I bought a 2014 Ram 1500 truck in excellent condition from Cape Cod Carz. It was an extremely easy and hasslefree experience. They did everything they said they would do and seem to take pride in their work. A very refreshing car buying experience! I would definitely buy from them again!

We recently purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado from Cape Cod Carz - This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. The Truck is in great condition. Our questions and concerns were answered immediately and the whole process was handled so quickly and efficiently - Rick is great. We will definitely be going back to purchase another vehicle - hopefully in the near future!! What great customer service. Rick was awesome and made this process super easy for me. As a wife and mother of 4 kids and working full time I don't have a lot of time and he made this process super easy and was there to answer all my questions. Will definitely recommend this place and I will definitely come back in the future. All the staff were nice and professional and eager to help me with any questions I had.

My partner and I had a very positive experience recently with Cape Cod Carz. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. Rick was straightforward and happy to answer all of my questions. And they do everything there- no trip to the RMV! After telling her about the smooth process we had at Cape Cod Carz, my family went the next day to for a car too!

My husband and I were greeted by a friendly, non-pushy employee, Dom, who talked to us about our needs, with no pressure at all. We felt like we knew him for years with the easy way our conversation went. The whole process was pleasant, from start to finish, including a little French Bulldog, Daisy, who greeted us during the paperwork process inside. Rick Sr. and Rick Jr were super knowledgeable and super friendly. For a person who hats the car buying process, this experience restored my faith in pre-owned dealerships! Cape Cod Carz is the way to go!

I had been shopping for a car for my daughter who just got her license for a while. Most of the places we went into had extremely high pressured salesmen. Cape Cod Carz was totally different. A friendly, knowledgeable salesman, Domenic, made it very enjoyable to discuss the different options on the cars in their lot. It also helped that they had the exact car she was searching for! Once the decision was made to purchase it the finance part was extremely easy and they went above and beyond to help look for financing. Thank you Rick! Then comes the insurance part. Who wants to do all of the running around to the insurance company and registry? Not me! But Rebecca made is seamless! So smooth I brought her in a bottle of wine to thank her! I will definitely be coming back to trade in my other daughter's car and mine too. Thank you so much for a stress free buying process!

Great customer service, Great Prices, and Great inventory. "You can't beat these guys!" First off, I hate going to car dealerships, they never have what your looking for and most of the cars are over-priced and the dealers are just there to just make another sale. Not theses guys, 1st they listen to what I was looking for, second they worked with my budget, third they have a lot of good inventory to choose from. I highly recommend Cape Cod Carz in Hyannis. Rick Sr. and Rick Jr. are truly two stand-up guys that take the whole car buying experience to a whole new level.

So I drive into Cape Cod Cars after test driving at least 20 trucks from other dealers.I had owned my Ford F 150 for 12 years and it showed. As I stepped out of my truck Rick Sr. looks at it and says " yep its time for a new truck" What struck me as different is that he asked me a few questions and within 5 minutes walked over to the truck I would purchase and says "here's your truck" No pressure, No trying to sell me something more expensive just, here it is. He was right! So being a contractor I get a call for a job back in Harwich. They allow me to take the truck to my estimate. This took almost two hours all told. When I returned Rick had left and his son Rick Jr. took over. Again no super sell on their part , just a let's see if we can make this work mindset that I truly appreciated. Here is the kicker. We were close in price but to make the deal work they decided they would take my truck as a trade in! You would have to see my old truck to believe it. My dog had destroyed the interior and I had destroyed the rest with hard work. Not only did it look and run poorly it Also smelled bad. I was very happy that they were willing to do that. I am sure the truck has been crushed by now. My wife and I are headed there tomorrow because they were even willing to help me with getting a new, proper, trailer hitch put on. Very top notch! You have to love the dog too. I think her name is daisy! PS, I have dog proofed my new truck.

Even having to wait for our insurance check to come in the mail, Cape Cod Car were nothing but patient and helpful. As soon as our daughter is ready to buy her car, we will most definitely go back and see these guys again!

I was greeted at the door by Domenico right away .. very friendly and helpful!! Cape Cod Carz had exactly what i was looking for.. then Rick(JR) sat me down and explain everything i need to know.(Carfax report and all of the service records he had available for the vehicle.ext.)at this point i was very comfortable with Rick, Domenico and the entire staff!! I'm extremely happy with my jeep!! and know i made right choice..The special thing about them they dont stop helping you after you buy a car they continue to help you anyway possible!! So my name is jarrett Im from woburn MA. Me and my mother were down the Cape for a wake a family member passed. I had no intentions on looking for cars that day. But my Buick broke down a couple weeks prior. We were on are way home. When I saw this Beautiful red ford pick up truck. So we stopped to look at it. I was approached by Domanik he was a real nice guy. We hit it of immediately because we both were in the auto body trade. So he knew I was looking for a real clean truck. He wasn't pushy or anything like your usual car salesman. I test drove the red ford and loved it. Now my mom hit it of with Rick Sr because he's a real fun character, again he wasn't pushy at all. We had a few laughs, didn't feel like your usual car buying experience. They make you feel at home there. They are professional and they care. Gave me extended warranty because I wastill driving the truck home to woburn that day. Everyone there has a great attitude there friendly and like I said they really do care. Rick Sr, Rick Jr, Dominic, and there beautiful dog Daisy. Put it this way I'll be back there to by my next vehicle even tho it's two hours away. So again they have Dom there he was in the autobody trade for years. All there cars are really clean. They got the eye for nice cars. Real nice place you won't be disappointed

Cape Cod Carz was a great dealership to work with. Everyone was very friendly and personable, I always got right in touch with someone when I called, and they helped me through every part of the process of buying a vehicle from them quickly and efficiently. Fantastic car that I'm super pleased with, at a great price. No high pressure sales tactics, just a beautiful used car with a clean carfax at a great deal with excellent service. Would highly recommend these guys if you're in the market for a used vehicle on the Cape.

I recently purchased a 2006 Murano from Cape Cod Carz & I love it! The whole experience went so smoothly. There was zero pressure to buy, which I appreciated. :) Everyone was warm, friendly & so helpful! They weren't there to just sell you a car. I have shopped at every used car dealer on cape cod looking for a reliable car at a fair price. Mostly what I found down on Willow Street in Hyannis was overpriced rust buckets and slick talking used car salesman. That is until I walked into Cape Cod Carz!!! I was greeted by Rick Jr. at the door and instead of trying to push me into some sort of "great deal" that the other dealers were always "gonna lose money on this one" . He sat me down and asked a lot of questions about me, my last car, what I liked and didn't like about it, asked what was most important to me in my next car and so on and so forth. He then made some suggestions and showed me some options. After I found a car I really liked. He first showed me the Carfax report and all of the service records he had available for the vehicle. I was already very comfortable with Rick and the entire staff at this point so now it was time to test out a 2009 Audi A4 all wheel drive. Perfect car for me. We then did some online comparison shopping to see if the pricing was inline with others like it. Everything was completely transparent. He didn't try to sell me a car, he helped me through the buying process of my new car.. I took it home Saturday after they registered it for me and I absolutely love it! Not to mention my payments are $50. Less than I thought I would end up paying. I was so worried when this process started and I am now so happy I ended up with this car and more importantly that I found a dealer on Cape Cod that I can trust. I will certainly let my friends and family know about them and will never fear walking into a used car dealership again because I will only go back to Cape Cod Carz!!!! Thanks again everybody!!..... Bonus there is the cutest French Bulldog that hangs out at the dealership and is hysterical and super cute! Hi Daisey! Miss you already!!!!!

I bought a used Saturn from these guys a couple of weeks ago. Unbelievable process. I was nervous because of the reputation that used car dealers have. It was an incredibly easy process, they are flexible and assisted with my credit issues without taking advantage of me. They are trustworthy guys who give it to you straight. Couldnt be happier with the service o the vehicle itself. Will always come back.

After confirming that there was a pre-existing problem with my 2006 Murano that was not revealed by Carfax, the Cape Cod Carz team led by Rick Sr. worked hard to make things right. I got my trade back looking better than ever. After the process worked itself through, they did the right thing. Very good people.

I would send everyone of my friends and family to CapeCodCarz before anyone else. They are very respectful and helpful in any way you need help. They don't look at you as a dollar sign when you walk in the door and want to look at the vehicles that are for sale. And if they don't have what you want they will help find what your looking for. Very nice family owned business. I feel like I got a good buy, car has decent amount of miles, they always check your car over so you feel safe it's in good condition. If something shows up wrong with the car, they will fix it for you no questions asked, no problems! I would recommend Cape Cod Carz to anyone that I know, and once I need another car, they will have my business again. Thank you Rick, Lee, & Rebbecca for all your help! I personally would not recommend any other used car dealership on Cape Cod.

This was my second purchase from Cape Cod Carz. Once we decided to buy a second vehicle for winter ,I knew right where to go. to Rick and Rick jr. of Cape Cod Carz. It was a sunday ,the large dealerships were closed. Once I pulled in to the lot Rick sr. came out . He immediately remembered me from a year ago. I described what I needed , A small SUV, good gas mileage and able to handle well in snow. They had several vehicles in my price range, all good quality. They handled all the MOV and ins. paperwork and I was driving away in my new (2005) Honda CRV by Tuesday noon. Great people, Great cars, Great work ! What more could you ask for ? Traded my older Jeep in for a newer cleaner model and so far so good. Responded to their ad and found the description was accurate, and after leaving a deposit, Rick drove my new vehicle up to my home and took the old one away - no muss no fuss. Jeep's given me no problems after 1 year, and I'd recommend these guys highly!.
