Wow! What a wonderful experience we had purchasing our first vehicle from Capital Motor Company. The 93 Chevy Corvette was just as awesome as your photos. No photo shopping here!! Rest assured.....your dealership is top notch with sales staff that go above and beyond to ensure that everything is taken care of with peace of mind. Chris went above and beyond to ensure that our experience went flawlessly..... just one thing he forgot to mention. There's a side effect that has affected our family members after driving our corvette.....It's called. "Permagrin" we can't stop SMILING!!! :) thank you....look forward to our next vehicle from you.

More often than not in this day and time people are out for number 1. This is totally opposite of the way Capital Motor Company and Chris K do business. From start to finish, nothing but total professionalism and care of taking care of the customer. I live 600 miles away, and new that I would not be able to personally lay eyes on the BMW. No worries, Chris told me he description of the vehicle, and it was dead on when it arrived. Chris keep me informed from day one, throughout transporting, until the 335d was sitting in my driveway. If only all car dealerships ran their business like this one, buying vehicles would be a breeze. Nothing but total confidence in Capital Motor Company and Chris K. Thank you, and I highly recommend these guys for all your vehicle needs.

Anyone who's purchased a car from a dealership knows that the experience is generally not fun. You're usually approached by an aggressive and intense salesperson, low balled on your trade-in, nickel & dimed by their finance manager, and LUCKY if you drive away less than 4 hours later. My experience with Capital Motor Company was nearly the opposite. It began when I discovered an Audi in their online inventory that I was very interested in viewing. The price was very competitive but I needed a solid offer on my trade-in to make it worthwhile. I sent an email inquiry and received a response from Chris who promptly got me my trade-in range, pending inspection. I drove out today to test-drive the Audi, and was very impressed. Not only was the car well-represented, but Chris' low-pressure approach and calm demeanor was extremely refreshing. After we test drove each other's vehicles, Chris came back with what I felt was an extremely fair trade-in offer. Paperwork was a breeze and he was very respectful of my time, which I truly appreciated. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I've never been "loyal" to car dealers, but I fully intend to check with Capital Motor Company before making my next vehicle purchase.

I bought a car for my son from Chris, a no pressure salesman looking out for your best interests. The car was in great shape and sold at a great price. My son drove the car to California and he loves the car.

Called their number a few times...no answer. Sent them an email.... No response. Tried chat through Cars.com.....just automatic messages saying we will be with you shortly until it says I've stepped away from my desk please fill out this form. Why is it so hard to talk to someone? Is everyone on break....ALL THE TIME!?!?

After being frustrated looking at new cars and the up front expenses associated, I found Capital Motor Company online and was quite surprised they were in same city as I lived. This company is appointment only and they sell vehicles across the nation. I drove there on and Saturday afternoon and I was fortunate that another potential buyer had an appointment. I never drove a BMW but always admired them from my VW windshields. At the time, I test drove a 328xi and immediately realized that I wanted a BMW, but not this car. It would not work for my family as a taller person's head would touch the ceiling in the back seat. Joe explained the process how he obtains vehicles and how local shops inspect them prior to the sales. He mentioned that people drive several hours from a description on the website and a except not to have problems after driving away. I noticed a 2007 BMW 530xi online, but not in his lot. The website mentioned that it was coming soon. I spoke with Joe and he let me take it for a spin, but stressed it wasn't checked over yet by his mechanics. Being that I live in the same city, I stopped by one of the local shops that do the inspections and inquired about Capital Motors. The mechanics quote was "Capital Motors doesn't skimp on used vehicle checks like some other places". At that point I decided to purchase the vehicle. Also, I decided not to do a review until I had the car for a least a month. It's been 6 weeks and spoke to Joe a few times with questions and concerns. He has always made time for me and I don't feel like he was ever blowing me off since he has my money. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Joe. FYI....for a large all wheel drive, we're averaging 27mpg combined and as high as 32mpg on the highway. GREAT CAR!

I drove 13 hrs to get there to buy a car the owner was very professional when I got home radio did not work and they were very quick to make it right .I feel they were honest and want to take care of their customers, thank you for everthing. Excellent for a score to Capitol motors
