I found the perfect Pathfinder I was looking for at a very competitive price and drove over an hour from Ohio to buy it. But when I got it home, we started to notice oil leaks. I kept taking it to different shops only to be told they detected no leaks, but after nearly a month of cleaning up the oil, I took it back to a Nissan dealer who finally found the issue. THE ENGINE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED! And there wasn't warranty coverage! The records suggest that somehow parts of a belt magically got inside the engine! No one can explain how this could happen, so I was concerned that I was gonna be stuck with the bill. But Michael Mansour and Car Connection stood behind his product and absorbed a loss to make it right by me. At first I was concerned that I would have to settle for a different car, but their selection was broad enough to let me choose between a comparable swap for the base model I originally bought and an upgrade to a Platinum series - and yes, I still got to come home in a Pathfinder. Thank you Michael for being the kind of business person to make it right. I will be shopping here first from now on!

Patricia worked with me right from the start and did a good job. When Mike was included he explained how they do things so it was very clear. We came to an agreement that we both were happy with and then I worked with honest Joe. He took good care of me helping me with what I really needed to close the deal like extended warranty and gap insurance. I was happy with the overall deal.

We were shopping for 2 vehicles to add to our family. We seen 1 we liked on their website so we traveled the distance to see it....when we arrived we were told it was out being repaired. Okay I can understand that things happen, but then the salesperson told us someone had already put a deposit down on the vehicle.... so it was already sold. I'm sorry but I don't think that vehicle should have even been on their website! A manager came out asked for our number in case the person changed their mind. A salesperson called 2 days later & left a message saying it was available because the woman couldn't afford it. In the mean time my husband spotted another vehicle we have been looking for on their website, so he called asking if it was on their lot (we weren't going to drive 40 miles for no reason). We arrived & it wasn't there!! We were told it was lent out to one of their other lots, the salesperson said she looked in the computer for the vehicle after she hung up from talking to my husband. We still decided to take a look at the first vehicle we were interested in, now remember it was already on the website for sale & someone already was suppose to buy it. We got in it....it was filthy inside, looked like they just took it in in trade & hadn't cleaned it yet, & not just the drivers area the entire vehicle! There's no way it was ready to be sold! Then another salesperson takes over & tries to tell me a woman was on her way to buy it from 2 hours away, that she had a deposit on it, but "it's first come first serve"!!!!! Personally I wouldn't want to do business with a company that would works that way. I understand how car dealers work, my Father was one....but that's dishonest in our book. You put a deposit on a car, it's says you are holding that car for them not selling it to someone that gets there first!!! So if you're looking to buy a car from these people don't assume putting a deposit on it will hold it.

I contacted this dealership to inquire about a Toyota Avalon. Patti assisted me, she is a stand-out salesperson: friendly, sense of humor, not pushy, contacted me immediately each time I posed a new question via email (I needed to confirm it was a nonsmoker's car, etc.) My husband and I were right on the verge of buying but at the last minute we located one in a different state that happened to have cooled seats and push button start-- so we opted for that model. My experience with Car Connection Superstore, though, was overwhelmingly positive. Don't hesitate to buy from them!

The staff at the Car Connection makes purchasing a car a great experience. Not only does the car connection have the greatest inventory to pick from the prices cant be beat. I would not even consider going elsewhere. Michael Monsour has taken the business of selling cars to a whole new level. The showroom alone had my full attention. When given a tour of the facilities I was very impressed by the level of professionalism I was seeing, and could not get over how clean everything was. Not only did I buy a great car, I will never forget the experience. I have recommended many of my friends, family and co workers to shop at the Car Connection Superstore. Buying a car is typically a stressful situation; however, for me its was actually fun.

It was one of the BEST experiences I have ever had purchasing a truck. The salesmen were not pushy, they answered all my questions and I was in and out in 2 hrs. That is unheard of in buying a vehicle.I would definately go back the next time I need and car or truck.

I initially sent Patti a message online because I was offered a loan through USAA being that I am prior military and figured they would offer the best rates. I've never owned a car before so this was all new to me. Since the moment I sent that email, I was treated like family, they found a bank to work with me with a great APR than what other banks were dishing out. The treatment was phenomeal, hospitable, and you can tell this is family owned and not just to "empty your pockets" sort of speak. These are truely great people. I noticed my speaker mount had an issue being mounted due to a hinge issue, and Patti overnighted me a new set! Amazing. Will do business with again :)

I like the car here and I think they are honest with the price. When I got there to buy my car, they were so kind that they even helped me with the insurance purchase. I appreciated that a lot which I think costed them much time. Although the company is far away from where I live, I think it's worthy.

I called Car Connection and spoke to Shaudy. He was able to get me in for a detailing with less than 24 hour notice. I had my vehicle the following day and it looked brand new. I will definitely get the detailing service from him in the future.

The car connection superstore is the absolute nicest and most helpful dealership around. When i was searching for a new car i didnt really know what i wanted. Purchasing a vehicle does not have to be a stressful situation if you work with Shadi Mansour at Car Connection. I purchased a 2007 Toyota Camry XLE. Prior to buying, I gave Shadi some ideas of the type of car I was looking for. In about a week, Shadi had a vehicle that fit my exact needs. The whole process was simple and convenient. Talk about an all new look with extended services. Car Connection has done a complete 180 with the looks of their building and added on a full service and reconditioning facility. A must see if you have not. When I went there was welcomed at the door and the buying process was enjoyable. Easy purchase of used truck. However, dealer did not contact my insurance provider as he had promised. Drove around for a week uninsured before I realized and reported myself, Could have been serious consequences.
