financing which really put me at ease. When we asked for a little lower price on the car he didn't counter or anything. Even completing all the paperwork with Ed went smoothly and easy. I would highly recommend to anyone buy a car to visit Bruce Titus Port Orchard Ford in Port Orchard, WA, ask for Daniel - he really is the best. Oh yeah, they also have this great coffee machine - you can have all the free coffee you want while waiting.

Anyone who knows me would probably agree that buying a car is on my list of dreaded things to do. To add to this level of unwanted experiences I was in a position where I had to trade two in of my most cherished vehicles to save money for future plans. The salesman, Gerald Beedie and the team at Bruce Titus in Port Orchard took my dread and high levels of anxiety and turned it into an amazing car purchasing experience. Not only were they patient with my rants about not wanting to go over my budget for the new vehicle, but they relentlessly worked with me to make sure that I found a vehicle I loved and gave me the monthly payment I needed. My husband and I purchased both vehicles from Gerald months ago and to state that his customer service and high level of professionalism was superb, is an understatement. Gerald exceeded our expectations and continues to do so even months after our purchase. Any time I call with a question or a concern regarding the vehicles, he calls back with just as much enthusiasm as he had when I called to inquire about a potential purchase. Bruce Titus Ford in Port Orchard is one of the "Preferred Dealerships" for Bank of America (we had gotten pre-approved for a car loan through them), so we started our car search there with the intent of heading over to Seattle afterwards to check out some others. Once Deb started helping us, though, we decided Bruce Titus was the place for us. They had a great selection, the prices were more than reasonable, and the no pressure atmosphere of the whole place was awesome. Everyone was so nice, and Deb was especially helpful and wonderful to deal with. I didn't even know I wanted a Ford, lol (they do have other makes and models)! I love my new Ford Taurus and will definitely return to Bruce Titus when we're looking to buy another vehicle.

In looking to replace our office vehicle, this dealer provided the lowest bid. While Fleet purchases are different than a regular purchase, Dave Hubbard made the process so very easy. The purchase price was even lower than quoted as rebates had gone up. Would do business with again if they had the lowest bid.

We had been in contact with someone there for a few days about a specific car. The day before we went to look at it that person emailed telling us he was going to be gone the next day and was having another person help us. We drove all the way there from Seattle only to have this other person tell us he couldn't find the car. Didn't know if it had been sold or what, but there you have it. A complete waste of a day because they couldn't be bothered to locate a car we had been in contact about before we made the long drive.
