I was messaging with Tony about a trailer for sale. We agreed on a price. I said we would pick up next day. He said that was fine. We rented a truck so we could tow the trailer to where we would keep it and began driving there (45 minutes away from our home). We called to confirm our pick up appointment and were told the trailer had already been sold. I am disappointed that it was sold but I understand that's business. Someone came in and had cash in hand. I'm angry because no one let us know it was sold. A simple message would have sufficed. We could have canceled our rental, not left work early and not started driving up in rush hour traffic. A simple message saying the trailer was sold to someone else would have saved a lot of aggravation (and money we spent renting a truck with a hitch). We could have canceled the rental with no charge.

I came here with my Aunt, and Sean was very helpful!! He was making sure my aunt was comfortable and made sure she found a vehicle that was everything that she needed and wanted. He literally said “ I don’t want to sell you just any vehicle, I want us to find you something that’s easily accessible for you and comfortable “he has a great personality and positive energy!! Here is a free tip. When a potential customer calls asking about a specific type of vehicle, snickering and laughing about their request is a MAJOR turn off. I inquired about a manual truck and was told/asked, "you must be calling for someone else, this vehicle isn't for you right?" When I asked, "why's that?" the response I got was that I "sounded young" and young people don't like to drive manuals. First of all, you know nothing about how old I am or about what type of vehicles I drive. But, I know that I would NEVER want to purchase a vehicle from someone with that type of attitude. YUCK! When I bought my first stick car 10 years ago, the sales associate never once questioned my age or ability to drive it. He instead was impressed by how the car handled on the test drive, not having driven a manual himself in quite a while. Try snickering at potential buyers less and listen to what they are asking about with some degree of professionalism. I wouldn't be asking about a manual truck if I couldn't drive it.

What a shady used car place. I mean if you have any pre conceived notions about a used car place, this is it. I was told that they use only ONE credit bureau. But as I sat there I got alerts that all 3 of mine were pulled. So if they lied about that what else do they lie about? I have scores in the mid 700s yet my rate for financing was 8.9. We got up and left. If you deal with these folks make sure you ask many many questions. The vehicle we were looking at was sold and bought at auction several times. All I have to say is, not today Satan. Shawn was great. Too bad he works there.

We purchased a used 2012 Chevy Cruze LT. It was the most enjoyable experience we ever had buying a car. absolutely ZERO buyers remorse. Besides the car is AWESOME and was kept clean. Marc, our salesman, could have not been any nicer,or thorough a true professional. He's top rated salesman and a helluva nice guy.However, on a scale 1 to 10 we would rate him a 10 for the service he provided to us. We would totally 100% recommend this place.

First off I want to say I dont usually leave reviews online but I felt I had to for in this instance. I was looking for a dependable and affordable car for me and my 3 kids ( I am a single mom) unfortunately mo credit isn't the best. I walked into CarSpot past Saturday and I was greeted by Mark the salesman, he was very patient with me and let me test drive 6 vehicles until I found the right one for me. he stayed with me until 8:30 p.m and managed to get me approved with a rate and monthly payments I was comfortable with. I dont have alot of knowledge about cars but I felt very comfortable and at ease the whole process was fast and hassle free. My Murano is beautiful and my kids love it too! I recommend them to anyone, honest,fast, and very knowledgeable and all the cars on the Lot look beautiful!

I was in the market for a new BMW X5. my credit isn't the best i tried 12 different dealerships but no one could get me approved. My friend referred me to Carspot, the moment I walked through the door I was treated with respect and courtesy. Mark the Finance Manager was fantastic he worked fast and got me approved! and a monthly rate I could afford. Mark was very knowledgeable and never pushed me like the other dealers.
