This place is GREAT!!! Not only do they have GREAT DEALS and IN-HOUSE FINANCING...Their have been times that I needed a few extra days until I could pay my car note. They worked with me and never made me feel bad about doing so. Car craft auto sales also has excellent customer service!!! I just paid my car off and she is still running GREAT!!! I will be getting another car from them soon!!!

I had an easy buying experience with Car Craft. It also went quick. I ended up with a 2011 Toyota Corolla with just 56,000 miles on it. Everyone there was very nice. I would purchase a car from them again in the future.

Do NOT buy a car here! They will rip you off and repossess the car just before it is paid off. I fell behind on my payments years ago, just 2 months after I went into heart failure and couldn't work. I called them to let them know what happened. I paid it back up to date, including interest and late fees, and got caught up and they still repossessed it when I only owed $500 on the car. I had 2 payments left and they took my car. I had a brand new baby and had almost died and they took my car. They should have paid me the difference between what I owed and what they auctioned it for, but they refused to take my calls or respond to me when I inquired about my balance. In their reply, they lied that I didn't contact them and the even admit that I only owed $500, just to prove my point. I made a payment to get caught up 3 days before they reporting and I was only 60 days late and had been paying monthly late fees in addition to my payment every month. Their response: "Response from the owner an hour ago You were over 100 days late and never tried to put the effort to pay anything. We waited over and over, you gave false promises and we decided that enough is enough!! Stop playing the victim, because you could've had any a family member help you it was only $500 left."

I found a great machine at Car Craft this week. I sent an inquiry online to schedule a test drive. A team member called about 20 minutes later, and we set a time - already a great start. I liked the '97 Jaguar they had, so we struck a deal. Everyone was friendly, easy-going, and low-pressure. Also, once we agreed on price and down payment, all the paperwork was sorted and signed in under an hour! They cleaned all the stickers off the car and even helped me with a coupon for a nearby carwash, too! The whole transaction was smooth and efficient. Thanks for a great experience all around. - PC

My experience with car craft has been a good one. Gil and all of the staff including the mechanics were very helpful. It was a very easy process to obtain a car. You let them know your price range and you choose from what they have available. Everything is laid out up front including charges to pay by phone etc. It is not hidden. I really like my car. It is in good shape for a used car. I had the opportunity to drive it and ask questions. Plus he split the down payment. They helped me when I was in need because my old cai was driving had a major repairable issue and I was without a car.

Gil make it very easy to do business with him. I didn't feel pressured or uneducated about the whole process. He made me feel very comfortable and competed clear customer disclosure. Gil also had a great sense of humor and me me fee like I already knew him.

They sell cars/trucks that dont meet state minimum safety they to the parts switch on you when your not aware like when your signing papers for the car or truck I got a truck in December drove it home still paying on it but they wont fix nothing so to save my credit I keep paying on a truck I cant use.

Very good management, great prices. They work with you and actually listen to what your looking for rather then pretending to like other dealerships. I found the right vehicle within minutes and before the test drive Gil mention some minor cosmetic issues the car had. That was very honest of him. At the end they work with my budget and took home a beautiful Mercedes ML320 for a great price and payment schedule plan. I love you car craft and thanks for all the help.

my parents have been customers at car craft auto sales for some time now and between my mother and dad they have bought at least 7 or 8 cars here. i like the service, the workers were nice and were willing to fix minor issues the vehicle had. I did not like how many references they ask for!! they ask for 8 references and 6 must be full addresses. I also did not like that they did not have vending machines to get something to drink or some food, but other than that I love it.
