The staff are always courteous and professional. I requested a needed inspection in addition to the other repairs recently. I was told I needed to replace a tire to pass. I opted to replace two. The tires were pricey and really added on to the cost of my bill. Of course, they didn't have a cheaper brand in stock when I asked. My service advisor was helpful and friendly & said he would try to find a coupon. He did but it really didn't make a dent though I appreciated something coming off. I saw that they claim to match the price of other suppliers. My tech couldn't give me any info on the price matching which would've really saved me a nice chunk of change compared to the "discount" he applied. While I was grateful for that I wasn't pleased that he wasn't familiar with how the price matching worked and honestly didn't try to find out. So now I will go where the price was about $70 cheaper for the same tire when I replace the other two soon and for any future repairs. I like this dealer for the reasons I mentioned above as well as the fact it's clean, bright and they'll drop me home if needed. For me, it's about taking care of the customer and not only providing good service but keeping my business not making the most money off a transaction. Now they won't get my business because I'll sit and wait or find something else to do at the shop with the peeling faux leather chairs that doesn't provide shuttle service while my car is being serviced to save $70 per tire. I couldn't give them 4 stars because of cost but that I couldn't get my questions answered to potentially save me a fair amount of money.

I recently purchased a used truck from Cadillac of South Charlotte. Sure, the staff are very friendly and accommodating - all car salesmen are. After purchasing the vehicle with zero negotiation offered (apparently it's their 'policy'), I drove my truck off the lot. A few miles down the road the front headlight FALLS OUT and slams against my hood. I pull over on the interstate, remove it and go back to the dealership. They were accommodating but merely glued the headlight back in, leaving the actual repair to me later when I have to change the headlight. FOUR DAYS after driving my truck off the lot I get a check engine light. MAP Sensor is faulty and random misfires in the spark plugs. $300 fix within four days of having the vehicle. Called Cadillac of South Charlotte and, you guessed it, they told me "the light wasn't on here." It's easy to reset the computer and have the light come on later, which is what myself and my mechanic believe happened. It's too soon after purchase for it to be a coincidence. Now I know why they wouldn't do a 30 day warranty. Also took three days and six calls from me for them to even answer my phone call about it. Friendly guys at this place, but clearly peddling used cars that will fall apart once off the lot. Not impressed.

I had the car that I wanted (interior and exterior color), and the right features. When a situation occurred during my second purchase, manager Steven Bell took care of it ASAP. The level of professionalism from Mr. Steven Bell at Cadillac of South Charlotte, was very apparent to me when I first met with him. Mr. Bell and Mr. Portello most certainly has the right approaches to selling a car: patience, courtesy, and knowledge. The customer comes first period. Mr. Bell knows how to run a business. When I took my 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora in for a "check engine" repair, I learned that it would cost me more than my car was worth. Jeff in the Service Department eagerly came to my rescue in connecting me with Mike Lucado in the Sales Department. Mike found the car I had searched on their internet website and brought it to me the next day to test drive. He very graciously let me "test drive" a couple of used cars before making my decision. Mike was most gracious in helping me find the car I wanted and worked out a deal that I could afford. The dealership even provided lunch for me while my "new" car was being prepared for its new home.

My husband had our Trail Blazer serviced at eh dealership and not only did they solve the issue, they did it at a fair and reasonable price point. When we discussed that evening at home, we both felt joy in that we can hold onto our vehicle for another 12 months and didn't need to spend our "Christmas savings" on auto repairs. Fingers crossed that they can do the same for my Range Rover, although not a GM vehicle Cadillac of South Charlotte will be our choice when we decide to purchase our new vehicle. I live in SC and they let me take the car for a few days to let my mechanic look at it. They fixed any things that I had mentioned seeing when I had it for the few days. In addition they loaned me a new Cadillac while they were doing the repairs. The whole processes was very smooth, and easy. They took care of everything. I just purchased a 2015 SRX from Cadillac of South Charlotte. The Salesman was very professional, kind, and very knowledgeable about the Automobile and gave us a great deal. The buying experience was very simply and took very little time. The Salesman patiently answered all of our questions. He had to secure the SRX from another lot since they did not have the color I wanted. But that was no problem. The Salesman (Mike) handled everything. Since I live 90 minutes away from Cadillac of South Charlotte, the Salesman delivered my car to my husband and me. We were extremely pleased with the whole process. This was my first visit where I felt someone may have dropped the ball. My car was left parked outside with the keys in it and wet from the car wash. One very helpful service employee was concerned about finding my car with the keys being in it and he even had to wipe it down himself. However, since I've left the dealership which was for a routine Oil change, I have gotten an alert from Onstar indicating that I need an oil change. My car says I have 10% oil life left. So I assume no one reset the vehicle computer. Hopefully my next visit will be back to normal and I will have no concerns.

Went to Cadillac of South Charlotte to get my 2012 CTS service and I end of leasing a 2015 Cadillac XTS because they made me an offer that I couldnt refuse. Salesperson Ron Kirby made my visit satisfying and he was knowledgeable of the vehicle I was leasing. I must add he will keep you smiling through the whole process. In addition, the Sales Manager Steven Bell saw that I trade my Cadillacs in every 3 years, so he suggested that I lease, and I agreed. Steven Bell worked hard getting me the best interest rate so that I did not have high auto payments. Because these two men love their job, you will get the best service. I will highly recommend Steven Bell and Ron Kirby they will make your Cadillac buying experience memorable. Moreover, the dealership is Immaculate.

The service reps are always friendly, knowledgable, and professional. They seem to really care about keeping my wife's CTS running well without trying to sell me things I don't need - more than once they've saved me money on services I thought I needed but didn't. Jeff noticed my state inspection was due in 6 weeks and took care of it so I didn't have to make a trip back in August. The facility itself is clean and impressive, and I love the food! Even the sales reps are cool - always willing to shoot the breeze even when they know you're just in for service. PS: We were originally looking for an E-class Mercedes. When the clown of a salesman wouldn't get off his cell phone, we walked out of that dealership and bought the CTS a half hour later. I've never regretted that decision.

It was a very unusual day for me... I had brought my SUV in for an oil change thinking I would be out in a little over an hour. What I found out was that (because of the mileage) I needed a more extensive service. That was fine, however.. I was going through a personal, somewhat traumatic situation. I explained (in part) to Brian what was going on and ask if I could be out, at the max, 3 hrs. He said that would be pushing it but he'd see what he could do. Two hours later Brian came to me and told me the car service was complete. I was stunned!! Brian went WAY out of his way, along with the mechanic, to make sure I got out in plenty of time to get back home. I can't tell you how much that meant to me, especially these days. I thanked him profusely and left. I have told several friends about the experience and what a blessing it was to me. I still shake my head and smile when I think about it!!! due to time constraints I made an apt for 7:30 am for just an oil change and rotate tires. I arrived 15 minutes early and was 1st in line at the garage doors. doors opened exactly at 7:30 and the process began. beforehand, I even explained to them that I needed to get this done within an hour. seems reasonable to me. over 2 hours later I left the dealership. come on, 2 hours , with an appt made, for just an oil change and rotate tires? car only has 28k miles on it and they also suggested I get new tires. r u kidding me/

I changed my service clinic appointment time via the telephone number given on my invitation and was confirmed for a new 5:15 p.m. appointment on the day we agreed to, however, when I arrived to the service clinic at the new time (and I was actually early!)I was told that I was late! because the dealership still had the 2:40 p.m. appointment that I had changed - and had been confirmed for the new time. I am a stickler for punctuality and was embarrassed that my advisor thought I was VERY late. He,(Jeff) the very kind and customer excellent guy that he is took me in at the time I arrived and it was turned out to be a good experience - except for that blip.

Alan Heidenreich greeted my husband and I at the door with an open mind and HUGE smile ( not knowing what he was getting into!) My husband and I got into a horrible lease situation with Kia and could not get any help getting out of our current situation. All dealerships we approached cringed at the moment we expressed our need of trading in a lease. Alan immediately smiled and said I would love to help you! After spending an hour looking at inventory he could get his hands on, we decided to head home and evaluate our "wants" verses "needs" on a new vehicle. My husband and I could not get over how friendly and wiling to help Alan was with our situation. We got down the road and did a U turn. We thought "What are we doing driving away when we have someone SO friendly, patient and willing to help us?!". We went back to Cadillac of South Charlotte and told Alan we wanted his help and his help only finding us what we want and need. (This was on Saturday) Monday afternoon Alan called us back with the numbers, information, and details we wanted. Alan offered us the BEST deal we could have ever asked for getting out of our lease and into a new car. Our payments were perfect, the new car (New to us, used 2010 Cadillac) was perfect with low mileage and the deal was completed with in 24 hours. Alan went above and beyond to make this happen. He spent his entire Monday running numbers and getting rates for us to be where we needed to be. Over all, Alan did such an amazing job that we want to be sure he is recognized for his dedication and EXCELLENT customer service. Thanks to Alan, with out a doubt we will do all of our future car shopping through Cadillac of South Charlotte. Thank you Alan!!

Took my 2013 CTSV Cad in to check popping/clicking noise coming from the front wheels when you make a sharp slow turn or back up with a sharp turn. They removed/cleaned front wheels. This is the dame issue I had with my 2011 CTSV, on it they replaced the lug nuts and the problem never re-occurred.

I first saw the vehicle that I wanted to purchase online, a 2014 Cadillac XTS. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Dori Schwaiger and within five minutes of her introduction I was sitting in a vehicle that was identical to the one that I would purchase. The whole process was as simple as it could be. I was a cash buyer so everything was pretty streamlined. I called the service department and requested my Escalade be serviced that afternoon. Was told to bring in the vehicle and they would promptly take care of it. Service tech was waiting on me when I arrived. Very professional and courteous during entire process. I needed an unexpected alignment and the technician took the time to explain to me why and showed evidence of improper wear on the tires as proof.Had a great experience as usual and highly Cadillac of S. I took my 2006 Cadillac DTS in for an ignition recall and I could not have had a better experience. Everyone was friendly and courteous, especially Steve, the Service Coordinator. In addition to replacing the ignition, they checked other things out and my car had a "clean bill of health." And NO Charge! The waiting accommodations were excellent also. I highly recommend Cadillac of South Charlotte for your Cadillac needs.

Bought a 2004 Mercedes cl 55, a month and 7 days ago, first day leaving the dealership tire blew because it was rotted, the same night after changing the tire the other one blew both rotten from the inside. I was told the car had cd player and navigation, in which the previous owner took out and nav disc, now I have to spend unnecessary money to buy one. Two weeks later battery went dead and alternator went out, now that I purchased a new battery and alternator in which both expensive. I realized the next day that my tags are expired, never received tags from dealership, but I have to work 40min to and from work, luck ran out lastnight pulled over by a state trooper gave me a citation, I've been emailing and calling dealership for two weeks about the upcoming expiration, only one email back, now I'm stuck without driving the car, bad business and communication.

You can thank Honda for driving our business to you. After my husband's '08 Honda Accord was rear-ended and totaled, we were forced into the car market. Over the last 7 years Honda added another grade to their line, the EX-L. When trying to replace our Accord EX, my husband only required Leather seats and satellite radio. The EX-L type was the only vehicle that included the items he insisted on having. It came with tons of driver assistance that we did not want or like. It's price was actually more than the base line ATS. Upon discovering this, we asked ourselves...What would we rather drive?? Obviously, a Cadillac! So, we walked into Cadillac of South Charlotte. As good as Honda had always been with customer service, Cadillac of South Charlotte is in a category all by itself! Being new to Cadillac, Alden was superb in listening to exactly what we wanted. We returned to the dealership three times for a test drive by all members of our family. When Alden could not help us one day, he seamlessly turned us over to Ed who went above and beyond to fully understood what we were wanting in a car. When we asked for their best deal, they presented us with an offer we could not refuse on exactly the type of car we asked for! Because they did not try to up sell or add other unnecessary items to the car, they earned our business and our hearts. We are looking forward to a long relationship with Cadillac of South Charlotte. First time at your dealership for service. I really like the service set up with driving into garage and service tech coming out to write up service. Waiting room was clean, restrooms were clean, only took 1 hour 15 mins for oil change and tire rotation once service order written up(quicker than expected) The only thing that I was not happy about was the car wash. One of the main reasons I went to your dealership was because you gave free carwashes after each service. I didn't notice until getting home that there were a couple of missed wash areas on the one side of the vehicle. (The car was dry when it was ready so I was surprised and disappointed that the person drying the car didn't rewash those areas to make it right.)

I saw a 2014 srx listed on the internet and because of true price I knew the price was very good. Mike my salesman was very helpful, and offered up a test drive. I decided to buy and with true price, it was as easy as working with the used car manager to get the price I wanted for my trade. The paperwork side was even quicker, with no high pressure buy this warranty talk. Bought some accessories in parts, same good service, and cheaper when they came in than quoted. Love the Sonic experience!!

We have always loved and trusted Lincoln. 2 years ago while driving my Lincoln I was hit and my Lincoln was totaled. I had 2 of my grandchildren with me. We all walked away unhurt. Of course I purchased another Lincoln. It was 3 years old with low mileage.After driving it 18 months,I decided to upgrade. The newer safety measures were appealing since the accident was still fresh in my mind. We went back to Lincoln. I noticed that a few of the star ratings on the new cars were not quite what I had expected. We had a car picked out when my husband suggested looking at Cadillac. I told the salesman we would be back in about an hour.We got to the dealership late afternoon. I had never driven an SUV because I thought they would be too big for me.But I loved the safety features.I spotted a red SUV in a distant lot and asked about it.It had just been brought in that day and had 6000 miles.It was beautiful. We took it on a test drive and it was wonderful.And extremely comfortable.Heated seats are a must for me since I have had back trouble for a long time.But the most amazing thing was the safety features and the star ratings.This car tells me everything!(Including warning me about gas .I have been known to run out.More than once or twice Ha!)And the DVD players in the back were a plus since we have our grandchildren a lot. Needless to say we did not go back to Lincoln and drove off with the car that night.The process was easy and fairly quick.We had to take it back for a couple of adjustments and nicks.Service and the body shop were wonderful. We had it in last week because the back up camera went out. Once again things were relatively fast and easy. The Lincoln salesman called the next day. I told him we bought a Cadillac and he said - "I knew it!" I guess we are now Cadillac fans!Grace Capps

I came to Cadillac of South Charlotte for basic maintenance and oil change. First of all I was impressed with facility and service, courteous and attentive specialists. I scheduled my appointment in the morning and arrived to dealership at 2pm. Service advisor Bryan Gunter was very attentive to my questions. He explained what maintenance needs to be done to keep my vehicle in good and safe condition. I have to admit for me as a foreigner who moved to US 2 years ago and a new driver it was really comprehensible explanation. Personnel asked me if I need anything and provide me with updates. Even I had to wait longer than expected I had good time having coffee at lounge and cafe area. I would recommend this dealership for all kinds of services to people who are looking for quality and good service!

Purchased a 2012 CTS from this dealer. Process was very pleasant with none of the usual hassle. The salesman was very professional and spent all the time we needed before and after the sale. The only thing that detracted from the experience was the business manager's fairly insistent pitch for an extended warranty, but he backed off when I made it clear I wasn't interested. Service since the sale has been excellent.

I Contacted them about a car over the internet. When I told them the sell depended on my trade in, they sent me a blind appraisal. The blind appraisal was not what I was looking for in my trade. told them thanks but no thanks. The sale woman and sales mgr. insisted that I come up there and let them inspect the car and that the appraisal was low bc they couldn't see the car. So thinking the way they were talking that they really wanted to give me deal I drove two hours just to see the appraisal they would give me. Upon arrival was treated great by salesman. After small talk I told them again the sale depended on the trade in value.so they wrote up the appraisal for less than the original value they sent me through email. I just laughed and said no thanks. So the sales mgr come in with his whole spill about how it was a great deal. He kept asking me what he had to do to get the deal done and repeatedly told him the same thing over and over. He shows me the appraisal she he used and I notice he put in the wrong year model which is a totally different model of my car he seemed to not care to change it and see the price difference. So I left the dealership with my original car.

Found a Cadillac on line and wrote email for additional information. Expressly asked not to be telephoned. A day later someone called. Addressed me by my first name and proceded to tell me to make an appointment to see the car. I asked if anyone there could read. Obviously no one could; hence the phone dcall. My queswtions were never answered. No one apologized for the intrusion. Now I know where they can house the car in question. Hint: the sun never shines there. And I'll never darken their door.

I entered my details online for a used Lincoln they had on the lot. Received a follow up call from the salesman. I told him my details, he said he had to talk to the sales manager and would get back with me right away. Well that was the last time I heard anything from them. He never followed up. I tried calling back and was told he'll get back with me.

I negotiated a purchase of a car over several days. Got final offer from dealer which I accepted by return email (<20 minutes). Got message back over 5 hours later telling me the car was sold. The internet sales person laughed and told me the used car sales manager sold the car. The final offer I received was approved by the same manager. So, for likely a few $'s more they sold the car to local buyer. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Wrote to general manager explaining the situation. Never heard a beep from them.
